Hi there, This is Raju, I'm a doctor at Canberra Hospital. A little bit about myself, I usually leave early for work and occasionally have late/night shifts. I prefer housemates who are clean and tidy. I enjoy outdoor activities and play tennis once a week. I often read and keen to go out for brunch/coffee when I've time. I'm a big fan of stand up comedy and watch a lot of TV shows. I would like to move in next month if possible. I'm keen to find a new home. Cheers.
Hi folks, I'm Eddy and having lived in Melbourne all my life, I'm finally branching out a bit! I'll be working full time as a public servant but also be studying at the same time at Canberra Institute of Tech. I'd say I'm an agreeable person who makes sure to keep a clean space. I love to meet new people and am always down for a nice hang out, but I also make sure everyone has their own time, space and privacy as that is something I value as well. As for things I like to do, I'm a fan of fast cars, motorcycles and stretching that cardio on some great runs while some of my more sedate hobbies are writing stories and going stargazing.
I'm coming to Canberra from Melbourne, leaving an academic career for a research job at Parliament House. That job starts on 6/1/20. I'm married, with a grown up family. My wife will likely come to stay weekends several times/year. I'm quiet, but not a recluse. I’m house trained, and am looking to be part of a well organised and tidy household. I go to bed fairly early, get up early. I like getting regular exercise - Pilates, yoga, etc. (In fact, I’m a recently qualified Pilates instructor.) I ride a bike. I like to go for long walks. I don't drink much, I eat simple/clean food.
I am relocating from the Gold Coast to Canberra in mid November to start full-time work. A couple of years ago I moved over from Colombia and I recently finished my Masters in Accounting at Bond University. I’m a clean and friendly person that respects each other’s space. In my spare time, I enjoy walking along the beach (which I will miss), going on hikes, spending time with friends and family, and exploring new places.
I enjoy a chat and some banter but I also like to simply chill/relax on my own. Also, I like getting outdoors to do things like bushing walking and socialising out of the house. Wholistic health is an interest of mine too. Furthermore, I am not from Canberra but I have been here a few years. Whilst, I work in a busy caring field/environment 4-5 days per week in a permanent part-time role and plan to do some post graduate studies. It is a value of mine to be considerate to my flatmates by being tidy in communal living areas. Valuing a house that is a place that respects others for example being noise conscious to others flatmates ✌️ and letting my housemates know in advance if I have a friend over. In saying that I tend to socialise mostly out of the house. I am looking to move in October or November.
Hey! I'm 24, and work full time for a professional services consulting firm. I'm friendly and easy going, love to have a chat, but also respect others need for space, and expect the same in return. In me, you will find a very kind flat mate who doesn't mind sharing all the good food that I can cook ;) I actually enjoy cleaning so you won't to worry about mess with me! I don't drink or smoke. I am not a "party" person so do not worry about noise with me in the house.
Currently in my mid-twenties, I will be relocating to Canberra in January 2020 for work reasons. A clean, friendly and easy-going individual from Melbourne, I like to stay active after work and unwind at home with a good book, wine, or over trashy reality shows. I drink socially, but do not smoke.
I am moving from Perth in January to start a graduate program in the public sector. I am an easy going person who is tidy, respectful, and used to living in share housing. I ideally would like to live with some people who are keen to share their favourite spots around Canberra, or willing to go exploring. I enjoy going to the gym, swimming, trying new food places, and being outdoors.
I'm currently studying IR at ANU and am looking into moving off-campus into an already established sharehouse. I would prefer a smaller place, maybe only 1 or 2 other people if possible. I love to just chill out and read (I'm a giant bookworm and spend 90% of my time reading) or watch Netflix (aka I'm a huge homebody). I'm fairly quiet and not the most social person, so the chances of me ever having more than one person over at a time is slim to none, but I love a good chat and movie/trashy TV marathon. I'm very tidy and will always keep up my end of the cleaning deal. Looking in the inner South or close to the city as I work in Manuka and don't drive so I want to be able to get home from work at night easily :)
Planning on Moving from Melbourne to Canberra in January ready to start a graduate role with federal government. Originally from Tassie, I moved to Melbourne for uni over 5 years ago and I am excited to start this next chapter in Canberra. In my free time you will often catch me out and about with friends sharing good food and a few wines or at the odd festival. I also enjoy going for walks and the odd Netflix/reality TV binge. I'm easy going and love a chat at the end of the day, but also understand and respect the need for privacy and personal space. I have lived within both share houses and apartments for the last 5 years, so I understand the need to be clean, tidy and to respect our home. I'm easy on location as long as it isn't to far away from work. I'm more looking for great company so if I sound like someone that might fit into your current home, or someone that you might like to join up with send me a message.
***Looking for a room from mid-late November Working full time in my own business. I spend most of my time at work or at the gym. I am a quiet person who prioritizes my health and sleep. Forsee spending a lot of time during 2020 in Sydney, where my girlfriend will be living. Living with tidy housemates is important to me.
I'm a young professional working in Cyber security that wants to move closer to my workplace. A very neat person and I mostly stick to my hobbies programming, cycling and skiing. Looking for a sharehouse that isn't too crowded and has space for my bike and skiis.
