Hi there, Nik is here! I'm a tidy person, and a super fun person to be around, but I also like to have my own time from time to time. A place near to UNSW is an ideal as I will be studying there full time. I would love to stay with any gender, occupation, and age as long as we respect each other. I'm aiming to move in around 24 Feb.
> Full time working professional in Finance at CBD > Non-smoker > Social and outgoing person > I don't use kitchen much, unfortunately I can't cook well But I'm friendly and happy to have a chat or spend time with flatmates in common area. > Very clean, considerate and respectful I would like to find a private room and also interested in teaming up for a new apartment. Please ask for any other questions.
Hi y'all! I'm Kieran, a mid-20s professional working in the music & events industry in Surry Hills. I've recently returned from a year's travel across the world after uni & work, and am now looking to settle somewhere relaxed, clean, and homely. I grew up on the mid-north coast, truly loving nature & the ocean. Biggest interests are swimming, surfing, music & all things related to it, and although I enjoy the social life I don't intend on bringing the party home. I'm a bookworm and enjoy my own time and independence, but will always enjoy a positive and communicative vibe in the house. Hope to meet you soon! :D
Hello everyone! I'm student and I'm looking for a private room. I am friendly, clean, respectful and responsible. I love to walk and meet new places, go to the beach and meet new people.
I’m a 28 year old gay male, currently working part-time as a dog walker and studying spatial design part-time at UTS. I’m looking for a place where I can sign onto a lease. I am looking for a place I can begin renting over the next few weeks. I’m fairly happy keeping to myself whilst being social at times, and like to keep things neat and tidy. Ideally I’m looking for a home where I can become friends with who I’m living with, but still have my own space in my room. I love to cook, and live a fairly quiet lifestyle in that I’m not out partying and don’t have house parties. I prefer catching up over meals and a few drinks, nothing too big. Living with me is Frankie, my 3 year old dog who I have trained to be a medical assistance dog. She's an awesome dog with a big personality. She goes to uni and work with me, and I'm crate training her so she'll happily settle in a new house. She also loves other dogs.
Hey I'm Sandra. I work full time in finance in the city and as such would like to move closer to the city, ideally somewhere near Coogee or rosebay while also close to public transport. I'm an easy going, quiet and tidy person who enjoys the outdoors and sports. Looking to share a place with a person or people similar in age and interests and hopefully become friends too so please feel free to get in touch!
Hey everyone, We are Charlie and Siran, a couple looking to move into an accomodation after 10th Feb near UNSW. Siran is moving from China to Australia to study her Masters in Finance. Myself, Charlie, am from Brisbane coming Sydney for a change. We are very tidy and clean, respectful to other flatmates, quiet at home, have outgoing personalities, quite often out of the house and love cooking. We are seeking to stay until November/December 2017, preferably in a furnished room with double beds or queen/king sized bed. A window with good sunlight would be a plus. If you have a listing that fits us, we will be glad to hear from you! Thanks for your time and consideration. Regards, Charlie and Siran
A nice and easygoing exchanging student (to UNSW) from Hong Kong. Finding a comfortable room with friendly flatmates near UNSW. Would like to meet new faces from different parts of the world. Would like to have a wonderful experience in Sydney. :)
Easy going, friendly, love a game of frisbee, can't resist peanut butter. Just arrived in Sydney from Cambridge UK, looking to meet people, make new friends and memories. I had housemates who were my best mates back home and whilst I'm not going to live in your pocket, it would be good to live with people who like doing things together and are game for a laugh- whether it's with me or at my expense (in a harmless way...). I'm tidy, although having only 2 suitcases allows me to be pretty minimalist! I like doing things for people where I can, food is a usual offering- presentation isn't my forte but it tastes good! I'll be working full time in the week, I plan to sign up for a gym asap so any recommendations are massively appreciated in return for eternal gratitude/ beer/ hugs/ a cornetto - delete as appropriate :)

Hi, Just finished my fieldwork here in Sydney for my master's thesis in social anthropology and am about to do a little trip to celebrate! As the girl I rent my current room from need to have her room back I need to find a new place to stay when I come back by the end of February. Will be in Sydney until 26/1 so could always come by and introduce myself before then. A little bit about me: I am 32 years old and from Sweden. I have a lot of interest but some of them are health, art (both creating and enjoying other's), music, photography and travelling. Love spending time with friends but also enjoy my space. I am trustworthy, respectful, independent, open minded and easy going. Also vegan but have no problem living with someone who is not.
Hey guys, I am Katie,23 and working in the Aviation sector however I'm taking a break as I'm transitioning back to crew however so basically using all my personal leave. I'm always out and about and kept busy. I'm always been described as a friendly, good sense of humour, laid back and respectable person as I never judge a book by its cover. I love to have a chat and a good glass of wine but giving space and privacy. I have my rescue cat, Minty. I adopted her from the RSPCA and she is the most friendliest and affectionate cat. She is litter trained and does not ruin furniture, also kid friendly and loves other animals. I do not smoke or do drugs nor party. I'm clean and tidy- always willing to help out around the house. I also love baking so if you are lucky I will make you muffins. Look forward to hearing from you
Hi there, my name is Christina and I will move from Germany to Sydney in January. I will conduct my master's thesis at the Kirby Institute and will therefore stay at least 12 months in Sydney. I've lived in shared houses in Germany and the States before and it has always been heaps of fun. I'm an open-minded, outgoing and social woman who loves travelling. I'd consider myself as an adventurous free-spirit. I love doing lots of different sports like lacrosse, running and yoga but I also enjoy cooking and laid-back nights with my flatmates or friends.
Irish guy, 31, neat, easy going and soon to moved to Sydney to work in advertising in Surry Hills. Looking for a room in Randwick, Coogee, Clovely, Bronte, Tamarama or similar. I expect to be working quite long hours and so might not be around much during the week so would rather somewhere that's quiet during the week. I like surfing, mountain biking and other outdoor pursuits and spend a lot of time in the gym. Been living with roommates for years so am happy to share with someone who wants to cook joint meals etc.
Hi, I am 29 year old male. I worked as a PE Teacher in Ireland for the last seven years and have just arrived in Sydney on WHV. Hey guys! I'm Jen and I'm from the UK. I've lived in Sydney for two years already and have just returned from a ski season in NZ. I'm looking for a nice place to stay in the area that I used to live in as I absolutely love it over here. I'm studying Early Childhood Education in the city and also working as an ESL teacher in a little school. I like to be clean, I love a glass of wine and watching a good movie, I enjoy reading books and going for walks, and I am simply a great buddy to hang out with. I'd love to tell you more about myself if you think I could be the right person to share your house. Have a great day, ta!
Like a good laugh and chat, self sufficient, clean and tidy and happy to join in. I work full time as a Design Manager on site, starting early and often away on weekends, so your place is still yours entirely.
Hello! I'm a 28 years old PhD student in UNSW. I'm friendly, clean, tidy, non-smoker and with no pets. I live a very healthy lifestyle and enjoy swimming, yoga and traveling. I will be studying and working full time (so no worries about rent and bills payments from my side) and looking for a cozy place to call home. I have a lot of experience sharing flats with people and know how to respect your privacy when needed, but will also be happy to have an occasional dinner together and share some laughs. I will be arriving to Sydney in late January and prefer to move in by the beginning or mid of February. My flatmate should be friendly, considerate, quiet when needed (I might have to study in the apartment), clean, tidy and a non-smoker. If you like to travel and into going out and grabbing a drink every once in a while that would be a bonus ;) If you think we can be a good match and have a spare room please feel free to send me a message. Cheers :)
Hey Hey! So i just moved back to Australia from New York. Currently crashing with my parents in Kirribilli and I'm dying to move closer to the city and to a younger area. The silence in the suburbs is killing me compared to the manhattan lifestyle I've become used to! I'm 31, male, very neat, almost OCD in that aspect. I'm generally quiet, i like to be friends with whomever i live with but i also like my privacy at times. I'm into fitness, seeing friends and being social but my party days are long behind me! I do have a little ragdoll cat named Henry who would love to live in an apartment with friendly people, he adores human company although prefers to be left alone. He will always be near you and will come to you when he wants a good patting. He barely makes a noise and is so charming, is used to dogs so no problem if you have a pet. I hope to hear from you soon!
I am from Malaysia and I will be studying for masters in UNSW. So I am looking for a place till November 2017. I am pretty laid-back and easygoing person and I prefer a place that is not too noisy (meaning not a party house). I am a tidy person as I hate making a mess especially in communal areas. I would prefer to have a furnished room to myself with bills included preferably (especially high-speed wifi internet included!). However, if it is not possible, sharing a room with someone the same gender with me is ok too as long as I have enough space for myself. And if possible, I would like the place to be within 10 minutes walking distance to UNSW. Surfing the internet, watching movies and reading are among my favorite pastimes. I also enjoy chatting if our interests clicked! I can be quite the chatterbox sometimes for stuffs that I really really like. I look forward to hear from you! :D

I'm looking for a place to stay for 6-12 months - and I have an absolutely MAXIMUM of $300 to spend per week. I'm an aspiring music producer, and I've had a few songs released in South Africa, and as such, I will happily spend my time by myself making music. Hi! I'm from Jakarta, Indonesia I'm planning to continue my study in University of New South Wales (UNSW) that is why I'm looking for a place to live near from there. I'm looking for a private room preferably in a flat where there are other students. I love to relax and do crafty things as well as keeping fit and healthy. I love meeting new people, discovering music, exploring and adventuring out, roaming the cities, and learning new things. Hence, I am a very friendly and sociable person and I love dogs so it not a problem if you have a pet. I am also clean and tidy. That's why a sharehouse with young, like-minded people (students) would be perfect for me. I do like to have my own space and often retreat to quiet places. You don't need to worry about noise and privacy with me, I am responsible and respectful, as well as often being out of the way. When I say that I'm sociable, I still understand other people's need for quiet spaces as I would expect others to respect mine.

****I travel a LOT for work. I'm away most of March, half of April and 5 weeks from mid May hence why I'm looking for a cheaper place. I'd be ideal for someone with a nice spare room who just wants a lodger who's rarely there....easy money :-) I work in HR at Google. I transferred to Sydney in August from the Google Dublin office. Before this I lived in Brisbane for 4 years so I'm practically half Aussie :-P I love sports, especially football (soccer!) and keep myself active in the gym or at football training 5-6 times a week.
Hey im looking to move out i will be working in the city, i love the beach surf, soccer pretty much like being outdoors, im clean and tidy person also open to making news friends and chilling.
I am a very respectful British male, I enjoy a quiet lifestyle with not too busy a social life, I occasionally like to go out and have a few beers! I am extremely respectful of others (everyone has to live in the house hold together) and consider myself a clean and tidy individual who does not like to live in a dump (who does?). I am currently in Australia on a Working Holiday Visa but have complete all my hard (some of it at least!) farm work and now looking to spend the next 2 months minimum in Sydney. I currently work for a Car Share company on a Tuesday through Saturday weekly basis, so the majority of my weeks will include coming home from work, light socialising before retreating to my room! I usually spend my days off socialising with friends, going out exploring Sydney or sometimes (most of the time) chilling and bingewatching my favourite tv shows/movies. I am grateful for any consideration to your homes! Brad :)
I am a responsible, respectful, mindful, neat & tidy, social person, that is full of positive energy (Very much aware of giving people their private space too). Hi! I am 22 and am working two jobs as a hotel receptionist in Bondi and as a children's entertainer. I am currently renting in Randwick but need a new place by the end of January as my lease it up and I have decided not to renew it. I'm very bubbly and easy to talk to. I am always tidy and always reliable to pay rent on time. I am looking for a place that's more like a home than just a place to rent.
I am nurse in my 30s, work full time (shift work). I'm looking for an unfurnished bedroom that will fit a queen sized bed and preferable a desk also. I am downgrading from a 1 bedroom unit and can bring furniture/kitchenware if required (will sell or store what isn't needed). When i am not working i go out and socialize occasionally, otherwise enjoy a chat and couple of beers at home and watching T.V./films. I am chilled, respectful and house trained and looking for something similar.
I am a former economist, currently a small business owner (escape room), and I plan on studying part time engineering at university this year. I have an interest in science/engineering, getting into a gym routine this year and possibly learning German and/or coding. Trying to find that perfect work life balance, I plan to make the time to be social this year!
Communications professional working full-time in the CBD; warm and laidback, and fully house-trained. Very responsible and timely with rent and bills. My ideal evening in is likely to involve cooking up a nice meal, having a cuppa and reading a book, or watching Netflix. Ideal summer weekend would probably involve brunch (smashed avo, which is why I can't afford to buy and am still renting), a swim at the beach or a walk in a park, a G&T, more cooking, catching some kind of live performance, and a bit of PC gaming. Love animals (I'm an experienced dog and cat-sitter), so furry critters are great! NB: I'm currently looking for a furnished room :) And my move date is flexible
I am a healthcare advertising professional and would describe myself as an ambivert. Creativity, honesty, simplicity, movies, psychology and music excites me. I'm quality and cleanliness conscious, prefer vegetarian food over chicken, practice isha yoga and follow sadhguru. I enjoy spending some quiet time after coming from office. I respect other's privacy and expect the same in return. I like intelligent and deep conversations on human psychology, buying behaviour and relationships. I aspire to become a minimalist and wish to travel to at least 3 destinations every year.
Hi I'm Lucy and I'm looking for a bright happy room of my own in a home with some friendly housemates. I'm 32, a full-time student and freelance graphic designer. I like to read, watch movies and shows, cook and do yoga. Weekends I'm usually working or doing homework, catching up with friends or just enjoying home time. I love to travel and do so as much as possible, enjoy a laugh and a beer. Please note: I am NOT interested in shared rooms.
Hi ! I'm a 24 year old child care worker from the U.K. currently on my second year visa. In the week after work I enjoy relaxed evenings with dinner. Weekends are spent exploring the various beautiful beaches NSW's has to offer ! I also enjoy a Saturday night having a few drinks at Coogee pavillion or in the city. Alternatively I love to just relax with a bottle of wine! I am looking for a room in a house with someone similar of age to me with similar interests. I am very clean and tidy, laid back but can be great fun to be around :) I hope to hear from you :)
I'm a Canadian student coming on exchange to UNSW for first semester, looking for a place for myself and a friend to live in during our stay. We are fun, friendly, studious, and want to have an exciting exchange!
I'm 31, from England and I have been in Australia for one year (arrived on Australia Day). I just found out today that my sponsorship went through wahooooo! So I'll be working permanently in the city doing recruitment. Would prefer to share with mixed girls and boys and preferably professionals in the same age range. I'm a cracking cook and love my food! I like a glass of wine and a good night out but not all the time! During the week I like to come home and chill, but always up to hangout. I live at the moment at Bondi but the lease runs out Feb 4th. We didn't renew because my roomie is moving in with her Boyf and I was waiting for my visa news. But I can move any time now. Hopefully that's enough to convince you I'm pretty normal and easy going!
