I'm an ANU design student and I work in hospitality. I love making stuff and I sometimes sell my art, I have an unhealthy Netflix addiction, love books and love a good banter. I enjoy my tea in the mornings and a glass of wine at night, I like my me-time but would love to live with people who like to hang out. I'm also pretty tidy and I always try to clean up after myself. I hope I'm what you're looking for!
Hello everyone! I'm a French cheerfull girl who loves to travel the world to discover new cultures and beautiful landscapes. I'm going to work at the French Alliance full time for a few months. I'm fond of nature, animal, tv series, Japanese culture... During my free time, I love to hang out with my friends, to go running, hiking, cooking etc. Last details: I'm a tidy person and I don't smoke. I'm looking forward to finding a great shared house soon :)
I am a graduate from Melbourne moving to Canberra to work in the public service (you guessed it!). I have just moved back to Australia from having lived and worked in Malaysia during 2018 and love to get out and about whenever possible. I am very social, but also like my down time and will respect yours. I love music, art galleries, cooking, and a wine or three.
Moving into town off farm property and looking at options to be able to buy in the next few years. Work full time, love my little dog, early mornings and quiet at home. Work is full on so appreciate quiet time in the evenings
Hey everyone, my names Phil, I am 32 commercial pilot moving from Melbourne to Canberra around the end of October, looking for a place preferably close to the airport.. I will spend some nights away for work, I am easy going, don't mind cooking, and get along with anyone. Enjoy a quiet night in watching Netflix and talking crap just as much as going out and seeing a movie.
I have shared with others and am very respectful. I am financially secure, work full time, study part time and have a range of hobbies meaning I will rarely be home. I also have all the furniture and appliances required to fill a house (Plus a piano). I have a small inside poodle (no hair everywhere) and am moving in January.
I am 24 yo, having recently moved to Canberra to start my PhD in Astrophysics at ANU. I have spent considerable time traveling over the last 1.5 years, changing continents every 3-4 months while doing research in space sciences. I have lived in Canberra for 3 months last year while working at Mt Stromlo. I am a fairly easygoing and flexible person. I like to keep my house neat and tidy and respect everyone's personal space. I have lived in sharehouses before and have gotten along pretty well with my housemates. I enjoy a drink or two here and there and like to socialize. I love cooking and sharing meals (if you love Indian food, you can save lots of dollars you spend in Indian restaurants xD). In my free time, I like to binge watch Netflix, go out for movies/drinks or read. I like playing badminton and spend two evenings every week at ANU Sport with my badminton club. I am also good with pets and can help you take care of them if you have one. I have been very punctual with respect to rent and bills. I have a scholarship to pursue my PhD which can conveniently take care of all my expenses. I am looking to join a friendly household where I can feel like home. If you think we can click, please feel free to drop a message! PS: My moving in date is flexible and can be anything between October 1 - October 30.
I'm a fourth year Law/International Relations student at the ANU. I also work at a cafe and do some other law related social justice projects. I'm a keen baker and rower and love coming home to a friendly relaxed house with people to chat to over a cup of tea.
Hi, I’m moving to Canberra from Adelaide to start a new job as a research scientist. I enjoy playing sports (especially tennis) and being out in nature. I’m friendly, respectful, and tidy.
I work full time and have lived in Canberra for two years. In my spare time I play sport, cycle, hike and read. I’m vegetarian but wont get up in your grill about this. I currently live in a share house and I like a wholesome, respectful lifestyle.
Looking for inner North share house for shorter term 3 - 6 months, with possible extension. I work full time Monday - Friday, and keep busy with dance classes/training on weeknights. On the quieter side but enjoy a chat. Clean, tidy and responsible.
Just a silly lad without a dad who enjoys making people laugh. Also I make a pretty mean salsa. I know how to turn on a vacuum and push a broom across the floor. Currently studying year 12 so I’ll be out of the house mon - fri. I’m a dam good artist and self professed comedian but I understand when to be serious. I’ve been looking after myself for 3 years now and have been having a great time doing it. I can also provide some pretty good references on request😊
My name is Garigarra, but everyone calls me Garra. I am currently living in northern Canberra, but the owners of the home are looking to go to auction at the end of October. So I am currently looking for a new share house in the area to move in late October/early November. I am currently working full-time in the Commonwealth Public Services, and I have just graduated from my undergrad at ANU. I am 26, turning 27 in May next year, and would class myself as fairly evenly split between introverted and extroverted. I do enjoy a nice chat with my housemates, but I tend to spend most of my time in my own room or out with my friends. I do enjoy going out with my friends once every 1-2 months, but I have never been one to host parties or invite a lot of friends over and play loud music. I am very respectful of my housemates and their own space/wants/needs. I wouldn't class myself as a clean freak. I am the youngest of 7 and have always had pets, so I would feel most comfortable in a house that looks lived in. Although I like to keep my own area quite tidy and am well trained to clean up after myself if I do make a mess, such a when I'm cooking. I do have my own bedroom furniture and a small fridge and washing machine, but I am happy to either sell or put in storage my extra furniture if needed. I also have a small ginger cat. She is a timid and shy outdoor cat who appears to be okay with other cats as I have found her spending time with the neighbourhood cats occasionally. So I would be happy to move in with someone who already has cats. But like me, she tends to just hang out on her own or likes a quiet cuddle. She has never bitten or scratched me and has a good routine of being fed in the morning and night, and going out during the day. I am happy to have her sleep with me at night. If you would like to know more about me or if you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me on here.
Hey! I'm moving to Canberra from Adelaide in Feb 2019 to start as an APS Graduate (I know that's still a long time away but I thought I might try and get a jump on the crowds..) I'm looking for a share house of people who are easy going, who enjoy sharing a meal and a few drinks, but who are also respectful of the need to have time alone. I've lived in share houses for the last few years and have loved it - I'm friendly, very relaxed and more than happy to pull my weight with cleaning, cooking etc etc all that fun stuff. A little more about myself... I love hiking, camping and getting outdoors, I try to ride my bike wherever I can, and I try to live sustainably. I enjoy cooking (especially Mexican nights and Taco Tuesdays) and Netflix binging in my free time. If you think we'd get along and you might have a free room around the start of 2019 please let me know! Cheers :)
Hey, I’m looking to find a place around Braddon. With a Lease of 3 months or long term if I like the place. I’m 37, work in hospitality and look for a place to stay asap. I’ve been living in shared places the last couple of years and see myself as a easy-going, clean and respectful person. I’m happy by my own but don’t mind to hang out for a drink and chat, game. I’m new to Canberra and look forward to explore new things. interested in comedy events, movies, golf, fencing, archery, free diving and soccer. Look for a place where I can have a parking spot or garage.
My name is Daniel, I am 19 years old, currently studying in CIT Reid, working part - time. I am really clean, like to meet new people and respectful of each other space. I love pets, yet I do not have one. I am interested in any locations not too far from the city.
Hello, I am a working professional moving to Canberra for a new job in the public sector. As a friendly, clean, respectable and helpful father of 2 who also live in Canberra, I hope to find accommodation alone or with just one other to share. I enjoy visiting art galleries, museums, classical music, wine tasting and walks.
Hi =] I'm taking on a new graduate position as a public servant and recently graduated from my masters and am looking to move from Melbourne. I think most people would describe me as friendly, approachable with a dry/sarcastic sense of humour (sarcasm is like my second language). I'm pretty chilled, enjoy a drink here and there on the weekends and make a really awesome mushroom sauce (best with steak or any pasta). I enjoy cooking (I find it almost therapeutic - so you have to be willing to be my guinea pig on new recipes) and smacking a few golf balls at the driving ranges. I'm more than happy to sit there on the couch and listen to you vent and giving you advice on all matters to do with life (I did a double major in law and psychology so I feel semi qualified to give you some advice LOL) and I'm pretty OCD with cleanliness and hate to burden others with my own mess as a matter of principle. Message me if you think we'd get along as housemates/friends/heck I may even be your long lost sister from another mister who knows =]

I enjoy cooking, movies, getting outside, all animals and just enjoying other peoples company.
