Hi, I'm a fun Canadian moving to Sydney to start my Masters. I'm a very friendly person and love meeting new people. I love the outdoors and exploring new things. I'm a very clean and organized person, who is generally quiet but also social :). I love exercising, playing sports, and the occasional board games.
~Ideally looking for a team up~ A little about myself, I’m 22 working full time for a non for profit in Parramatta CBD. My hours range anywhere from 7am- 7pm Monday to Friday. Outside of work if I’m not spending time with my friends or family, you’ll find me most likely watching some weird comedy on Netflix. I love to have a laugh and I’m a bit of a social chameleon. And if you’re wondering, my first name is pronounced like “Ryan” without the “n”. I wouldn’t mind sharing the occasional drink (or two) or meal after work but I also understand that some nights you’d just want to chill on your own too. I may not make my bed as often as I’d like to, but I like to keep both my private and shared space alike fairly tidy. This would be my first time living out of home for more than two months (hopefully) but I have always paid rent and my share of the bills on time and plan on continuing on doing so for the rest of my renting life 😝 I'm looking for an unfurnished room that can fit a queen bed and a desk. Looking at moving date around mid March. I don’t drive, so I’m looking somewhere within walking distance to Parramatta CBD or fairly close to a train station/shops. I value effective and open communication so please note due to my schedule, I will not be replying to messages for places that don’t meet the criteria above.
Im friendly, neat/tidy and like to keep to myself. Non smoker and non drinker. Looking for female only room mates. I respect privacy and boundries. Full time university student. I like staying home and watching Netflix, ps4, reading and going to the gym. I have my own furniture including queen sized bed, desk, tv/unit, portable air con, bookshelf, drawers. Will need built in/wardrobe and a place to park my car. Would also like storage space if available. I have a pet lorikeet.
Hey new to Sydney full time working professional.Looking for some good homies to live with.Hangout over weekend or drinks at times. Last experience was great , I am fun and keep my house tidy. Like a party else can keep to myself. Looking for amicable good housemates.
I am an uncomplicated, non-smoker, adventurous and caring person anytime up for having a cup of tea or wine, cooking or having bbq together or just watching a movie or serie. But I also totally understand if somebody needs time on his/her own, I will also need it sometimes ;) Currently I am working on my master thesis in physics in Germany and coming to University of Sydney for doing some research for 8 weeks. I have already lived in two shared flats for all in all 4 years and got unforgettable memories out of it. :) I like doing sports (swimming, running, hiking) and playing music (singing, also with guitar, and playing the cello, but don't wonder, I won't take it with me;) ). But I also love to try out new activities! :)
My name is Phil, im 21 and I've just moved up to Sydney from Melbourne. Im your standard aussie bloke. Love to have a good laugh and a drink or two. In my spare time im usually out at the beach or going to different gigs and events! Working and studying so won't be home much. Looking for similar people around the same age to live with!!!
Looking for either a lovely existing house share with 1 or two people or a team up to get a flat together. I'm a friendly, easy going housemate. I like a clean modern house with lots plants and good coffee. Pretty simple life love early mornings, yoga and the beach :) Message me if you have a great room in your house/flat or if you keen on meeting up and going into a team up xx
$220 maximum including bills. Can't move in until start of March My name is Aja, pronounced like the continent Asia. I am a 23 year old female. Can be fairly private at times but do enjoy a bevvy with friends and housemates here and there, along a good movie or show to binge. I'm a lover of art, especially photography and am keen for photographic adventures. I'm slowly building up a portfolio. I enjoy cooking and would be happy to help out or make household meals every now and then. I like things to be neat and tidy but am not overly OCD about it. I am about to relocate around the end of Feb back to Sydney from Melbourne to be closer to my family following a passing. I was born in Sydney and have lived in the Inner City, Northern Beaches and Blue Mountains (as well as in Melbourne and up in Byron Bay). I'm looking to live in Western Sydney close to a train station where it is a bit cheaper but easy enough to get to and from the city for work. I am currently working in electricity sales but will be pursuing a different profession in Sydney. I played and taught roller derby in the Blue Mountains 2013-2016 and would love to get back into that. I spent 8 months in Cambodia in 2017 learning about the culture, experiencing the wonderful sights with my camera and working in a busy bar (called YOLO) on Pub Street. I volunteered my time working with a few local schools as well as veterinarian outreach programs in Siem Reap. I helped foster kittens and cats and am an animal lover, happy if people have pets in their household. My plans for 2018 are to work, save money and go to Japan for the first time.
Heyyy, I am looking for a flat mate to stay with me in a modern studio apartment, looking to pay $300 a week, I am respectful, I’m clean, I like getting to know new people.I’m working full time so paying rent isn’t an issue and I am a reliable person. I enjoy snowboarding, going for runs, going out on the weekends, I’m originally from wollongong I moved up to the city to find full time work, and enjoy the social side of things. Looking for someone respectful, and easy to get along with. I’m available to move out from April 16th, 2018. Thank youu!
Software developer and IT student, don't spend much time at home. I work in the City so I’m looking for a place close to city buses/trains Lived in lots of sharehouses, so I know the importance of being respectful of other housemates, keeping things clean etc. Prefer furbished room with double bed.
Hey, thanks for considering me! So a bit about me: I'm currently working as a Pharmacy Assistant in the CBD and also study a part-time acting course on the weekend. I also love yoga, dance, farmers markets (bit of a foodie), going to the beach, and walks in nature. I'm looking for somewhere to stay long term. I'm friendly, clean and respectful of others. Hope to hear from you soon :) Jess
My name is Drew, I'm 32, currently studying cert.3 in community services ( youth work ) and work part-time. I am extremely clean and organized, honest, responsible and non-judgemental. I spend my weekends riding, canyoning, abseiling, fishing and out with mates. I am after a place a.s.a.p ! Cheers
I'm looking for a team-up, as I think that works best, plus I've got some of what is needed to move into an unfurnished place (except your room). So I'm looking for someone mature-age, who wants to meet and see how we get along, and if it's all good, go and find a great place together. I prefer a place with built-ins and gas cooking which is reasonably close to a station. I was born and bred in Sydney and have lived in France for a few years. I'm friendly and fairly easy to live with. Like everyone, I have my preferences and prefer a spirit of communication and compromise if/when differences arise. I'm a non-smoker who likes music, but not party houses. I'm respectful, considerate, pay the bills on time and like to keep things clean and tidy, and want the same in a housemate. I've shared with different people over the past 10 years and have learned that I'm not a fan of living like ships in the night. While living in each others' pockets is not what I'm after, I think a bit of friendship is important - sharing a meal or a coffee, watching a bit of TV together or having a chat are part of what makes it a home. I believe it's considerate and courteous to let each other know things which might have an impact, like when we'll be away, when wanting to borrow something or are expecting people to stay and so on. It's about negotiation and compromise. I work as a training contractor, so some weeks I'll work 4 days, others not at all. I dabble in a bit of art, enjoy singing, zumba, movies, walks, speaking French and a tiny bit of Spanish, among other things, and am a bit of a geek at heart.
I'm a 26-year-old Iranian woman looking for a clean room with tidy and clean flatmates close to the train station (Max 15 minutes walk). I arrive in Sydney only 5 days ago. I look for a professional job.
Very clean and tidy easy going person. I am a night shift worker so at night time you will often have the place to yourself. When I have a night off I enjoy a beer/wine and the odd shared meal in/out. I am also quite a social person and will often be out anyway. But always happy to make new friends. I have a little Boston terrier who is playful and sweet. She comes to work with me daily. Pretty flexible with move date. I also have all furniture for a house, so definitely keen for a team up situation with 1-2 people.
