Easy going, likes to socialize, likes to keep things clean and organized, likes going out for a drink or to grab a bite. Will be working full-time for eight months as part of a traineeship. Will be arriving in Sydney on the 27th of February
I'm very clean and funny and kind person to live with. I like my own space but also am social and friendly! I'm a filmmaker and work part time in surry hills and part time freelancing.
Hello! I'm a 25-year-old melbournian returning to Sydney to study dentistry at USyd; I lived in Stanmore last year for the duration of my USyd Master of Public Health, so I know and love the area already :) I'm expecting to be kept quite busy with my studies and part-time job this year (and for the following three!), but when I have free time I tend to spend it going for runs, chilling in parks and dog-watching, getting lost in Kmart and trying on armfuls of clothes in op-shops. As a housemate, I love chatting over a drink and hanging out together in the lounge room, however, I will likely also need to spend a lot of time studying in my room. I am respectful of the house and of other people's space and tidy up after myself.
I am a friendly student studying at the University of Sydney looking for somewhere close by to live. I tidy up after myself, am social and respect your personal space
We are sisters. Asian background. Both working. One as a full time nurse and the other as a part time cafe staff and a Masters student at WSU Parramatta City Campus. Most of the time we are both busy with work and uni. Both are clean and tidy. Respectful to others. Easy to get along with. Personality are both introverts. Always attends Sunday service. Looking for a fully furnished house and preferably less than 10mins walk from train stations.
Hey! I'm Rosie, a 25yo nurse, photographer, yogi, Libran, health & fitness enthusiast.. love all things food & fun. I'm a super clean & chill kind of girl. Hit me up.
I'm a student from the UK working full time in Sydney as a biochemistry researcher at USYD. I'd love to meet new people and get to know the city! I love to cook and hang out but completely respect people need their personal space. While in Sydney I want to visit galleries, try out some new sports and travel to see some more of Australia! I wouldn't describe myself as a party animal but I do love a good bar with good beer.
Hi My name is Rob :) I'm a full time landscaper, I'm up around 530 in the morning Monday - Friday. I'm into my gym and fitness through out the week after work. I love a few beers on the weekend. I like to have a chat and think of myself as easy going and open minded. I'm looking for a place with like minded people/person with Sorta similar interests. I'm pretty good at keeping my belongs and the house tidy. I'm looking for a room because I'm trying to save a bit more cash and enjoy company of others . I have references on request for any other information you may like to know. Thanks for taking the time to read my profile
Hi! I am an easy going and social person who works full time as a K-2 teacher. I am hoping to move to the Newtown/Erskinville area. Looking for flat mates who sometimes like to hang out and share a drink or Netflix binge together!! But I also get that everyone has their own thing going on too. Oh, and I clean! Not a freak or anything but respectful of being in a share house 👍🏼
I'm in my mid twenties and I just moved to Sydney from Newcastle for a full time position as a research assistant! I have a house in Newcastle with my partner so will be travelling back most weekends to visit him and my two gorgeous huskies (but mostly to visit the huskies). I enjoy a good balance of personal and social time. If i'm not sitting down to watch netflix with a glass of wine, I'll be reading a book with a glass of wine! I also enjoy going to the movies, a swim at the beach, and would like to explore Sydney a bit while I'm here. Otherwise, I like to keep generally tidy and can cook a few tasty dishes. Mostly, I'm looking for a fun and relaxed place to share with some friendly people.

Hi, This is Kamer looking for a room around CBD, Rose Bay, Edge Cliff, Redfern, Enmore, Newtown area. Being a very easy-going and considerate, respectful and calm person, I have been very well-adjusted with professionals and students in sharing a place. Cleaning, taking care of the place, behaving positively and always fixing problems with a calm attitude is how I act around the house environment. I work full time. I always try to follow a healthy lifestyle and prepare my own food. I also try gym 3-4 days a week. I am not a good drinker and drink only at social occasions, birthdays and parties. I am not a smoker and would prefer a house in which smoking is banned. I am looking a single/private room. My move-in date is flexible as I can also move in in 2 weeks. Please do not hesitate to contact me or ask questions. Please feel free to text or send a message. Sincerely and Thanks, Kamer
Hi, I'm Culver. I am 20 years old studying a Bachelor of Audio Engineering and Sound Production at JMC Academy. I have lived in share houses for over a year. Lived independently for one year and lived in Japan on student exchange for one year. I am looking for a home that is clean and friendly to stay long term until my course finishes mid 2019. My hobbies include skateboarding and writing music. I also like to cook and don't mind an occasional social drink. No party houses. Private rooms only.
My name is Andrea. I'm 29 years old from Manila, Philippines, and I just recently moved Sydney to start a new full-time job in The Rocks area (I work in Finance in a Big 4 accounting firm). As my first time living in a new country, I'm looking for a welcoming, homey place (fully-furnished private room) with good location (near a train station and bus stops as alternative mode of transport) and easy-going flatmates. I initially just had one week to look for a semi-permanent place to stay before my work started so I just took the most decent one I could find that was available right away and I was not really able to take my time and look for somewhere I can settle. I would prefer an initial minimum stay of 3 months, but will hopefully extend if it's the right fit. I'm pretty easy going myself, loves to travel (when I get the time), enjoys bonding over good food and drinks. I value privacy but I prefer if my flatmates can be my friends as well and won't act like complete strangers. Growing up in a family-oriented environment, it will also be nice if the flatmates won't mind a very occasional (read: once or twice a year) visit from a friend or a family member.
Looking for a place ASAP. Our budget is $350 - $400 but we can definitely be increased for the right place if we love it. We can be very flexible with how long we rent for... Either short term rental for a week or two OR we can also look at renting for up to 3-6 months. We may be open to extending beyond 6 months but initially we need to see how it goes with our visas as currently we can only stay in Australia until the end of October. We: Are a married couple from the UK Friendly Can be as sociable or as in sociable as our flatmates want Can easily adapt to new living situations Are reliable Are clean, tidy, organised Will both working in the week (HR Manager and Engineer turned Carpenter) Love to go out in the week to events e.g. comedy nights, live music, breweries etc Enjoy exploring at weekends in our 4WD- hiking, beaches, camping etc. We will need somewhere to park our car (on street is fine) and ideally internet and bills to be included in the overall rent. Thanks for looking at our profile 😊 (we are on facebook so you can check out our profiles and learn a bit more about us)
Hi, My name’s Nicola. I’m an architect and I’m moving to Sydney from Brisbane for work at the end of the year. I’m looking for a small share house (with one or two others) that’s close to work and the water. I’m pretty quiet and tidy, although sometimes it would be nice to come home and share a bottle of red! I’m looking forward to exploring in and around Sydney, and living closer to the beach. I have a house full of furniture I can bring if anything’s needed My moving date is flexible - i just need to be there to start work in early January

I'm a very easy-going and friendly guy who loves to meet new people. I love to hang out and go for drinks but also like lazy days at home. I like to stay clean and tidy so you won't have to worry about me getting the place too dirty. However, I'm quite a social person so I may bring friends over from time to time, but not to the extent of loud noise levels. I'm a student studying and working in hospitality. Send me a message if you'd like me to take a look at your listing!
Hi team, I've just landed in Sydney and I'm looking for somewhere permanent to call home. My profession is Civil Engineering (the reason I moved to this lovely city). About me - I love food and wine, so you can always rely on me to share a drink or two. I enjoy getting out and exploring. At the same time, I'm always respectful and couldn't be easier to live with when it comes to cleaning and giving privacy when its obviously wanted. I'm looking to move into a place where we all respect one another and just generally make each others life more fun. My move in date would have to be 11th Feb or could be earlier. Pat
