(Moving date is flexible) Hi! I'm Liska, I'm a tidy Honours student studying Chinese translation at ANU. I'm looking for a relaxed, friendly household in the inner north. I'm language and history-obsessed, love pets, consume music voraciously, enjoy long walks through suburbs, wilderness and parks, sew patches, play video games and make really good margaritas. Wanting to get into gardening + sewing this year too. I also write fiction and build fantasy worlds for fun and pay. Would be open to cooking together! (although I'm vegetarian) Happy to work within organised cleaning/chore rosters I head up to Newcastle sometimes to visit my family and girlfriend. She also likes to visit me too now and then so I'm looking for somewhere where she'd be welcome to stay in my room. Let me know if your place sounds like a match!

Hi there!! We are a quiet couple looking for a house share. I work full time in the hospitality industry and my husband will be attending school starting February. We are quiet, clean and considerate and are looking to live with like-minded individuals. We are both huge nature lovers and enjoy a nice bush walk from time to time. I love birds and insects so we like spending as much time outdoors as possible, looking for birds or cool snakes and spiders! (nerdy, I know, but that's us!) We also love music and just takin' it easy, chilling. We are very laid back and easy to get along with. Any suburb is accepted, as we’re not too picky about location. Hope to hear something soon!
I am 20 years old and a NUS-ANU joint degree student returning from Singapore, I lean towards being extroverted and am always excited to experience different environments and get to know new people. I was raised in a family of females (I don't mind a good chick flick) so I've picked up good habits as well as responsibilities at a young age. When I moved to Singapore for study I lived in a local student dorm where I made my second family of 127 people.
Hi! My name is Isha and I will be moving to Canberra from Melbourne to begin my Masters' this year at ANU. I am 23 years old, easy going, friendly and clean. I always pay my bills on time. I'm clean and tidy. I'm friendly and polite. I'm from Canberra and Queanbeyan originally, I spent a few years in Adelaide. I did a science degree back in 2008. Was married, but now I'm divorced. I have worked retail previously, now I'm on Newstart.

Hello, My name is Danni. I am female, 22 years old and am currently in the process of moving to Canberra from Melbourne for work.(I arrive in Canberra on the 27th of January). I am a working professional in the hotel industry, where my hours can vary (I could be working day or night shifts). I am definitely a very clean, organised, social person, who is respectful of other people’s space and things. I love to bake and am a pretty good cook. I enjoy painting, watching Netflix and do love a good book. Than
Hi, my name's Eeca. I work part-time at Canberra Outlet Centre and study full-time at ANU. When at home, I usually like reading, watching youtube, or going for a run. I think I'm relatively quiet, but I'm happy to chat too. I can share a bathroom and kitchen. I like a good washing machine, as I go running most days and so go through some sports gear... I'm a 35yr old male and I've just moved to Canberra for study, 2019-2021. I'm looking for a 6-12 month stay initially, anywhere near ANU or Fyshwick, or inbetween.
Hi, I'm looking to move to Canberra from Far North-Eastern New South Wales for university (B Science at ANU with an interest in Health). I'm looking for a place with a nice group of people who are friendly and clean. I'm aware I'm quite young but I would be a responsible and pleasant housemate.
Recently relocated to Canberra for work, I've lived in share houses, granny flats and tiny homes and know what it takes to make a house a home, having owned my own in the past. I'm a creative, love anything arty, community-minded, and outside the box. Love the outdoors, walking, water, travel, food, wine, coffee, books, magazine, movies, music. I've owned two houses myself and am very houseproud, tidy, and pay my bills on time. Sociable yet respecting others privacy, I try to create a sense of sanctuary wherever I live.
I work full time as a technical support engineer, and will be working from Canberra which is why I'm looking for accommodation here! I am originally from Sweden (but an Aus citizen), so this will be the first time I'm permanently living in Australia. In my free time I play quite a bit of video games but I also really enjoy going out and seeing and exploring new things, which I hope I'll be doing quite a bit of! I'm looking for a place where I'll be able to stay for a longer amount of time (6m+), as I'd like to be able to live relatively steady while I have a job. I really am not too fussed about how many people I live with or what they do, as long as they don't smoke inside. I'd also be fine living with any type of pet. As I'm not actually arriving to Australia until March 5th, meeting me before to see who/what I am might be difficult. However, I am totally down to Skype or whatever is suitable beforehand so that that neither of us have to go in blind.
Moving to Canberra to start full-time work as part of the APS. Avid reader, and digital and film photographer. I'm looking for a share house that's both relaxed and sociable. Always happy to chat and share some good food, but appreciate the value of alone time as well. I am quite tidy and clean up after myself, but also desperately learning how to cook: any help would be appreciated!
My name is Peter I'm 21 years old and looking for accommodation in canberra for 2019. I work full time and I am studying at the University of Canberra. I have a full time job working for IKEA and I am studying a degree in design. I'm very casual and easy going and always happy to help out around the house with whatever needs being done.
I'm 19, I work full time as a disability support worker and I'm enrolled at UC studying nursing , I'm very laid back and I easily get along with people (male, female, young, mature) but I do like to keep to myself sometimes, you will love staying with me. I just moved from Perth and recently started working so I'm looking for something affordable .
Hello! My name is Feo - I am a postgrad student at ANU doing my PhD in political science, and am originally from Canada. My favourite thing on Netflix is Travellers and have been watching a lot of The Good Place lately (both of which I highly recommend!). I spend most of my time working on campus and try to keep active a few times a week. My favourite activity is playing board games with my friends over some beer. One of my goals for 2019 is to travel around Australia a bit more, since I’ve been here almost three years and seen embarrassingly little. I really like cooking too, especially if I can share it with others. I also love coffee and my most prized possession is my espresso machine (which of course I’m more than happy to share with my flatmates). I'm kind of a social introvert, so I really like the idea of a flat where I can hang out a bit with my flatmates over a meal, some wine or a movie, but also really value my own space. I’m pretty easy going, but really value communication. I’d much rather a potential flatmate tells me what’s up if there’s a problem of some sort. I'm pretty tidy, so would prefer to live with someone similar. I enjoy having friends over sometimes, but don't really want to live in a party house. I don't have a dog, but love them - so if you have one they will get many extra pats.
Sociable introvert seeks home with goofy partner. Hoping to live with people we can be friends with rather than just living with (if that makes sense?) Rachel is an on again off again public servant meets baker who loves cups of tea - even on forty degree days, surrounding herself with trashy novels and has recently started to attempt the gardening thing. Drummond is a warm and enthusiastic refrigeration apprentice who is all about jazz house, heavy metal and hitting the bouldering gym whenever possible. Ideally looking for a largish room so we can both feel like we have a bit of space to be ourselves. If you're the kind of household that likes playing board games, drinking wine and having a chat we would love to be a part of your home!
Hey Everyone I'm Sean! I'm currently in Sydney visiting family over the holidays but need a new place down in Canberra before the new uni year starts. I'm really clean, very friendly and respectful of peoples space. A bit about me, I'm 26 from an Irish family (so I love a good drink and a chat) from Sydney and I've just finished my first year of Genetics at ANU and looking forward to the next. I'm into anything active running/rockclimbing, particularly bouldering/cycling/hiking etc but I also enjoy a chill night home with a pizza and some mates. I'd love to live with some cool people who are up for a shared meal or a movie night but also interested in living with someone who would prefer some privacy. I'd like to live in a place where I'd be welcome to have my friends round for a drink or two (but this isn't a dealbreaker) after a long day of uni or after a night at pool and I'm very comfortable with organising days/nights when people would like an early night or their own space in the apartment. If anyone is looking for furniture I can provide a reclining couch, a smart tv, a mid-size fridge. I can also have my own bed for any unfurnished rooms. Please hit me up if you would like to know more about me. Cheers, Sean
I am a mid-career research who is currently a PhD scholar at ANU under the sponsorship of the Thai government. I am a Thai woman, who is tidy, considerate and respectful of others. I am in my early 40s and have had some saving from my previous works. So, I am looking for a decent place to stay and happy to share with a female professional or postgrad student.
Hi future roomie/s! We are needing a place for about a month (from the 3rd of February to the 6th of March.) We ideally need to live fairly close to Civic (inner north or Kingston/Barton area) but we're not too fussy. We also would most likely need a parking space. I (Erin) am starting a full time contract in February and am moving from the Gold Coast but I have lived in Canberra before. Ryan is American but has been living in Australia for a year and a half. We're clean and tidy, world travelled, respectful and all round good people. You'll love us! If you have any questions, ask away! Can't wait to hear from you :)
Quiet, tidy, self-sufficient professional female looking for like-minded flatmates. I also like to keep fit, so I’m fairly active, and I don’t mind socialising every now and then. I'm employed full time, and I’m a part time postgraduate student as well. I’m looking for a furnished room with flexible length of stay, preferably on a month-by-month basis.
