My name is clare. A postgraduate psychology student who loves health, fitness and meeting new people. I've just started a new position with Northern Sydney Local Health District and will be working part-time across a number of different hospital sites. I'm friendly, social and house trained haha (just to clarify...I love cooking, am tidy and respectful of other flatmates & more than happy to help with cleaning etc). I always enjoy meeting new people but also respect other peoples space and privacy (we all need our down time to recharge!). I don't smoke but do enjoy a cheeky drink on the weekend. I'm looking for a property that has it's own ensuite/bathroom and although I love animals I'm allergic to cats. I enjoy the movies, theatre, fitness and experiencing different cuisines/restaurants in Sydney, in fact I'm hoping that whoever I end up living with would become a lifelong friend. Clare x
Hi, potential future roomies! Allow me to introduce myself - I'm Mark, I'm 31 years old, I'm a doctor by trade, and I'm looking for a couple of sound professional types who have their own sh*t together, but who are open to creating a happy home environment. Thinking one girl, one guy might be a good mix. Due to the nature of the job, my hours are probably a little more erratic than most, and I've got some things I need to finance later this year, as well as a professional exam I need to sit at the end of the year, so there may be good chunks of the week when I'm busy, but still, when I'm around, I'm tidy, easy going, and generally good value. I'm entirely happy doing my own thing if people have got their own stuff to do, but at the same time, I'd like to live in a place where we do more than just give polite hellos to each other every day. I'm not really up for all-night raves at the flat, but I'm sure we can fit in the occasional late night chat over a bottle of something. What else to tell you? I tend to read a lot, I can cook pretty well, I play the piano (don't worry I've got headphones for the keys I have), I'm sociable but don't really have the time or stamina to party like when I was young, I don't smoke, love dogs, and I've started running quite a lot recently as well. If you want to know anything more, just ask.
Hi friends!! We're two easy-going individuals, kind of dorky but good dorky you know? I'm currently a full time accountant (wow exciting right? HAHA) and Kyle will be moving over from the US (just finished Uni doing an Environmental Studies major). We love a bit of a fun but our fun isn't really 'throw a huge house party and vomit into vases' kind of fun, more like 'board games and alcohol with friends' kind of fun. A hot pot or yakiniku kind of party yeah? I do work full time so I won't be home ever during the weekdays, and most nights/weekends I have bits and bobs going on - I love to dance (hip hop is my thing but I can't wait to take up any latin dance styles!!); my crew training take up a good 6-8hrs of my free time, and when I'm not dancing I love yoga and food (cooking and eating!! YAY!). Kyle will be here on working holiday so probably just a part time job and just exploring Sydney. We're both relatively social but do really enjoy our down time reading/stretching/eating cake on a Friday night by ourselves. We do love to travel so we're probably not going to be around the full year - there will be weeks we're out and about, but I'm sure we can sort something out!! Let me know if we seem like your kind of people - we're looking to find a place by July :) !! (Will trade a good deal for dance lessons/food HAHA) Cheers, Joy
Hi there, I'm Anna. I'm in my mid twenties and work full time in Macquarie Park. I'm a self confessed food and I got to Messina at least once a week. I'd love to share a home with people who enjoy a beer and a laugh but who also respect each others space. I'm ready to move in from 4-June but am flexible with the date. Looking forward to hearing for you!
French engineer, long term working on Sydney Driverless Metro project, remarkably positive and easy going, quiet, obliging, non-smoker. I train in F45 each day prior to work. Currently living in hotel: flexible on move date. Looking for long term preferably furnished room, in North Sydney train station area, preferably in a house (but it's not a showstopper). I used to live in flatshares when I was student, and later, and enjoyed it.
Moving for a new role from Melbourne to Sydney! Working professional and will be working throughout the week. Love to relax on weekends and have a couple of beers and watch the rugby. I've got family in Sydney which I will be a lot of my spare time with. I'm clean and relaxed (could be because I'm a Kiwi) but hey!
Looking for a quite place. Im quite busy at the moment with work and study. I tend to be out of the door by 530am max and somedays come back after 7pm. Sunday is the only day off and last thing I want is to get inside indoors. Any questions welcome :)
Hi, I work full time as a trainee patent attorney in the CBD and studying part time to get my registration. I'm looking for an ensuite bedroom to move into. I'm currently living by myself but hoping to move when my lease runs out in July to save some money. Happy to team up or move into an existing place :)
Hello :) My name is Aleksandra, I am a 31 year-old female. I originally come from Serbia but I have lived away from home for over 13 years now. I'm an easy going professional looking for a similar flatmate to share a house/apartment with. I enjoy socialising, movies, a glass of wine or two, nice food and being around likeminded people. I am very friendly and easy to get along with (so I have been told anyway :) Ideally I would like to find two more like minded people and then we can look for our new home together. I am pretty flexible with the location of our new home as long as it's safe and near a train station. The rent at my current place is paid in advance so I can only move out from 20 July onwards.
I am a friendly, professional sales manager who works in western Sydney and am looking for a quiet and clean share house or unit with carspace. Non smoking essential and quiet mornings preferred. Unfurnished room required. Also I do required off street parking with easy access. This is non negotiable. I am an occasional wine drinker, unfussy eater but I clean up after myself and respect privacy. I enjoy music through headphones and movies at the cinema. I socialise outside the house. Wanting to move in around the 8th of June, and hoping to find a place by the end of May. AND FINALLY- Please note that I only want to live in the specific suburbs listed and no where else.
Hi, my name is Liz and I am a 25 year old professional working full time in television. During the week I work and go to the gym early mornings. On the weekends i I enjoy socializing with friends, getting coffee/brunch, walks, or wine and dinner, reading and watching new TV shows. I'm easy-going, sociable and tidy, and am looking for the same in housemates. I am hoping to find housemates who want to hang out from time to time and also enjoy their own space.
I am looking for co-applicants for this place: If interested, please get in touch with me, telling me about yourself, so that I can consider adding you as an applicant on my application. Please call me by phone rather than contacting me in any other way, to speed up the application.
I work full time Monday- Friday mostly, although sometimes I have to work Saturday's. I am originally from the UK moved to Sydney about 7 years ago. Still enjoying what sydney has to offer. Weeknights are mostly chilled for me I generally just go to the gym after work then come home. On the weekend I like to get out of the house, have a few drinks with friends. Looking to flat share with someone like minded who is laid back, who will also clean and tidy the appartment. Someone who is up for a few drinks but also respects each other's privacy.
My name is Zena and I work full time in health care. During the week I tend to keep a relatively low profile and go out on the weekends. I'm quite a friendly, open, honest and reliable person. I am looking for the same qualities in my future housemate(s). I prefer a place that's more of a home than a house, where we can share a drink or meal here and there, whilst also respecting privacy. I do have a car so a place that's offers parking, or plenty of street parking is ideal. My current lease ends on the 20th July so I'm looking to move around then.
Medical doctor, teacher, scientist. I am starting my now job in a large company manufacturing vaccines based in Sydney. I will be sharing my time between Sydney and Canberra (where lives my partner). I will be travelling a lot. Easygoing guy, sport-oriented. I have to learn French so if you speak French that would be great (not a requirement).
Hi Guys, Just putting feelers out for a possible room to rent in mid July. Will need to be close to public transport as I work in Circular Quay as a Wedding and Events Coordinator. I am quiet and extremely tidy! I don't smoke or party but enjoy a wine and dinner when I'm home.. Usually go at gym after work. I prefer a furnished room with a queen bed, not wanting to live with any pets or a smoker unless the door is alway closed. I do own a car so will need on or off street parking!
Hi, my name is Aylin and I'm 27 years old. I currently work in medical/ healthcare field, Monday through to Friday which keeps me pretty busy. I have a warm and bubbly personality and love spending quality time with good people. During the week I am pretty low key and on the weekends I love spending time outdoors, catching up with friends, going out for drinks and good food. Im generally quite busy but absolutely love my downtime at home with a glass of wine, watching a movie with my house mate. For me, my home is my haven. This means that I take great care to keep it clean and tidy and to make it a welcoming and relaxing space to be in.
About Me: I'm reasonably new to Sydney, a full-time worker, Japanese (Live in Australia over 10 years), house trained, clean, quiet yet socialable, work/exercises(and/or classes) type of routine during weekdays, long walk/exercises on weekends and may occasionally go out for dinner etc on weekends. Ideal Place: Fully furnished, long term, quiet, close to train station (Ideally within 15mins to Central), live with up to other 2 people, WiFi connection available. Thank you
Very young 60- professional, financial services, returning to Sydney (from Melbourne) to participate in an exciting new fintech disruptor start up- don't want to purchase a house at these prices! Downsizing radically from large place in Melbourne, so ideally looking for furnished share for say 4-6 months whilst I figure out what to do longer term. In spare time Yoga and Motorcycling. I have a large social network in Sydney (I was previously resident there for 20 years) so I'm totally independent. Not a party animal, but no shrinking violet either. Completely "House Trained!" Tend to work from home quite a bit so a 'workspace' would be a bonus. Have one small car that I'd like to bring with me- but it can live on the street. Also one motorbike but that can stay here in Melbourne for the time being in need. Have to admit my culinary skills are at the bottom of the range, so my arrival will be a boon for the local restaurants! Please feel free to contact me. I thought I had until 31 July to relocate, but have just found out it's 30th June. Action stations!!!! Kym
Hi, I'm Sally. I work full time in Marketing. My hours are generally pretty standard, 8-5, with the adhoc late night or early morning call. I travel occasionally for work as well. I am neat, tidy and respectful of communal areas. I enjoy being social, eating out and keeping active. I'm not a huge party-goer and love a good night in with netflix and a bottle of wine.
I'm Artur from Barcelona, I would like to find a house that there is no Spanish people for improve my english. I'm quiet, clean and easy way, also I like music and share good moments with my flatmates, like barbecue, dinner or something like this. single room, thanks :)
