Hi, I am 39 but look and feel like I am still 28! I grew up in Canberra, but have travelled around Aus / Europe & USA for the last 19 years working in many interesting roles from recruitment, sales management, marketing etc and DJing on the side. I am from a large Italian/ Aussie family and although this is the first time I've lived in Melbourne its always felt like a second home to me as I've visited family here since I was a spring chicken. Started a full time sales job in Richmond last week and currently residing with a close friend in Heidelberg, so I am keen to move asap closer to the city / work. I have mostly shared flats with people over the last number of years and have never rarely had any issues with it, as I find its all about being respectful and reliable and a great way to meet new people and create friendships in a new city :) The type of people I tend to get along with the most organically are usually well travelled, interesting, healthy, have a good sense of humour and are creatives in music/ design. I am a fit, non smoker, single guy (no kids) with a good sense of humour and although I'm not a pancake expert, I do know a tosser when I see one!!!
Hey Guys, I'm looking for somewhere where I can set up shop with some rad individuals hopefully around the listed areas, but open to suggestions. Migrating from Brisbane 4+ years ago I am a pretty chilled out guy, big pet lover, Rugby fella with the addition of occasional sporadic furniture making, Friday afternoon drinks and my complied list of the best beer and burger combos in Melbourne (subjectively opinionated) and I am house trained so you can expect all the good stuff of a quality housemate. Currently working as a PM/Estimator (Mon-Fri) while looking to further myself within the electrical industry. I am always down for a hang or a cheeky pint and will often grab my camera and go on an adventure until I get lost But eventually find myself back home with some pretty wicked stories. I'd love to hear about you if you think I might be a good fit :) Good luck with the hunt!
Hi, I'm Jake from Charlotte, North Carolina, USA and I am on a working holiday visa. I've been traveling since August 2016 and have been in Australia since March 2017. I've traveled most of western Europe, Morocco, Israel, and Vietnam prior to coming to Australia. I've lived in Sydney and the Gold Coast and have now moved to Melbourne to spend the entire summer. I am looking for a lease at least until March 1, and maybe longer, as I am trying to stay in Australia permanently via a sponsorship or a work visa, and Melbourne already seems like a great place. I am a great roommate to have as I am clean, considerate, and respectful. I am social and active, and I will have a full time job while here in Melbourne. I enjoy working out at the gym, playing soccer, riding bicycle around Melbourne (yet to be purchased), THE BEACH, movies (of course), with the occasional night out on the weekend. I'm also a pretty good cook. I worked for Lion Nathan (XXXX/Tooheys) in Sydney for 4 months, and then got a more casual job at The Coffee Club in Gold Coast. Here in Melbourne, I will likely do construction work of some sort or work an office job. I am looking for jobs now, but I can ensure that I have no money issues as I worked for a large mortgage bank for many years back in North Carolina. Thanks and I look forward to meeting you.
I'm Will, I'm from the UK and before I came to Australia I was a furniture salesman. But like many people I was bored of my job and didn't want to spend this part of my life wasted in one place so I decided to pack up and start again. I'm looking for a place to stay in Melbourne as I'm really liking this city's wonderful weather, culture, variety of food and abundance of wifi. And hopefully make a few friends while I'm here =). I'm looking for a private room (with ideally a double/ queen size bed but it's not essential) as I do prefer a bit of personal sleeping space/ somewhere to relax by myself but will happily socialise with and spend time to get to know any future house/ flatmates and don't mind how many people are in the property (the more the merrier =D). I can move in (to the right place) as soon as you need. I think of myself as a pretty chill guy with an excellent sense of humour and a terrible attention span. I enjoy binge watching good TV, Netflix and Youtube videos (massive Game of Thrones fan of course XD), listening to good music, dank memes, socialising with friends i.e drinking, gaming (played a lot of League of Legends before I left... poorly I might add) and going out for meals, films etc. I used to do a lot of running and football and hopefully will get back into it soon, as my old job fattened me up a bit and I'm definitely in need of the exercise =P.
I'm Jackie, a 22 year old nursing student. Most of my time is filled with study but in my spare time I keep fit an active either in the gym or at pole dancing! Super chilled, respectful and clean housemate. Looking for a space I can have my time to study but also a fun bunch of housemates who are down to chill! Ready to move into a place after Feburary 1, 2018.
FEBRUARY MOVE-IN DATE Hi! I'm an international student (from the U.S.) starting my Master's degree at the University of Melbourne in 2018. I'm looking for a room near the Parkville campus, ready to move-in in February. (Unfortunately, I don't arrive in Australia until the very end of January) A bit about me: I love cats (and dogs), volunteering, learning new languages, reading, baking, hiking, and occasionally playing video games. I'm very open minded and enjoy having a drink and a good chat. I will happily bake you cookies!
Hey! I'm Ella, 22 y/o Kiwi moving back to Melbs and looking for a chill place to live. I lived in Melbs for two years before moving back to NZ for work in May. Now I am looking to move back in Jan 2018. Looking for a room in a share house, or some cool people to get a place with. Social, easygoing and clean. Like to travel go on adventures and hang out with friends.
I'm a bubbly and super friendly girl (woman?) who really wants a place to call home with a group of cool people. I work quite a lot but I love coming home to friends and Netflix (preferably together). I like me time but I also like to go out every once in a while and have nice dinners :) . I'm also a very clean and tidy person and would like to live with like minded individuals. I thrive with housemates with open minds and open hearts who I can have great conversations with and be like a family with.
Currently living in Sydney, but will be moving to Melbourne for work at the end of November. Am a veggo, non-smoker, social drinker (whiskey please), environmentally and ecologically conscious, animal biology lover, painter, lived in North and South America, bi-lingual (close to tri), well-travelled. Respectful of people's privacy as well as belongings but also want to live in a house where we may share meals occasionally, a few drinks and good conversations. Not into houses where everyone hides in their rooms. Having said that, I do highly value my alone time and will respect your need for yours. Open minded and relaxed. Love nature, science, but not a big TV or sports fan. My goal in life is to turn into an octopus, using that really big brain to learn about ocean life and stay underwater for the rest of my days, tending my little octopus garden.
Hi I'm Xiella, a 20 yo international student and working part time in hospitality. I'm friendly, tidy, clean, quiet, respectful of someone's privacy and great to live with 😊 I'm experienced in house-sharing but now I'm looking for 2 bedrooms apartment in Docklands. Looking to move in mid January. Would prefer to share with one female housemate, so 2 people in total to keep the place spacious and tidy :) I'm also keen for team-ups! Typically, I'm always busy with study and work. I keep everything to myself, and when home I'd usually stay in my bedroom. However I never mind chatting and having fun with my housemate! :D I have also been doing inspection, so if you'd like to join me, shoot me a message and let's grab a coffee!

It´s very important for me the tranquility to study, a quiet place. Hello! We are two Swedish sisters currently looking for apartment in Melbourne. Both of us love cooking food, having breakfast (with coffee!) at pretty cafes and traveling while taking photos of everything we set our eyes upon. We are on our first year of our working holiday visa and are planning to settle down in Melbourne in the end of November ✨✨
Hi!, I am originally from Lithuania, here in Melbourne for work, have a contract for 2 yrs with Monash Uni which started this January. Likely will extend it a year or two longer, although a change to an industry job is possible at the end of the term. Finished phd in physics in Chicago last year, lived in the US ~15yrs, now postdoctoral researcher at Monash in nanomaterials' properties. After work i go to gym few times a week, practice tennis, or taking a stroll along the beach, getting together for a beer/dinner with colleagues, seeing places/meeting new people when possible. Currently live in Oakleigh on Airbnb which was alright for a start, but a bit too far from a more livelier environment i'm used to. Tidy, sociable, lived with roommates before. Let me know if can provide you any other info. ~ 3-12 months lease would suit, car parking needed &; move in date - as soon as available but fairly flexible. Cheers, -Tadas

I have 6ish years restaurant experience at 3 different places, and all the stupid drunk stories I can't remember until I get drunk and remember said stupid stories. Cheers, heres to good times.
