Friendly, non smoker, clean up after myself, reliable with paying rent/bills on time. Enjoy going riding, kayaking, sport, music. Simply NOT interested in sharing a room. Prefer to be staying near a beach or along a river (eg. Parramatta river) Parking available, but not essential if regular services of public transport to City. If room unfurnished: Need to be able to fit a queen bed. Cheers
Hi there! I’m looking to find an apartment in the eastern suburbs, ideally near the beach (but not an absolute must). I work full-time in the media industry so I like to take it easy most weeknights. I’m a friendly, easy going and respectful person. I’m hoping to live in a share house with like-minded social people who I can be friends with. I’d ideally like to find a place with a large room and own bathroom, a car space would be sweet too! Also open to team ups with a small group of girls.
Edit: Because my work hours are typically 8am - 7pm my priorities have changed from close to beach with close to city as a bonus, to close to city with close to beach as a bonus. Moving down to Sydney from Brisbane to take up a graduate full-time position in Sydney's CBD. I'm keen to finally get down to the Harbour City and get settled in to my new life. All of my friends are in Brisbane so there's little worry about me having 'hectic parties' or anything like that. It does mean however that I am looking for people that I can get along with who aren't overly closed-off. That said, I'm sure there'll be days where I get home from work or my flatmates get home and just want to decompress in peace. I have no pets and am a non-smoker. One caveat though is I need a place that has some form of accessible, consistent car-parking spaces. Obviously a drive-way/garage is preferable to on-street parking but as long as I don't have to pay for on-street parking then I won't have a problem. I love the beach and am particularly keen to live in a place where the CBD is 20 minutes away from home and so is the beach (<20 minutes would be even better). A friend of mine is moving down to Sydney in early April so I am looking for a short-term lease. $350 is about as much as I reckon I'd be willing to spend on weekly rent, although ideally the rent would be closer to the $300 mark.
The usual low down that ends up sounding like a “looking for significant other” post in the classified section of the newspaper...clean, quiet, respectful, generally super laid back, enjoy my personal space but would love to be able to have a legit conversation or chill session with each other. Late night Maccas runs, down! Not a wild child or hermit, similar sorts ideal. Cleanliness is a HUGE factor! Not trying to live in ghetto squalor or a dirty dorm you wouldn’t want to shine a blue light over. Looking for a private room in a share place with max two other people. Otherwise happy to start up somewhere new, I have full furnishings available if needed. No couples or kids, soz not soz! Any of the listed areas or surrounds although open to considering anything within a reasonable distance to the CBD via public transport. Need some form of parking, the mean streets ok. Long term. This housemate hunt is hideous! Just spent two years in Dubai, travelling the world, wanting something more settled.
Im a 22 year old student at USYD, studying media and communications and working in retail. I'm a pretty laid back person but do love socialising. I love the beach, health and fitness and eating out with friends. I'm also always down for a chat!
I am a 32 year old female who moved to Sydney from the UK a couple of years ago and am now looking for somewhere new to call home. I am very sociable and easy to get along on with but also completely appreciate that everyone needs their own space at times and somewhere where they can enjoy their own down time :) In my spare time I love exploring more of what Sydney has to offer with friends, as well as travelling (when I can!) enjoying good food; wine; socialising and keeping fit. I own a 2 year old rescue cat called Millie and so am really hoping for somewhere pet friendly so that I can take her with me :) Millie is sooo well behaved though that she really would fit in well with any new home! I am ideally looking for a furnished property with a balcony / garden and possibly a pool (getting greedy now I know!) either to rent on my own or with another housemate or 2. If you think you may have something suitable for me then please do get in contact and I look forward to hearing from you as well as meeting you soon :)
Looking for a double-bed room, ideally furnished, and with a stay of a minimum one up to six months. No shared rooms and not more than two mates please! Hi folks! Just moved to Sydney and looking for a spacious, tidy and good connected place to start writing another exciting chapter in my life. I lived before all around the world i.e. London, New York and Munich. I work in film and would describe myself as an easygoing person, non-smoker, with various interests i.e. photography, cooking, coffee as well as sports.

We are respectful people, responsible, live clean and tidy. If you guys have a nice place to share and feel it could match together, please do not hesitate to contact us! See you soon :-)
I'm a 24 year old guy from New Zealand. I'm moving to Sydney in February for a new job and to undertake my masters part-time at the University of Sydney. I've previously flatted in Auckland and Los Angeles. I keep myself busy during the week, and on the weekends I like to chill and enjoy the occasional drink. My interests include footy, coffee, music and going to the beach.
We are couple from Europe, from Czech republic and we came to Sydney on student visa. We will stay there at least 1 year and we are looking for room in share apartment/house. We are house trained, very tidier, friendly, chilled, easy going and of course we can pay rent :).
I am Indian female who is moving to Sydney to study at UNSW's b-school. I am considerate, organised and tidy. I like a good chat/a casual hang but also value time by myself. I like to read, watch films, sketch, cook and hang out outdoors. Definitely not a party animal at this age. I like maintaining the cleanliness and vibe of a place. I am a vegetarian but alright with other food preferences that housemates may have. I love cats. I like dogs. All in all I would prefer a furnished tidy place close ish to unsw that houses positive interesting mature individuals. If you think our requirements and outlooks match, please do ping. Cheers.
Hey there! I'm a 25 year old Canadian who's been living in Syd for a year and a half. I'm looking for a flat closer to the beach to make my beach bum summer a little easier! Here's a little more about me, if you think I'd be a good fit for your flat - throw me a text! :) I work in marketing for an activewear company, so I work from home/travel for work quite a bit. I'm ultra clean and love a super tidy place, I'm pretty low key and love chill movie nights in and cooking dinner at home, but pretty easily persuaded into a night out by waving a cider in front of my face. I'm super active, I love hitting the gym, pretending I can surf, checking out new coastal walks - and pretty much anything outdoors! I'm definitely looking for flatmates who are up for cooking some dinners together/hanging out at the beach on a weekend when we're free. Also if you love an occasional late night Macca's run then I'm the flatmate for you! I also LOVE animals, so if you've got a cute pup or kitten - even better! Chat soon! Anna
Hi everyone I’m Martin I’m 26 years old and I’m from Argentina. I’m a personal trainer and a competitive powerlifter so you won’t see me very often as I work a lot and from early in the morning and because I train a lot too, yes I basically live in a gym. When free I love going out for some drinks, eat out in restaurants with nice people and Cooking. I’m a very clean and tidy person.
My husband and I have just arrived from the UK and need to find some lovely people to share with either short term. We are 28 and 29 and are looking for kind, relaxed, polite and clean housemates. We would like a private bathroom and bedroom.
Laid back, tidy and very easy to get along with. Love to travel, snowboard, dive and generally be outdoors. I work in the CBD and currently studying part time too. Looking to move into ideally a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment in Bondi (junction or beach area) with cool housemates who are also tidy and easy to get along with. Please let me know if you have a spare room - would love to check it out! Samir
Hi mates!! I am a 25yo lovely guy from Barcelona. I am friendly, clean, laid back, easy going and with a good sense of humor. Always down for a chat with a coffee or a beer and very keen to get to know new people from all around the globe. I have been recently living in Germany and Taiwan as an exchange student and now I'm in Sydney with a Work and Holiday Visa. I enjoy the flatshare social life but respect every ones' privacy and sometimes also like to be quite in my room myself. Please feel free to contact me on my mobile phone or through facebook Very keen to meet you, future flatmates!! :) Cheers
What makes me great to live with? 😬 Since I fledged the nest 15 years ago I’ve been living in shared accommodation- friends, roommates, new roommates, boyfriends, ex-boyfriends... and it seems to have gone pretty well. I’ve just finished my little break of fleeing all responsibility and have completed 13 months travelling Asia, settling a 2 yr sponsorship in Oz. I’m a qualified Architect in the UK but will be working better hours for more money in recruitment in Sydney. I believe in work/life balance and what I do isn’t who I am. Outside of the 9-5 I love health and fitness... and I’m obsessed with food. I am vegan (not a pushy/angry one, just an animal and world lover), I love being around nature, the sea, fresh air etc. I have found during my solo-travels that I can be pretty great socially and I love connecting with people. I’m also extremely independent and completely at ease with my own company and entertaining myself which I think is important in a housemate and achieving a great atmosphere in which to feel comfortable. I love being outdoors. I read, run, swim, yoga, make stuff (clothes, jewellery, experiment with food) and I’m always trying to live in the present and be grateful for my day. My worst habit is probably waving at dogs, and most challenging activity to-date is writing about myself without sounding too boring, too eccentric or trying too hard to be funny.
I'm from Australia originally but after having lived in France for the past 18 years I returned to Sydney a few years ago to study and work. I really enjoy living in the city and I'm looking for some friendly and fun people to live with. I would prefer to live with others in their early 20s but I'm not fussy. I enjoy cooking and baking so there will always be some kind of cake/cookies around. I'm really clean and tidy. I work full time in hospitality.
HI everyone! I am an exchange law student from Israel, moving to Sydney for a semester at University of Sydney. I will be working and studying for the semester, so I am not looking for a party house. I will be at Sydney until July, and maybe extend until August. I love sailing, surfing and going to the beach in general. Also, I will like to travel a bit while I am in Australia, and getting to know new people and places. I am easy going and will be happy to sit for a beer at the end of the day.
Hello! My name is Miranda. I have recently turned 27, and an intensive care nurse working full time. I am a very clean and tidy person and respectful of shared living spaces. I like to spend my days off at the beach and enjoy being out and about, however not apposed to a night in. Look forward to meeting you future flat mate! Fun shall be had
We're a nice, quiet, friendly, outgoing italian couple happy to meet new flatmates and share some happy times with them. We both work at Oxford street in Paddington and we'd like to find a place in this area. We love to travel, explore new places, go to the beach, chill out with friends for a beer and cinema. Hope to meet you soon Cheers Luca and Elisa
