I love to share and and connect, to be a part of a community - obviously whilst respecting space and boundaries. That being said I am out of the house a lot and home is a quiet sanctuary for me. I am earthy, learning, growing on this journey and hope to surround myself with others that are doing the same.
I'm moving from Canberra to Sydney to study media at UNSW. While this is my first time living away from home, I've grown up as part of a family of five living in three (or less) bedroom homes and as such have learned to respect others in crowded living quarters. I've grown up sharing a bedroom, so out of common courtesy I have become a tidy and quiet person inside the house. I enjoy photography and filmmaking, and love to watch films too. I'll likely spend a lot of time at uni, at work, or socialising outside the house, and would use my time at home to study or wind down by reading or writing.
Im chilled and friendly and looking to share with 1 or 2 females only in a 2 br flat for short term, 3 months, as after that i have to travel again. Im from Sydney but my flat i own is currently rented out as I travel alot. I would prefer all bills included. As its short time. I will be working long hours in the city 6 days a week, (I run my own travel company) so home needs to be a place to relax, eat and sleep mainly. Though i am always happy for a chat and glass wine when home with dinner.
Hi I´m Clint. I´m half Mexican and half German and I will be moving to Sydney from Mexico, to study Film and media in the Academy of Film, Theater and Television. I speak 4 languages (English, German, Spanish and some French). I´m a portrait photographer who also enjoy sports and cooking (the basics). I like to go out and have fun, but I also enjoy staying in and watching a movie or just chilling. I´m neat, organized, respectful and understanding. Love to explore new cultures and to meet new people.
Hello hello everyone! We are two danish girls looking for a place to stay in the lovely city of Sydney! We are both medical students, going on a exchange in Concord from the 5th of March and three months forward. We both love to socialize and are very curious to explore every bit of Sydney. Furthermore, we are good at cleaning, non-smokers, and as nice as scandinavians get ;-)
Hi all! My name is Kerstin, I am 25 years old and I come from Switzerland. I love nature (snowboarding, hiking, beach), dancing, meeting friends and most of all: travelling! I'm very excited to experience Sydney for half a year for my Master's program exchange. I've lived in shared apartments for 7 years, always with 3 or 4 other flatmates. I absolutely love having other people in the house to chat to, hang out with and cook together. (Admittedly, I'm not the best cook, but a professional vegetable-chopper, salad-chef and cleaner) I like staying in a clean place, but most importantly fun place!
Hi, my name is Nacho, im 20 years old, spanish. I´ve been studying a Marketing degree and now im moving to Sydney to study a Marketing and communications TAFE certificate. I ( Charlotte) am from Sydney originaly and work as a support worker around the inner west and eastern suburbs of Sydney. We are looking for a warm and friendly house to become apart of.
Hello! I live in Vancouver, Canada, and I'm going on exchange to the U of Sydney (for animal biology) this March. I'm a very relaxed person and I get along great with everyone. I love to cook and bake. I probably won't be home to often as I'll be working and going to school. I also enjoy rock climbing, hiking, kick boxing, and archery.
Hi! We are two 23 year olds from the UK looking to rent two rooms in a flat share, from mid-end February. We are hoping to spend $270 maximum per week each, and live in a place for around 2-3 months. We are really good house mates! Clean and tidy, really friendly and up for meeting new people :) We are looking to live with people similar to us, aged 21-30! We have both graduated from Newcastle University, and now are looking to live and work for in Sydney for a while until we go back to London. Meg works in fashion, and linsey, marketing. We will both be working around 4-5 days a week, and when we aren't working we hope to be spending lots of time at the beach, having fun and socialising! We would be open to team ups :) Feel free to send us a message
Im 19, new to the area. I work part time in parramatta. I am looking to rent a room in a clean tidy house. Willing to pay up to $280 each week hopefully with most bills included. I am alway cleaning up after myself, happy to chip in with household chores, always pay rent on time and in advance. Very easy going and easy to get along with and make friends, as well as very respectful of people's space, property and schedules. If I'm not working I'm at the beach, playing volleyball or with friends. I like an occaasional drink on the weekend every now and then love having meals out as well as being able to kick back at home :) As for team ups I am hoping for someone between 19-29
Hey, I'm Camille - French born, but lived most of my life in Spain and the rest around the world. Currently have a 6month internship in Sydney in Marketing for wines. I'm very easy to live with - I adapt very well to my surrounding, whether you have a pet or smoke or whatever, I don't mind. I'm clean, tidy, social and respectful of personal spaces, I spend most of the time outside my bedroom, usually in the living room. I love listening to music and practicing sports (gym when I have nothing else planned). On weekdays I tend to follow a certain routine, and on the weekends I like to go out at night, have a few drinks, wonder around the city and especially go to the beach. Hope to be your new flatmate!
I'm very tidy and organised, I play a lot of sport, mainly rugby, like to be sociable. Most importantly though, I am a trained cocktail bartender so can make a great cocktail. First time living in Australia, originally from England, but have been traveling around the last 4 years. Cheers!
Hi there, Kiriti and I are looking to move into a share house this January, here’s a little bit about us. Both of us are postgraduate students at the University of Sydney and also work at the University. So we prefer living in a suburb that is within walking distance of the University. On a regular day we head to Uni to study, attend classes or for work and later head to the gym. In our free time we like to explore Sydney, head to local watering holes to catch up with friends or take weekend trips when time permits. We’ve been in Sydney for a while now and have both lived in share houses throughout, so we’re fully house trained and know what to expect. We’re extremely clean and love to come back to a clean home! Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions :) Natasha & Kiriti
I’ve lived in London in rented accommodation for 11 years and I’m still friends with all of my old Flatmate’s... well.. except one, but she was craaaaazy! I’m considerate and clean - I enjoy my own company but am super sociable too, so very happy to go with the flow. I make a mean chicken satay and enjoy cooking if it’s for more than me. I have friends I’m currently staying with (I arrived 2 days ago!) but don’t want to overstay and would be amazing to have my own space. I’m a dance/drama teacher, and am still running my own kids party company in London, and will be looking for more work in/around Sydney Til I disappear for rural work in March! Looking forward to finding a little flat, Thanks Ali x
Professional full-time worker, planning to start to study English at night as well. Easy-going person, I've just moved to Australia to work as a Software Engineer for company from here. Clean and tidy. I love pets, technology, tech communities, books, games and beaches.
Hey i'm Ash I'm a 30 year old guy (male Ashley), currently living in Darlington in my own little place which I do like but have been having thoughts of getting back into a share house with a couple of others should the right place come up. I pay $365 all bills covered so it seems a bit mad to pay more than that to share so something cheaper. But i'm also looking for good house vibes along with the saving a bit of money. Looking in the Inner West. Darlington is good because I ride my bicycle to work in Surry Hills and down to Bronte. So anywhere around here would work. Here, Glebe, Newtown, Camperdown etc. But I have some friends a bit further out around Petersham area which I also like. I like places that are a little worn in as I find them a bit more homely so generally apartments seem to be out. Really like having a nice garden I can eat in if that's possible, having nice things around the house. My work is Architectural work which is 9-6 and have a bit of my own stuff I've just started back up for some extra money. Other than that i'm single, I eat well, have different hobbies and bits and pieces I do around the place, have a few mates around and the fam is close by. Would love to hear if there is anything out there. Thanks. Ash.
Hello, I'm 24 years old originally from NZ! I'll be relocating to Sydney from Melbourne with my work. I'll be working full-time so will hardly be home during the week. I'm social but also respectful. Always down for a chat, but I totally understand personal space. I'm tidy and neat (not OCD) and knows how to clean up after myself. Overall just looking to live with a likeminded young professional like myself. Ideally someone who is easy going, love to chat but also can do their own thing. Not a crazy party animal but enjoy a nice dinner and drinks! Keen to start looking at two bedroom apartments!
Hi! We are looking for flat or two rooms in share house to move the first or second week of February. I am from Argentina and Camille from France. We both have been living in Sydney for a while and we are looking for a long term flat/rooms. We are clean, respectful, social, wine lovers and easy going.
