Hi all, I am Minh from Vietnam. Currently, I am finishing my last year at Blue Mountains Hotel School and also I am working part-time as well. I am looking for a private room around 15 km away from CBD. Preferred quiet place. Thank you so much.
I am a friendly and tidy person,I feel like I'm at work alot more than I am at home! I do shiftwork and can have a variety of start times so im looking for someone similar to rent with so we can both respect each other's sleep requirements. I dont entertain at home much and prefer to spend my days off either out having meals with friends or catching up on my laundry and watching tv.When I am at home I spend the bulk of my time on my computer or reading so generally I am a quiet person and am looking for someone similar. I'm currently looking at getting a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment somewhere along the t2 inner west line and am looking for one other person to live there with me.my current lease has expired and I can move with 3 weeks notice, I am happy to go on the bond alone.
Hi, looking to find a new place to move into around end of October. I am currently in Croydon Park but this place is due to be demolished. So I would love to team up and find something from here to the Inner West. I have my 14yr old daughter that lives between her mum's place and mine. I also have 2 Chihuahuas and a cat. So ideally need to find a house with 3 rooms minimum. Most I want to pay is 350. Happy to meet up and see if we're similar minded. Not really interested in couples, more suited to someone single or single parent but of course you never know until you meet the person or persons.
I am an Indian Software professional holding an Australian PR. I am relocating to Sydney some time in 3rd or 4th week of Sep 2018 and looking for a temporary accommodation for 2 or 3 months before finding a permanent place to bring my family later. I am clean, tidy, and fun loving individual. I am looking for a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (not to be shared) within walking distance to train station and less than 30 mins to CBD.
Clean, considerate, experienced in share housing, pays bills and rent on time, quiet when needed, but also a keen conversationalist. I am a people person, enjoy living with housemates and getting to know them :)
Hello! My name is Lyla, I'm studying Social Work. My current rental lease is about to run up but I’m heading to South Africa for allof October so looking to move around the 5th of November! I'd say I'm laid back, I'd consider myself open minded and easy to get along with. I'm tidy and respect where I'm living and I'm always keen to do my bit around the house. I can respect personal space but also love to get together. I paint a bit and am very into my music and try to get out and see as much as possible of Sydney's live music scene, would love to live with people who are as equally passionate about it. I bartend most nights and tend to go away most weekends so I would love a social and relaxed home! I moved to Australia 6 years ago from Ireland and before that I was in South Africa and if you have an outdoor area thats a major plus, I'm also keen to team up, so if you think we might be like minded people I'd love to grab a coffee with potential housemates and see if we get along! (Preferably no units/apartments as Im terrified of elevators) Thanks!!
We are all first/second year university students who are looking for a place with 3 bedrooms to move into as of December-January. We will all be studying full time, at UNSW, Macquarie, and USYD, as well as working. We are quiet, tidy, all non smokers, and we don't own any pets. Our max budget is $650 per week for all 3 bedrooms, and having the bills/internet included in the price would be really great! Please don't hesitate to contact me for any information, or if you would like to look at our social media accounts to check us out! :)
Hi! I'm an overseas student attending a short course here in Australia. I'm looking for a place I can live short term. I mostly stay in my room and just come out for cooking. I am very tidy as well.
Hey! I’m full-time student and part time worker. I will start studying in WSU in Hawkesbury, so my preferable locations are Strathfield, Homebush or any suburb close to that train station line. I’m after a private furnished room up to 220$/pw. I am easy to socialise with, love traveling and of course Australia! Did it mach all criteria’s above? Hit me up! :)
Hi there :) My name is Rachel, I'm 24 years old and I currently live in Wollongong, NSW. I am looking for accommodation with three separate bedrooms for myself and two other young women. We are all professionals moving to Sydney in January to start working full time at Barangaroo. We are looking for accommodation located near, or within the CBD and would like to pay between $200 - $300 per week each. We are all easy going, tidy and down to earth people. As we will be working Monday to Friday, we will probably not be spending too much time at home during the week, however, we will be there on the weekends. Thank you for reading my listing!
Chilled, Thoughtful. Looking for a place that I can say, "cool, i'm lucky to find this one." Maybe once or twice a week have friends over as long as flatmate approves. Can be creative in the kitchen and can do basic gardening. I need the basics, washing machine, dryer, secure property. I'm ok with moderate traffic noise. I work in the events industry, my hours can vary a little. Enjoy the outdoors and being on the water. I have a few small boxes to store, mainly childhood memories so built in wardrobe would be good or similar Non smoker and will only live with non smokers, drug free. $270 is a maximum for me, to include bills. Extra keen on places with own bathroom or shared only with one. Epping-Eastwood area not suitable.
I am 25 years old from Perth who moved to Sydney to study 3 years ago. Right now I am working part time and am working towards a career in the film industry. I am very easy going and open to meeting new people. I get along with everybody and make friends easily. Living wise I am clean and often keep to myself. I am looking to live with people who are also easy going and friendly to dogs! (Not that I have one)

I'm Ash, 29 year old make-up artist and student currently studying Youth Work. Bit about me: Ambivert, quiet and extremely tidy. Intersectional feminist, animal lover and I really enjoy photography. I value honesty and transparency. I'm looking for a place that is quiet and respectful of each other's space and privacy, preferably LGBTQIA+.
Hi! I'm a 31 year old scientist who has been living in the UK country NSW, but am now finally returning to Sydney for a new job! I like to keep things clean and tidy and enjoy cooking, especially baking. If I manage to find somewhere with a garden or a balcony, I enjoy keeping plants and would like to grow veggies :)
I'm an occupational therapist, with a full time job. I'm a sociable person, but do enjoy my own space to recharge. I like doing gym classes, crafty activities, spending time at the beach & trying out cafes/restaurants
Quiet, down to earth guy looking for a place to call home. House trained, and happy to catch up with fellow housemates at every opportunity. Looking for a place that is chilled out and not a party house.
Hi, i’m a friendly, respectful working professional looking to rent somewhere cheap by the beach for the warm months coming up. I’m clean and will be travelling far to work so out of the house probably from 6:15 or so til 8:30-9pm each night. Weekends I might want to hang out a bit but generally won’t be fussy either way. I’m looking to live with a person or people who are easygoing and don’t mind sometimes sharing a meal together or watching a movie or something, but don’t need to do anything in particular. My purpose in moving is to get to a savings goal so I will be happy to share costs and economise where we can. I will gladly cook a couple of nights per week and need a place for my two cats potentially (they have a home but I really want them to be with me when I move. Both are gorgeous, friendly and awesome company). I am a qualified coach and love to share what I do, and people usually like to experience it so if you’re into self development or just curious then we’ll get along great. Please let me know if you have a suitable place available, or message me any questions and I’ll be happy to answer. Can’t wait to hear back and start my beachside adventure :)
Hello Beautiful People , I am Looking to get a nice place with someone. I'm Maz local citizen living in Sydney from last 11 year. I lived at GoldCoast , Brisbane Adelaide and few months in Melbourne. I worked in E-commerce and DropShipping Business . I did plenty of travel here and there around the country. I travel overseas in my holidays. I'll keep to myself or I can be your best friend, whatever works. I always say " FIND YOUR TRIBE " & life will be more cool. I am Truely a Minimalist . Normally when i am working get home around 6pm and head to the gym after work. Like to keep busy on weekends then do the occasional Netflix binge when I am not. I am into my tunes (mainly the triple J variety) . I like sociable housemates who don't hide in their room. Always good to have a company when watching sports and going through movies/Netflix. Personal space is obviously pretty important too. Shoot me any questions if you have them. I am looking for long Term place for 10 or 12 months. I am quite reserved, easy going, respectful and tidy. Preferably looking to share with just one other but open to sharing with two in the right circumstances. I'm punctual with the payments, relaxed, easy going and likes to keep things clean and tidy. I have good rental history , previous owners references will be provided on demand . I always pay on time . I'm looking for someone who has a positive outlook on life . The type of person I'm looking for has an easy-going attitude and has similar values on respect and care. Age is not an issue, its more finding the right type of person and to share with someone Fun / like-minded! :) . Looking for a flatMATE, not a tenant. Again don't want someone who hides in their room or isn't going to be around at all. I get bored of my own company....! Someone who is keen to hang out, like minded and keen for a good time. Thank you Maz
Hello there. My name is Brooke, I'm 24 and work in Bondi. I’m chill, like to play guitar and have pet bunnies. I need to move somewhere that has public transport to my job. My lease ends in Dec so if you need a future roomie, hit me up!
I'm a pretty laid back guy. I have common sense and will respect your privacy etc. I like to keep the place clean but I'm not a clean freak; I would expect the same of anyone looking to share a place. I'm usually working but when I'm home I'm usually cooking or stuck in my room. Bonus points if you're looking for a gym nearby :)
