Hi there, I'm currently building my private practice in Fortitude Valley as a registered counsellor. I've lived in shared housing since I was 19 so I'm okay with taking care after myself and doing what needs to be done for the house to run smoothly. Basically looking for a home in nearby suburbs close to direct train or bus routes. I'm very much a quiet homebody, content at working on my goals and keeping to myself. I don't drink alcohol, smoke, go clubbing or to church, and try my best to follow a vegan lifestyle. I'd say I'm a frugal health nut but in saying that I respect how other people choose to live as long as they show the same. Generally I'm up early around 6 am and head to bed at 10 pm. When I do make the time to watch TV I like shows such as House, Vikings, True detective and South park. In my other free time I like to exercise, research and enjoy some peace. Looking for other mature and respectful people to live with.
My name is Kat. I work full time in the city with QLD Police. I love being outdoors, active and eat healthy. I am pretty quiet until i get to know people better. I have a good sense of humour, honest, reliable and like my privacy and respect others. I like to keep fit and healthy and usually leave for the gym at 5.30am during the week. I love going for mountain bike rides on the weekend. I am looking for a place that has secure storage for my two bikes. I have my bedroom furniture plus a few extra items. I also have a small car but need to be close to public transport for work. Ideally I would like to live with only one or two people. Not looking for a party house as I like my space and down time.
Hello i am Hesam, 28 yr old and i will start my PhD at UQ this Feb. i am looking for a furnished room for 4 months, and possibly for a few years. i have been living in shared places for a few yrs and i consider myself a tidy and respectful person. most of the time i am in uni and very busy with my research. please let me know if you are interested. Thanks.
Hey chaps, here’s a bit about myself so you know what you’re getting into... I spend most of my days at UQ studying environmental management. Outside of that I’m pretty social/active, spending most of my time with friends, cooking or keeping fit(ish). Love to have a chat with whoever’s around at the end of the day and normally keen for activities. Plus I’m clean 👍🏽 I’m currently in Melbourne for the summer doing an internship with a city council in their sustainability department. I fly back to brissy late jan so inspecting the house before I move in may be a tad tricky. My lease runs out on the 31st of Jan so I’d be looking to move in before/on the 31st. I could stretch out my moving date till early feb for the right place. Cheers!
Super friendly and really clean but I mostly like to keep to myself, I work part time at an Italian restaurant so I can get us cheap pizza! I just moved to Brisbane so I'd love for someone to show me around.
Hi! I'm Eddie, looking for a new place close to UQ. I study architecture and write music for classical ensembles. I'm tidy, easy going and fairly quiet.
I am easy to get a long with, respectful, like to keep to myself but at the same time also enjoy to drink. I currently live in Adelaide, South Australia but am looking to move to Brisbane early this year (my dates are flexible). I have just completed my uni degrees and am currently finishing my graduate diploma online. I'm looking for someone who is easy going and is respectful. I have a four year old sausage dog who takes well to new people and loves a cuddle. Message me if you think I might be a good fit in your house :)
Hey! Looking for a place asap furnished and modern as I'll have all my house belongings in storage. Something with a spa and gym would be good but not to picky. Move out date is whenever. Looking for a short stay 4-5 weeks at this stage may stay long term. Thanks..
My name is Gantakhi, Harry is my preferred name. I am a Mongolian international student fighting hard for his degree, lol. Anyway, easy-going, big fan of GOT and other fine American TV Show. Cooking can be an effective way of getting rid of the stress. okay, that's enough
I'm a transgender guy looking a place close to South Bank since I study there, I also have some pet rats but they are very clean and have a very good cage. I'm very friendly and sociable but respect peoples space, tidy, quirky and I have never payed rent or bills late in all my previous houses I lived at. give me a message if you are interested :)
Hi there! I've always lived with housemates (except when travelling, then I couchsurf, which is pretty much the same;-) and always loved it! About me: I love nature, healthy living, I work a lot and I have fun a lot, I like trying new things (now learning surfing, skate boarding, piano), I love dancing and music, I love singing but only when no one is listening, I love drawing, meeting new people, having friends over, but I also love sleeping so I'm not someone who has drinks every night, like quiet nights, talk a bit, play a game, cook together, go to bed not too late and sometimes drinks in the weekend (ofc if you wanna drink more go for it :p) I'm easy going, I can live with anyone except for smokers ;-)
My names Kim, im 27 this year and I'm an outgoing, happy & bubbly person. I have two cats - both burmese cross who have great personalities and are super friendly. I work full time in insurance most monday to fridays and an occasional saturday. So when im not working Im socialising with friends & living life to the fullest. I would love to find a couple of roomies that will socialise and get along well with myself and my friends, as I will be having drinks most weekends or having people over alot of the time. I am looking to lease a 2-3 bedroom luxury lifestyle apartment. Located in woolloongabba or Fortitude Valley, these places accept pets (my cats are coming) and the options im looking at have a rooftop pool, bbq areas, cinema room & pt + gym. Im looking for 2 roomies to sign on the lease with me & take on the two smaller bedrooms with a shared bathroom & street parking only. Im happy to pay a higher amount for the ensuite & carspace so the two other rooms will be cheaper to rent. You must be very clean and tidy & we will discuss house rules so everyone is respected, happy & comfortable. Rent will be Approx $200 - $250 per person depending on which property / rooms are chosen. Pricing includes kitchen & bathroom neccesities eg. Toilet paper, hand soap, cleaning supplies & communal kitchen food - butter, oil etc. Which ill shop for and provide. Bills for electricity, gas, water (if applicable) internet & netflix will be split between each person. The only furniture you'll need is for your own room. Otherwise all other house furnishings, kitchen appliances etc will be provided. One of the options is located across the street from the woolloongabba busway so it would suit a student or someone who does not own a car. Coles is 2 minutes away for groceries and the city is a 5 minute drive away. Ill be speaking with the property managers this week to line up a property for end of feb early march to move into. Please give me a shout if you want to join me in my next adventure! Xx
I'm pretty laid back, tidy and friendly. Looking to move in asap. I work full time and often stay back longer than I should so I generally don't spend a lot of time at home. I enjoy a couple of drinks on the weekend and love a good chat.
We are a clean tidy respectful little family that have moved from hervey bay. Looking for a place for my little family. Open to areas in brisbane
