I am a 34 years old Brazilian that just came from Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. Looking for a change in my life, I came to live and work in Sydney. I'm very interested in sharing a house/flat with some friendly flatmates. I like going out, dancing, drinking and having a good chat. I am sociable with my flatmates. It's very important for everyone to feel at home. I like to chat, watch a movie or share a dinner time when possible. I also enjoy watching a movie and most important of all, I'm very tidy and responsible. If you think I would be a good fit in your house/flat, please contact me! :) Looking forwards to hearing from you (whoever you are). :P Best regards, Andre
Hello!! me and my partner james are looking to move out asap into a sharehouse which doesn't mind our fur baby Uri who is the love of our lives. James is a 21 year old philosphy student/vegetarian/barista/craft beer expert(or so he likes to think lmao) I'm Karan, I'm vegan, 19 and working as a tele-fundraiser for charity while i also plan to study to become a mental health crisis worker!! our cat uri is 9 months old, he is a strictly inside cat who knows how to use the litter and is very particular about his little area being clean and ready to go for him. James works mornings 7am-3;30pm and i work evenings, 12-8pm so one of us is always going to be home to make sure Uri is all loved up! although i'm sure uri wouldn't mind an extra hand or two for pats, he also acts more like a dog than a cat. he gets very very happy when he sees people coming home from work or school which is perhaps the cutest thing ever. but we are super keen to move out into a long term stay of at least a year! we are willing to jump on a lease!

I'm moving back to Sydney (after a 10 year absence) to start my dream job in radio. I've also lived in Queensland and Victoria, and I am used to living with people of all kinds of nationalities and backgrounds. I'm really easy going, but happy to help around the house to keep things tidy. I'm well past the party animal phase of my life, but I'm social and happy to have a chat with the people I live with over drinks and dinner.

I'm 28yrs old, full time employee working in a bank. Clean and tidy, Fun loving, love to eat and travel. Own PS3 and can play games all day. I also have a washing machine and microwave which I'm happy to share. Enjoys music and movies. Looking for flatmate who enjoys similar hobbies. I'm new in Canberra and don't know much about this place and would love to explore. Flatmate who can become a friend will be awesome. I can drink anything but not a regular drinker. Don't like smoking next to me. Love to chat but need quiet time as well. Small pets welcome. I'm already in a house in Bonner and my roommates are moving out. 2 rooms gonna be empty in my current accommodation in mid December. If you love cooking then let's get together 😉
I'm Lauren, I'm 23 and currently living in Coffs Harbour. I'm finding it extremely difficult to get into the career I'd like up here, so I'm looking to move to Canberra, as soon as I can find suitable accommodation hopefully by mid-November. I've completed a Bachelor of Media and Cert III in Business Administration, hoping to get into the Public Service or into an administration position around the area. I'm extremely easy to get along with and very clean and tidy (ask my brother!). I love cooking and baking, gyming, going out for the occasional dinner and drinks with friends. I do like my own space and to be on my own some of the time. I would prefer to live with just one other person, the room be furnished and am easy with the length of stay :)
WHO: I’m planning to move from Melbourne to Canberra soon - I have my eyes on ANU in 2018 so I want to spend the next year working and getting myself set up in Canberra. I’m quiet, independent and prefer to keep to myself. I’m not unfriendly and am happy to chat now and then but I am definitely not a party person. I’m clean, tidy and organised – when you see me around the house it will most likely be when I’m cleaning or in the kitchen preparing my meals for the week. I’m (mostly) vegan, don’t drink or smoke, and I am queer-friendly and pet-friendly. WHAT: I’m looking for a tidy sharehouse that I can come home to after work and on weekends knowing I can relax in peace and quiet. Ideal housemates will be tidy, responsible, and considerate of others. I don’t mind if you drink/smoke/eat meat as long as there’s no smoking indoors or drunkenness, and you don’t hang **** on me about my choices! I am looking for an unfurnished room that can fit a single bed, large chest of drawers, bookcase and desk. I will also need somewhere to park my car and some space in a kitchen cupboard for the bit of kitchenware I have. Internet access is also desirable. I’m hoping not to spend more than $200pw (plus bills) but would consider paying more for the right place. I’m hoping to stay long-term, but will also consider short-term opportunities. WHERE: As a newbie to Canberra I have no preference for area, so don’t be put off if your suburb is not in my list. My priority is finding the right place with affordable rent. WHEN: I can be flexible – hoping for mid- November but it will depend on what happens with work in Melbourne and, of course, when the right place is available. I would consider paying rent earlier than my actual move to secure the right place. HOW: I’m coming to Canberra next weekend (29-30 October) hoping to check out some places on the Saturday, and Sunday if need be. So if you would like to meet me and show me your place, or know more about me, please text or message me by Friday with a bit about your place and why you think I’ll be a good fit, and we’ll go from there. I might not be able to get around to everyone so the more you can tell me, the better!
