Hi, my name is Kim and I have recently relocated back to Melbourne from Sydney. I’m looking for an apartment to share with someone. I am pretty easy going, very neat and tidy and like living a peaceful home life. I’m marketing manager for a start up fashion label, so am rarely home - we may not see that much of each other! My ideal housemate is someone that is also easy to get along with and also likes having a calm living environment.
Hi I’ve I’ve recently moved from Armidale, NSW. I work for a multinational company as an Account Manager. I travel regularly for work away 1 to 2 nights a week. I live a clean, healthy and fitness lifestyle (gym 3 to 4 per week). I study externally as well which pretty much fills the rest of my time. Adrian Davis
Very friendly and easy to live with Kiwi girl, tidy and quiet, love my own space, non smoker, no problems with the bills or cleaning. No pets, loves to stay active so I'm up early to hit the gym most days. Work 4 days a week and the other three I'm usually seeing a movie, heading out to dinner or chilling at home.
I'm an easygoing, super friendly gal from Glasgow/Scotland moving to Melbourne to work full time in A&E as a doc. Always excited to meet new people, and always keen to go for drinks, food, any activity in general but appreciate my own space to recharge. Very into my music, and love house/techno clubs in particular. Equally a lover of a lazy quiet night in with snacks and netflix. Enjoy racket sports, and like to keep active. Brunch is the best meal of the day. Looking to meet some relaxed open-minded people that like to socialise as much as I do, but will also contribute to making a nice home! I am a considerate housemate, and would hope to have similar considering the shift pattern of my work.
Hi everyone! My name is Aleksandar and I'm a computer science masters student from Austria visiting Melbourne for half a year in order to work on my thesis with the nice folks at RMIT and explore Melbourne and Australia. When I'm working on my stuff I tend to be quiet and busy with my thoughts, however I do enjoy socialising, exploring my surroundings and just having a good time when I'm free :). I also prefer to have everything around me tidy and clean. I'll usually spend most of my days either working on my pc, or exploring the city. Oh and I'm into photography, travel, design, etc. (too much stuff to add here :D )
My name is Sebastian and I am a 30 years old consultant from Berlin, Germany. I will be traveling alone for my first time to Australia. I am very extroverted and talkative, that is also why I love couchsurfing. I love to talk with new people. I like being spontaneous and have always a big smile on my face. I like to have meaningful conversations with people about almost everything we can think of. I really love the idea to meet locals and have a great chat with them about the city you are visiting or overall life experiences. I would most definitely be out all day and head to your place in the evenings. On the other hand I would like to talk to you, eventually have a meal with you and hopefully have a great laugh.
Hi, my name is Ernestas and I will come to Melbourne for a 6-month full-time internship at Mercedes-Benz Financial Services in Mulgrave. I just finished my B.Sc. studies in Germany and now looking for new adventures abroad. I already lived in Canada for 8 months. In Germany I lived the whole 3 years of studying in a shared flat, which also means that I know how it is to live with people you do not know in person at the beginning of the rent. I am looking for young flatmates (under 30 years) to have a fun time with them. I love to play basketball or just hang around with friends and have a drink with them in a pub. Ride a bike and go swimming are also one of my favourite things to do. I am a calm person and able to keep the flat clean. It would be great to find a place where the city center of Melbourne is as close as Mulgrave, the suburb where I will work. I'm looking forward to get your messages.
I am from Malaysia and my wife is from Indonesia. We both have lived for a long time in a sharehouse. We love watching movies, like to keep our place clean, like to cook Asian to Intercontinental food, friendly / like to have chat and respect our flatmates' privacy. I will start my course at VIT by early October and will find part-time work once we are settled in the new accommodation.
I have lived with roommates for several years in Australia and in Finland as well, so I have reasonably good idea how to respect other people's privacy. I have also had the same room for rent in Finland for over 10 years now with zero complaints, so I'm not loud or I don't break stuff.. But saying that I'm a very social person as well, so that I don't just lurk in my room 24/7. I do like to have a chat and catch up with my roommates. I'm a chef, which means that I'm not home that much, because my work weeks are usually around 60-70hours per week. I just received my 4 years sponsorship and my new job starts in 17th of september so I have a steady income as well . I have also had the same room for rent in Finland for over 10 years now with zero complaints, so I'm not loud or I don't break stuff. Otherwise I like to party, go out, have a laugh and have a good time when I'm not working. I like music and I go to concerts & gigs quite often. And obviously my partner is a better version of me, so we are a very good team.
My name is kelly and I’m from Wales, UK. I’m friendly and easy to get along with, I will be working shifts and nights included. Interested in sharing with other nurses or health care professionals. I am clean and tidy, and although work shifts still like to have fun on my days off. I like to be outdoors, going to the gym and socializing with friends.
I'm coming over for the year from Scotland. Just finished university after 5 years and I've lived with students throughout that time. I'm a very sociable person who enjoys going out and I'm very keen to keep the house tidy at all times. Very easy person to get on with and will be open to meeting new people. I enjoy playing and watching sports including football and rugby and I like going to the gym during the week.
