Hey friends, I'm Lucy, I'm 20 years old and currently still living with my family Looking to move out within the next few months for more freedom and independence. (Don't be worried that if you were to get a house with me I'd be hit hard with reality and take off half way through the lease, because when I plan something, I stick to it, and this is me forever, or at least the amount of time I commit too) I work Monday to Friday in a Call Centre, work evenings and weekends part time, and work weekends doing Freelance Makeup. On weekends when I'm not working I party like most 20 year old's do. When at home, I like to lounge around either in my bed with Netflix, or on the couch with a good movie, which will most likely result in afternoon naps or dancing around the house with no pants on (I'll try to be fully dressed when your family comes over but no promises) In a roommate I'd be looking for someone like minded and respectful, it would be a huge plus to become friends aswel rather than just passing in the kitchen everyday (I can understand that becoming friends with your roommate can ruin things but I'd be determent to keep the divide) In a house I would be looking for something clean and low maintenance (not necessarily new but preferably new appliances) , would love a spare bedroom (which we can both use) for when friends need to stay, and a dishwasher for me is a must. (Nice bathtub also preferable for lush bath bombs!) I also wanted to mention first up, I have collected a lot of the furniture that would be required for the shared spaces in our home so I'm not too fussed (would actually be preferable) if you didn't have much furniture already, hence avoiding having double.
Hi There! I'm looking for a housemate (preferably long term) to team up and share a property. I would like to find a place in the Daw Park/Melrose Park area or neighbouring suburbs (I have a long list of suburbs; south, south west and south east of the city I'd be willing to live in), modern-ish, with 2 bathrooms, air con, low maintenance, preferably a dishwasher, preferably 2 living areas (or a spare bedroom). A house, or a town house, somewhere with at least a little space and privacy. Pet friendly because I have a cat. I would like to find somewhere asap, but am flexible with my time frame. I'm thinking somewhere around $400 to $530 ish (total). I've seen some nice places that fit all this coming up around ascot park, edwardstown, millswood, plympton type suburbs recently. I am late 30s. Pretty laid back. Quiet, honest, fair, nice, friendly, think i'm pretty funny, sociable but don't go out much anymore, don't like confrontation, don't like bossy people, don't like self-centred people. I work full time and I work hard so I can be quite lazy in my free time. I'm close to my family. I like things pretty clean and tidy and would like someone who will be on my same wave length and help me clean the place when we've decided it needs cleaning (or maybe we could splash out on a cleaner!). I don't expect you to be cheery all the time..... I'm not. I like going out for brunch and meals in general. I'm good at basic cooking. I like the outdoors. I like movies. I don't like excerise but I wish I did. I like road trips. I like music festivals (but the grown up kind). I don't garden, but I do like gardens, especially herbs. I love food and coffee. Looove music but not all genres. Sooo, I've been living by myself for the last however many years and so have all the required furniture, but you might too, so a place with a garage would be good so we can store the extra things we have. This, and my love of tv is why I'd like a place with a second living area or spare bedroom so we could both have our own space to do what we want without being stuck in our bedrooms. Although if you'd like to join me in whatever i'm watching/doing, that would be nice. I would prefer a female, just because I can be pretty shy around strangers. I take a little while to warm up. If you're young, don't be put off by my age.....I'm not 'old'. *not a smoker *Vego and vegan fine so long as you respect my love of meat. *need to be reliable about money. i.e. splitting and paying bills. Cheers Margot :)
I've grown up in a big family and during my whole student life I've always lived in a students' residency with a lot of other students, so I am used to live together with other people. I like to share and spend time with my room mates and have a good and funny time together!
I'm a friendly, vibrant, bubbly person with a love for life. I'm clean and tidy. I have a dog. She's older. Desexed etc. house trained. And will need to come with me. She is outside during day. But has to sleep inside at night due to arthritis so I will need somewhere that allows pets.
I'm very easy to get along with, love meeting new people and trying new things, love to cook, shop, read, don't go out much and a very clean and neat person. I'll keep to myself if you prefer it that way but am more than happy to socialise and make friends!
Easy going. keep to myself. Clean and tidy. Respectful. friendly, trustworthy, reliable. dont smoke/do drugs/drink only on occasion rarely. Love the gym and variety of gym activities indoor and outdoor. Work part time in retail. Study online health and fitness also help out at my childs school. Would have my child (primary school aged) part time. Will be 1st time rental (lived with childs father 12years since leaving home). Happy to share a large room with my child. Share with FEMALE only. Someone else with 1 child is fine.
Brit currently living in Melbourne. Working full time in the FMCG sector and will be in Adelaide from around 19th Sept until the end of a year to complete a placement out in Murray Bridge. I am a pretty chilled out guy that loves keeping active, usually by pounding the tarmac on my road bike or playing sport. A little geek at heart, enjoy shows like Rick & Morty, Mr Robot and Bojack Horseman. I am looking for a relaxed quiet house, no more than 3 occupants. I'll be working relatively long days in the week and will look to relax with a wine or beer in the evenings while watching something on tv. On the weekends I will mainly be out and about exploring and searching for a little bit of an adventure. Ideally the accommodation will have access to parking either on / off street as I will have a car. I have had 2 family dogs and will happily live with pets.
I'm tidy, self-contained and respectful of others space and belongings. I am happy to pull my weight to get bills paid, and chores done. I like gaming (video and tabletop) and I enjoy getting out on my bike, too. I am also very non-PC.
I'm a 23 year old female- I love yoga, animals, music and wine :) I'm very friendly and easy going. I study Naturopathy full time and work a couple of shifts a week at the airport. I'm looking for a place to move into in December but if I feel a really positive vibe I'd consider moving sooner :)
Hey! I'm a full time Media & Marketing Manager for a fitness company, travel a fair bit for work so tend to be interstate every few weeks, or spend the majority of weekdays at the office. Generally interested in health, wellbeing, the outdoors, travel and always down for a glass of wine and housemate dinner - just got back from 6 months overseas, so looking for a place to settle back into, preferably around Glenelg or Unley areas. I'm friendly, social and respectful. I enjoy having a bit of down-time to recharge, and can't go past a decent book in business, psychology, or youth work. Tend to find myself at wineries, the beach or on the trails on the weekends. :-) :-)
Myself an Indian national with an Australian PR. I am into the Facilities Management industry and work as an Operations Manager. Will relocate soon to Australia.
My name is Paige, I'm 25 and work in allied health. I moved to Adelaide from NSW in January 2016 so still keen to meet new people and hoping to find a housemate/s who I enjoy spending time with. I'm tidy, outgoing, bubbly. I love to cook and know how to clean. I'm not a massive party goer, but I do enjoy the occasional night out (and perhaps a nice wine night at home). I'm a keen player of board games and I am obsessed with dogs (but sadly not able to own one yet). I love to shop and have a big clothing/shoe collection to show for it, so wardrobe space is a big things for me! :D Currently living south of the city but looking to move to reduce travel times to a new job split over 2 locations. Current lease ends first week of November but may be able to negotiate (or if I find the right person/house early, pay double for a short period). I have my own bedroom furniture, a washing machine, television and vacuum cleaner. Woould be great to find someone with furniture items I don't already have, but I'm happy to negotiate buying large furniture items for an unfurnished place. Looking for 6months+ if it's the right fit.
I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.
We have been best friends for over ten years and are perfect housemates to live with. Very clean, great cooks, fun to be around and always up for games, movies and drinks. We have both studied and are now working full time around the city. We are heading to Europe for a few months and are looking to sort our living arrangements for when we return in mid-late October. We have plenty of furniture to fill an empty house, and would be happy either just in a two bedroom home by ourselves or teaming up with others to get a bigger place. Ideally somewhere near the train/tram line is handy, and hoping to live with other respectable, neat and social people too.
I have a full time job, and reliable with paying bills and rent. I am tidy, im sick of living with slobs so I make sure not to be one myself. I am respectful of peoples space, and work/study routines. I'm easy to get along with, and enjoy a good laugh. If there is anything that you'd like to know just ask. :)
Hi, I am looking for share house or someone who may be interested in renting a 'new' 2 - 4 bed place with me. I like relaxing in a clean & tidy place, with mature easy going people, male or female. Any quiet area of Adelaide & reasonably close to shops & public transport . I have some furniture. A built in wardrobe in the bedroom would be good. I am friendly, clean, respectful of others and like to live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately I can't live with cats or other animals inside the house and prefer no carpet though its ok in bedrooms. I rarely watch tv as have other things to occupy me. I'm quiet but also enjoy socialising. I'm a bookkeeper and studying and in the process of moving from Brisbane to Adelaide sometime after the end of 'July 2017'. I stay in Adelaide regularly though where I am is too far from the city. I'm looking forward to getting established in Adelaide.

Hey, we're Holly, Zac and Parker (our beautiful pooch)! Holly is 25 and is the director of an Out of school hours care, Zac is 25 and works fulltime as a Youth Worker, and Parker is a 2 yo Hungarian Vizsla, a very friendly and highly energetic pup who is very well house trained. We are looking for either another person/s or couple to live with. Both of us have lived out of home in share accomodation for at least 5 years and have really enjoyed the people we've lived with over this time! We're an easy going, social, friendly duo looking for a nice and well kept place in the eastern suburbs with a reasonable back yard with some grass and room to run for our pup! Our budget is $180 each and we are looking to find a place around Sept. Some of our interests include food and wine, camping, rock climbing, hiking, spear fishing and snorkling/scuba diving, socialising, motor bike riding, music festivals, snow boarding and sometimes just chilling out with netflix haha We're interested in hearing from people who may have a place suitable or who might be interested in teaming up to find a place together. If we sound like a couple you might like to live with please don't hesitate to message us to meet up sometime!
Hey, I'm Daniel - I'm a 23 year old human, and I was birthed and raised in Adelaide - I'm a full-time student studying the Flinders Foundations Program and I'm planning on continuing onto Nursing - I've rented twice previously, with friends; I'm reliable, organized and deadly... I mean friendly! :) My interests are: muses (heavierish side), movies and series (sci-fi, mostly; Captain Janeway is the best Captain), photography, cooking, art, astronomy, philosophy, science and video games. I'm kind of a weird geek. :D I have a car - I'm looking for a single unfurnished room I look forward to meeting new people - Thanks :)
Hey! I'm a Masters of Teaching student and work in radio as a producer. I work early mornings normally, study during the week and pretty much spend the rest of my time relaxing, gardening or being active in the great outdoors! I love to hang out with my room mates and chat over a cup of tea, but also weekend drinks at home is great too! I'm not really a party person, and work early on the weekend so I lay pretty low, and will need room mates who are happy to do the same. I also totally get when people need their own space. A bit about me, I'm vegetarian and cook as much as I can. I like to be healthy and active, but always have chocolate in the house... Just in case! Give me a good sci-fi movie and a comfortable home and I'm happy. It takes a lot to annoy me and I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. Believe strongly in good communication with housemates so that everyone feels like the house is their home! Also, I love to clean! I have a little rabbit who will need to come with me, he lives inside happily in a laundry or garage (and is VERY well toilet trained) but he also needs a yard to run around in during the day. He's a chiller, you'll love him. Would love a place with a decent sized room, build in wardrobes and my own bathroom. Not looking to move out for a few months so just seeing what's around.
My name is Lauren and I'm originally from Broken Hill Very down to earth and very sociable. I'm a senior consultant at Origin energy working mon-fri and in my spare time like to go to the gym, go out for dinner with friends and take my pup for walks and to the dog park. My partner Cameron is a full time carpenter who grew up in Adelaide. In his spare time also likes to train at the gym, plays 8ball, golf and ice hockey So safe to say we won't be home much!! We have a beautiful little puppy Arlo that we rescued from the RSPCA. He is currently doing puppy school so will grow up to be a very loyal loving dog. So who ever we move in with must love dogs :)
