I am a Taiwanese-born medical school graduate who intends on preparing for Medical licensing in Melbourne. I am neat, organized and doesn't drink or smoke.
Finished uni about 6 months ago and just started working in the city. I have lived in Sydney my whole life. Polite and considerate of others. I live clean, tidy and I try to stay organised. I'm never in the way but always available to a good chat and a laugh. I like to take advantage of the weekends, heading out, seeing my friends or family, because the week is almost always a grind. I also play soccer, but I'm not any good at it. Looking forward to moving closer to work to make my life easier on those early start/late night days! Cheers :)

Hi I am looking for a pretty fun, chilled and easy going sharehouse with one to two people who are looking to team up to find a place around the chadstone, camberwell, bentleigh or brighton area. If anyone has any rooms available in these areas please send me a message. About me: I am a young professional working in retail store management full time. I am a pretty easygoing, relaxed and friendly type of person who is neat and tidy and always happy to help complete jobs around the place, be supportive of my flatmates, be respectful of everyone, enjoys a good chat and happy to cook and share a meal with my housemates and don't mind staying in and having some quiet drinks with friends. I like pets, going to gym when I can and don't mind watching a bit of Netflix from time to time. Look forward to hearing from you, please send me a message if your interested!

EA - work full time, study part time (commerce), live a health lifestyle, clean & tidy, easy to get along with, love a wine and a good time (not a crazy party animal but enjoy going for a few drinks and having a dance every now and then).
I am a neat and clean Architect working in the CBD. I am also an easy going with a good sense of humour. Happy to be social as well give people space to do their own thing, not a hermit. I have a car, so I will be looking for a place which as parking or free street parking.
My name is Andres, I'm Marketing Professional and I can say that I am a responsible, tidy and a hard-working student who like to communicate with people and get to know new interesting individuals. Every single day I do my best to be a better guy.
Hello :) our lease is up in Windsor and I'd like to move closer to my business in Richmond as I'm so over the insane traffic around Windsor!! We are both professionals employed full time (Laura has her own business), very fun but equally hard working, clean and reliable. Excellent with money and paying rent/bills on time. We are both very tidy and clean and very house proud. We are looking for 3-4 bedroom large houses around Clifton Hill/Fitzroy/Richmond. And there are some gorgeous houses coming up but we need a 3rd or possibly 4th person to join us in the hunt! I have a 4mth old kitten and we are both animal crazy and we'd love to live with people that are creative/interested in gardening, art, philosophical discussions about life etc. We believe in treating others well and putting out positive energy into the world. No negativity thanks! We have everything a house needs but are very open to more furniture, especially a dining table and outdoor furniture. I will also be bringing my 2 yr old GSP dog for weekend visits occasionally (he lives with my parents) so you need to love dogs. You must like animals, having a laugh and looking for friends rather than just a flatmates. Get in touch! Looking forward to hearing from you :)
I'm moving to Sydney from regional NSW for work and will be working full-time (weekends and weekdays).I am easy to get along with, respectful and tidy and plan on commuting home on weekends so I'll keep out of your hair.
I'm pretty new to Melbourne, I moved from Adelaide for work and to be closer to my girlfriend. When I'm not in the office being an engineer I'm probably in the gym training acrobatics or teaching yoga. I work and train hard but I'm always up for some down time so would love some social house mates that would be open to the odd chill night in front of the TV. I’m completely house trained and come with glowing references from past house mates.
Love to cook. Love sport and im quite a creative type person, often fiddling round building something or with a hundred ideas. Little bit of green thumb. Very easy going and friendly. Outdoorsy architect
I've recently moved from Canada and have elected to spend my time in Australia in the city of Melbourne! I'm quite clean but not an absolute neat freak as I don't mind organized clutter in the right places, and I'm remarkably easy going and laid back. I enjoy going out, and having the occasional friend over but staying in with a book and some tea is far preferable to me. I'll definitely be a very social house mate as I try to make friends wherever I go. Before I left Canada I was a fitness instructor at a trampoline park, so I'm a bit of a health nut with a pasta problem, and before that I was an antiques consigner, so I love design and old things. I'm really passionate about music, listening and recording, but my favourite pastime is napping. If you need it I can try to help motivate you to live a healthier life, or if you want I'm a great inspiration on how to not. You get to pick. Also, I make a mean batch of pancakes and I can supply the Canadian maple syrup, AND I have a Costco card. You cannot go wrong.
I'm currently on my gap year, working part time as a barista and training full time as a boxer. I'm super easy going, sociable, clean and reliable. Moving to Melbourne from Perth mid-April so looking for a place to move in by the start of May!
Hi all! I'm looking for a place to call home. I'm moving down to Melbourne from the Central Coast in NSW. I have a full time job on Chapel St so anywhere close to that would be absolutely dandy. I'm 23, quiet, honest, independent and clean. I respect privacy and value my own. I have always paid rent on time and have references if they are required. I can be a bit of a hermit at times but l love a good chat over dinner or just whenever. When I'm not working I'll be watching movies or reading. I love dinner, cats, and quoting the Simpsons.
Recently got a full time job and am looking for a fun sharehouse that's close to Richmond/Abbotsford. I'm easy-going, enjoy meeting new people and am always up for a good time. I'm tidy, thoughtful and respectful, and while I generally prefer to be around people, I do occasionally need some time to myself. Now for a list of random things I like: music, beer, books, coffee, art, being active, red wine, peanut butter, brunch, whiskey, movies, cooking, making a fool of myself, intelligent conversations, stupid conversations, travel, naps. Oh, and I like guys.
Hey, I am Dorian. I have been in Australia for 3 years I work full time as a landscaper, I also work as a courrier on my bicycle at night. I Am looking for a private room in a 2-6 person sharehouse in Richmond or close suburbs.
Hey, I'm Yasmine, 26 and from the UK. I am currently living in Bondi Beach and I work as an accountant Monday to Friday 9am-6ish in Darlinghurst. I am ideally looking for somewhere for between 2-3 months as I will be going travelling when my work contract is up at the end of June! I am very keen on travel and keeping fit, and I like to socialize and explore on the weekends. I'm a considerate and tidy person. I am looking for a double room in a shared apartment or house with sociable and friendly housemates!
I'm a pretty easy going and friendly person, i spent most of my childhood in Greece but decided to move to Melbourne and see how it works out :) I study mechanical engineering at RMIT city campus and currently working part-time in a restaurant in Richmond. I love baking and cooking, i have previous experience in a sharehouse, very respectful of private space but totally up for hanging out and chilling whenever :D I listen to rock music and occasionally go to bars and gigs, i love going on walks and of course, binge watching netflix is something im really into!
I'm a creative and musical individual who loves to eat and laugh with friends. Having lived by myself for a while, I'm great at adulting - including paying rent/bills on time and keeping the house clean. I'm sociable, but very independent so value alone time. I'm looking for a reasonable sized bedroom and a secure back-yard for Indy. Indy is a small, 8 year old Chi-Hound (Dachshund x Chihuahua). He is super friendly and polite; at the moment he comes to work with me most of the time. For the past couple of years I have been managing an artisan jewellery business. I'm pretty relaxed and quiet during the week, but I love to go out dancing.
We're both super easy going, positive, upbeat people. We don't fuss about money. We like fun TV and music. We cook occasionally and always share our food! We like beer. What more could you want?
Easy going, friendly, clean. I'm a full time data analyst, enjoy watching and playing basketball, love a good pub trivia night and don't mind sharing cooking. Can definitely respect alone time and other boundaries/house rules.
Heya! I’m Kelsey a 26y/o female looking for a new place to call home and some great people to share it with. Would be interested in teaming up on a new flatshare or coming into an existing. I am a positive, down to earth person, enjoy a good chuckle and am friendly. I get along with most people. I have a 9-5 working remotely as a graphic designer (so I work from home, yes mainly in loungewear.) Because of this I need a room that will also accommodate a desk & bedroom furnishing (I come with my own). In the evening sometime I will side hustle and work on some freelance projects or blogger stuff. I like to be friends with the people I live with so I’d hope we’d catch up every now and again and share a dinner or drink from time to time, I can make a pretty good esspresso martini. I would prefer to live with females. Enough about me, what’s in it for you? I grantee that I will pay my bills on time, I will clean up and I will be respectful of our home and your space. Move in date..? I am not in a rush. I will need to give notice so give me a few weeks/month to get everything in line.
I'm currently in North Sydney and seeking to stay in the area. I'm happy to chat and be social or to mind my own business. Christian, non-smoker, respectful and neat. Always reliable with rent.
I am a 20 year old Hospo worker and also coach children's basketball teams. I am quite a sociable person, love getting out to see sport and everything else this city has to offer. Although, I do also really enjoy my down time, therefore am always respectful of others and their space. I am considerate, clean and very down to earth, enjoy meeting new people and having a laugh over a meal with my housemates. I am very easy to live with and have references if need be
We are a young professional couple (26 & 27, Scottish & Irish, Dentist and Medical Marketing) looking for a double room in a share apartment. We have been living in Melbourne for 12 months after moving over together from Scotland, and would like a short term lease while we look for a longer term option. We are friendly, tidy and respectful housemates and keep things fairly quiet during the week but enjoy heading to the gym and catching up over glass of wine and a good Netflix series! At weekends we like to be out with friends, heading to the beach and exploring all that Melbourne has to offer. We both love travelling, Kirsten loves to cook and Conor likes playing footy! PM us with any questions :)
I am a happy healthy fit uncomplicated casual and non-smoking professional. I have lived in Sydney for the past decade and have opted to move to Melbourne and make Australia's sport capital my new home. I enjoy company as much as i enjoy solitude, although a Barossa Red will always lure me into a social gathering. I do not enjoy beer and fast foods. Home and or slow cooking is my preference enjoyed in company and with a decent Red. In terms of my living quarters I'm all in favour of Neat and Tidy living. A cluttered environment scrabbles my contentment mood. I'd rather sacrifice 60 minutes to tidy the kitchen and communal living area, than slouch in front of the TV amidst clutter and jumble. I'm looking forward to making new friends and EnJoYiNg all the wonderful activities Melbourne provides.
Hi, I have been living in Melbourne for the last 4 months in Fitzroy before relocating to St Kilda, where I currently work. I work in hospitality. I have studied in environmental and sustainability areas previously. I like to cook, exercise and drink the odd time. I have many interests but overall I'd like to think I'd be a nice respectful and gracious housemate! Looking forward to meet you : )
Hey future homies! Unfortunately my housemates are relocating for work, so I'm looking for a new place to call home. I'm a friendly, fun 27 year old who works full time as a professional in the city. I like to socialise and enjoy a good laugh and the company of others. I love travelling and heading out for brunch or drinks on the weekends. I’m a well-seasoned housemate, having lived in share houses and on res for many years. I’m clean, trustworthy and respectful of privacy. Basically I'm looking for a normal, happy home environment with friends, rather than a place to share rent. I also have an adorable puppy that would be happy to make a fluffy addition to the house (even if just for visits), but not at all a deal breaker. Please get in touch if I sound like the right fit for your home :)
2 polish, nice, polite girl looking for an acommodation
I'm moving from the US to Melbourne for a new adventure! I currently work in Healthcare IT. I like running, yoga, and anything outdoors! I like to socialize with my roommate but also have our own space. I'm tidy and pretty quiet at home.
I'm a 32 year old Male from Chch NZ Easy going, respectful, trust worthy, clean. I've just arrived in Australia about 8 weeks ago, and looking for a flat to call home. I enjoy a relaxed yet reasonably active lifestyle, going on the odd weekend mission or road trip. Looking forward to experiencing some of Sydney's night life and productions etc. Back home I enjoyed fishing, swimming, mountain biking and boxing as well as the odd hike now and then.
Easy going, don't smoke, not a huge partier, has a Netflix account. Studying and working full time so I'm pretty busy
My name is Ben Gunn and I am a 22 y/o recent graduate from the University of Canterbury in NZ. I'm currently in the Maidstone area but am looking to relocate in 2-3 weeks. I have been flatting for the past 4 years while at uni so I know how to keep a place spotless, respect other peoples boundaries, while also having a good time! I love sports (rugby, cricket, basketball etc) and play a bit of cricket and basketball when possible. I enjoy a beer or two every now and then, and always like exploring new places. I am also into learning about the world around me, as I think it is important in today's day and age to have an open mind!
Easy going guy, work as an engineer, enjoy a chat as well as my alone time. Pretty excellent cook (if I do say so myself). Clean and tidy but not a neat-freak. Avid rock-climber and cyclist (so I come with a bike). Just moved to Melbourne from Adelaide and looking for a place to call home. Open minded and progressive thinking with an abundance of intellectual curiosity. Happy to live with anyone who is cool and interesting, tolerant and intelligent.
Very clean and tidy, friendly, respectful, considerate, generous, sociable, open-minded and easygoing.
Hi future friends! I'm Ailsa, a 22 year old girl from Scotland! Having done a Law degree in Scotland I currently work full time as a legal assistant in the CBD, a job I really love. I'm really sociable and friendly, I love meeting new people and going on new adventures. Partial to the odd G&T and vino blanco at the weekend or after a hard day at work!
I am a mechanical engineer from Iran. My professional background is available at my LinkedIn profile. I am married and my spouse and 6 years old son will join me in Melbourne in 2 months so I have to move then. I like to socialize. I am tidy, clean and positive guy. I play table tennis in my leisure.
Hey house hunters, We're Sam and Lia, two Adelaidians who moved to Melbourne at different points last year and coincidentally ended up living together from teaming up on flatmates.com. We're currently living close to the city and have decided to move a bit further out (preferably Richmond area) to somewhere a bit more 'homey'. We're in and out of the house a lot at the moment and both enjoy having a good chat in the evening / watching terrible tv shows (think the bachelor, married at first site) so would like to team up with 1-2 others to give the house a more social vibe. A little about us... Sam (25) works in Marketing for a chocolate company in the CBD and travels a bit each week for work. To combat all the chocolate around the house, she likes to go to the gym and get out and about for walks/hikes on the weekend. She's a netflix and tea addict, but also loves heading to the pub for a cider/wine with friends. Lia (30s) works in an government office in CBD. She loves to discover new bars and places to eat. Is very easy going and friendly and loves to travel.
Hi there, My name is Josh, I'm a professional illustrator and art director, in urgent need of accommodation. I've just moved home to Australia after 4 years living and working in the Netherlands. I'm clean, tidy and responsible, I have no strong preferences on housemates, but would ideally like to live with people around my own age (25-35), I like being in a more sociable household - having dinner or a drink together occasionally. I don't have any pets of my own but love animals, particularly dogs. I have an office already in south Carlton, so ideally I'd like to be within a 45 minute walk/bike ride of there. The accommodation I had lined up has been pulled out from underneath me without any notice (basically told the morning I was supposed to move in), so my need is pretty urgent and I'm ready to move in immediately.
My name’s Sarah and I’m a teacher from the UK. I have 3 main loves in my life – music, animals and TRAVVEEEEEL! In my “alone time” I listen to music, play guitar (NOT loud haha), exercise and read a book now and then. I like to try new activities/going on small trips together with friends and going to ‘meet up’ events in the city to meet new people. I’m not a massive drinker but can boogee and partay all the same. Up next is Sergio… He’s from Colombia and loves to cook for other people. BONUS! He is also a huge music lover and loves singing loudly in the shower (you WILL need earplugs!! Only joking) He’s great to be around – positive and hilarious – and I think you’ll love him too :) Also a big animal lover and very talkative. We're sociable, friendly, tidy, fun and reliable but also like alone time. We're looking for a place to rent together (but with our own bedroom each). Happy to team up with others for a house share and to meet / make new friends.
Hi Guys, Myself and my girlfriend Emmy are looking for a place to call home for a couple of months. We are both working and consider ourselves to be respectful, tidy and sociable characters. We enjoy cooking and are easy going flatmates. We are ideally looking to move in around April 1st or earlier. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have a room that might be suitable :) Thanks Warren & Emmy
Hi, I have recently returned back to Australia after living overseas for many years! I am looking for 2 other like minded females to possibly find a townhouse together. Would love a little courtyard and perhaps a balcony. Happy to share a bathroom with one other. I like a clean, minimalist look- think stunning floral arrangements and marble! I don't have a car, so I won't be needing a space/permit right now and I don't have any pets. As I've been overseas, I have very little furniture.. as in just a tv, lamp and side table! Oh, some art and an ottoman (not a cheesy circular one, a sleek grey one!) I am into creative design and styling as well as nutrition, keeping fit and food. I enjoy cooking but like eating out also. I have lived with flat mates for sometime now, and understand consideration and need for personal space. But it's great if we can live as kind of friends too. And share a Prosecco! Please let me know if you are interested and would like to meet. Anne
Hi! I'm looking for a new home close to the city - filled with people that are very clean, healthy, loving and fun. I'm an organised, healthy and ambitious person, but don't worry inbalance that out with a great sense of humour, love of fun and being a big ol’ ball of geek! I currently work in the creative industries. I love heading out on adventures, dancing and doing active outdoorsy things but equally value time chilling at home, creating cool stuff or just hanging out. I'm a generally easy going person but i've lived in share houses long enough to know what i like and i'm honest about what I want so read on :) My type of share house is one in which everyone can easily use the space as their own. Meaning shared spaces in particular are always left in an extremely clean and functional-for-everyone state and general cleaning/upkeep tasks are shared and done every few weeks. I like to uphold a relaxed/friendly/supportive/respectful/loving/fun vibe in the house and being really honest and open with communication. Other things you should know: - Housemates are all the best parts of family and friends for me. I genuinely care about the people i live with and the space around me so I expect a similarly high level of respect and initiative back. - Looking for rent less than $120 a week ideally - Location wise within 20 minutes public transport access to chapel st/richmond/city is a must. - I like to do monthly meal preps so quite a fridge and freezer space is a plus! - I own a beautiful big antique mirror and it would be epic to use this somewhere! - I like a generally peaceful, comfortable, very clean and functional living environment - Cleaning with low fragrance/ low chemical products (vinegar/bicarb/natural sprays). Strong smelling stuff causes my body all sorts of issues ( i know its weird!) so I try to keep that to a minimum and ask that people i live with respect that. - I have a car so space or street parking is a factor If you've read this far and are still curious, wewww get in touch! You're probably the type of amazing person i'm looking for in a housemate! Shoot me a message and let's find out for sure! *Bonus points if you’re in the business, creative or tech industries.
Hi, I'm Paul (35yo), civil structural engineer (PhD) and career focused. I like to be tidy and keep things in order. I am friendly and open-minded but like to have and to offer privacy as well. My current rent ends on 20th of March and looking to rent for a up to 6 weeks at this point as I want to rent on my own afterwards.
Hi there, My name is Liza. I'm 27, a social worker/art therapist and lover of cinnamon, acroyoga, handstands and slack lining. With all of this sunny weather I'm often playing and practising at Carlton gardens. Fingers crossed this sun lasts a little longer! If not hanging up side down, I also like to hang off walls- rock climbing that is, both indoors and out. On weekends I'm usually on camping adventures, brunching my way through Melbourne or heading to the market to get some delicious goodies. Alright, so definitely made it to rambling point. I should add that I am completely house trained. I'm clean, tidy and can accomplish late night tip toe entries without waking even the lightest sleepers. And of course, I practise the ol' dirty dishes convert to clean dishes trick and don't host random mid week parties ;) I am a keen cook, sharer of meals and baker of sweet treats. Powerballs, flourless chocolate cake and zucchini fritters are my current top three winners.
Hi I'm Bella and I'm looking for a place with my partner, Jim. We're from S.A and Melb. We both study full time, and work part time, but while on uni holidays we work full time. Saying that, we don't really have a lot of free time, but when we do, we just like to take it easy. Not really party crazy kind of person, but we're more than happy to have dinner or chill out with a board game or watch a movie, but we love my own space as well. We're clean, responsible, and easy going :)
My name is Rob and I'm 30. Recently moved to Melbourne from Sydney for work. Working at a new online sports betting company in Richmond which at the moment is a fairly standard 9am - 5pm. Love the outdoors, Sports, TV/Movies and a good night out. Laid back and easy to get along with. Didn't make the move from Sydney with much in the way of furniture so partially/fully furnished places would suit best.
My name is Nelson and I am an Actor. I love time to myself, watching movies, eating food, relaxing and having time out. other days, I'm flat out, out in the world getting shit done. chilled. clean and tidy. Respectful to others and understanding. always wanting to do something fun. always interested in learning new things. love fitness and the outdoors. camping, going on adventures, enjoying melbournes night life, pubs / clubs / festivals etc. from Broome W.A recently moved to Melbourne after studying 2 years at WAAPA. trying my hand in the arts over here, looking at long term accomodation.
Hi there! Originally hailing from Toronto, I've been in Melbourne for over two years now. Seems the universe wants to keep me here (not exactly a bad thing). I'm an advertising creative and am about to start a new job. I'm really into my food and cooking is my ultimate passion – good thing I'm also a bit of a fitness nut who runs and bikes everywhere. Music is another biggie for me and I collect records and go to concerts and festivals whenever I can. After living in the same tiny place my entire time in Melbourne, I thought why not switch up the living situation too, while I'm at it. Variety is the spice of life. Visas suck, but since it's always a hot topic in Australia – I'm currently on a 457 visa which means I'm sponsored (to whom it concerns). I'm equally happy to live with guys or girls, just prefer no more than 2 other flatmates.
I'm looking to live with a lovely easy going housemate :). I would good storage or cupboard space and my own private bathroom to use, however happy to share with one other person if required. I am very, respectful, mature and extremely tidy. I am a full time school teacher. I love having time in my room to chill after work, but also love to chat too :)
Hi guys and gals! I'm looking to find a room in a sharehouse or find some like minded legends and start a house from scratch. I have a house full of decent furniture too if need be. I work in full time HR and just accepted a new job on St Kilda Rd so I'm hoping to move a bit closer to my new office. I'm super clean but not pedantic, I like to party on weekends etc etc. Pretty standard 20 something year old. I'm an early riser and am usually quiet through the week but I'm always up for a beer. Feel free to give me a buzz! I'm in need of a sea change ☀️
Me and my husband are both working professionals. Aside from work we love both the indoors: Netflix binge-athons, Friday night pizza + drinks, cooking together, rainy-day tea + conversations AND the outdoors: strolling by the beach, occasional nature hikes, road trips We like our surroundings tidy and clean and would love to make new, life-long friends!
Hello! I'm a very outgoing and open-minded swede. I love meeting new people but also enjoy alone time. I like to keep my place clean but a shirt on the floor never killed anybody. Overall I enjoy drinking beer, going for walks and eating lots of food.
I'm James, a 25 yr old kiwi working in advertising. I have been in Melbourne almost a year and am looking for a quiet and sunny room in a central suburb and some cool people to live with. I'm a laid back, social guy who appreciates things to be clean and tidy, but I'm always up for having friends over for a few drinks during the weekend. I work in advertising, so if I'm busy you may not see me for a couple of days, but at the end of the week I'll likely be craving a few drinks and a good laugh. I enjoy eating out and going to gigs, as well as making the effort to squeeze the odd run in too. As a kiwi, my footy knowledge is slowing developing, so I'll be making an effort to attend a few games this season. Can cook, and happy to share meals if you are too.
My friend Tara and I have just made the move to Melbourne and are hoping to find some nice people to live with 😁 We're both tidy, friendly and sociable but respectful of other peoples space. we're hoping to find a twin room for about $150 each or 2 separate rooms for max $250. Message us if you have a room available or are interested in looking for a house together!
