Hi recently return from living in New Zealand, originally from Perth, I work full time in business development and part time I work on my online business, I teach yoga night or 2 a week🙏 I live a healthy active lifestyle, hit the gym usually in the morning, on the weekends love to catch up with friends, chill, read, beach, cook, dance, hiking.... pretty much sums me up. Looking for a place that a like minded in the same age group, socialable but also like downtime, a place that I can feel comfortable to invite my friends over. I'm pretty easy going, I like to live in a nice place that's clean, nothing run down, and close to either the city or the beach. Please now couples, and preferrablly females and working professions 28-35.
I am 24years old and am a professional cyclist. I spend most of the year living in Italy and racing throughout Europe. I will be back in Perth from October 2nd until early Feb and am looking for rent a room in that time. I train everyday and do some part time work. I am also learning Italian and love yoga and the beach.
Best described by those who know me best as an easy going and accommodating female flat mate, tidy but not fastidiously clean. I have just turned 40 although most people have erred on picking ages closer to 30 ( good genes? Or luck?) As I work in hospitality I am a "people person" and don't cause too much fuss! I do appreciate some quality chill time just entertaining myself - I enjoy some serious sleep-ins, binge watching tv box sets or movies occasionally. I often devour magazines & novels alike. I also enjoy hanging in the kitchen, tidying and organising because yes, I'm a girl that loves decent food and wine and I guess I'm keen to share that love. I can't claim to be a Masterchef but I'm happy to potter around the kitchen. I'm about to start studying but balance that with work. I also spend a bit of time at my boyfriend's place but I'm not ready to move in just yet! I do have a cat, Frankie, who is mainly an outdoor player but once he gets to know you he can be pretty smoochy. My boyfriend is trying to steal him away so he'll time share at both locations I think.
I work full time with people with special needs. I enjoy keeping fit by going to the gym and yoga, reading, music, the beach and occasionally going out with friends. I'm very easy going, clean up after myself, and always up for a chat though I like my own space too.
For a start I work a 2 on 1 off roster fifo! I am very clean, neat and tidy respectful person. I work out and keep very active love the outdoors and very outgoing personality. Yet love my privacy too. Eat healthy and love cooking.
A personal trainer who can be totally self contained or can mix well at many levels. Rare drinker and ovo lacto vegetarian .Happy to provide coaching to occupants. Used to own a large health club chain in WA. Always cheerful and very easy to get along with.Very interested in the deeper meanings of life.
I moved to Perth about bit more than a year ago, previous to this ive solo travelled the world spend the last 10 years living in Thailand/Canada/UK. Im originally from NZ, but not lived there since I was 19. Im more of a world citizen these days. Im super into my health and fitness, and enjoy a drink on the weekends. I dont know too many people in Perth so it would be a bonus if It was a sociable flat, however I am very respectful of peoples space. I do go to bed a bit early during the week days as I wake up for work pretty early (I work construction) I am looking just to stay in the Scarborough area. Im very easy going, like to think I can get along with anyone. nothing much phases these days ! Cool any questions just ask. Oh and ignore the dorky selfie haha just needed a photo to put on here. Paul.
Clean up after myself, quiet, sociable person, like to keep fit and healthy, full time professional, help with chores. Im a strata manager in stirling, i play social hockey, dont mind a few quiet drinks on the weekend and like to get out and meet new people.
Super easy going, happy, healthy, social, clean and respectful. I am 28, a dance teacher and now a relatively old uni student. I lead a pretty active life, love live music and am always up for a cheeky Sunday arvo drink. Anything else just ask ;)
I am a single 24year old kiwi female with an adorable, well behaved and house trained Maltese dog. I have been living in Sydney for the last 2.5 years but am ready to come back to the sunny chilled out lifestyle Perth has to offer. I don't have a job lined up as of yet but will definitely be engaging in full time work asap and have funds to support myself in the meantime. I enjoy the beach, a drink and the occasional big night as well as quiet nights at home with my pup. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions! Thanks :)
Heyyyy! Working full time in West Perth, pretty chilled out girl and I'm home around 10% of the time! I love health and fitness and I go to the gym 5 days a week, I love to home cook and sit down and watch home and away and the bachelor (slightly addicted). I am looking for a big room, preferably with an ensuite!
My Current housemate and I are looking to team up with another 1 or 2 more legends to secure a 3-4 bdrm house in listed areas at the start of November when our current lease runs out. If you are looking to move out into a nice house that's relatively cheap (under 150 a week) then please get in contact. We are 2 dudes, i'm 22 and my friend is 25, both work full time and are very easy going, we've been living together for around 6 months and can safely say are well house trained and amazing cooks. don't mind on the gender as long as you're easy going and relatively clean as we like to keep the common areas neat and tidy. Please enquire for any further details. Please note that we will only be available to move out at the start of November as our current lease runs out then. Thanks for reading :)
Hi all I’m Alex and I’m an easy-going, friendly, chilled 31 year old human. I’m a former high school teacher, now working full-time in Subi in a job that pays the bills without the stress… I’m looking to move into a new place in late September / early October. I’m happy to move into an existing place or team-up with someone for a new lease. Min 6 months - longer term. My budget is around $200-250ish a week. I can furnish my own room. I have kitchen gear, plus I can bring a fridge, 2 x sweet couches, and TV cabinet if need be. I'd be wanting to have my own bathroom and to live with one or two other peeps max. I’m looking for a place that’s either close to the beach or within 20 mins drive. I especially like city beach and scarbs, so any suburbs in that general area are a win. As I work in Subi I’d be keen to stay within about 20-30 mins drive of there as well. So any of those inner-city suburbs will work. A place with a backyard would be ideal as I’d love to grow some food (or even just herbs would be a plus). When I’m not working I like to practice yoga, walk/jog in nature (parks, lakes, ovals etc), swim at the beach (in summer…), hang out with my mates on the weekends: going to live music gigs, kicking the footy around, couple of drinks, that kind of thing. I am a clean and social housemate: I’m into cooking (and cleaning after), chilling, watching movies (I don’t really watch any TV… besides GOT). I like the occasional drink but don’t party like the old days very often. And I do take time to myself to read, write, stretch and meditate as well. Please get in touch if you reckon we are a fit. I’m more than happy to meet up and chat.
Im a German student who has been living in Australia for the past two years. Im a fairly social person but never really invite people over, I tend to go to friends houses so Im pretty respectful of my housemates personal space and privacy. Im studying a few times a week and working part time on nightshift meaning I need to sleep sometimes during the day.
I'm a really easy going person, just wanting to complete my degree without having to travel upwards of an hour to get to campus. I have 2 cats (1 of which will definitely be coming with me) who are both easy going felines who sometimes want cuddles. I am a decent cook and I'm fairly clean, although sometimes I'm a bit untidy. At the moment I'm relying on centrelink and will only be getting a really small amount of money, as such bills really need to be included in my rent as seriously, I have no money.
