Hi There, I am 30 years old Female looking for short term accommodation 2 to max 3 months (depending on accommodation). I ideally want to have my own place in the new year. For the next 2/3 months I require my own room - just me. I will be away for two weeks during Christmas (I will still be paying rent in those two weeks 21/12/19 to 5/01/20). I am very quiet, introverted, tidy (I am a minimalist). I prefer a quiet place where its quiet after 10pm – as I go to sleep early weekdays. I have a TV, ps4 and laptop. The input and output audio is connected via my wireless headset so you will never hear music, TV and chatter. Housemates previously would never know I was home. I do contribute eg. Buying toilet paper, dishwashing tablets, contribution to professional cleaning. I do not drink or smoke, I am actually a really boring person. My hobbies are videogaming, work, shopping and I am a cat person. I shower twice a day and air-conditioning is a must, and willing to pay extra (will only use weeknights and weekends I dislike summer). If you think I am a good fit please contact me. I have a clear criminal record and I have a working with children check. I will never bring people over. I actually don’t like to have people over, and my family are not in Sydney and when they visit we book motel rooms. My mobile is available on request. Warm Regards, Max
I am a full time teacher and work on the North Shore. I am looking to find a room mate who is like minded, has a positive attitude and willing to have a chat but also respect each other’s space. I enjoy being active, socialising and making the most of my weekends. During the week, I love cooking dinners and relaxing after coming home from work.
Hi, I am looking for someone to either teamup and find an apartment or share with someone (relatively) normal. I work full time at RNSH in the public health sector. I like my own space, but enjoy socialising if you are up for it. I also wouldn't hate it if you dragged me to the gym once in a while, as I am apparently incapable of doing it myself. I play the bagpipes in a pipes and drums band which takes up a fair amount of time. I promise not to practice in the house, unless you have a guest you desperately want to get rid of.
I will be in Sydney from mid-January til the end of May for my PhD research stay. I will be probably most of the time in the lab and traveling around because I havent been to Australia before. While home, I like to have a glass of wine and watch movies :D
Interested in teaming up but also open to slotting in somewhere suitable. I'm friendly, social, active, and tend to live a busy lifestyle. I enjoy travel, keeping active, going on walks/hikes, visiting the beach or somewhere by the sea on my days off, catching up with friends etc, but may also be found chilling and having some downtime, reading a book, or having a wine and a catch up with a flatmate at home :). I'm responsible, respectful and clean, and appreciate these qualities in flatmates. Ideally I'd like to move in with like-minded people who like to keep a relatively clean space and enjoy having a chat or a wine now and then when our paths cross. I'm social, but I also respect space and privacy. Our house is our home.
I'm 24 and currently working in Marketing. I've lived in Sydney for almost 2 years now and am looking to move in with another easy going, active and fun female. I have everything to furnish a new house so ideally looking to start a team up with one or two other girls! In my spare time I like to catch up with friends, explore the sights and beaches of Sydney and of course go for brunch! I like to be very friendly and comfortable with my housemates and take pride in my house and possessions so looking for someone with the same values. I'm a very social person but also like to relax after a long day at the office. Let me know if you wanna catch up for a coffee and a chat! xx
I’m a sporty, funny guy who’s always happy to meet new people. In my free time I’m really interested in doing workouts and sports in general but also to just hang around with friends or go partying. I’m currently doing daily jobs but I’m looking for a casual work in hospitality. I’m looking for some cool friendly people with whom I can have a lot of fun, nice talks and a good living environment.
I'm usually pretty laid back, like to have some fun and also love my time alone. But will always been down for a chat. Just really looking for someone to find a place with that's down for a bit of fun but is also willing to work together to keep our place looking nice. Just want a down to earth, normal room mate! Super flexible with area, just the lower north shore is preferred. Also flexible with move in date.
I'm outgoing & friendly. easy to get along. practise hot yoga twice every week. Not that sporty, but I like out door activities. It's great if as roomates we can hang out together. Not a party animal. & respect other's privacy. I'm looking for a room full of natural lights. Don't mind sharing bath room with another. I'm a bit neat freak. So the place must be tidy & clean. My budegest is $300 not incl bill. BTW, I'm an accountant working in St Leonards.
I work full time in St Leonards for a NFP, working in Events. I am easy going, enjoy being social but also happy with a quiet night in with tv! Would love a room that has built in wardrobes and house has A/C and wifi if possible! I have all furnishings for the room. Rent negotiable however preference is max $280 with bills. On the weekend I like to catch up with friends, go for a coastal walk or just read a book in the sun! Happy to socialise with room mates however also enjoy quiet time by myself.
