In australia since 3 years with a working visa 457 (sponsorship) valid till 2020. 24 single professional male. Easy going, clean and respectfull. Working full time so barely at home during the weekdays... Up for everything during the weekends which can be chillin at home or also going out for few drinks. I like sports, cars but my main interest is music. Im living on my own since im 17 so i know how to take care of my place and also respectfull of the house sharing rules. I have to admit that im not the best cook but of course i try my best to survive ahaha Im a smoker that is trying to quit and just a social drinker. Always up for a chat but also i know when to keep to myself in order to respect others privacy. Looking for a place asap! Hit me up!
My name is Emy and I'm from England and just turned 30. I work as a portrait photographer in and around Sydney which is very varied and keeps me busy. I have spent some time this year traveling the country in my van & seeing lots of cool places. I am on a working holiday visa but will be changing visas next year to be able to stay in the country for longer. My boyfriend is called Michael and he's 28 and is Australian (from Dubbo originally). He works full time as a video editor for a wedding video company in Fairfield. He's lived in Sydney for a while and studied film here. He also works on short film for film festivals in-between his editing job so he's pretty busy. We don't smoke and I don't drink (just really don't like the taste!). Michael only drinks a little bit. We are both into eating good food and like to cook (always wash up after we have eaten!) After work we tend to cook food and chill out with netflix, or go out for dinner or cinema. We both try to keep fit and I regually go to fitness classes in the city. On days off from work we catch up on sleep, socialise and take trips out to the beach or shops. We are both pretty chilled out and don't like drama so are looking for a friendly and chilled out place to live. I'm pretty chatty where as Michael is quite shy so it takes him a while to get chatty with new people! But we are both super friendly and positive people who are clean, tidy and respectful of other people. We totally respect other peoples space and privacy and are looking for the same whilst also being able to hang out with our future flatmates if they want to. We don't have an ideal set amount of time that we would like to live in Sydney so I wrote down 4 months but it's a very rough number! This is because we plan to travel at some point next year but we need to spend some time to work hard and save up for it and we don't know how long it will take! So a flexible lease agreement would be ideal for this reason. Our ideal place would be within a 10 minute walk to the train station and walking distance to supermarkets. Own bathroom and outdoor space like a balcony or garden would be a major plus but not essential. And an apartment that comes with gym facilities or is near to a gym would be even more awesome.
My lovely current landlords are moving, so I am in need for a new place by 08/01/16. I am neat and quiet, don't smoke. Love good movies, good books, good music, good tea/ coffee, good chat.
My name is Matt I'm a 35yr old nurse working full time. I do shift work, am an avid enthusiast photographer, bushwalker, non-smoker and always looking for ways to unwind after a busy day at work. I'm looking for a place long-term and a cool, relaxed housemate. I can offer a coffee machine, Dylan Moran DVd's with Black Books and wine. I'm easy to talk to and always respect privacy. I'm looking for a place to come home and be comfortable. Any questions I'll be happy to answer.
hey folks, i'm studying urbanism post-grad at sydney uni and working part-time at an artisanal food distributor. when i'm not cooking/eating, i'm swimming, rowing, at ballet, yoga, or on my bicycle somewhere in between. i come with a piano, an antique cutlery set, and a little kitchen garden in pot plants. i'm not just looking for a house, i'm looking for a home - get in touch if you're looking for the same. my move date is more flexible to be pushed back than brought forward. ich spreche übrigens deutsch:)
We are 2 girls from the North of England. We are looking to rent a 2 bedroomed fully furnished property from the 3rd January or 2 bedrooms (not shared) in a shared house or apartment ! Although we plan to work full time and therefore wont be the house all day everyday, we enjoy cooking and would love a house share that respects each others space but also enjoys social activities together. I'm a very clean, vibrant and social housemate. I'm a high school teacher in creative and performing arts and technology/ visual arts. Looking for inner-west of Sydney. Non-smoker, social drinker. Interested in living in a share situation with both male and female housemates.
Hi I'm 37, male, originally from Austria, just about to finish a PhD, and I'm looking for a short-term accommodation. I'm trying to become an independent contractor in my professional field, and I'm looking for a room in which I can work 30+ hours a week (hence both "unemployed" and "working full-time"). The room doesn't have to be big, but should fit a medium-sized office desk along with bed etc. Furnished rooms preferred. I'm flexible with the length of stay, can be shorter if necessary. I surf about once or twice per week (if the summer swell permits) and prefer locations close to the beach. I don't own a car and depend on public transport. I'm outgoing if people approach me, otherwise I keep to myself. Thanks a lot for your consideration! Stefan
I’m 26 and have just moved to Sydney from Perth for a full time Architecture job. I’m looking for long term accommodation to commence as soon as possible, either in an existing sharehouse or with some like-minded people looking to set up a new sharehouse. Hoping to find a sharehouse in the inner West (near the train line would be great) up to $270 a week for the room or $300 including bills, sharing with 2 or more housemates preferably of around the same age. Garden or courtyard would be a real bonus. I like to spend my spare time between indoor rock-climbing, heading to the beach, having a quiet drink, checking out bars and cafes, playing games with friends and watching movies and TV. I’m pretty easy going and considerate and a bit of a creative type, happy to have my own space and chill out but also enjoy a good laugh and am looking to spend some time with my future housemates and make some new friends in Sydney. Have a large TV, amp and speakers and a few gaming consoles I’d be happy to share but also more than willing to contribute to appliances if the house is in need of anything new. I’m free to inspect properties any time on the weekend as well as after work. Please let me know if you are interested! Cheers, Wes

Very easy going 25 yr old, looking to nest by the sea! I live a fairly busy and somewhat healthy & active lifestyle where I am working full time and studying part time. I am a non-smoker, but enjoy a glass of red, a chat and a good BBQ every now and then. To move in by early Jan would be very ideal. Long term preferred, but am open to either. Hope to hear from you!
I'm a student at Macquarie Uni coming to the end of my degree and looking for a share house/apartment around the end of January 2017 that is easily accessible to public transport. This is crucial as I don't drive and need to ensure I get to work and classes on time. I am looking for a living dynamic that matches my personality & lifestyle. I am pretty down to earth, very sociable and outgoing, and would love to get to know my roommate(s) over a couple of drinks and a meal. Very capable of keeping both personal and mutual living spaces tidy, and of course respect the need for privacy. I love watching films, eating out, trying new things and always up for a cheeky dance or karaoke sesh (at home or otherwise)! Feel free to get in contact with me! :)
Born and raised Sydney, I am currently working in finance and part time in the army reserve. This means I am neat, tidy and extremely well house trained! I enjoy a cold beer at the end of a long day and I am generally pretty busy so I'm not really the party type, however I'm always up for a beer and a chat. Looking for a place to live, potentially long term and hoping to find some awesome housemates!

I am a full time professional working with NSW government in mid 30s. Moved to Australia from India some 2.5 years back and Sydney has been home since then. I am clean and tidy and like to keep my surroundings the same way. Not much of a party person and keep it low generally especially during weekdays. I do enjoy reading, heading outdoors, love movies. Won't mind an occasional chat over a glass of wine or some beer though. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask
I'm fun, adventurous and daring. I am a singer and a comedian. I love to laugh and have a fun time. I am not really into the partying scene as I loooove my sleep to much. I socially drink about once a month. I can cook and clean up after myself.
I'm a Finnish journalist/ photographer, Working Holiday maker, food enthusiast, book-worm and traveler, and always ready to meet new people. I'm used in living in shared flats, but I need my own room. I don't smoke, and I always clean immediately any mess I've made. Because of my work, I need to easily get to Blacktown Station by train. That's why I prefer places with an easy access to Blacktown.

Hi, I work at a financial services firm, I'm respectful of people's personal space, privacy etc, my work hours are from 8 to (no limit) so pretty late hours !!. During weekends I like to workout, socialize with friends, also comfortable doing nothing and binging on Netflix !! Happy to know you better.
Hi! I'm Meg and I will be 20 at the end of January. I am looking for somewhere to live next year as I will not be renewing my current lease when it runs out at the beginning of February. This is because I would prefer to live in South Sydney, as it will be closer to where I will be studying at Ettingshausens in Kirrawee. I would prefer an unfurnished room, living with one other person (any gender), however I will definitely still consider other arrangements. I will be at school at least three weekdays, and most other days I will be at work, which is doing promotional work, meaning I will have a steady income to pay bills. My parents currently pay my rent and will continue to do so whilst I am studying until the end of 2017, so the correct amount of rent will always be paid on time. I have lived in Sydney for a year now, after I moved from my hometown of Tamworth to study dance full-time at Village on Broadway for a year. I am clean and respectful, and also a very happy and easy to get along with kind of person. Love to socialise with my housemates but of course give you your space and privacy. I am also not a party animal so won't have heaps of people over/come home super late all the time/make a big mess. I'm very active, and also vegan and really passionate about healthy eating and cooking! I'm also very creative so I'll usually be making something arty in my spare time. Love catching up with friends, going to art galleries and markets and spending lots of time at the beach!
Hi there ! I am a 24 year old female relocating to Sydney for work. I work for the government, but I promise I am fun too! I like seeing friends, travelling, Thai food, wine, the beach, and Netflix. Looking to find like minded people and ages. I've been in a house share for a while now, so I think I have what it takes to be a polite, considerate, and friendly house mate. I am social and friendly, but definitely do like solo down time and will respect your space too. I am also definitely on the cleaner side, and more than happy to clean up after myself. I've never needed a chore rotation in any house share but I am definitely happy to work around your styles too! I am currently single but will have friends stay over/ visit, so I would love to be in a place where that is welcomed and I would welcome that too. I will be working in the CBD, and therefore one of my main concerns is being near a train line. Redfern, marrickville, Newtown, surrounds preferred but definitely open to other areas with train access. I am looking for a place between $200-$300, negotiable for the right criteria. I will need a car bay or street parking, happy to pay extra for this. Im not sure yet whether to look for a short term or long term place - if I find a short term place I'd prefer it to be furnished or lightly furnished, or for long term I can sort my own furniture. I'm happy to compromise amount of time for the right house and the right people. For those interested in starting a team up, I am looking for a 3x2 or 3x3. I look forward to chatting and seeing if we can get along in a house share environment ! Karin

Hi I'm Michael, 29 in a couple of weeks and recently back in Oz after living in Canada for the past 5 years. I work 6 days a week in the city doing remidal and cival work on the mls building. When I'm not at work I'm either out working on my car, at the beach getting back on the board or catching up with family and friends. I make a mean old fashion cocktail and can get on with pretty much anyone.
I'm Caio, now 27, brazilian, going to live in Australia for 3 and a half months to study english. I'm organised, clean and tidy. I really like to socialise. I'm easy going and I like to chill. I love the beach and the summer! Caio
Hi All, My name is Josh and I'm a 30-year old working professional looking for my own room to rent in a unit or house in the Inner-West or West of Sydney. I'm very laid back, clean, hygienic and a sociable guy. I'm a massive sports fan (live for the NRL) and also really like cricket, baseball, soccer and wrestling. Music wise, I'm into rock and metal mostly, but also enjoy blues and some jazz. I enjoy a drink socially and it would be handy if my flatmate/flatmates did too. It's important for me to point out that, I'm not looking to move in with a hermit who locks themselves in their room. So, If you aren't a sociable person and more of an introvert, it's probably best not to contact me. What I'm looking for in a nutshell: - Fun, friendly and easy going flatmates (Male or Female is fine by me) - A private room of my own (not shared) - A place within 1km of a train station - A place with air conditioning is a must What I'm NOT looking for: - Sharing my bedroom - Living with anyone over 40 - Living with a cat (more than happy to live with dogs though) - Rent of more than $250 a week - Living with more than 3 other people Please contact me if you have a room available in one of the Suburbs I've listed and you've read my profile and think we would make great flatmates. Cheers
I'm 24 and super easy to get along with, eat out a lot but can cook, vegan so I won't steal your food, very social but know when to have a quiet one. This is really quite strange to write, it's a lot easier just to meet someone!
Hi, I am Vina from Bali Indonesia. I am currently studying Tissue Engineering in Vienna, Austria, and will be coming to Sydney for a semester to do my master thesis at UNSW. I have lived abroad since I graduated high school, so I have experience living together with new people. I'm super easy to live with. I also love cooking, and trying on new recipes. I really hope I can find a nice, warm place to stay. Don't hesitate to contact me.
Hey future flatmate :) Im a fun, friendly and happy person. I have a deep passion for animals and hope to find a place i can have my 4 year old border collie x lab Zyla with me! she's a gem :). Hello, future housemate! My name is Shy and I'm a friendly, relaxed individual who is open-minded and easy-going. I'm conscientious and respectful, and like to keep a tidy, harmonious home. While I do enjoy the occasional social event, I usually prefer quiet nights in with my two gorgeous kitties, preferably with one or two other friendly individuals for some more conversational company. I am full-time employed in the IT/digital entertainment industry and work in the Sydney CBD, so location is negotiable as long as it's within a reasonable commuting distance. 30 minutes or less would be preferable, though I will consider anything up to an hour! Ideally I'd like to find one or two like-minded others with whom to share mid-to-long term. Let's build a haven and a home! :)
Hi, We are three friends (two guys and a girl) looking for another girl to start a new lease with us in the inner west. We are looking for a 4 bedroom house with a backyard for BBQs in summer. I'm a pretty easygoing person to live with, clean & pay everything on time. I like Netflix, food, wine, outdoor adventures, live music... bit of everything. The two guys are really clean, friendly & responsible. Architects who also like to socialise but work long hours through the week. We would like to live with someone who likes to hang out after work and is friendly rather than feeling like strangers sharing a place. If that is you, send us a message :-)

Hello there! I am Andrew, a business development/account manager who has just moved into a different industry. The new job is CBD based so i am looking to move closer to the city - currently I am based in the hills district which means I am spending more commuting than I'd like. I used to work in FMCG so have a pretty good knowledge of bars and restaurants in Sydney. I also like music, movies, conversation, .......the usual good stuff. If you think we'd be a good fit and like to know more drop me a line. Ideally I'd like to have something locked in by the end of 2016 and preferably sooner.
I'm a 19 year old Australian student studying commerce at usyd, I currently live near Cronulla, but looking to move closer to the city as I will start full time work in accounting and finance in the city in February, and the commute is getting a little painful. I'm a relatively quiet, very chilled out, but sociable guy, especially after you get to know me. I like to have a few drinks and go out on weekends, but also I enjoy just chilling at home and watching Netflix and stuff, but I will also spend a fair bit of time studying, due to my full time work and study load.. I like going to the beach, going for the occasional run and being outdoors. I'm also a neat and clean guy! I'm going overseas in January for the month so putting this out in advance in the hope of perhaps having something lined up for when I get back! Feel free to message me!
