All real friendly, outgoing people commited to the experience of living in Sydney for at least 3 months and enjoying the whole time. It's our aim to be working the whole duration of our stay in Sydney which we're well into the process of doing. The 3 of us are from the UK and at home we'd be an architect, a neuroscientist and a nurse but in Australia who knows. Between the three of us we have a fair few interests and hobbies and are would love to get settled somewhere as soon as possible. We've all lived in communal houses at Uni before we started travelling so we understand the importance of keeping our space tidy and living with others.
My name is Lorene I am french and I arrived in Australia late September with my best friend Nabil. We are here for 1 year, to discover australia and work here, and learn the language. We'd be happy to share time with you, we are two people Who are really respecful and easy to live with. If you wish we could meet for a drink and get to know each other better.
Hi everyone! I'm 26, from France and new in Sydney. i'm trying to find a good place close to Bondi where i can stay a long time (1 year or more). Better with socials housemates. I'm easy easy going, clean and respectfull. I know the houseshare, i've did that my last 6 years. I love sports (ice hockey normally, will be squash in Australia...), hang out the week end, music festivals, socialising, enjoy the beach and the sun :)
My name's Shei, I'm looking to move to Sydney (from Melbourne) late Jan/early Feb. I'm currently studying Health Science, and trying to get into Usyd to study Sport and Exercise Science. I'm an online shopaholic, little bit of a health nerd and a lover of a good adventure. I'm looking for the kind of flat that's filled with fun, quirky people who love a good chat and want to get to know the people they're living with. A family away from home. I love a good night out but I also really value my downtime, whether that be curled up with a glass of red by tv or smashing out some work in my room. If you think we sound like flatmate OTPs, hit me up :) I'm in Sydney every few weeks, so maybe we can meet up and get to know each other a bit? See if it could work? Shei xx
Hi this is Cynthia 26 yo Taiwanese girl on WHV, working full time in Mark Moran Vaucluse at the moment, i used to work as a live-in au pair in this suburb but now i would love to have my own place after living with family for four months. i am a happy and smiley person, easygoing, clean and tidy, not into party, basically i eat everything and i love cooking, going to beach and enjoying outdoors activities, in general im a nice person to live with. so its me, look forward to hearing from you, thanks :-)
We are 2 couples from Chile (Vicky and Moises, and Daniela and Claudio), we are in our mid 20's and we are looking for 2 rooms for us in the same place!... We are extremely easy going people, very clean, tidy and respectful. We all love to share some drinks, hang out with friends and meet new people, but also we like our private space. We are looking for a place with no other spanish speakers so we can improve our english. If we have to define us in a few concepts we´d say: we love meat, chocolate, soccer, handcraft beer, wine, good books, good music, movies, board games and game of thrones, of course. :D
I'm a great flat mate! Courteous, polite and respectful. Being 30 years old and running my own business I am career driven and i'm having to relocate to Sydney to focus on sales for my wine company. I have spent the last few years in Melbourne (which was extremely hard to leave, I fell in love with it and its never ending foodie scene). Have roots in the country and prior to that I have lived in North Bondi and fell in love with the area, love the water and coastal runs, keeping fit in general and always wanted to relocate back there if I ever returned to Sydney. I do work form home a couple days of the week but do tend to travel interstate a lot so I shouldn't be a hassle as mostly I won't be there. With my lifestyle and line of work comes dedication as a foodie, I love to cook and of course share the experience with like minded people. Have also schooled in Sydney so I have great network of friends in the area and to put it bluntly just looking forward to getting back there after 4 years away. I have traveled a lot, love my family and friends and my dog Narla of course - 6 month Rottweiler, she will however be staying in the country with my family! I look forward to meeting some great people to live with and hope to chat to some of you very soon. Happy to answer any questions! Thanks for taking the time to read my advert. Nick
I am South African born/Australian raised but have been living in London the past few years and am transferring back with work. The UK hasn't provided a hell of a lot of sun, so will be at the beach most of the time, other than that, like a few drinks, exercise, cooking!!
We're excited to travel to Sydney and learn all that the city has to offer! We will be arriving on October 18 with work and holiday visas. We are both easygoing, and enjoy relaxing at home as well as exploring new things. We're open to places for short-term when we first arrive (1 month or below) or 2-4 months. Ideally, we would like to be near the beach, but do not know yet where our jobs will be and may be open to other neighborhoods. We have money saved for our travels and are responsible with rent & bills. Feel free to contact with any questions!
I arrived in Australia from New Zealand in 2012. What I'm like to live with? I am considerate of other people's space and privacy. Ontime with payments, tidy. I work as a caterer in an aged care facility. I'm a fairly private person, bit of an introvert, but I do enjoy the occasionally hanging out with friends, going to live gigs mostly on my days off. I have a love for animals, hobbies? I play the guitar (pretty basic)
Hi my name is Sara. Full-time student and working, looking for a new home to share with my friend. IMPORTANT! Looking mainly for a private studio or apartment but might be interested in a shared couples room if it is under $350
Jandir, 32yo, originally from Brazil, but have been living in Sydney for 5 years. I work full time as a Project Manager and spend free time doing sports, road trips for surfing, lap swimming and gym... Also enjoy going out for drinks....easygoing personality.
Hi, I am a 29 year old female. I run a restaurant in Bondi, super friendly and chill. I am very easy going, clean, loooove music, sport and travel. I am quite busy with my job, and love meeting new people. I also like my privacy and my space, which is why I would prefer an ensuite or a balcony I can chill on. Anyway, a little paragraph doesn't describe anybody, if you like what you read, let's meet, let's get real :-)
Hi I´m Anja 25 years old and from Germany. I´m looking for a nice flat/houseshare with lovely flatmates. I lived already in a flatshare in Bondi two years ago and in Germany I lived in a houseshare. I love to spend my freetime at the beach or to cook together with my flatmates. At the weekends I would like to go out for a few drinks or chill together with a glas of wine :)
I am currently looking for a room in Bellevue Hill, Double Bay, or Edgecliff areas for a long term stay. I currently live in Bellevue Hill for a while but not that happy nor comfortable with the place so looking for alternatives nearby. I'm male, 36, have a part-time job and drive my own business in parallel. Place can be furnished or unfurnished though relaxed and comfy. Flatties who are neat and tidy are a must. Not looking for party houses. If you know about a spot please EMAIL ME (firstname.lastname@example.org) with link or pics. Thanks. Nuno
I'm quiet, relaxed, friendly, and independent. House-trained, I've been living in shared households for many years and am very reliable. I live a health orientated life, and am a non-smoker who drinks only occasionally, usually a glass of wine with dinner. I enjoy good, wide ranging, conversations, and I also love silence. As well as my work as a legal consultant and freelance lawyer I make art. After studying law, I trained as an artist at the National Art School. At the moment I am focusing on making large landscape drawings. I get around on a pushbike, do the odd bit of rockclimbing, meditate, and am doing some creative writing. My preference is for a TV free household - as I dislike being around TV's that are regularly on. As a person to live with you will find me self-contained yet happy to share the odd meal and conversation.
28 year old lawyer originally from New Zealand, looking for a place hopefully near the water, with people who are tidy, active & sociable, but also respectful of other's space. Would love to hear from you.
My name is Sky, I work in in Finance however enjoy socializing although would like to live with someone who appreciates and enjoys a quiet evening in! :)
Hi, I've been back in Australia for two years having spent the last 14 years living and working in London. I work in the film Industry. I'm British born but grew up in Melbourne. I work full-time, and while there is an office in Surry Hills that I can use, I prefer working from home most days. I'm looking for a professional, easygoing housemate 35+. Ideally just one housemate, but would consider living with two. Ideally I'd like a larger bedroom (smaller is OK if there is a study). I'm looking for a house that feels like home, I don't mind getting a cleaner, I like to cook, and am pretty relaxed about things generally. I smoke occasionally but can do that outside. I've been looking to move for a few months now, but haven't found the right combination of home and flatmate yet. Pet's are no problem. I would also consider finding a house with another and us both moving in and going on the lease together. I'll respond to emails promptly, hope to hear from you.
Hi I'm a friendly, 24yo working full-time in the city in the PR industry. I am active, enjoy yoga and a good glass of wine. I love nothing more than being at the beach. I'm looking for a room with social and friendly flatmates or feel free to contact me if you're looking to start up a place too!
I consider myself to be a clean, organised, trustworthy, honest, friendly and down to earth person with a good sense of humour, who appreciates socialising with friends and also understands the importance of having time to myself.
Hello I'm Hayley! I am 22 years old, employed full time in Human Resources and finishing my HR degree part time. I work in the CBD generally between the hours of 8am-6pm so am ideally looking for a place close to transport in the Eastern Suburbs around Rose Bay/Bondi or the Lower North Shore around Mosman or Neutral Bay (where I currently live). On weekends I like to go to the beach, catch up with friends, exercise and be outdoors as much as possible. I also have a 4 year old cat who is house trained.
I'm Heidi, a 28 year old Welsh girl relocating from London to Sydney for some much needed sunshine! I'm looking for a house share where the flatmates are open to socialising after work with a drink or in front of the TV, and being friends as well as just living together. I'm a pretty relaxed flatmate, but tidy up after myself and appreciate a clean living area. In my spare time I enjoy working out, reading and travelling. I also love cooking and will happily feed future flatmates :) I'm keen to explore Sydney and travel around Australia. I get to Sydney on the 9th October, and am available to move in after this date. I'm basing myself in Sydney and will be working full time here, so I'm looking for a lease for any amount of time from 6 months to 1 year, but would consider shorter lets if the flatmates and property were too good to pass up!
A little about myself, well I'm 26 and see myself as a pretty relaxed and friendly person who's quite sociable but happy to entertain myself if people want their own space. I'm a lover of the beach so if the sun is out you'll know where to find me. I'm not a party animal but do enjoy a sociable drink on the weekend or even a cheeky mid week beer or wine. I try and live a healthy lifestyle but love my food so checking out new cafes and restaurants is something I look forward to. I cook quite a bit as well so happy to share meals or cook together if you're into that. I've spent the majority of the last few years travelling, living and working in various places across the globe and basically chasing the sun haha but now I have myself with a opportunity up in Sydney that would be stupid to turn down so I figured why not. Feel free to drop me a line. Looking forward to hearing from my future roomies! Cheers Xav
I'm a Registered Nurse working full time in Double bay for allergies and part-time Cosmetic Nurse Injector at Potts Point. Looking for a quiet place near my work and a professional flatmate who also can socialize with a glass of vino but respect some alone time and space especially on weekdays (work days). I love pets! so having one in the household is no issue! Cheers xxx
Ash, 28 and originally from the Central Coast. I have been living in the Bondi for 9 or 10 years now. I work full time in the city and enjoy a quite start to the week, gym, etc and out and about over the weekend. Love the beach, getting out to do the coastal walk and always around for a chat and a wine but also not one to bring a party home.
I am tidy, clean, relax, like nature, easy going. I have been travel a lot and l did live in many different cities. I can speak spanish, catalan, english, italian, french and a bit of german. My plans are work part time and study English & Business and travel around to get to know better the country and culture. Non smoker but I dont mind smockers people at all. Love animals! I am a Vet Assistant and I work as an Assistant Manager in a nice Store. At home I like to chill with a nice cup of coffee and no party! ;)
I am 24 and work full time as a receptionist. I am looking to share with females only and similar in age to myself. Private rooms only. I am easy going and mature. I enjoy going out and socializing with friends on weekends however not a huge party animal and considerate of other housemates to not bring the party home and be quiet on my way in. I am happy to socialize with other housemates and have dinner together a few nights a week but I am also respectful to privacy. I don't mind if housemates smoke provided that it is always outside. A little about myself - I am definitely addicted to coffee & I am a breakfast enthusiast. I love art, Fashion and writing. I enjoy going to the beach in summer and doing anything adventurous. I'd like to say that I love fitness like most people- but I've been super lazy and haven't been to the gym in like a month :\ now I don't mean to brag but I can totally do 20 sit ups in a row... with long breaks.. and lots of complaining. I kind suck at cooking but I love learning and I'm obsessed with Italian food! I believe Sunday's are for being lazy. When I start a new TV Series, I will literally watch it for 12 hours straight (Game of thrones for the win) If you have anything available please feel free to shoot me a message! :)
I'm tidy, respectful and easygoing. I love cooking and am a complete foodie. I like to keep pretty fit and healthy and I'm usually chilled during the week as my job as an HR Manager can be quite demanding. On weekends I love going for brunch or a wine - and a bit of a beach bum in summer :)
I've been living in house shares for 4 years now, so I know my way around and know how to respect others privacy and property. I like to keep a neat and tidy place and will always pitch in with my bit of the housecleaning. Over all I'm looking for someone easy going to live with, who likes to keep a clean place. Someone who can share a meal or wine every now and then but also respect each others privacy. Looking for a friend as well as a room mate.
Hello! Josh and I are an out-going, respectful, friendly, clean & tidy couple who are looking for like-minded people to live with :) We both work full time, myself in Finance for a Marketing Agency in St Leonard's & Josh a chippie on the beaches. In our spare time we love to travel, keep fit, cook, eat, eat and eat, beach, drink wine, enjoy the outdoors and so on.
My Labrador Turner and I are experienced housemates. Reliable with rent and bills, clean up after ourselves and friendly towards other housemates. I have gained full time work in hospitality in Rushcutters Bay and am relocating from Brisbane. I enjoy spending my free time with Turner and other friends, live music, good food, road trips and days at the beach. Turner is an inside dog and enjoys belly rubs, park time, walks and trips to the beach. He is also a great kitchen assistant, napper and door man who will always greet you with a smile. I have been told by other housemates that he usually hangs in my room or outside in the sun when I am not around, however he will be happy to keep you company if he knows it's allowed. I am not attached to living in a specific area, just looking for a comfortable home in a nice area that offers a good lifestyle for Turner and I. I do have a car but prefer to use public transport where possible so a train station or good bus route would be great. I am coming to Sydney on Sunday 16th October for 4 days - will be looking at places on the Monday to Wednesday and need to be able to move in by Sunday 23rd October so I can start work on the 24th of October.

Hello! I’m Rosalie and I’m a 25 year old flight attendant. I love to travel and spend a lot of time outdoors and at the beach. I occasionally like to attend ballet and other dance classes. I’m looking for people that make a house feel like a home. I like cleanliness and housemates that share the household work. I would love to find a housemate that enjoys the outdoors as much as me so that we can do coastal walks and outdoor lunches together, but I am also happy to spend my downtime at home relaxing. I am trying to save money to eventually buy my own apartment and it would be great to live with others that have a similar goal. I like to go out and socialise with friends, but I am not interested in living in a party house. My hours are very irregular so sometimes I have 5am starts on a weekend, however I mainly do afternoon shifts and finish work late. I like to organise my own food because of my irregular working hours. I have all my own bedroom furniture, so I would prefer to find an unfurnished room. I also have a car so would need some sort of parking. Looking forward to hearing from you! *Happy to start a new share home with someone, however due to fact I am barely home- I do not own many common room items, only a tv, microwave, and some kitchen utilities. I’m not prepared to buy a fridge, washing machine etc as I am saving up for when I move in to my own home one day, however I am happy to pay for a second hand couch etc if needed.
Hi my name is Codi and I am a 23 year old girl that just moved from the United States to Sydney about a month ago. I love to have people over for dinner, go out with friends on weekends, anything outdoors, etc. I also respect privacy and love a good night in after a long day. I am ready to find a home :)

Looking for a laid-back, sociable house that loves a good night in and a drink at the weekend. Feel free to message me if you need any more info! Thanks Annie
Single professional lady working in Marketing. Not a room hermit, would prefer a house mate that likes to socialise a little bit together but also has their own life. Party days are limited these days, prefer a nice dinner with friends with a bottle wine over clubbing every weekend. However, the odd night out dancing is ok. Not into hook ups or the drug scene. Prefer someone who is relatively clean and respectful of shared space.
All on working holiday Visas. An Interior Designer and Landscape Architect. All fun, sociable, tidy people who love to cook, do yoga and meet new people.

I graduated law school this past April and am entertaining the idea of picking up studies at the university of Sydney in February 2017. Have been staying with family since I arrived two weeks ago. Would like to set up a place of my own :) well with a flatmate. I am a foodie, non-smoker, active healthy individual. I come with Netflix! Cheers.
My name is Chloé-Maria Baker and I am 25 years old, I am a professional dancer moving to Sydney to continue my dance career there (hopefully!) .. I have never been to Australia before but I am really excited, its been something Ive wanted to do for a long time. I am from an Island in the UK called Jersey but I am currently living in Paris working as a showgirl in one of the Parisian Cabarets. In general I am a very tidy person, independent but very sociable and love meeting new people and having fun, I try not to take life to seriously!
I am moving to Sydney for a new job in the CBD from Coffs harbour! I am a friendly, full time worker who is very clean! Renting alone doesn't seem very cost effective and I'm keen to meet some new people! :P
