Hi it's Jake (UK) and Lorna (Ireland)! We're a couple that are backpacking around SE Asia/Aus/NZ but temporarily settling down for work in Sydney! Both working full time, Lorna in Business Administration and Jake as a sports coach. Seasoned house share enthusiasts so we respect people wanting both downtime in the weekdays and some fun and drinks on the weekends! It's really awkward and difficult writing about yourself! Jake - likes playing/watching/talking about sport! Enjoys a good gaming sessions from time to time! Netflix and YouTube the usual go to media sources! Lorna - chilled out Irish gal. Loves reading and socialising in downtime. Usually found watching vloggers/trashy Netflix series'! Keen to meet new people and have a great time whilst in Sydney Looking for like minded people to share our time and experiences with whilst in Aus!
I'm originally from Bangkok but grew up in Boston. I've lived in many countries around the world. I'm a foodie, linguist and a traveler. I enjoy cooking not that I'm any good at it. I am finishing up my masters at U Syd in Business and will also be working part time hopefully in Real Estate and also at my aunt's Thai Restaurant. I'm pretty easy going and am a clean person. I'm not a neat person by nature but I definitely clean up after myself. I've always been friends with people I live with. I respect personal space and privacy. Not a big drinker/partier but I'm down to share wine over dinner and chit chat.
I work full time and I’m very near and tidy. I know how to keep to myself but I’m also keen to be social with the people I live with. Definitely can be counted on to pay rent on time, every time. Love to cook!
Hi my name is Laura! I am a 29 year old Mexican/American moving to Sydney to work in business development for an art company. I am looking for a furnished private room or teaming up with someone to find a new place. I am clean, laid back and will be working Monday-Friday. I am excited to explore my new city and meet new people around town!
I'm an easy going uni student who's recently moved to Sydney to start post graduate studies. I enjoy meeting new people and I'm up for a conversation but I'll always respect privacy and personal space. I enjoy keeping things neat and tidy.
I am outgoing, bubbly and fun! But also love to chill! Like to drink every now and then and music is my life. I study entertainment management at AIM and love photography/film. 420 friendly..... let me know if that’s an issue. I’m getting a pet Pomeranian puppy on the 12th of March and is the reason I have to move out - mum doesn’t like the idea! :( I like to party sometimes but also Netflix N chill as I get tired from work. I prefer to live with females but not fussy.. Love my incense sticks and candles! I think I’d be pretty cool to live with.
Hi There! I'm Jessia. I'm a 21 year old female professional working as an international fashion model and artist. I have travelled and lived over all parts of the world and now I am in Sydney to work here with my agency, Chic. I aim to be in Sydney for the next 4-6 Months and am preferably looking for a shared room in a clean, organised, tidy and quiet household where I have space to think and breathe. I'm looking for ASAP accommodation. I love to cook, so you will see me in the kitchen cooking up veggies often, go to the gym, go to my friends to paint and draw and sometimes go out for the occasional drink. I'm incredibly organised, tidy and pleasant to be around. Please, if you do not live in the same manner, do not reach out to me. If you are interested, shoot me a message along with all your information. I'm looking forward to hearing from you :)
My name is Andrea. I'm 29 years old from Manila, Philippines, and I just recently moved Sydney to start a new full-time job in The Rocks area (I work in Finance in a Big 4 accounting firm). As my first time living in a new country, I'm looking for a welcoming, homey place (preferably fully-furnished private room) with good location (near a train station and bus stops as alternative mode of transport) and easy-going flatmates (tenants only). I initially just had one week to look for a semi-permanent place to stay before my work started so I just took the most decent one I could find that was available right away and I was not really able to take my time and look for somewhere I can settle. I would prefer an initial minimum stay of 3 months, but will hopefully extend if it's the right fit. I'm pretty easy going myself, loves to travel (when I get the time), enjoys bonding over good food and drinks. I value privacy but I prefer if my flatmates can be my friends as well and won't act like complete strangers. Growing up in a family-oriented environment, it will also be nice if the flatmates won't mind a very occasional (read: once or twice a year) visit from a friend or a family member.
Hi, I am a working professional in Financial Services, I am looking for a long term rental with easy access to the city. I am a quiet and respectful, I tend to work long hours due to the nature of my position but enjoy my own privacy and freedom. My hobbies are soccer and swimming and I also love chilling on the beach reading a good book! I have lived on and off in Sydney for 5 years, I recently retuned to my native UK for family reason hence seeking a new property come May. I have sorted temporary accommodation until then. Please feel free to contact me should you have something that suit my requirements. Many thanks Nick
Moving back to Sydney to work full time in the CBD for a tech company. In my spare time I like to take photos and rock climb. I’m quiet and will respect your privacy/boundary but would also like to have a beer and chat in the evenings. I’m tidy and have been house share trained! I’m looking for a place with my own bathroom that I can move in ASAP!
I left the U.K in October to come travelling and have since been around South east Asia and east coast Australia. I loved the east coast so much I’ve decided not to go home in March but instead get a working holiday visa and settle in Sydney for a few months! I am super laid back and outgoing, always up for a chat or going out and exploring, but also love a night in with a bottle of wine and crisps and dip! I’m looking for a relatively long term place to stay (months not weeks) but can be flexible as how long I stay in Sydney will be job dependent. If you have a room or you’re interested in buddying up please give me a shout! I’ll be in Sydney from mid Feb if you wanted to chat over a coffee and looking for somewhere that is available from mid feb/beginning of March.
Hi, I've been back in Australia 4 years having spent the last 12 years living and working in London. I work full-time in the film industry, and while there is an office in Surry Hills that I can use, I prefer working from home most days. I don't need much space to work, and am very considerate of other's space. I'm looking for a professional, easygoing housemate 35+. Ideally just one housemate, but would consider living with two. Ideally I'd like a larger bedroom (smaller is OK if there is a study - I'm pretty quiet with my work - computer and phone mostly). I'm out a few nights a week. I'm looking for a house that feels like home, I don't mind getting a cleaner, I really like cooking, and am pretty relaxed about things generally and I think pretty good to live with, pet's are no problem. I'll respond to emails promptly, hope to hear from you.
I am from Europe and my background is mixed like whole Australia. I am use to living with sociable also tidy people. To share a flat with me means with a simple guy who like s to work, cook and surf. I am respectfull, emphatic and grow enough to take the privat space of everyone serious. I am definiteley not a rockstar, but nice enough to feel comfortable with. I prefer tidy people, please.
