I work full-time in the environment sector with the odd shift at a plant nursery on the weekend. Enjoy a good bushwalk, travel and other clichés. Just after a nice, quiet and clean place :) I also have a few indoor plants...
Hello there! I'm a 21 year old aspiring Earth Scientist who will be in Canberra for 3 months from May to July to take on an internship at the ANU. I'm into reading novels, watching TV shows, game a bit and enjoy travelling and just generally like going to new places. I keep clean (most of the time), don't smoke, and will respect your privacy. I am currently looking for a place at not too far a distance from the ANU. Basic amenities like Internet, Washer and a Kitchen would be necessary. Open to sharing rooms should such a circumstance arise. Also, I'd be staying for 3 weeks from 6th-26th July. If you're easy going and are kinda into the same things I am, then we will get along pretty well!
I am a very quiet and clean person! I love my alone time but love to hangout and socialise with my housemates. I love live music and spending time with my puppies! I work full time and am in the process of getting a second job! I love books and plants and am a huge coffee addict!
Another guy that moved to Canberra to work in the public service. Quiet, clean and considerate. Enjoy going out and also just chilling at home. Love to socialize but I respect everyone's alone time. Need a pet-friendly place for one litter trained, desexed, well behaved and very cute cat. Feel free to shoot me a message!
I'm currently studying IR at ANU and am looking into moving off-campus into a two bedroom flat at the start of next year. I love to just chill out and read (I'm a giant bookworm and spend 90% of my time reading) or watch Netflix. I'm fairly quiet and not the most social person, so the chances of me ever having more than one person over at a time is slim to none, but I love a good chat and movie marathon. I'm very tidy and will always keep up my end of the cleaning deal.
Hi, I'm Sean. I doing my masters in public policy at ANU. I also work part-time for software firm based in Berlin (remotely). I hail from Adelaide originally, but I spent the last 8 years in London and Berlin. I love cycling, theatre and film - and German beer. Oh and I'm a non-smoker and a vegetarian. Look forward to meeting you!
Hi I'm Mitch. I work as an urban planner and am a cat dad. I like to boulder, mountain bike, and play poker/card games in my spare time. I think podcasts are great to cook to, I have two bicycles, and will be buying a car soon so will need parking. The cat continuing to live with me is preferable, but he can stay with family if this isn't possible.
Hi, my name's Adam (on the right), 34, I'm relocating back to Canberra (from eastern Victoria) for work. I work in exhibitions / cultural sector. Lifestyle wise, I'm big on yoga, fitness and health. I'm a pilates instructor (mat mainly), a spin/cycle/RPM instructor and teach the very occasional yoga class. I have a design background in exhibitions and interior architecture. I've also done some work in fashion and have been doing post-grad study in graphic design and illustration (on and off ... off for the next six months). So I like to dabble in some drawing when I have some time. I enjoy quiet nights and weekends just as much as social nights (preferably not mid-week) and weekends. I'm an early riser (as group fitness instructors are). I've lived in share houses for many years so I know the drill - like to be clean, tidy, eat well, etc. I will be in Canberra to find a place / inspect: Friday 28th June - after 6PM Saturday 29th June - anytime Sunday 30th June - anytime Monday 1st June - before 10am I aim to move between July 8th and 12th as I start my job on the 15th of July.
I’m moving from Sydney to Canberra to do a bachelor of psychology at ANU. I’m super easy going, clean, organized and well-kept. I recently completed a bachelors degree in composition and music production. So I love playing music in my spare time. Other than that I enjoy spending time outside, having a good chat or just hanging out at home.
Hi everyone! I work full-time at ANU, and spend most of my free time window shopping for house plants or trying to forget about the week's spreadsheets. I'm tidy and quiet (probably napping) but always up for a chat or cheeky wine over dinner because I made way too much food. Again.
