Hi, guys. I am an overseas student studying in a high school in North Bondi. I am looking for a place closed to my school to stay planning in moving in before or little after 31.1.2017. Furnished and private rooms are appreciated. It will be really nice if bills and Internet can be included in rent. I usually cook once a day, maybe twice a day during weekends. Primity to bus stations and train stations is appreciated. Thanks!
I'm Looking for a room in the eastern suburbs with a budget of $250-350 a week. I am a 23 year old student from Seattle Wa with a mon- fri school and work schedule. I am very respectful and can provide references from my previous rental landlord and real estate agent.
I am a small town girl from Idaho, USA. I am here traveling. I love to meet new people and explore new areas. I am a naturally clean person. I love to be active. For fun I love to go to the beach, play volleyball, swim, dance, watch movies, and eat lots and lots of good food.
Hi guys! My gf (Alice 25) and me (Tim 29) have just renewed our second year visa and we are back to Sydney for at least 6 months. We already have office jobs waiting for us so we are looking for a great & quite place to relax after work days. Also we enjoy having aperitif / diner with our housemate and chill during week end time :)
My name's Shei, I'm moving to Sydney (from Melbourne) on the 5th of Feb. I'm transferring over from Deakin to study Sport and Exercise Science at Usyd. I'm an online shopaholic, little bit of a health nerd and a lover of a good adventure. I'm looking for the kind of flat that's filled with fun, quirky people who love a good chat and want to get to know the people they're living with. A family away from home. I love a good night out but I also really value my downtime, whether that be curled up with a glass of red by tv or smashing out some work in my room. If you think we sound like flatmate OTPs, hit me up :) I'm in Sydney every few weeks, so maybe we can meet up and get to know each other a bit? See if it could work? Shei xx
Hi there, I run my own business, drive social media strategy for global businesses and have worked with the likes of Cancer Council Australia, Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate, Peroni Italian Beer and more. I am easy going, enjoy cooking, travel photography, listening to podcasts (yes, I have my own Bondi Beach Radio show and podcast too), meditation, keeping fit and exploring. I love catching up with friends for drinks, however I'm not a party guy, am a person who takes pride in his home and ideally looking for the same. Look forward to hearing from you. Dan
I am a very open and communicative girl, tidy and I Look forward to meeting new people!
I work in wine, love to cook and am very relaxed. I'm out a lot and, after a decade away, am all about embracing the beaches and outdoors Sydney does so well.
I'm 28 year old student who is coming back to Australia from Poland after one year. In Poland I work for LOT Polish Airlines as a flight attendant which became my passion. I also love dancing which I enjoy doing during my time off. Flying, helping people, and dancing is something I could do all the time. I find myself very affable that's why I thought I'll give Australia a go again and chase my dreams somewhere else than Poland. In Australia I used to work with EXCEL Building Management- a leading building and facilities management company in Sydney. Excel provides first-class Concierge services. From February I'm gonna work with them again as Concierge. I am respectful of others privacy and possessions and expect the same in return. I am clean and tidy and quiet. I would like to live with other friendly people that I could get along with and hopefully occasionally socialise with.
Hi, I'm Kristen. I'm 28 and work and study in the Natural Health scene. I grew up in Perth and moved to Sydney 3 months ago. Some of the things I love are cooking, nature and animals. I also love natural remedies and currently studying my Naturopath Diploma. I would like to live with someone that is genuinely a positive person that consciously creates a healthy mind, body and lifestyle for themselves. I'm looking for a well kept open place where I can open windows and let the sun shine in. I would like a roommate that enjoys living in a clutter free clean house with smooth vibes and of course has no issues with maintaining the upkeep and cleaning up after themselves as they go along. I like to keep happy & relaxed vibes through the house. I am very respectful and have always cleaned up after myself and contribute to the household duties.
I am currently living in Johannesburg South Africa. I have just finished my final year of school and will be moving to Sydney hopefully to study at the University of Technology. I am very outgoing and sociable and get along with nearly everybody! :D

Clean, neat, organised, social & considerate. Can cook, pet-friendly.
Hello! I'm an easy going, sociable and friendly girl from the UK, also responsible and appreciate others privacy as well as my own down time. Ideally looking for a home away from home whilst in Sydney working for a year :)
Hi, i'm Alex 29 from England, i would be great to live with because i am quiet polite and respectful. I work full time, working 5 from 7 days a week. i like to go hiking on my days off or just explore this beautiful place.
We both work in the fitness industry and love healthy food and early nights! Not party people but enjoy a glass of wine on the weekend. Both very easy going and friendly, get along with everyone but will mainly keep to ourselves. We are only interested in eastern suburbs and must have parking or street parking.

Hi there! I’m a 34 years old Finnish girl taking a career break and doing some travelling. I am looking for a furnished room to rent in Sydney for 4-6 weeks from the beginning of January.
Hello! I currently work as a trainer and in the fashion industry. I've lived all over the world, but been back in Sydney for 2 years now. I'm great to share a space with because I'm clean, considerate, like to have a place feeling like a home always and I love to cook! I love yoga and exercising, and getting to the beach as much as possible when the weather is fine! Look forward to hearing from you!
28 year old lawyer originally from New Zealand, looking for a place hopefully near the water, with people who are tidy, active & sociable, but also respectful of other's space. Would love to hear from you.
Very laid back Aussie guy. Usually keep to myself, don't mind a quiet night in or a few drinks out. Not a party animal. Non smoker. Needing an unfurnished room. Happy with anywhere east, near lane cove or manly area. Have a 9 mth old puppy so will need a pet friendly place. A small backyard or courtyard would suffice.
My Name is Julia, I am 20 years old and from Germany. I am searching for a room in a flat not too far from Sydney CBD (max. 30 min drive) with young people. I think I am a nice person to live with because I am not loud, tidy, helpful and friendly. I like to be by myself sometimes to relax, but I would be more than happy to have some friendly, open minded flatmates to hang out with sometimes. When it comes to leisure time, I am really open to many things: I like to go shopping in the city; chill at Darling Harbour, Hyde Park or the beaches; go to bars to have a drink, play games, sing Karaoke; eat Asian food; enjoy the city at night and generally get to know all of Sydney with all its beaches and suburbs. Generally I love to spend a lot of time outside, but I love a stay-at-home-night-watching-movies too.
We are jumping the ditch (from NZ) in January this year and are currently looking for somewhere to live in Sydney, the more central the better although also very open to living near the beach! We are both young professionals (lawyers but please don't hold that against us) who enjoy keeping fit, eating out, and socialising in our spare time. We are both well travelled and love meeting new people. We are also planning on bringing over our cat Archie, so are looking to live somewhere that is pet/cat friendly, and with people who are animal lovers. He's a sassy tabby cat who loves a good cuddle and is everyone's best friend (unless you're a bird), so isn't difficult to have around. If you have a room in your place/are also looking for somewhere and think we sound like a good match to live with then please get in touch!
Hey! I'm about to become an immigrant and am moving down under. I've lived and worked in London for the last couple of years and my company has offered to relocate me to Sydney in February. I'll have about a month to find a place, so am open to moving any time between 23rd February and 20th March. I'm a generally clean person and apparently am easy to live with. I live and breathe sarcasm, so if you're not a fan of that we probably won't get along that well. I love to cook for others and so if you're looking for a culinary expansion, I'm your guy! I also play field hockey and go bouldering every week. I wouldn't say I'm a fitness freak (I wish..) but being outdoors is important to me. Not quite as important as food, but almost. Anyway, overall I'm pretty decent I think, and I'd really like to find someone cool to live with. My main hopes are that you're not a serial killer, like food, and enjoy the odd glass of wine or 3. Owning an animal & speaking a second language that you'd be willing to teach me would be welcome bonuses. Let me know if you have any questions, and I hope one help me not be homeless!
Hi! My name is Noelia and i'm from Spain. I love travel, meet new people and live adventures. I'm flight attendant and i want to move to Australia for 4-5 months. I'm moving there the 1st of march. Hi I am Justin, I'm 30 years old, I am an engineer who works in North Bondi Monday to Friday. 7am - 5pm. Currently living in Manly and looking to move closer to work. I enjoy and active outdoor lifestyle including surfing, fishing, kayaking. My name is Bodil, 21 year old girl from Sweden. Im calm, social and fun as a roommate. I have also lived in shared apartment before and it has worked perfect. I will study full time and work halftime in Sydney. I like to live with people that have similar interests and like to keep the place clean and organized. My interests are surfing, working out, travel and have fun.
Sophie and I have been friends for over 8 years and are keen to find a new flatmate and friend. We both study full time and work part time so we are fairly busy during the week. We are bubbly, outgoing and energetic girls who love having a drink or two but also like to study hard and have quiet nights in. We both love reading, the beach and relaxing but are always up for some adventures and fun nights out. We haven't found a house yet but are both keen to find a third person to search for a 3 bedroom place. Look forward to hearing from you :)
Heya! I'm a Fashion Stylist with my own company and am a very driven individual. Originally from Queensland, and have now called Sydney home for just over 5 years. Good food, wine, company and a chuckle or more!
Hello, my name is Carla and I am 34 years old. I am a single, professional female working in the Arts Industry.I work a combination of daytime and evening work including some weekends (dependent on my work schedule). I'm friendly, easy going, fun, reliable, motivated, very clean and tidy and also enjoying keeping fit. I enjoy going to the beach, gym, cooking, reading, travel, theatre and film and spending time with friends. I enjoy having a good time, a glass of wine and a nice meal but still like home that I can relax and have some quiet time in and I do need to work from home at various times- I am not looking for a party house! I Would prefer to live with another female, (but am open to all options if it is the right fit) and someone who also likes to maintain a clean and tidy home. For me the ideal housemate/s is someone who shares similar interests and also takes pride and care in maintaining a nice home. A good flat mate is someone you can enjoy sharing the space with and spending time together if you chose but also being respectful of the shared space and one another's privacy or individual space. A good flat mate also ensures that things are fair and equal when it comes to cleaning, bills and any others shared expenses or responsibilities.
My name is Frederick a 31 year old male professional working in the finance industry. I am looking for a place to consider more a home than a short stay. I am clean, considerate and don't party much however do like to entertain friends with a meal and wine. I am active and go to the gym a few times a week and rock climb most weeks. I also enter a few events during the year like Tough Mudder, triathlons and Sydney to gong ride. I don't take it too seriously, I just enjoy having something to train for. I don't watch much T.V however do like to watch highly recommended shows and movies just to join in the office banter.
Friendly, sociallable, active, clean student who is very motivated and busy working two jobs and studying part time! Minds own business, but up for some friendly chats when i am around home (although i am almost always out) :) looking for a place until i move over seas in july/august
Me and my 10 week old Mini Dachshund puppy are looking for a permanent place to live. I work full time in the city for a finance company. I'm pretty relaxed and I tend to spend most of my spare time either walking/playing with my dog, having a couple of beers with my mates or at the beach. I'm pretty easy going and like to keep my stuff clean in a non-OCD way. Unfortunately I'm a football fanatic that goes for an underachieving team. Happy to answer any questions :)
I'm a social, tidy and considerate person works full time. I enjoy great food and love trying new restaurants. I am from New Zealand and have lived in Sydney for almost 3 years.
Hello! I'm Josh, a 25 year old professional from Buckinghamshire, England and I work in the creative industry, more specifically as a graphic/web designer. I am currently working full time. I'm a sociable, clean and tidy person who works hard at my occupation and my sporting hobbies, mainly touch rugby where I represented my country over the last 18 months. I'm outgoing, up for seeing new things and travelling about and love to meet new people and have a good night out! I've been travelling for the last 6 months through SE Asia and NZ but I am now working freelance and will continue in Sydney for the next year or so. I'm also very into my events, music, photography, skiing, squash, gym and much more...I like to keep active! But I also enjoy a chilled night with a good meal and glass/beer. Hope this sounds appealing and look forward to hearing from you! Cheers!
Hi future flatmate! Tom and I (Abi) moved over to Oz in september on a working holiday visa from the UK. We have been staying in a flat in Rose Bay, but now my friend Carron is arriving from Northern Ireland and we were hoping to get a place together. We are looking for two bedrooms in a house/flat share or our own place, so we can all work for a few months before traveling up the east coast. We love meeting new people and exploring new places. We enjoy going out for a drink but home is where we like to relax and recover from work or the gym, either by watching a film, reading a good book or playing Tom's PS4. We are looking for a clean, chilled environment where we can get to know Sydney better. We are ready to move in at the end of January and looking to stay until May, perhaps longer! Can't wait to meet you :D
Hi, I currently work full time in Sydney CBD in the Real Estate industry. I like to look after my health & fitness, love the outdoors. I am recently single and enjoy my own space and time. My day to day basis consists of leaving at 7am and returning home around 8pm after going to the gym. My family live in Queensland and visit them every couple of months, rarely they come to Sydney, and if so, one person comes for about 2-4 nights max.
