I'm from the United States on a work and holiday visa. I'll most likely be working, traveling, and volunteering! I have several friends living in Sydney and Melbourne so it'll be great to find flatmates that are easy going to meeting my friends.I am considerate, neat, and tidy! I am a 27 year old full time professional and part time student. Work rotating rosters , shift work and most weekends. About me, I'm gay, very easy going and social. Clean and tidy. Read alot, catch alot of live music when I can. Love to cook. Up for a drink and a yarn, though I respect privacy of everyone I live with. Hoping to find a decent sized room with a built in. Some kind of view would be a plus. And off street parking would be brilliant. My budget is pretty rigid so I won't be considering any place that costs more than the amount I've already STATED AS ABOVE. My plans are quite up in the air at the moment, I don't need to move from my current place until mid September so my 'Move in' date is quite vague and flexible.

I'm considerate, responsible and clean. I'm friendly but know when people need space & respect that. Love cooking and happy to share, especially sweets(one of my vices). I'm fairly sociable so definitely not always at home but do enjoy binge-watching Netflix at times. My preference is to find a person that would like to team up & find a new place together. My current lease expires September 1st so can't lock something in for a while yet.

Right now, I am working as an intern at the Goethe Institut (German Language and Cultural Centre) in Woohllahra. I'd say that I'm a very open-minded and easy-going person. I am passionate about arts and culture and always up for going to fun events, going out for drinks, or just spending a calm evening with wine and netflix, reading a book or having good conversations. I have mostly creative hobbies like photography and music. I have a ukulele, but I won’t play if it would bother you! 😉 I have lived in several shared flats and I am always respectful and considerate of my flatmates. If you are interested, I can also give you an Australian character reference, my CV, or whatever information you might be interested in! Let me know if you’d like to get to know me!! Hi! Tam here! I am an architect, from Bangalore, India, pursuing Master's Program at University of Sydney. I am 33, been working for over 10 years and won't be bouncing off the walls as I will busy studying and working! I'm looking for a private room in a flat share. I can move anytime between July 15th - July 31st. The only reason I'm changing my current place is to be closer to a Metro Station as I will be travelling a lot. I would prefer to be close to Redfern, Strathfield or Ashfield metro stations. But another metro station with decent frequency of trains is good!
Hey! I'm Kim, I am looking to start a share-house with 2-3 other people that are down to earth, respectful, enjoy good conversation and like to be social. I have lived out of home since I was 18. I have quite a bit of furniture including a fridge, microwave, couch, arm chair and dining setting (plus maybe an outdoor setting) to contribute. I love music, I play guitar occasionally and am often caught singing in the shower. I’m always down for a Netflix binge. I play netball 3 times a week so I am out of the house at least 2 nights mid-week. I love to cook most of the time, although if the opportunity arises I’m almost always down to chuck in for takeout. I’d love to have flat mates who enjoy having a chat over dinner and an occasional drink on a Friday night. I work full-time in North Sydney and would love to be able to walk to work. I am also doing an online course which requires small amounts of study-time. If you’re interested in pairing up to search for a large apartment/ townhouse/ house to call home then click message, I’ll be glad to hear from you! 😊 Until then, Kim
