I will rarely be at the property. Just need somewhere to shower, sleep and get ready for work. I will not have friends (guests) come visit. I eat out a lot and will barely use the kitchen to cook. Need to move closer to work. Drivers License just got suspended until June. Have previously rented for 7 - 8 years. I am also landlord however my property is currently rented by tenants and is located too far away from the business. I work in hospitality so naturally good with people. I am easy going and always willing to help.
I am such an easy going guy, so chilled and I clean up after myself and am happy to do my share of the household cleaning. I pick up on subtle que's whether my flatmate wants to engage in a conversation or not, not that annoying guy that suddenly wants to chat when you are putting out the vibes (lol). I keep to myself mostly and I work shift work as a social worker so I work nights, days and afternoons so it's like I'm not even there alot of the time. Also I don't party, been there done that and I don't smoke, am really into my health and fitness.
Looking for a furnished private room/place to move into ASAP for at least 4-6 months with the possibility of extending. Would prefer my own bathroom (or shared with one other). Non-smoker and would prefer to live with other non-smokers. LGTBQI friendly, animal lover (especially cats) but not bringing any with me. Would prefer an all female flat, or a mix of girls and guys. I'm 27 years old, working in digital advertising full time and just finished my masters last year. I work in Pyrmont so ideally looking for something within walking distance or close to the light rail or a train station. Born in Australia but moved away and having been living abroad in Hong Kong and New Zealand up until 2015. I'm very chilled and sociable, but also like my downtime and respect other's space. I like quiet nights in watching a movie, drawing or learning a new language (I speak six). I also enjoy swimming and trying new cuisines. Traits I appreciate in a flatmate are cleanliness, respectful in regard to noise and privacy and just being generally friendly. I've lived in a variety of situations including on my own, in a penthouse apartment in a hotel, flatting with singles and couples (straight & gay) and in a dormitory. Happy to provide references from previous places if requested.

Im an 18 year old student that has recently moved to Sydney for the purpose of study. I am currently living well over an hour away from my uni and are wanting to be able to access it easier as I study five days a week. I would describe myself as a reliable, trustworthy and honest person, Im easygoing and know how to respect personal boundaries.
I'm an out going, positive and organized person. Originally I'm from a small town in Sweden and I just moved to Sydney a couple of days ago. I totally feel like a tiny ant in this huge city so I'd like to meet people that can show me all the best of Sydney! I enjoy the nature but also the casual night out in the city. Usually I am a beer person so I need to meet some flatmates that can show me some other spirits.
Hi future flatmate(s)! I’m Marie. I just arrived in Sydney on last week and it’s my first time in Australia, so It’s all new to me. I’m French, I’m 23 and I’ve just finished my studies. I came to Sydney for a year to work full time as a cost controller. So basically, I’m looking for a flatshare to stay for all the duration of my contract here, and not too far from North Sydney (where I work). That said, it is also very important for me to create a new life and feel at home. I already know some super friendly French people here but I’d like to meet new people (or what’s the point of being so far from home 😉 ) Aside from that I’m super clean and tidy 😉 (well.. I also have my little moments of laziness sometimes, but it stays in my room). Like to go out, love cinema and music (not necessarily in that order). I can speak Spanish (some latinos in the flat?) See you soon. Marie
My name is Kylie, I have recently moved from Melbourne and work for Westpac Bank in the CBD. I work 5 days a week and love coming home after a long day and having a laugh with my house mates over dinner. I enjoy going adventuring and being outdoors. I am easy going and very chilled.
Hey I'm Ollie. I'm 37 and am passionate about music, art, design and getting the most out of life. I'm health conscious and train at the gym 5 times a week. I cook most of my own food and like to keep a good routine but it's also nice to break it. I'm kind, caring, empathetic and self aware. I'm pro-active and considerate in respect to housework! For fun I like to eat out, have a beer, see some music or a film, read... but mostly I like to hang out with my puppy friend Romeo who stays with me one or two nights a week, mostly weekends. He's a sweet little dude and brings much joy and light to all who meet him. Ollie
Hi, I'm a 25 year old friendly Australian male. I Work fulltime in an office in the city during the week with long hours. Looking for somewhere long term, and chilled/relaxed. I'm currently commuting to and from the city each weekday from gosford which is why im moving. Max budget is $300 per week. I like to drink on weekends also and go out socialising. Not a clean freak, however capable of maintaining a relatively clean apartment. Hopefully share with someone of similar age' interests and ideas. Cheers.
Clean, tidy. Love meeting new people. Have been backpacking for a few years and now I'm here in Sydney to stay. I'm originally from New Zealand.I work as a bartender in the city. Looking forward to unpacking my backpack and staying in one place.
Hey! I'm 24 years old and I'm moving up to Sydney for a full-time job. I'm originally from Melbourne where I worked as a part-time barista at a cafe (for all you coffee snobs, I'll bring a coffee machine) and studied (astrophysics - for those who like space and stuff). My passions lie in science, tech, memes and I also enjoy cooking, reading (anything) and sport (again anything - mainly basketball). I love to socialise, get out and explore sites and nature, won't turn down the opportunity for a beer/glass of vino (and some) and enjoy a movie/tv series/doco. I'm very easy-going, friendly, interested, clean and happy to help during an existential crisis. I'm hoping to move in between May 8-14. Happy to skype/call to meet potential housemates.
hi im nick, i work, i do some study as well. i like to workout, surf, run, swim, cook, read, go out on the weekend. i grew up on the central coast. im gay. ive been working out of sydney over the summer and need to move back now. thanks!
Hi, I'm Cristiano! You can call me Cris! ;-) I'm 39 year old and arrived in Sydney last May! I'm a brazilian architect. I'm here to study and improve my english and look for a part-time job. My interests consist in learn about the australian culture and habits. I can cook, but I'm not a masterchief (I can do the basic for survive, hahaha). I love culture (music, books, movies). I'm using my free time to study at home and walk around the city. I'm a organized and quiet guy! But I'm always up for a chat and talk about the day and share some experiences with other people. I'm respectful, open-minded and honest. Right now I'm focused on my english course, but not dispense a meeting with friends. In the week days I usually have lunch outside. I don’t have any furniture. Have few food restrictions (not for religious, but health reasons). I don't have pets, but I enjoy cats and dogs!
hey guys, I've recently moved to Sydney from Adelaide to study, and I'm looking for a roof to put over my head. I'm a 24 y/o male, English originally, whose clean, sociable, reliable and about as easy going as you can get. I enjoy travel, I'm a massive music fan, and an illustration and graphic design student. A room is a MUST, but I'd also love a few decent house mates who I can share a drink with on the weekend.
Hi I'm Kate! I'm looking for an apartment in the Sydney cbd or areas close by. I'm moving from the west and currently work in hospitality. Vegan & passionate about health, fitness and cooking.
I work full time in the finance/insurance domain in CBD. I work long hours during the week and love to catch-up with friends in the week-end. My week-ends generally involve brunch, sports, beach, visiting other places around Sydney (eg. National parks), night outs with friends, etc. I am looking for a female flatmate that would have a similar lifestyle - I am not interested in a backpackers place. I'd love to find someone who's keen to have a drink together once in a while after a busy week. I keep my place clean and tidy and am respectuous of other's need for space! I am looking for the right flatmate, not any flatmate! Ideally, I'd like to find a bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
