I am an international student pursuing my masters in IT in deakin university. I am hoping to find a place for 6 months to a year. Looking for a furnished room I spend most of my time on my part time IT job or studying in my room, so I'm pretty quiet. . I cook my own food and happy to share my food with my housemates and keep clean of my living places. Keeping the place clean is the high priority for me. Looking for a place to live and I am friendly and like meeting new people and making friends and down to earth. I don't smoke or drink..... Always ready to hang out and spend time with friends .
Hey there, We are an easy going couple just looking for a place to live asap and have great time in our new place called home. We are looking for a private room with own bathroom and near La trobe university, like 20 min the farest, if can be possible 🙂 About us: -Laia from Barcelona, with work and holiday visa, so working full time. -Abdullah, from Abudhabi, studying in La trobe University so he's busy during the week as well. We are respectul, quiet, clean and tidy. In our time off we are active and always keen to do new plans. Happy to hear from you.
Clean & tidy professional, a little nerdy, healthy life style living & eating. Enjoy my footy and ice hockey, respectful of peoples things. Don't smoke, or do drugs, enjoy a beer socially. Generally keep busy with work and life but up for an adventure from time to time.
I’m super chill, clean and enjoy other peoples company as well as my own down time. I’m a full-time flight attendant so I’m away from home a lot and like to make the most of my time home! Love anything to do with the arts and I have (mainly) old school RnB playing all the time. I have my own place with a room to rent but I’m also keen for team ups and getting into a bigger place with more people! I love my little abode I’m in atm but can’t afford rent on my own so it’s either someone moves in or I move out 😔 I have a full house of furniture so ideally I’d be looking at teamups rather than moving into an already furnished house. I like to exercise and get outdoors so a gym/outdoors buddy would be cool too :p Also I’m looking at sharehousing/teamups pretty much anywhere around/near Tullamarine airport (max 30 min drive)
Hello I am David, I am an engineer from venezuela, I have been living in melbourne for over 3 years and loving it :) also I am into music, I play bass and other instruments also I am a 4x4 roadtrips and camping enthusiast. I am learning how to surf and I will start with salsa dancing :D I am a sort of mindful and social individual however I appreciate time on my own as well. I really like living in clean places so I keep them clean :) anyways this is starting to sound like a tinder profile haha.
Hey hey :) Richard here. 27yo worker on the hunt for a new place to live. Lease is up where I am and I don't think renting with friends is a good idea now LOL. I work in hospitality so I start as early as 6:30am and finish as late as 8pm. Easy going friendly sorta guy. Don't drink or party these days however I am an outdoor smoker. Pretty much keep to myself and live a quiet life. I'm in no means a hermit or anti social. Enjoy heading to the beach on hot days/nights, going to the movies, mini golf, board games, bbq's at home and just hanging out with friends. I have two caged male pet rats, they are clean and don't smell. Domestic rats groom themselves constantly and the smell is actually their droppings and urine so I tend clean the cage every day or second day. I have a car so street parking of any kind is essential. Ideally I'd be looking for rooms that are $150pw incl bills. Can stretch it but not by a lot. I have all my own furniture so unfurnished is all good. If my boys and I sound like the type of person who would fit your house, feel free to email. Thanks Richard
I am a Singaporean Chinese, turning 24 this coming March and will be studying nursing in La Trobe. I am very flexible and accommodating, and love home cooked meals (most of the time). Generally conservative and prefer the simpler things in life. Hobbies include cooking (home cooked not professional), a bit of photography, watching competitive League of Legends, going on road trips. There's more but these are the things I can think of from the top of my head currently. Used to be a medical centre medic posted to Thailand for a year back in my military days, so I'm first-aid trained (; and have the habit and knowledge of self-medicating when down with common illnesses learnt from working alongside medical officers in the past in the military, so no need to go and see the doctor (unless you want a medical certificate) I cook a mean tom yum soup too, btw (; update: My move in dates are flexible. I will have my own accommodation plans for my first few weeks in Melbourne while I go around viewing places. I arrive in Melbourne on Feb 19th, and can move in anytime after. Latest by mid March though! If you have LlNE or w3ch4t, you can add my lD youxunnn Duration of stay is also flexible and not fixed as stated above (6 months). Will be longer if everything goes well! I am ultimately looking for a long term option.
Emergency situation, my building had a burst water pipe and my apartment has become uninhabitable. I am urgently looking for a new place to live, definitely until the end of this year and possibly longer. I am quiet and will keep to myself. I am actually working on my thesis project at the moment and so I need somewhere where I can be left to my own devices and get my work done - at least for the new few weeks! I promise I will be more sociable once my thesis is submitted. I don't really do big parties, but I would love to hang out and binge Netflix. I also have a big collection of great books that I am willing to share. I do not smoke and have no pets (but I do love animals.) I work full time, including weekends, at the Box Hill Hospital and study part time at the University of Melbourne.
I am moving to Melbourne from Newcastle to study at La Trobe University, starting second semester. I am currently working in Newcastle and will constantly be looking for work before I move in May. I tend to keep to myself a lot and I don't know too many people in Melbourne at the moment. I do enjoy good conversation. I like to chill out, watch movies, work on new cosplay ideas when I have a day off. I would be moving earlier but I have commitments until the 19th May. I would like to secure somewhere as soon as possible so I can give my employer in Newcastle enough notice of my resignation. I smoke, I don't do drugs and I like the occasional drink. I will respect anyone's rule of no smoking at the house. I never smoke inside.
I am PhD student from Oman (google it to know about it) and looking for new place to live in. I like walking, running and swimming. In general I am quiet person but I like to have a chat and share a meal with my flatmates from time to time. My preferred location is closer to the beach but any safe place within 20 minutes drive from Deakin University is okay (I am willing to pay a bit more if the rent includes access to a gym and a pool) My flatmates have to be: - not more than 2 (I'm third) - clean and tidy (including keeping the common area and toilets clean) - not noisy My flatmates preferred to be: - above 25 years old - love sports (will be very good if they like running) - speak French, Spanish or German (I know some of each and I want to practice them in our free time)

Hi! My name is Emily and I grew up on a dairy farm in a small country town. I moved to Melbourne in 2017 to study a Bachelor of Psychology. I am an animal lover (at home I have 5 dogs, a cat, a bird, etc) and have been vegetarian for the majority of my life. In my downtime I like to relax by playing video games (WoW mostly), watching movies and TV shows or listening to music. Art is also a hobby of mine that I would like to get back in to. I would be a great housemate. I am a clean and very responsible person. I have a quiet demeanour, so I will never be loud or disruptive, and I pride myself on being mature and respectful of other people. I am very friendly and laid back with a good sense of humour. I'm also a Pisces if that means anything to you. At the moment I am unemployed but will be actively looking for work once I am settled somewhere (just moved to Prahran and am not enjoying it). I'm very excited to start working again! Thanks for reading :)
I'm a Master's student at Deakin, majoring in Communication. Now I'm working part time in sales as well. I'm generally a quiet person and I respect everyone's space but definitely sociable and keen to chill with housemates too. Gets too boring with no contact and I like to get to know the people I live with. Living in a clean space is important to me (Especially the bathrooms and kitchen), and I've always paid my bills on time. I sing professionally (used to perform a lot and restarting now), enjoy writing, a good movie, YouTube, but I'm trying to watch less and read more ;) If it matters, I don't smoke and I'm pretty much vegetarian. Zero qualms about what others do. Ideally I would like to live in/around the city. However, I am not opposed to a nice place elsewhere. Previously I've been lucky to have great housemates. Hope to find the same vibe in my next place :) I'm also a bit lazy with social media or anything that involves typing but there's a Twitter and a very new Instagram for those who want to take a peek. Cheers :)
Hi I'm a Civil Engineer, moving to Melbourne on 31st March. I'm neat and well organized, friendly and easy going person. You will hardly notice my presence. I’m hygienic. If I have too much spare time I’ll clean everything. I’m a good cook and would love to shop more often at the farmers markets to get my produce. I can make great coffee and I don’t do well at life without it. I love my alone time but enjoy talking about the interesting things in my day. I have a partner atm so he would visit but rarely. I don’t have any animals with me but I adore all and any!❤️ My mum raised me with manners so I go alright. I don’t really go out but I do enjoy it. I’ve grown up in a country town in the Macedon ranges. I’ve loved it but it’s time for a change for me. Thx heaps
I am an ANU graduate with a BMUS/BA. I have moved to Melbourne to pursue postgraduate studies and teaching opportunities. My hobbies include reading, walking, swing dancing, songwriting and performing. I am looking for mature, friendly housemates who are house proud.
Currently looking for a housemate to team up with in a rental i will be going into soon in Mooroolbark. I work full time as a fully qualified painter and have my own business, work 5 days a week minimum. Will sometimes/often work weekends too. I'm happy for a good chat and love a laugh. Enjoy binge watching tv shows/movies. I'm clean and tidy and will keep my areas clean. Enjoy my privacy when needed but also happy to chat and i can cook too so happy to have a communal dinner/lunch every now and then too. Love my sport. I play basketball three to four times a week, enjoy a round of golf, a pick up game of tennis is awesome. And love watching a game of footy every now and then. My time at home is usually spent spending some time with the housemates, reading a book or playing my PS4. I have a beautiful 6 year old border collie cross kelpie. She is loving and friendly with every person she meets and doesnt have a mean bone in her body. She has spent time around other dogs, cats and rabbits.
I'm fun, easy going and excited to move on to the next chapter in my life. Using flat mates as I have always lived with my parents and it's proving extremely hard to get something without realestate references. I'm clean quiet and a work aholic. I am looking to rent a whole house not a room. All help would be extremely appreciated.
