Hello potential future roommate! I'm in need for a place to live ASAP! I'm currently living an hour away from the city down South and looking for a place closer to the city to benefit my travelling for work. A bit about myself… I'm a Gemini who loves chocolate and tea. I graduated high school last year and chose to go on a gap year with the intention to study further in the future. I’m receiving Centrelink payments and will look for a job if I do get chosen for a room. People say I'm effortless to live with as I clean up after myself, respect the people I live with and their belongings. I also find myself confronting problems when it arises. I describe myself as a very clumsy easy outgoing person who loves company but also likes time alone. I love animals so I’m fine living with them. I love being outdoors and up for anything. At the moment, I work as a model and do singing every weekend. If you would like to know more about me or suit to what you are looking for feel free to message me.
About me - Ive travelled for the past 8 years and open to meeting new people. i have lived with all sorts of peeps and can adapt well to others. I'm easy going and loves the outdoors, also I'm respectful of others. A glass of wine or two after a long day is a nice way to relax with roommates. :)
Looking for a houseshare with clean, friendly people. I work pretty standard weekday hours and enjoy exploring local pubs, places to eat and cafes. Also enjoy watching and playing sports, particularly racket sports.
Hey all My girlfriend and I are looking for a room in an established house. We are both Irish. I am an Environmental Scientist and Rachel is a Teacher. We have both been sharing houses with friends and strangers for years now so I reckon we have good house etiquette. We are social people; we enjoy going out for dinner or for drinks but don't go mental student style anymore (only once in a while!). We both love going to festivals and gigs; a bita house, indie, electronic or brass would be our cup of tea. Reckon we are clean living sorts. We try to eat well and exercise. Rachel loves yoga and I rock climb as much as possible. We are both born and bred country people and love nothing more than getting out of the city and going hiking or just chilling on a beach. If we happened to get a house with a garden we would be out growing what ever we can. I'm in Melbourne already Rachel wont arrive until the start of July as she has to see out the school year in Ireland before she comes over. If you want to know anything else about us send me a message. Thanks all.
Hey! I work full time at a cafe in Richmond Mon-Fri, but at the end of July will be switching to part time work/part time study. I like getting to know my housemates and having great banter at home. Though I'm often out with friends, at gigs, camping, volunteering at music festivals and away for weekends visiting my parents who live in regional Vic. Passions are live music, cooking, bloody mary's, finding cute dogs in parks to pat, growing plants, binge watching TV shows. I've lived in a few share houses and would say I'm quite clean and know how to be respectful of other people's space/things. I'm looking for a double unfurnished room to move in from the end of june/start of July-ish, ideally in Richmond, Fitzroy, Hawthorn, Glen Iris area.
Hey! I'm Pau. A 32 year old Art Director from Barcelona. I'm going to move to Melbourne beginning of August and I'm looking for a place to stay for 6 months minimum. I'm also interested in teaming up with other creative people to share a house. I'm into music a lot. I play bass and try to produce my own music when I have some free time. But most of all I'm into surf and will try to be out on the weekends as much as I can. I' really clean, tidy and respectfull. Looking for cool and relaxed people to live with and share some beers sometimes too.
Hi! my name is Pia, I am 25 and a full time sales coordinator in conferencing and events for a hotel. I am currently living in West Melbourne in a share house. Looking to move just for a bit of a change, I have the smallest room and it's time for an upgrade! I'm clean and respect people's space but I do love a good chat. I love quiet week nights in watching movies and a little wine but also love to get out and socialise on weekends.
Hi there, I'm a PhD student starting in Deakin Uni studying zoology. I've lived on five continents and haven't had any complaints from room/housemates, human, feathered or furred, to date. I enjoy a glass of vino with a book in the evening after study/work; love going to a film or the theatre. I'm quite neat and more than happy to do my fair share of tidying around the house. I'm hoping to get a small bird as a buddy while I'm studying so hopefully potential housemates would be open to another mini member of the family. - Would be looking to start the lease in early May.
I've just moved over from Perth and am looking for a comfortable, cosy, and positive environment while I settle into the city. I am independent, TIDY, respectful, and very easy to talk to. I know how to enjoy my downtime when I have earned it, which is usually a movie, a hike/workout, a glass of red and a chat, or some ps4 (or a combination of these). I work ~6 days a week as a copywriter for WA's curriculum council and as a functions co-ordinator in the city. Semi-flexible with location, I just can't name every suburb around. Unfurnished room please :) Email/message me via flatmates if you'd like to chat or have a great room available. Looking forward to hearing from you, Joel :)
I'm a neat and tidy individual and very easy going and will chat to anyone! I've lead an interesting life and love finding out about other people's life experiences. I've lived in six countries and loved different aspects of each one. Clearly I love to travel and I'm always looking for my next adventure...I love photography and scuba diving so travel in future will be focused around those activities, however I also love hiking and chilling at the beach! Fitness is part of my life...I love cycling both on and off the road and go to the gym to keep in shape.
I have just moved to Melbourne from Adelaide, and I am looking for a place close to the city that contains some lovely inhabitants. I work full time in the Docklands, so looking for a place with easy tram/train access there. A bit about me - I get strangely addicted to reality TV shows such as The Bachelorette, so I may religiously begin watching a random TV show. I LOVE wine, and as a former South Australian I could spend hours talking about wine. I would love to make my own port and wine, so if you're in for some cheeky free bevvies, I'm your girl. I'm a chemical engineer by trade, so I know what I am doing (I hope?). Since I am new to Melbourne, I am looking for friends as well as housemates. If you love wine, food and having a boogie every now and again, say hello to your future housemate! I don't have any furniture, so a furnished room or if you have a friend selling some gear is always a bonus! Also I have a car, but happy to park on the street if street parking is available :)

I've been living in sharehouse ever since I moved to Australia in 2013, usually stay with same housemates for at least a year or more. I like to live with people that like playing sports, traveling, going to music festivals, having board games night at home with some drinks and good music etc etc.
Hi everyone, we are a French couple, Caroline 28 yo, Beauty Therapist in a Private Clinic, Jordan 32 yo, Front of House in a Busy Cafe in the CBD close to the Parliament. We're both working full time, easygoing, very respectfull of others, low key and openminded. We are looking for a whole room in a share house or a flat for a short term only (2 month) A new place to call home, where we could enjoy discussions after work with a glass of wine and definitely not a party house. We're both athletic, swimming pool, gym, running, road bike.... and really busy with the job. Available for an appointment. Cheers. Jordan&Caroline.
Medical scientist, teacher, doctor working for a large multinational company, travel a lot. I share my time between Sydney and Canberra. Easygoing guy. If my flatmate speaks French it would be great. I am learning French.
Hello friends! I've just landed a full time job in Collingwood and I'd like to move closer to work to cut down my commute. I say that, but the real reason I want to move towards the city is because practically all of my social life takes place on Brunswick street! Currently I'm commuting from Mentone, which is nice, but I want to be near the action. I'm a musician that plays in several bands. Seeing live music is my favourite way to spend a night out. Big fan of books and movies. Halfway decent cook. Reasonably tidy. I'm reliable and calm. I'm a people person who respects the way others like to operate. Hoping to join a fun household where everyone gets along and has a good time.
My ideal room in a share house: South side Clean (ish) Laid back/ chill vibes Social/ happy/ community Respect own space Near a train station/trams Boyf can stay sometimes Creative LGBTQ+ friendly 6 months+ Can have people round Natural light About me: 21/ Monash Student (BA) / Work in hospitality & nightlife / happy little Vegemite I like to explore new places, hang with friends, read books in the garden, drink lots of tea, meet new people and bake treats. Pros of living with me: -I work late hours so I'm gone most evenings & nights -I make excellent scones -share house trained (with references) -positive presence -no car space needed, no pets with me -believe in live and let live, also always down for a cuppa and a chat **because I work nights I do keep strange hours, so if I'd be able to come home in the early hours of the morning without waking or annoying anyone that's ideal
I am from Belgium, I am 30 years old, sometimes have some cleaning OCD that makes me clean everything, I like to cook with wine (sometimes I even add it to the food), read while drinking coffee, watch cute puppies video, scream at people in movies, and dream about having a veggie garden. My mother tongue is French, but I am fluent in English and also speaks good Spanish.
Hi there! I'm an artist and from London, which means I come with all the essential British stereotypes. I make a mean cup of tea, say my A's with an R (barth, darnce, grarss etc) and say thank you in every way possible when ending a sentence. I'm very sociable and great to have around, but love my own space also... especially if I'm hungover ha. This is my second year in Australia but first time in Melbourne so looking to settle for a while and get comfy. Looking to move immediately.
Hi, I'm Melanie, I work full-time in Marketing in Richmond. I’m looking for a place to stay from mid June for two months (at this stage). I’m friendly, responsible, considerate, tidy, have no pets and am easy going so will take a room furnished or unfurnished. I also have family in Melbourne who I will stay with from Friday nights to Sunday afternoons so my budget is a bit cheaper for this reason. Happy to have a chat to potential flatmates. Cheers!
