Hi! I'm Eva, a 28-year-old Marketing Manager. I'm moving from Belgium to Brisbane for work (Richlands, min stay of 2 years) on the 13th of January. I'm looking for a roommate with a flat/house where my beagle Bass would also be welcome. He's very lovely, turning one in January! The ideal home for him would have a fenced garden. I like to spend the work nights relaxing at home. In the weekends I love to explore places with my dog, meet up with friends, go to the beach, ... Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions!

Looking for someone to split the cost of living as well as a bottle of wine after a long week. I am on full time placement at the mater hospital this semester and work weekends so I’ll mainly be home at night. Would love to be close to the train station and have a balcony for my two beautiful cats to hang out on. I’m a bit of a princess so air con and a dishwasher is a must. Ive been living by myself so I have everything from a lounge to a fridge so perfect if you havent got anything. 😅 No big deal if I have to store some stuff but would like an unfurnished room. I have a boyfriend that would stay over sometimes as well. Flexible about length of stay, let me know if you would like to find a place with me 😁
Hello! I am looking for a place to make a home for a while. I am studying Naturopathy and work full-time in health food shops. I like to keep fit yoga, pilates, gym, swimming, walking etc. I like to cook and use the kitchen, making healthy meals and treats and fermented foods like Kombucha, Kefir, tempeh. I would love to work on a garden and grow my own herbs and veges. When I am at home I tend to study and read. I like to have a quiet, relaxed environment. It would also be great though to occasionally share meals, have a glass of wine, debrief our days and socialise. I would consider myself an easy going person within reason of course. I am generous, friendly and thoughtful.
I'm clean, I'm friendly, and I don't smoke. I'm about to start my final year of study at UQ after living in Melbourne and travelling for a year. If you have a dog, please let me love it.
More of a country type bloke. Will be moving to Brisbane in 2018 as I am starting an apprenticeship as a heavy diesel fitter. Looking for a place to stay with any type of people. See my self a mature, tidy and respectful young man. Spend most of my time working but don’t mind having a few beers at times.
I'm a 24 year old full-time student. I'm moving to Brisbane from Sydney in December looking for a single room. I have a good rental history and pay rent on time and have lived in share houses for over 5 years so am familiar with the dynamics. I'm a pretty relaxed and easy going person. I enjoy the odd glass of wine when i get home and a netflix binge every now and again (I am a genuine whiz kid at useless movie trivia!).
I'm friendly and easy to get along with, respect others privacy, like a clean house and enjoy the occasional drink or two with dinner. I would like to live with relatively social housemates as I'm always up for making new friends. I am also looking for a place within walking distance to a train station as I don't own a car. I am also pretty keen on teaming up with a few people to find somewhere new. ps. a/c is desirable :)
Hello there! I am considerate and respectful of others I live with including their property. I love to be in a neat environment. Tend to keep to myself but not antisocial by any means. I am really cool and get along quickly. I have really good history with previous leases and can provide references as well. Apart from that I am a graphic designer but here for studies and work in the carpentry industry. Quite active guy and lives a healthy life.
Hi, i work full time for the Government, im really easy to get along with i clean up after myself, i keep active and fit. i am looking at the end of February to move out. could move sooner depending on the place. anything else just flick us a text..
I am a clean, tidy and friendly person who enjoys company but respects privacy/space. I have a good rental history and am looking to move in with like minded people. I am an occupational therapist and will begin my PhD at UQ in January. I look forward to meeting you :)
I am a 63 year old woman living in the Sunshine Coast hinterland but working as a teacher at a school in Chelmer, Brisbane. For the last 5 years, I have boarded in Brisbane from Monday afternoons to Friday mornings during school terms. I was the companion/helper to a now 91 year old lady who received Blue Care Home assistance and attended a respite centre 3 days a week. She had mild dementia. In the late afternoons, evenings and mornings before I left for work, I provided companionship and general care for her, e.g. I heated up her evening meal, checked she took her medication and kept a general eye on her health and well-being. This lady has now moved into an aged care home so I am looking for a similar position with another elderly woman or with any woman with a spare room and a desire for some company. I bring my own food and meals each week, supply my own bedding and do my washing at my own home at the weekends. I am quiet, very tidy and like to keep a clean house. I can supply a reference from the lady’s daughter if required.
I am a female in her early-mid twenties, working full time in admin. I am a reliable and quiet housemate who loves cooking - I keep to myself most of the time but I also enjoy a little bit of socialising now and again. Looking for a nice room to rent - would much prefer a private bathroom/ensuite. Feel free to message me for more info! Note: both my move date and stay length are flexible depending on the options given.
I am looking for somewhere with some yard for my two little dogs! :) They are spaniel crosses... so very cute! I am very easy going and like my own space but also love a good night out with fun people and great food. I will be studying this year at QUT KG campus (master of teaching) and also work in hospitality to pay the bills. I am looking for western suburb homes but also open to other inner city areas (west end, KG, Annerley, Woollongabba) - hit me up if you're a cool chick or dude and you like what you have read above! :)
I m a clean and tidy person I'm from London I enjoy cooking and spending time outdoors I'm not a big drinker and don't 'party ' Im verry respectful of people's space and property
I am an optimism, open-minded and really easy going guy. I am from Tasmania, going to UQ for my first year bachelor degree study. I don't really have any bad habits like smoking, or even drinking alcohol. I love chatting with friends, sitting each other talking things from the events happened in school to whatever happened in the world. Also, I love helping people with their assignments patiently as long as they are within my limits, but I don't mean to finish your assignments. I was the tutor for three of my friends and two refugees, I was also co-president of my college Student Representative Council so I have a bit of experience of leadership in advance. Anyway, I don't really mind if my room mate(s) is/are boys or girls or mixture. As long as we are happy with each other's habits and personality, and we agree with each other on some conditions. I won't hesitate to join you or people. By the way, I don't snore at night, for those who really hates this type of "concert", you don't need to worry about. XD Thank you very much and I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Hello I am 29 years old I study full time and work full time in Retail. I am a quiet but friendly person, I enjoy my alone time, but love to socialize over wine, food and board games. Always up for a Netflix binge session. I am reliable for rent and bills, I am a clean person, and I am respectful of other peoples alone time and things. I am searching for a room until I graduate in June/July. I don't smoke.
Although I am 18 (turning 19 in May), I am quite independent and like to keep everything very clean. I like to think that I'm quite quirky, I love music and am outgoing. At home I'm very laid back and usually spend my time in my room, but will still socialise if I see someone. I'm looking for a room to stay at while I study at UQ and work part time. I have been brought up in Perth and am living here up until the end of January, so I may be a bit of a busy-bot for the first few months of living in Brisbane, as I love discovering new places and seeing new things. I have one female cat named Millie (3 yrs old), she is an indoor-only DSH grey tabby and is quite a sweet little thing. Although she likes to do her own thing most of the time (sleep), she is very well behaved, has never scratched the carpet, has never done her business anywhere besides her own toilet and is no where near a demanding cat, so she will be completely hassle free! :) If you have a room that would suit the both of us (preferably spacious as I will have Millie's scratching pole, bed, enclosed toilet and off ground food bowls to go in) available towards the end of January 2018, please hit me up with a message! Can promise you I (and cat) will be one of the best house/share mates you've ever had!
Hi, I'm a quiet and shy person, usually stick to myself, but would enjoy a talk or beer/ wine with my flatmates once in a while. I clean up after myself and expect others to do the same, especially in shared areas. I'm looking for a quiet room with in-build wardrobe (because I need a little bit of storage space), own bathroom would be nice, but I'm happy to share. Please contact me, if you think I'm a match as your new flatmate.
What makes me great to live with is that I'm pretty chill, love to contibute and am a firm believer in respecting my housemates and their belongings. I'm always up for a good chat and a movie, though I'm not much of a drinker. Food wise I'm reasonably healthy and like to share a meal with people now and then. I'm prone to the odd bout of baking too. And I share. XD Household-wise; I'm great at sticking to a cleaning agreement and following it through so long as everyone else does. If you're asleep, I'll do my darndest not to wake you up and hope you'll do the same for me. I think it's very important to clean up after yourself and not do things like fill up the sink with dishes or pile rubbish on top of a full bin. As for interests and hobbies, I sing in the shower, really enjoy animation, still adore Pokemon (both games and cartoon), read manga/japanese comic books and have an almost unhealthy obsession with the Marvel movies. :D I go to the beach as often as I can and love doing the odd bush walk too. On occasion, I have been known to draw or paint. That about sums me up. At the base of it all, I really think housemate situations work best when people respect each other and communicate about things before they become problems. :) Accomodation must haves I'm looking for: - Unfurnished, fairly big room - Existing housemates picking the new person - Formal lease agreement - No kids or families, please! - Employed people who are early to bed, early to rise. :D
We are a couple looking for a house with a few people, unfortunately we had solid housing until my mother passed away on the 1st of Jan, The will stated that house must be sold so it is all very sudden, I was working until I was made redundant just before Christmas. We are both eagerly looking for work and will help towards what ever we can. Our two dogs are two small Staffy's who love people. We don't have a lot of stuff but if the area is Optus cable enabled we can bring our 100mbps unlimited connection which we pay $70 a month for, hard to get a deal that good anywhere else. We are looking to move asap as we have only been given until Feb to move. Although we can not afford much right now that will change once we are employed. We are not looking for furnished as we have our own furniture to bring.
Hi! My name is Hannah and I currently work full time in the Brisbane CBD. I'm looking at moving into a modern unit/apartment/townhouse for 3-6 months to be closer to the city. I'm clean and tidy and very respectful of other peoples property. I love to have a good night in and out. I'm looking for a room with my own bathroom. No cats as I am allergic, sorry!
I am a clean and tidy person who is out going but also understands personal space. I’m up super early, which means I’m in bed pretty early too. I live a very healthy active lifestyle but I do tend to sway on weekends... I’m a huge nerd when it comes to superhero’s and I have a Dragon Ball Z collection which is my most cherished possession. I work long shifts so I’ll either be at work or sleeping. I don’t know what else to put here, please feel free to ask me anything. ☺️
I work full time (plus some) at indooroopilly so looking for somewhere close to work. Clean, respectable and quiet, prefer a night in with a cup of tea and a good book, love yoga, meditation and anything to do with spirituality and personal development.
Hello people of the Internet! This is Sean's girlfriend here, giving him the best recommendation I can. He's very clean and considerate of others. He's a sweet, caring person who is a lot of fun to be around. He's also great at putting out the trash.
