We are relocating to the Inner West and with the help of this site secured temporary accommodation till March 2017. At which time we are seeking to secure an ongoing lease. We are mature professionals and rather than utilise the most common platform for leasing a property our preference would be to secure a property through like minded people/couple whom value honesty and integrity and are looking for peace of mind that their investment will be treated with the utmost respect and expenses relating to the property are paid on time. We make excellent tenants and will provide references and a copy of our previous rental ledger. In return we ask for a landlord whom is mutually respectful and views good tenants as being part of a good property investment therefore is proactive in their duties as landlord. Our children are all grown up and following their careers, so with the suburban home an element of the past and continuing to live in the present moment we have chosen to experience the city life. We enjoy fine wine, dining, cafe socialising and those delicious treats from La Bannette Patisserie in Glebe. We enjoy a good live band, nite clubbing, when the mood takes us and recently partied away with the Vengaboys at Luna Park and can't forget those relaxing Sunday afternoon sessions. If we are what you have been searching for in a tenant and you are what we are seeking in a landlord then we have the beginning of a great relationship.
I urgently need a room to move into this week! I'm looking for something 3+ months, own room and gym included would be ideal. I can negotiate a little on location as long as it has good links to the city. But at the moment I can't negotiate on price and I am NOT willing to share a room, so please don't message me. You're wasting your time. I'm respectful, easy to get along with and am always up for doing most activities!
Relocating from Perth to try something new. I am 26 and work in Hotel industry. I love a great conversation and getting to know people, listening to music and watching netflix. Hi guys! We are a french couple looking for 1 bedroom available in a flat shared. We just finished our studies and we are now living in Australia for the year. We are working full time, both in Web Marketing. Would be great to find housemates with the same lifestyle. About ourself, we are easy going and outgoing persons, always keen to share a glass at the end of the day. We respect the privacy of people and we know how to keep our room tidy. We’re not just here to share a flat, we're also looking for new friends and a good atmosphere to live in! As part of our studies, we already had experiences in living with flatmates in Singapore and San Francisco so we know how to behave in that kind of set up. We're only looking for a long term lease (6 months) starting from the 1st of January. Please don't hesitate to PM me if you think you can have something that we would be interested in! Cheers :)
I'm a Media Advisor working in the CBD, currently commuting from the Blue Mountains. Looking to move closer to work, and hopefully start studying my Master's Degree in International Relations next year. When I'm not working or studying, I enjoy yoga, Pilates and running and heading to the beach with a good book on the weekend. I'm quiet and pretty easy going and am always up for a chat over a glass of wine or cup of tea.

Hey! I’m Matt, a 20 year old student moving to Sydney from Perth in February next year. I’ll be studying the JD at USyd, so am hoping to find a place to call home near uni. I’m an open and friendly person, who loves hanging out, whether enjoying the night in with roommates/ friends or a night out. I’m hoping to find active roommates who like to spend time together to chat, cook, play games, watch movies or anything :) I love travelling, so will definitely be doing lots of day trips to explore around Sydney. I’m also a clean and organised person, so you won’t need to worry about finding my clothes all around the house or dishes on the couch ;) Apartment/house wise, I’m after a private room (furnished or non furnished works), ideally within 15 min from USyd. If anyone is interested in getting together to make our own apartment, hit me up too :P Hope to hear from you :)

Hi! I've just returned from doing my 2 years in the UK, followed by a short stint working in the UAE, and am now making the move from Brisbane to Sydney to complete a masters at USyd. Looking to move anytime between the end of November and the end of February (next year). I'm looking for an affordable place, with good public transport links. More importantly, I'm looking for some friendly housemates - people who are keen to hang out socially every now and then, not just a house where we're constantly ghosting each other 😁. I'm an easygoing, friendly, clean, and straightforward housemate. I love cooking, eating, binge watching TV (the same as pretty much everyone else), live music, and pub quizzes!
I am a 20 year old actor/performer who has just relocated in Sydney. I work as a cook in a vegan cafe in the eastern suburbs. I'm social, but considerate of housemates, a non-smoker and enjoy living in a tidy space.
Hi Guys! We are easy going and relaxed students from Germany. The both of us are staying in Sydney for a fulltime 9-5 internship. Andy is working in the area of Surry Hills and me near Hyde Park. We enjoy a sporty and healthy lifestyle, have a great sense of humour and like to enjoy some drinks and shared dinner/BBQ in a relaxed atmosphere with our new flatties. In addition, we are very reliable and tidy flatmates. Furthermore, we have several years of flatshare experience and enjoyed it! By the way, we are not one of the newly in love couples, so we don't always want to be on our own - we love to socialize. We are searching for a place up to the end of April (but we would also consider a shorter stay). We look forward to meeting you guys soon! Don't hesitate to drop us a message :) Cheers Kathy&Andy

Hi, I'm British but born and raised in Germany. I am about to start a new job in Sydney on a Work & Holiday Visa in the hope of sponsorship, if the government allows. I am 25 years old, love travelling, meeting new people and cultures. I enjoy the occasional night out but I also really enjoy a quiet night in and a good chat over dinner and a glass of wine. I know my way around Sydney quite well as I studied my Masters there in 2015, so I also know quite a few people. I am clean and always tidy up after myself, I like to socialise with house mates and am looking for a home but I also respect alone time.

Hiya, Have lived in Sydney for a number of years. Looking to come back after saving some coin with the parents! I'm a 27 year old single Practice Manager at a medical practice, I work Monday to Friday normal hours. I love travelling but also adventuring in Sydney. I don't have any pets but love them if you have any! I commute a lot at the moment so I'm excited to get into yoga and fitness when I have that extra time back. Not a real cooking person but starting to get more interested! I like wine, movies & squiggle top biscuits at home, and not "party" exactly but socialness is a must,, especially on weekends, I might be a bit independent during the week but a wine or two is ok too :p I much more prefer warmth over cold. Looking for a room in a furnished apartment. I have all my own things though if need anything to complete the house. I'd like to fit out my own room. Looking in Eastern Suburbs area. Want sunshine and no mould. Around the $300 mar. Don't really want to sign a lease (have had lots of my own but prefer to stay off so I look better to mortgage broker!) but is up for discussion if essential. Moving date is very open. I have a car so somewhere to park it would be nice but not essential. I work in the city so would love to be near public transport. Anything else just ask :)
Hi, I am a PhD student of the Pharmaceutical Sciences from Reykjavík, Iceland. I will spend 6 months in Sydney for a research project of mine and am therefore looking for a place to stay and maybe meet nice flatmates too :) I am easy to deal with, will be working in the lab at UI, have a fix salary and if you like I can show you how vikings "swig", how to make hákarl or just wash the dishes :)
Hi, my name is Malthe, and I am an international student from Denmark, I'm going to attend The University of Sydney during semester 1, 2017. I really look forward to my stay and I hope to find me a nice place to call my home for the semester. I'm an outgoing person and I have my feet securely planted on the ground, to put it short I'm easy-going and flexible when it comes to how much contact to have with flatmates. I like being social, cooking together or the like, but I do respect a closed door, as I myself from time to time need some alone time. I'm orderly and neat, having lived with flatmates away from home for three years I'm used to taking care of a household, though I'm by far not a prune. I like going out for drinks once in a while but I respect it if my flatmates need a quiet evening. All in all, I'm the kind of person who can pretty much blend into any household, though I would appreciate living in a quiet and somewhat clean household where people are open to being social and maybe going out for drinks once in a while. I study full-time at the University of Aarhus. I study Digital Design (third year of the BA-course) and I'm really interested in the way so-called digital artifacts shape our reality, and how designers should be concerned with finding a sweet-spot between aesthetic quality and pragmatic usability, but I figure we'll talk a lot more about that once we meet in real life ;)
Hello everyone, my name is Myriam and I'm 30.... I'm French and just arrived in Sydney 3 month ago. Before to get Australia I had traveling all around South East Asia for 8 month and it was the best experience ever!!!! Indeed, I really enjoy to met people and improve my English.
I am about to move to Sydney from Perth to study a Masters Degree at The University of Sydney! I am looking for somewhere to live in Sydney that is convenient for uni, preferably with a gym nearby as I don't plan on bringing my car over. I am super friendly and get along with everyone, but I am respectful and enjoy my own space as well. I'm definitely not the type of person to sloth on the couch in my spare time and like to stay active. I am hoping to move in with like-minded people who are friendly and like to socialise! If you'd like to consider me as a housemate, please don't hesitate to contact me and ask any other questions! Maddi
