International, easy going, full time worker and fun person who has lived in Sydney for over 10 years (I do have fair bit stuff with me). I appreciate beautiful, clean and tidy homes in fairly quiet and leafy areas if possible. Originally from Finland and I travel for work quite a bit, into health and horse riding (own my horse), yet go out for dinners and enjoy wine as it's also my job. I would like to find someone who is tidy, is easy going, helpful and respectful - understand privacy, being able to pay the bills but doesn't mind to watch movie together. I prefer to share with one person only. I like having quiet weekdays as I am also studying, but I do enjoy glass or two while cooking yummy food.
Working in Management consulting in Sydney CBD. I'm friendly, respectful and clean - what else could you ask for in a flatmate? ;) May occasionally be traveling for work (not at home during the week). Would like to find a place which is modern and clean, and close to a train station. I require my own room, unless it's very big. Ideally North Shore or around CBD area. Would like to find at least one flatmate to share costs - friendly and responsible (clean), the rest I'm not too fussed about! Moving all my stuff is a hassle so I'd prefer a longer term rental haha! PS. I have a dog (which I will most likely leave at my parent's house), but if you have a dog yourself and are happy to have another dog at your place PLEASE LET ME KNOW! I would love to keep him with me if possible!

Hey there, my name is Jacqui. I am currently working in retail in the city, and attending Macquarie Uni, studying a bachelor of commerce. I'm 18 years old, although not your typical partying uni student. I'm very responsible, honest and social. I'm a bit of a clean freak, so I'll be sure to keep everything neat and tidy. I'm a big health foodie and I love fitness. My parents have relocated from Sydney, so I'm looking for a new home, hopefully around the lower north shore on the train line, so I can get to uni easily.
I'm a busy professional who works long hours and travels quite frequently for business. Not much of a homebody, I'm always out with friends or attending social events for work. I live an active lifestyle, like keeping fit and spending most weekends outdoors or head up the coast visiting family. I do appreciate a quiet night in watching a movie, sharing good food, wine and relaxing with my housemate. I consider myself easy to live with, I'm considerate, have life skills, can cook, clean up after myself and generally keep pretty quiet. As I have a very hectic work life, I prefer to come home to calm home environment. I'm not looking for a party house, those days are long gone for me. I'm looking for a like minded professional to share a great house with. Someone that has stability, who is reliable and has an positive vibe. Not looking to share with more then one person, three is a crowd! Look forward to hearing from you.

I'm currently living in Alexandria and looking to move further north for cheaper rents and to be closer to family and friends. I'm generally busy 5-6 days a week working and studying tourism in the city so I'm not around too often. I rely on public transport so I would ideally like to live within 15 mins walking distance of a train station and supermarket. I'm clean, tidy and considerate and not really up for house parties but happy to share the occasional dinner, daily catch up or beverage of an evening. That said, I also value my own space. I have all my own bedroom furniture which I wish to use and keep but nothing extra, however, I'm happy to contribute to purchasing other furniture if needed. I would also prefer to live with people of a similar age group. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, Netflix, reading the occasional book and hanging out with friends.

Looking preferably for a townhouse or ground floor/garden apartment to share in either Crows Nest and surrounding suburbs or near Redfern station. I'm moving from the Shire to be closer to work. I'm an architect who enjoys playing piano and going to contemporary dance classes. I own a small upright piano that I'd like to bring along. It current fits well in my 3x3m room and I will always ask if it's okay to practice. I will need either on-street parking or a private car parking space. Preferably I'm looking for likeminded people in their mid20s-mid30s. I look forward to meeting you!
