So, the lease ended at my last house and I'm currently looking for a new place to call home - either a room to rent or possibly start a little group and a find place together (happy to jump on a lease if needed). I am really looking to live with people I can call friends and people I can share a meal and have a laugh with. I am always down for a chat but I also enjoy time to myself too. I'm very easy going, tidy up after myself, love to cook and feed others. I do enjoy the occasional wine and movie through the week and and the ocassional boogie on the weekend. The last house I was in was 3 boys and myself, so that doesn't really phase me at all too. My pirority right now is to looking for a cosy place to settle and call home, and I am happy to compromise to make that work. I have a fexlible move in date and I can or don't have to have household furniture. HA! I am easy and whatever works for everyone. I work full-time in the city, so preferably looking for something in the inner west or inner east suburbs and definitely looking for something long term. If this is something similar to what you're looking for, shoot me a message! :) Jen

34-year old nutritionist working from Sydney (running my own business), seeking a room in a sharehouse/shareflat. I´m also interested in a teamup of people looking for a place together. I like to cook, I don´t drink or smoke, and I enjoy coming home to chill out and relax. I enjoy a chat with my flatmates but I also need my "alone-time". It´s all about balance :-) I´m clean and fairly quiet. When I´m not working, I´m usually out in nature, enjoying a walk/run/bikeride/snorkelling at the beach. I´m highly sensitive to cigarette smoke, so if you´re a smoker, we can´t live together. Sorry :/ Cheers, Caroline

I'm a 26 year old full-time professional who is quiet, cleans up after himself and helps with the housework. I respect people's privacy and will chat or give space when required. I love the beach, live music and the gym. I will be moving down to Sydney from Newcastle around the 12th of February 2018. I'm hoping to live close to a train line so I can get around the city easily. I would like to live with people around my age who don't mind going for a quiet beer/wine or a gig. I need an unfurnished room, an available car spot, and my own bathroom would be a huge positive. Please let me know if you want to know more or have a place that I might be interested in. P.s. I'm on the left in the picture.

Hello! My friend and I are making the move from Perth to Sydney and we are looking for a place to move in together (2 private rooms) around the suburbs of Redfern, Surry Hills area. I have a job in line working at Westmead's Children's Hospital, whereas my friend will be commencing Postgrad studies at USyd. We are super outgoing, friendly, chill and relaxed, and would love to make new friends. We would like to live with someone who is friendly, open-minded and who we can do things together and get along with, as well as respecting each others own space. We also like a flatmate who likes to be clean and tidy, trustworthy and considerate. Currently we are both in Perth so inspections may be a little difficult, however both of our plans are to find somewhere mid-late January as that's when we'll be flying over. Any more information please feel free to contact me. Here's to hoping it will be a smooth transition to the East!
