I'am positive guy who likes to live well in a clean and organized environment, I'am a easy going person who likes to keep the things simple as they are, travel a lot, know different cultures and socialize with people, exchanging experiences. I like to study, and work during the week and go out on the weekend. My hobbies are gym, study, read, surfing and hangout with friends. This is my second time in Aus, I lived there in 2006/07.
Looking for self contained room with ensuite and kitchenette - or set up where I can live privately with fellow tenants. I pay my rent on time, and I just enjoy doing my own thing. When I'm out I go to the gym, cafes, markets and films, enjoying Sydney's urban lifestyle and love my job and work colleagues. I am a non smoker and at gym morning and night, so health is important to me. I'm into design and style, and looking for a clean and modern environment and really like waking up to a clean kitchen and bathroom.

I work in the city as a Management Consultant. I've just moved over from London and followed a group of friends who have been over here for a while. I enjoy all sport and moved to Australia to enjoy the great outdoors, so at weekends I plan to be out and about. I'm looking for somewhere with sociable young professionals, who like to keep the place clean and tidy.

Fantasticly easy going Swedish backpacker who has been around Australia on different hostels for 7 months. I am now looking for something more sustainable than having a kitchen closing before i get home from work. Fun, outgoing and more kind than the mother in law could ever dream of.
Looking for a furnished private room/place to move into ASAP for six months to infinity. Would prefer my own bathroom (or shared with one other). Non-smoker and would prefer to live with other non-smokers. LGTBQI friendly, animal lover (especially cats) but not bringing any with me. Would prefer an all female flat, or a mix of girls and guys. I'm 27 years old, working in digital advertising full time and just finished my masters last year. I work in Pyrmont so ideally looking for something within walking distance or close to the light rail or a train station. I'm very chilled and sociable, but also like my downtime and respect other's space. I like quiet nights in watching a movie, drawing or learning a new language (I speak six). I also enjoy swimming and trying new cuisines. Traits I appreciate in a flatmate are cleanliness, respectful in regard to noise and privacy and just being generally friendly. I've lived in a variety of situations including on my own, in a penthouse apartment in a hotel, flatting with singles and couples (straight & gay) and in a dormitory. Happy to provide references from previous places if requested.

Relaxed, reliable, considerate housemate, looking for a room in a sharehouse with likeminded people, and open to teaming up. I'm social, into travel, snowboarding, and I'm an amateur stand-up comic. I work full-time in policy at Optus by day, and I tend to have a fair bit on in the evenings. I like to stay active playing soccer, tennis, squash or rockclimbing. I also enjoy social boardgames over a couple of drinks, or heading out to comedy gigs, theatre or art exhibitions. * Don't need a carspace, but need to be near a train station. * Not looking to live with couples or children. * For team-ups - I have access to most of the furniture needed to set up a new home. (I also have another ad on here for the house I'm moving out of... I'm helping the landlord find new tenants).

If you are looking for a professional woman who is easy to get along with, enjoys life and the company of others, clean and tidy and reliable then please feel free to contact me Kindest regards, Joanne (Jo)

My name is clare. A postgraduate psychology student who loves health, fitness and meeting new people. I've just started a new position with Northern Sydney Local Health District and will be working part-time across a number of different hospital sites. I'm friendly, social and house trained haha (just to clarify...I love cooking, am tidy and respectful of other flatmates & more than happy to help with cleaning etc). I always enjoy meeting new people but also respect other peoples space and privacy (we all need our down time to recharge!). I don't smoke but do enjoy a cheeky drink on the weekend. I'm looking for a property that has it's own ensuite/bathroom and although I love animals I'm allergic to cats. I enjoy the movies, theatre, fitness and experiencing different cuisines/restaurants in Sydney, in fact I'm hoping that whoever I end up living with would become a lifelong friend. Clare x

Hi there We are an Italian couple actually living in Sydney and me I'm full time worker as a carpenter and my girlfriend she will start a master degree in economy and menagement, so We must stay here for the next 2 years.
We are two students from Malaysia, one on the way pursuing second degree, another taking diploma course, and are both working part time. We are two quiet girls who value the comfort of the places we live in, and that makes us clean. When the both of us have time we would cook or make dessert, and what makes it better is we love sharing our creation! We are mature adults so we won't turn the house into a party house and make our flatmates uncomfortable. The two of us are looking for like-minded people who would share the house chores and are responsible for the house. We look forward to hear from you! Thanks, Stephy and Belle

Hey everyone, I'm Arty! I’m 23, Aussie, employed, well travelled and well rounded 👋🏻 I'm currently looking for a share house "preferably a share home" to join this week. It can be immediate or later if necessary, i've just let my lease ending creep up on me out of nowhere haha. I work full time in Oxford street as a bartender and occasional drag host, I usually walk / night bus / uber home and would love to find somewhere accessible by transport or close by :] Id consider myself a very sociable and loyal guy, Equally introvert and extrovert, i respect peoples privacy and space, and also like spending free time with my friends and housemates at home when i can <3 I spend a lot of time out of the house and when i’m home its usually just cheeky drinks with friends before going out, or working on my blog <3 I do come home late some nights bartending, something to consider if you’re a painfully light sleeper or you find people showering / watching netflix quietly at 2am problematic. I’m openly gay and a proud pineapple-on-pizza fan. I bring that up only because I'm quite a kind and respectful guy, not a douche that you'd have to worry about screwing up the house vibes haha. And "apparently pineapple on pizza’s controversial haha” I’m chill as, feel free to consider me in a share house if you’re looking specifically for safe / respectful housemates! I am very that! I'm tidy “in communal spaces more than my room hahaha” that goes through weekly phases of mess to sparkling haha. I’m an almost-vegan, so I guess a pro of having me is one less housemate to hide your late night beef snack pack from in the fridge haha . I do need a little bit of space in a room, a double size room minimum probably, or even just somewhere like a garage / cupboard i can store a few non-essential things like a sewing machine and couple boxes of like Linen / winter stuff / crafty garbage haha. I’m not gonna lie, probably your dream housemate :P I’ve lived out of home 5 years, so no BS. Have had my fair share of being responsible for managing bills and rent in share houses. Am able to pay bond immediately if required, and any advanced rent too. Am free all day, before 4pm from Wednesday - saturday to visit the place and introduce myself :) Thanks everyone 💖❤️ Happy house hunting <3
UPDATE Hi Guys, I'm Gianluca, I'm 35 and I'm Italian. Finally I got my Visa!! I'll move to Sydney the 8th of February and I will stay in hotel until the 12th of February. I have a permanent job in Sydney near the Central Business District, so I'm looking for a room/flat in some suburb near there or that could give me the ability to reach the offices easily. I don't smoke and I'm very interested in every type of sport. I would like a room in a flat with no more than 3 rooms and even if I still look like a 25 maybe it's better to stay in the apartment with people that are working rather than students. Moreover, welcome some room with private bathroom. Feel free to ask whatever you want. Bye!
