I'm very easy going and independent. I love spending time on my own and appreciate "own space" for myself and other people. That being said, I am quite social as well when in the mood and love having a laugh or watching shows or going out. I have worked as a cleaner and a nanny in the past, which has made me a very naturally clean person with anything that I do. I have a lot of respect for other people including things that they own and hate invasion of space and privacy.
I'm looking for a quiet location, with public transport in walking distance, for 6-12 months, ideally near Box Hill or Blackburn. Must be LGBT friendly. Moving between now and March 11. I'm very clean, neat and quiet. I do not work or study due to diagnosed chronic pain, but my income is reliable. I have been sharehousing for 2 years so far and never had any trouble paying bills. I have my own mattress (it's a really good one), otherwise not a lot of stuff. I don't drive. I am single and I'm a very quiet shy person, though I'm fun once you get to know me! I don't drink or smoke or anything like that. Gluten free omnivore. Happy to share my cooking sometimes if you're up for that, I make great roast pork :) And of course I contribute to cleaning. I like to write and draw on my computer, I enjoy art and I love cats and birds. Am I right for your house? Please send me a message if you have any questions! Thanks for reading!
i am a very respectful person and expect the same back! i do like to keep everything clean as i have ocd and on the odd occasion i do go out and have a drink or 2 with mates as im still only 22.. i do also have 2 dogs but very very well trained! Theres NO aggressiveness to them AT ALL, just theyll smother you with kisses and affection..They dont chew things they dont dig there perfect im currently unemployed, that's because ive been caring for my sick nan for the last year, but am currently on centrelink and DO get payed enough to pay rent and support myself&dogs but am currently looking for work! ... if you give me a chance to come for an inspection i promise i wont let you down
I work and study full time however if I'm not doing either of those I love to be at the gym or out with friends. I've been in share accommodation before and really enjoyed living with different types of people. As much as I love my privacy I also love getting to know my house mates and having the odd big cook up together or drinks after work.
My name is Erin and I am 32. I have a creative design background and have studied many things including photography, marketing and fashion design. I like to do little projects to keep active. My interests are in sustainable fashion & design, art, history, photography, current affairs and various TV shows and movies. Currently unemployed due to health reasons, but I am on the disability support pension, so I have an income. I live independently and do not need any assistance. Pay rent and bills on time. I am always working on improving my health and have a pretty clean lifestyle. I am a clean person and contain any mess I have to my bedroom. I am a sociable, friendly and bubbly and generally happy person. Always up for a chat over a cuppa; D&M, current affairs or just something funny or silly. But do respect personal space and the need for down time and recharging too. I have recently been exploring meditation and Buddhist principles to improving health and well-being. I do have little quirks like my obsessive nature of stacking a dishwasher, and collecting and recycling soft plastics (Redcycle) and composting kitchen scraps. I do like to be a conscious consumer where I can. I'm looking for a home not just a place to sleep or exist. I would love to meet people to make a great flatmate family and be an environment of growth and harmony. Interested in team ups too.
I’m caring , trustworthy and also a very clean and respectful person. Have been looking after my grandparents for the last three years and now are in palliative care , So I’m looking to either share or team up with someone for minimum of 12 months . I’m quite busy with work and other commitments - usually work 7 days a week , I will also be going back to study part time mid year, I also volunteer for the RSPCA . I have 2 (cats) /fur babies of my own they are well behaved/trained and like to be outside, so somewhere with some greenery would be nice. I prefer to live with mature people/students/professionals/animal lovers
So it's time for me to move closer to work, as my long commute to the office each weekday has finally got on my nerves. As an active person that enjoys exploring Victoria I'm often out and about hiking or biking on weekends, but when I'm home and have the time I like learning to cook new meals (vegetarian is a specialty), spending time relaxing out in the backyard, watching a bit of TV or surfing the web. Being an engineer my work hours are generally 8.30am - 6pm on weekdays and I usually play basketball at least one night a week. Would be great to have a couple shared interests with my potential housemate/s, so give us a heads up as to what you enjoy doing in your spare time if you are to message me. I come house trained, so that means I clean up after myself (and often others), make time each day to complete the necessary chores, pay my bills early or on time and am more than happy to socialise when the time is appropriate. Would like to find a place that could accommodate a future pet, preferably a canine, but I am willing to wait a while for that, if I can find a suitable home and housemate to live with. Hope to hear from you soon
First things first: I won't be wanting to move into a new place until after I have recovered from my second cancer removal surgery, scheduled sometime between Feb-April 2018. I keep to myself, friendly and quiet. I clean up after myself and can cook. I work full time, been at my place of work for over 7 years. 40 years old, recently divorced. I host my own radio show on community radio, Apple 98.5 FM, located in Bacchus Marsh. Back in February 2017 I had major surgery to remove cancer from my body, with a temporary stoma put in while my rectal area repairs itself. In May I began aggressive chemo treatment for the second time, which completed in late September. On Jan 23 2018, it was discovered that cancer has unfortunately returned to my body. Tests will commence ASAP with surgery and more chemo to most likely follow. The person(s) accepting me into their home (if that is the case) will need to be aware of my health issues and be understanding and ok with it. I am also a high functioning autistic, better known as Asperger's. Doesn't really mean anything, doesn't affect anything in any way, just best that I mention it. I'm currently living at both my father's house in the eastern suburbs, and a share house in Darley (Bacchus Marsh). A transition period, where my father wants me closer to him while I go through the things I'm going through at the moment. However eventually I need to make a decision on where exactly I want to be living. I won't be wanting to move into a new place until after I have recovered from my 2018 surgery, which will be anywhere from Feb-April.
Have been renting in Ringwood for a numbers of years. Relocation required due to sale of property. I need to move by mid April but am hopeful of finding and moving to new accommodation sometime in the near future. I'm independent, reliable and responsible. I love animals and although l don't own a pet l would welcome the opportunity to befriend yours. An intellectually curious person who enjoys learning new things and am happiest when l have a new project of some sort on the go.... classes, courses etc. l'm currently delving into the world of bee keeping. I don't own a hive but would be happy to start one should this be compatible with the situation and all concerned but definitely not a necessity. Enjoy to cook, trying out new recipes etc. and sharing with those around me occasionally. I work full time in Richmond for a well known company in administration, customer service and account management. I live fairly quietly. Don't hold wild parties etc. I don't do drugs and am not interested in living with those who choose to use. Looking forward to finding my next home and meeting those l will share with. Please feel free to shoot me questions if you wish. Cheers, Vicki
26 year old female Australian, full time student studying law, working part time. i have one cat who is litter trained. i am quiet and very clean
Hi there potential landlords or housemates, I'm a female, 37 year old (young at heart) friendly and clean. I am a great housemate/tenant because I can adapt to any situation and place pretty easily without complaints or stress! I want my future house to be a home not just accomodation! I want it to be my sanctuary where I feel safe and peaceful. I don't mind what age you are or what you do or don't do.. that's your business! I respect ones privacy and also am happy to socialise or have a chat every now and then.. I also need privacy lol. I'm honest and direct. I prefer to sort out any problems immediately and believe trust and honesty would be very crucial if sharehouse is to run smoothly and harmoniously. private person but occasionally. I'm a huge dog lover!! I have a small/medium female dog whose 13mths old and super friendly towards humans generally to other dogs however she's been attacked a couple of times and can get protective of herself hence quickly when playing too roughly. She plays with bigger dogs better too. She is well taken care of and I clean up after her. So I do require some type of yard space. Doesn't have to be huge but a normal size backyard with grass not concrete!! The bigger the better though! We currently live in an apartment so it's not suitable. I have to move ASAP due to a bad break up and currently living with a family friend in Doncaster but I've overstayed by 2 weeks already to finding somewhere suitable is detrimental!!! It doesn't have to be available right now but not much longer than a couple of weeks time would be good. Just need to let friend know I've at least secured a place. If you'd like to know anymore pls feel free to call, txt or message on here. Thanks. Hope to hear from some good sorts... Cheers 🙂
I'm a quiet guy and usually keep to myself but I don't mind hanging out once in a while if you're up for it. I tend to get along with others quite well. I don't smoke or drink. Bit of a neat freak and I tidy up after myself. Loves food, movies and pets
Leah & Yogi. Female, 33, works in hospitality. I have an absolutely amazing dog who loves everyone and everything! Enjoy a beer or wine with friends and maybe a nice cooked dinner. Love sitting outside relaxing... work a lot of hours but try to enjoy the time I’m not at work.
Hi there, I'm open minded, flexible and adaptable. I'm interested in a wide range of subjects from music to art to social justice. I have family in the area and have moved from Bendigo to be closer to them, originally growing up in the Yarra Valley. I live fairly quietly at home and enjoy my own space, as well as sharing a meal occasionally and interesting conversations.
Hi, I'm 22 years old originally from Hong Kong, just graduated at Deakin Uni last year, have a little bit of experience living in a shared house as I have lived for 3 years at my current place. I work full time 5 days a week, and I have lived in Melbourne for 5 years so far. I'm friendly, tidy, sociable, organised and easy going. In my spare time I hang out with my friends, I like to go out for drinks or dinners. I like sports, I play soccer. I also enjoy chilling at the beach, shopping, the occasional night out and relaxing nights cooking. I'm planning to move in July for 4-5 months at least, I need garage or driveway for parking my car as I wouldnt park on street, also I have my own furniture for a bedroom so a furnished room wouldnt be preferred. Built-in wardrobe is preferred. Please do not call me, and shoot me a private message instead if interested :) Thanks, Alex
I am currently working full time in an office. I also run my own mobile DJ business on weekends. During the week i am hardly home as i work and then go to the gym. I am really friendly and is always up for a chat or a movie night but i also like to go out on occasions. But sometimes i like to keep to myself sometimes making music on my laptop and visiting friends.
Hi there I'm Kristina I am looking to team up! My brother and I are looking for a house in the Doncaster area under $500 a week. We should have found a place in the next few days. I work as a full time sales consultant in Nunawading. When I'm not working I'm either at the gym, relaxing, seeing friends, riding, at the beach or pool, watching a movie, out for a drink or sleeping, so you would barely notice me around. I am very clean, tidy, considerate and quiet - although I am quite social and would love a housemate to share laughs, cooking, movie nights and games with. I also love animals :)
