Hey there! My name is Steff. I just left cold Germany and moved to Australia :). I am very easy going and warm hearted and looking for a place to call home. I enjoy going out and exploring nature, connecting with people and good food, of course :D I love conversations about life, psychology, music and nature, as I am a biologist. I am a very clean and considerate person who is respectful of personal space and also appreciates having a glass of wine or dinner together. I will be working full time and will stay in Melbourne for at least 8 months. (I am not a backpacker.) I'm looking forward to meeting you guys :)!
Hey, my name is Yew Zhi, originally from Perth, I'm looking to move up to Melbourne from Geelong to be closer to work! Currently in my last trimester at uni studying Architecture and Construction Management and also working full time in the City. I'm pretty laid-back, clean, tidy and rumour has it I also used to do lawnmowing and handyman work so I can definitely do things around the house!
Hey! I'm bubbly, caring, friendly, funny and easy going! I'm an actor who has just graduated from drama school. I'm very artsy and creative! I love a chilled night in as much as a fun night out!
Hi, I'm Niamh. I'm looking for a room in a nice, clean house with character and an outdoor space. I'm looking for easy going, chilled, respectful and fun housemates that I could become friends with. I'm Irish, have been here for 4 years. I have PR. I work fulltime on the Southside of the city as a nurse.I don't do nights! I like to cook, travel, read, go out with friends, stay in with friends, go exploring the city or the countryside.I try to keep active. I think I'm a respectful, laidback and fun housemate...(references available on request😋) Currently in a sublet until Jan but happy to get something before then if it's the right place. P.s I have houseplants 🌱
Hi, I'm Savannah, a 27-year-old student from Sydney who will be coming to Melbourne to study my honours project in Neurogenetics at the Murdoch Children's Research Institute in Parkville. I've lived in sharehouses for nearly 10 years so know how to respect the space. I'm usually quiet during the week and like to go out to rock gigs on the weekends. I am creative and like to make clothes, paint and make homemade soaps when I have the time. I also do casual modelling on a freelance basis with a couple of agencies and work in before and aftercare at a school in Newtown (SYD) at the moment. I have a partner, Matt, who might come and visit from Sydney sometimes and two cats who won't visit but I'll probably show you a hundred pictures of them - sorry in advance I just think they are the cutest two creatures to ever walk the planet hah! I'm looking for a casual and friendly space where I can meet some new friends, maybe have a casual wine and chat, but also have the space to study when I need to. I will need to be in Melbourne before the 10th feb so wid-late January move date is best but I am flexible. I would likely stay until the end of 2020, maybe longer if it's the right fit (and available) and I decide to stay in Melbourne after my project is finished. Preferably northside suburbs.
Hi, I am a Master student from Germany and will be interning at Goethe Institute in Melbourne until mid-April. I am looking for a nice place to call my home for the next few months, ideally, a furnished room in a sociable household. I enjoy travelling and exploring, great food and spending time with my friends. I'm an easy-going, clean and super friendly room mate with lots of flat sharing experience (having lived together with different people since 2011 in Germany, Canada and Tajikistan).
I recently just moved back home to Melbourne (with wide open arms and big beady eyes) after realising a change of scenery/life in sydney, just wasn’t for me. I’m 28yo, Visual merchandiser. I love cooking but eat out more/in. I do enjoy going out, although I never make plans to, so some weekend’s could be spent out and about milking Melbourne’s greatness. Then others could be on the couch, having a friend over for lunch, enjoying ME time. A good afternoon snooze and just being a cute little homebody. • I think what makes a good flatmate is somebody who loves where they live. Can have good banter and conversations with ease. Has a natural sense of, cleaning up after themselves ect knowing that we all like our alone time, chill time, whatever time without any disturbance to that, which is exactly the kind of housemate I Am. Oh and I read social ques :)
Looking for a Melbourne home ASAP :) moving for new training location hopefully this weekend! Easy going, love to laugh and be happy. Tidy, clean up after myself and enjoy sleeping/a healthy lifestyle. Have lived in multiple shared houses/flats and homes. Get along super well with other sports people, artists.... and dogs haha. Looking for a place located close to East Melbourne or SouthBank, close to the river/the beach would be awesome. Wake up early and train morning/nights, spend the middle of my day sleeping/working/studying so would love somewhere I can sleep/use good wifi for study during those hours. Happy to listen to some good tunes at other times haha. Interested in moving in as soon as possible this November, or if there are other like minded people would be happy to team up and find a cool place to rent together! Budget I can be a little flexible with the right place :)
Hey there! I'm Jarron :) I'm 27, gay and have been living in Melbourne for about a year now since moving down from Sydney. I’ve recently finished medical school so I will be commencing fulltime work at a hospital in January. I'm a happy and social guy, but also enjoy my own downtime. I’m clean and tidy and would love it if you were too. I enjoy hiking, camping, cycling, travel, stand-up comedy and trashy pop. Hit me up if you think we'd be a match!
I'm a working professional in HR and Sales. I've just returned from 18 months in Europe and am looking for a room with my labradoodle, Wilfred. He's super chilled and well house trained. He doesn't shed fur. I love travel, culture, wine, beach, summer sun, music, dancing and outdoor adventures. I also like personal development and deep conversations. Looking for some cool kids to live with, social, but not a party house. I've just done 7 months in Ibiza... I love my quiet time at home plus equally social gatherings and cook ups.
Hey, I'm Jack, a 25 year old who's just about to start working at a hospital in Prahran and am looking to live in the area! Looking to find a place to live for 12 months. I'm into reading, board games, movies and catching up with friends on the weekends. I've previously lived in a share-house so I'm always willing to contribute and keep the house clean and tidy. I'm looking for a place that would have some kind of space for my car and isn't too expensive. Other than that, let me know if you're interested!
