I am a career driven mother to one daughter that I have 50% of the time. I enjoy socializing, working out at the gym and dining out. Work takes up most of my time but also like to relax at home when the time permits. I also clean up after myself and extremely quiet person. I tend to keep to myself but also love to socialist if the housemate is up to it. Love love to cook and will entertain people occasional.
Hi we are a couple looking to move out with some lovely people in a share house. We are clean, considerate, friendly and hard working people. Brooklyn is a hairdresser working full time in Rozelle, she loves to cook and her favourite drink is Pinot Noir. Ell works full time in Parramatta and part-time in Central, she plays roller derby and her favourite drink is Pure Blonde. We both like to chill out in our spare time but also like the occasional drink with mates. Fairly flexible with location as long as it is close to a station. We have our own furniture for our rooms, kitchen, bathroom and for common areas if possible. Minimum stay of 6 months and not necessary to be on the lease (at this point in time)!
Looking in areas between Drummoyne and Burwood. From Bowral (rural town), now working full time as an Dispensing Optician in the city, so need somewhere that is closer and convenience. Tidy, easy going, super chilled, fun and very friendly. Respectful and considerate of others and common area and overall a great company!! Enjoy eating out and cooking in. Very active during my down time, like to do my own things but always up for a nice long chat about everything and whatever. Willing to binge on TV, Netflix with a bucket full of ice-cream and nice beverages anytime! Looking for housemates who are chilled and considerate of each others work life/balance, but still happy to socialize over drinks.
Hi I'm Casey and I'm a full-time government worker from Perth WA, moving to start a similar full-time permanent role in Sydney at the start of September. I am highly flexible with move dates, can move in as early as 26th July if required. Looking for a long-term rental preferably 6 months at least. I'm a bit of a foodie, enjoy going out with friends to explore new culinary delights, or to catch the latest movie. I like to exercise regularly with fitness classes at the gym, but also love cooking and the occasional binge with netflix:) I'm not a big party person but I'm outgoing, clean, tidy, friendly, quiet, courteous and super respectful of others' space, property and privacy. Also happy to share a meal and enjoy chats over the occasional glass of wine. I also love animals so I would get along great with pets if you have them:) Ideally I would like a spacious private room (enough to fit a queen bed, wardrobe and drawers) , with air conditioning in the room and/or throughout. Preferably own bathroom or ensuite. I also have a car but I'm flexible with any sort of parking. Highly flexible with areas, looking for somewhere quiet that is within a 5 minute walk to a bus stop or train station (or 5 minute drive to a train station) and within 45 minutes of the CBD by public transport. Overall looking a for a place I can call home with a/some great flatmate(s)/housemate(s). If you have any other questions, feel free to ask:)
Hi. I'm a 50 year old professional woman looking to share with 1 or 2 others. I'm not a party animal and prefer to do my own thing. I live a balanced life, work part-time (a couple of hours late afternoon / night) and writer/student by day. I actively keep fit, love playing tennis and yoga and eat healthy.
Easy-going Dutch criminology student, normally studying in the vibrant city of Amsterdam, but currently started my exchange program in Sydney! Looking for a nice place to stay until the beginning of December. My hobbies include rowing, theatre, music and art. I've been rowing for two years now and I feel like I've finally found the sport that really fits me. Furthermore I have a wide interest in all sorts of music and like to discover new artists. I've been to Sziget Festival in Budapest twice and really enjoy visiting festivals! Art has a special place in my heart and I enjoy hopping by a beautiful museum. As I've already been living independently for two years, I'm a quite easy going roommate who keeps the place tidy and takes care of her own stuff. Since I'm Dutch, I hope I can introduce you to some new words and snacks (and vice versa)! I would love to get to know people from all around the world and learn more about your language and culture.
I’m moving to Sydney from country NSW. I have a king size bed, so a bigger room would be great and I would need a built in robe. I will be looking for work as soon or before I get there. I like to have a chat and my privacy, I’m basically friendly, great with paying bills and love a clean place. I’m easy going, I’m a non-drinker, a non smoker and a great sharer! If you are looking for a great flat mate, send me a message! Thanks!!
Hi This is Nabil. I am an International Student from Bangladesh. I love watching movies, reading mystery novel, meeting people from different countries, traveling etc. I am looking my own private room in city centre. Would appreciate anyone’s active response here. Thanks.
**Cannot move before end July** Looking to move out Fri 27th July or Sunday 29th July. - need parking - wardrobe/ BIR -non-smokers Hi :) I'm originally from Melbourne, and I've lived in Sydney a few yrs. I work full time in the arts industry, and like a relaxing /low key working week, & tend to get out and socialise on weekends. I appreciate a laugh, exercise, good food and positive people. Would love a place where I could enjoy lounge time and dinners with housemate/s, balanced with space and peace. I'd like to live with easy going people, who make home an uplifting and comfortable place to be. I'm tidy, I clean up after myself (particularly in the kitchen!) and looking to live with people who appreciate generally clean common areas. Look forward to hearing from you :)
Hey! My names Mitch :D I'm a super laid-back 24 year old male who is passionate about music and creative arts along with good food, sports, travelling and fitness. During the week I work hard but by the weekend I am usually itching for a spontaneous adventure, a wander to the markets or a night out on the town shaking a tail feather with friends. I like to socialise but I also love my quiet time at home. I respect other peoples privacy and always pull my weight around the house. All in all I like to keep a good balanced and healthy lifestyle. I recently moved to Sydney from Byron Bay and am excited to see what I can do in the big city. If you think I would make a great fit for your house please don't hesitate in contacting me. Hope to hear from you soon. Regards, Mitch
Hello! We are Johannes and Maria from Norway. We are both coming to Sydney as exchange students, and we are looking for a place to rent during the semester down under. Both of us likes to keep the apartment clean. We are both relaxed people who enjoy a workout, a hike, exploring new areas, having a good meal and hanging out with friends! Maria is going to study at the UNSW and Johannes is going to study at the Macquarie University. It would be very nice if we could find a place in the middle of the universities. We are looking for a maximum of 40-50 minutes of travelling time to the Unis. We are a couple but listed as friends because we would like to sleep in separate bedrooms. Looking forward to meeting new people and explore the city of Sydney!
Arrived in Aus in March from the UK and we’re loving every minute. Both have full time jobs in the city. Not clean freaks but like being tidy and certainly prefer cleanliness over slobbery. Social pair, come as a couple but we’re both independent people and up for making new friends.
I work full time hours at a pub. I am an introvert that likes keeping to myself, I always pick up after myself, and therefore will probably not be a noticeable presence in the house so if that's what you like I'm definitely your guy. That said I am also an open minded individual and am willing to get along with almost anyone. I'm thinking of getting a cat or two soon so please take that into consideration (I might not though so if it would be a problem please let me know).
I’m a Lawyer from Western Sydney, wanting to move closer to the city for my new job. I’m clean and I cook (vegan). Prefer a female but flexible for the least creepiest guy. Must be clean - I am not interested in funny smells and mess!
My name is Andrew and Im an all round top bloke. I work full time as a construction manager in the eastern suburbs so would like to move closer to the city so that I can regain some hours of my life back that ive lost trekking it in over the years. Apart from that I need to get out of home before the old man throws me out... I regard myself as a conscientious easy going guy - I like watching / playing soccer, enjoy playing pc/video games, lead a fit and healthy lifestyle however definitely don't mind a couple coldies or 10 on the weekend. The plus side is....if you cant stand me, ill also barely be at home cause I work so much.... so, there really is no downside in having me around.
I work full time in Real Estate in the CBD and absolutley love it. I’m a Sunday brunch-er, I like to read, go for coastal walks, binge watch Netflix and spend quality time with my friends. I can appreciate a night out but I also love a cosy night in, I tend to keep to myself and I’m incredibly clean and neat - like my friends say OTT clean.
Hi my name is Maggie. I’m very easy going, low maintenance and social. I work full time in real estate in Ryde, I like socialising with friends, going to the gym and playing soccer on the weekends. Looking for another room mate to live in a clean space and able to chill out with a wine!
