Hi, I’m from the goldcoast, which is where I currently live. I work in Sydney most weeks; looking for a place to Iive during the week. I have kids with shared care however they live with me when I am on the goldie. I’m easy to get along with, respectful of others, very neat & tidy. For fun I like the beach, gym, going out for dinner catching up with friends.
My name is Sarah Meyer and I’m 23 years old. I'm from Germany and I stay in Sydney for a research stay at UTS. I'm a tidy and thoughtful person. In my free time I like spending time with my friends and meet new people. I like to explore the city by feet or go out for a run. In my hometown in Germany I also share my flat with another person and I enjoy the possibly to cook together, to drink a beer or just to chat with my flatmate. I'm looking forward to hear from you. Thanks and kind regards, Sarah
Moving up to Sydney from Melbourne, for a job based out at Campsie. I'd like to stay in the Erskinville, Alexandria, St Peters area, but am open to other inner-city locations. I'm fairly neat and tidy, can be quiet or the life of the party depending on the mood of the house, and try to gym 5x a week.
I'm getting to know this new city after arriving from London. I'm always up for going out whether it's drinking or doing something active or staying in and watching movies! Can definitely keep myself to myself or I can be super social - whichever you would prefer! Im a short term flattie as I'm looking for somewhere for 5 weeks before I head off to Cairns to go down the east coast!
Hey! Working part time for my Faculty's Marketing Department and studying Landscape Architecture at UNSW. Although I'm from Tanzania (East Africa) and of Indian descent, culturally I'm a bit of a fruit salad. I went to school in England and then Queensland (here in Australia). After which, I lived in Toronto then later moved to Sydney, and have been here for the last four years. I am actively at Uni, pretty social and would be happy to hang and have a drink. But, I do enjoy my downtime and relaxing. I am a clean and tidy person but also respectful to others and their privacy. I will be moving out of my current place as the lease is ending and looking for a place to stay for the next 3 to 6 months. Looking forward to getting in contact!
Hello potential housemates! I'm Michael, 27, from NZ via 4 years in Melbourne - just moved over to Syd for a Media and Marketing position which is in Alexandria - Currently crashing on a mates couch in Surry Hills and I'm pretty in love with the area so really hoping to stay around or close by! About me... Hmmm, I've been out of home living that rent life since I was 18, very independent and love living in communal households - I'm very easy going, love films, gigs, travelling, getting out into the natures, hiking, a night out every now and then and of course a glass of red with the housemates over dinner or a cheeky beverage in the sun. I'm hoping to meet some cool people into similar stuff, housemates keen to actually be friends instead of just retreating to our rooms and I hate to say it but I reckon my house part every weekend days are over -- ! I'm voting YES btw, because it would be nice to get married to my future husband. ALSO - I make a mean green thai curry, it's my signature dish. Looking forward to hearing from whoever you are!
I'm Colombian and i'm 30. I'm an Architect and for now i'm studing english and working part-time. I'm a kind person with good energy and good mood. Love music and animals. I want to get my master here in Sydney so I'm gone be here for a while.
I am a Swedish female looking for a new home! I love a good laugh and meeting new friends. I cook - I wash up. I make a mess - I tidy up. I have been living in Sydney since march but as our current lease is up I am now looking for a new flat share! I am working full time in hospitality in CBD so would preferably live close by but not a must.
Hey, I'm Adam. What an arduous (check the vocab) process finding your new home and "to-be" flatmates is. So many variables to consider... location, price, compatibility, social influence. I guess that's not that many, really, but you know, you wanna get it right. I currently work as a 4th Year Electrical Apprentice. I become qualified this October and plan to move close to the city. I'm contemplating learning sales before I jump back into the electrical industry, if it all. Apprenticeships can be painful. I have a few months annual leave saved up giving me some time to check out the options once I've move in. Anyways. I despise the whole notion of job-as-identity. Let's get to the good stuff. I'm all about adventure. Some of my outdoor hobbies of have been surfing, skating, hiking and salsa. This year I want to start parkour, yes par-kour! I also love music and a good party. For me, partying should only be occasional. One of my biggest red flags for housemates is getting sucked into a wormhole of mindless weekly binge drinking. Don't get me wrong I'm down for a casual beer but I'm happy and prefer to go to gigs sober. On the flip side of all this I enjoy taking time out to focus, read, plan and ponder. I'm a big fan of health, fitness and self-development. My preference for housemates would be people who think the same about such things. I'm pretty easy going so it's not essential. Get in touch -Adam TLDR; I'm adventurous and introverted. I want to learn sales.
irish fella, perm resident. Struggling to find a one bedroom place so im interested in teaming or moving into a 2bedroom place with someone. Im not a backpacker and dont party. been living here a long time and work hard. Im social and easy going but enjoy my down time to myself
Hi, I'm Mark. I'm easy going, clean, understand decent hygeine and work full time. I like to balance an active and healthy lifestyle with socialising, having a few beers at the pub. I'm looking for something for 6+ months with long term(1+ year) an even more attractive option. I currently have some furniture and white goods in storage which I am happy to contribute however if not wanted/needed they can remain in storage. Items include fridge/freezer, front loaded washing machine, 3 seater sofa, outdoor setting, coffee table, etc.
Young filmmaker, working in photography and hospitality at the moment, will be involved in theatre and film soon. Have been told several times that I'm easy to live with, will rarely be home as a result of how busy I'll be.
I am a medical student from Canada who is outgoing, active, responsible and respectful. I am looking to move in for the 2018 academic school year or longer - beginning in January 2018. My ideal listing would allow me to cycle into the University of Sydney.
Hi there, I am a student of the Australian National University and am looking for a room to stay over the summer (24th Nov to 18th Feb.) as I will be undertaking an internship in a company called Certified Energy in Sydney (CBD). I will be out for work from 7:30am to 6pm on weekdays and have weekends off. I love to read books, go for walks/jogs, explore new places. I am a clean and tidy person who loves meeting new people. I am looking for a place which is close to the public transport so that I can easily travel to/from work. Looking forward to making new friends!
I have just moved to Sydney from London and am looking to explore the city and all it has to offer. I am looking for a homely and sociable house and will be growing my career in digital marketing. I can cook, clean and would enjoy hanging out. Get in touch :)
Hey! Im Ida, and I'd love to live with you. I'm open minded and fun to live with, enjoy having a wine and chat with my flatmates but also work a lot so won't be home that much. It's important for me that the flat is tidy, or at least tidy enough so everyone feels comfortable :) would love to hear from you! x
We are 2 guys from London in our early 20's We are both pretty easy going and friendly to get along with, bringing lots of positive vibes to the household. We are both tidy and respectful people. We love listening to music and have 2 guitars (although only one of us plays) We are working part time currently although looking to get second jobs to help us save for a future road trip.
I'm easy going, clean and lived in shared houses before, so I'm well trained! Enjoy a good netflix binge with a glass of wine, the beach and socialising with friends. Been in Australia for 3 years now, originally from the UK and am currently working in recruitment in the CBD. Looking for a new home with some great housemates that like socialising but also respect each others own space. Open to location.
I am a canadian backpacker who loves to meet new people and have fun. I am very respectful of roomates and clean. I am only looking for my own room... no share rooms. I work fulltime mon-fri and love to adventure or go out on weekends.
We came from France in order to work in Australia (we are on a working visa). We are very quiet ,clean and serious people, so we won't cause any problem ! We are sociable but we know how to be discret too if the people we live with don't like to talk at all.
Hello everyone! My name is Alexandra but all of my friends call me Ola. I just celebrated my 32nd birthday this past weekend in Sydney and I'd love to call this place home for at least the next 6months. I'm here on a working holiday from Toronto, Canada and already working as a bartender at some fun spots in Bondi Beach and The Rocks. I have many interests and travelling is obviously one of them. I love good food and good wine. I would consider myself a foodie and spend the majority of my money on trying delicious food. Looking forward to checking out some hidden gems around the city and the neighbouring wineries. Cooking is a favourite pastime and I love cooking for others. I enjoy experimenting with new recipes. In my downtime, I like to curl up with a good book or watch something interesting on TV -- documentaries are my favourite but anything on HBO makes my heart happy too. Game of Thrones anyone? While here, I'd like to spend as much time outside as possible soaking up the sun on the beach and walking along the coast. Looking for a space to call home with a roomie(s) who care about cleanliness. That's a big one. Otherwise, I am pretty laid-back in terms of what I am looking for in a roomie. I love meeting new and interesting people. Obviously, it would be nice to find a roommate whom I enjoy spending time with and maybe share the occasional dinner and drink with but who also doesn't mind doing their own separate thing. I am a fairly social person and I've already made friends in my two shorts weeks here with some really amazing backpackers and locals alike. I don't have any desire to live in a party house but I also don't want to live with someone who minds having the occasional person over for a chill night of socializing and wine sipping. Is my potential roomie out there? :)
I come from San Francisco California where I attended university! Theres so much happiness with me. I relate well to many people and i am very social and easy to talk to. My hope is to find space in Bondi because that is where I will be working and relaxing. I really love animals so if you have pets I would love that. I have shared a room for the past 5 years in San Francisco so I know what it takes to respect space, privacy, and time! Overall, I am just a really easy person to live with because I am very low maintenance. I am flying in on October 18 so this is very urgent to find accommodation! Please let me know if you would like to set up a time to meet me and show the space. I look forward to this adventure in Sydney! Let's chat soon!
