$330/week•40 year old woman
I'm a 40-year-old Canberra newbie. Looking for a quiet place, private room + own bathroom, preferably furnished. I work Full time in the film industry so my working hours can be quite varied. I enjoy a glass of wine on occasion, yoga, Pilates, dancing, live music and hiking. I consider myself a socially outgoing introvert, which means I know how to have fun and love getting into deep and interesting conversations, but need my space to retreat and recharge. I'd like my housemate to keep shared spaces clean & tidy and be self aware.

Hi there! I am currently working full-time in professional services, and looking to move into a new place close to work. I am a very clean and tidy person, social and always down for a chat, but respect the need for quiet time. In my spare time, I enjoy going on hikes, watching movies, exercising and reading! Thank you :)

I'm a friendly, mature and responsible woman looking for a place to live - I'd prefer to find somewhere stable to live long term, e.g. 1-2+ years. Ideally I'd like to find a place with air conditioning but I'm open minded. I'm a Canberra local with a good rental history, so I'm happy to provide references upon request. I'm a positive person with an easygoing personality, and I have experience living in a range of different share houses from very large (thirteen people) to relatively small (three people). I'm quite adaptable so I'm happy hanging out on my own, and also enjoy socialising if the opportunity arises. I'm tidy, considerate and respectful of privacy, and never smoke or use drugs. I'd like to live somewhere with friendly people, but not a place that hosts raves or big parties every weekend. I enjoy a good chat in the kitchen, watching Queer Eye and playing Mario Kart with friends. I'm a bit of a night owl and pet friendly, but have no pets of my own. I currently work in admin and enjoy art, reading and playing Pokemon in my spare time. I'm spiritual but not religious, and looking for somewhere queer/LGBT friendly. Open to living with all ages and genders, as well as families with children. In the past I have lived with housemates from age 18 to age 60. I'm very open minded and accepting, and disability friendly too. P.S. I'm not a vegetarian, and I do eat meat fairly regularly - just thought I'd mention this in case it's a dealbreaker for some people!

Hey I’m Zac, 21 year old public servant who works full time while doing a bachelor in international relations on the side. I’ve recently moved down from Brisbane and am fairly new to Canberra. I’m pretty easy going guy who likes to keep a tidy house and very flexible when it comes to what I’m looking for in living arrangements. I enjoy online gaming and watching movies as well as getting out in nature and going for walks.

Hello everyone :) I’m Rose, I work full time for a non profit on the ANU campus, love my job but also love to be out and about, usually with Daisy (my 2yr Border Collie x Kelpie sweetheart). We are both friendly, tidy and (share)housetrained! I am saving my bum off for a house deposit and looking for a sharehouse in the meanwhile, the main thing for me is finding somewhere with a little mate for Daisy to play with. I walk her twice a day but you can’t beat playing with another pupper! Also living in a peaceful house with nice people is a biggie for me, I love to cook and have a chat with a wine/beer, but also respectful of privacy and space. Timing: Happy to wait a while for the right place for us, but also able to move in whenever suits. Thanks for reading :)
