I'm 35 and very happily single. Clean to the point of being a little annoying -- OCD runs in the family. Although I will occasionally have friends or family visit I do like to have a respectful and mostly quiet home life. I am looking for a place to make home with one or two other housemates and enough room for us all to be comfortable. I would prefer a bathroom of my own if possible and off street parking of some sort. Please note I need a larger than average room, as I have a large queen size bed plus a few odds and ends for my bedroom space that I will need to bring with me. I would like to find a housemate to be friendly with, but I also very much enjoy being in my own space. If none of this offends you at all please feel free to get in touch. A little bit more about me: I work in publishing so I love books, and also movies, TV, plays, music (especially live), etc. I'm a mad (mad!) cricket fan and also like rugby league. I like to think of myself as an environmentally aware person and I'm interested in politics and the world around us (even if it does frustrate me from time to time). I also like checking out cool pubs, especially if they're old and haunted.
Firsty, I'm not looking to live with you & your partner. I don't want to live with couples & not with a family & their children. Secondly, if you contact me about your house & it's not listed in any area I'm interested in then don't bother! Moving forward, I'm looking to move out around the locations listed. I'm very neat, friendly & respectful. Looking to live with people I can become friends with, have BBQs/drinks with on the weekends once in a while but of course I respect personal space & would want space myself. Hoping to live with people around my age group & I'm looking to live in a house over an apartment, I also don't mind living in a house with boys & girls. Any questions don't hesitate to ask! 😊
I am an Acupuncturist and Doula from Brazil, studying Childcare at the City Centre and work as a Nanny/Babysitter. I like to dance, listening good music, cook good meal and see movies.
Multi-racial. I do not discriminate people. I am not a bigot. I do have strong beliefs about some things, but I do not impose them on people. Considerate person. I do not make noise or leave dirt. I clean everything I can. No dramas. No vices! But a very boring person overall. Almost always out because of work. I travel on weekends to explore NSW. I am both a grad school student and a full-time software engineer. Currently studying MBA and Computer Science. I would prefer a quiet place in Northern Sydney. Lived for over 6 months in Lane Cove North, but I have to move out for various reasons. There are too many people where I live now. Fast internet is IMPORTANT for me. Thank you!
Hi, I'm Kat and I'm looking to relocate. I typically spend my time practicing ceramics, dining out, trying to learn French or volunteering at a community garden. I also work mainly in the evenings so truthfully I would not be at the house too often but I would like to come home to a place that is neat, tidy and really feels like home.
Am so chill - so cool working all days of the week at a company and i take care of everything keep things clean at all times. happy to clean toliet shower and anything needed. young vibrant and keen to meet new people
Taking the leap from Perth to Sydney! 25yo engineer looking for a place close to Mascot. I'd consider myself to be pretty laid back, loves a laugh and some good banter. Always keen for a kick of a footy or shooting some hoops. Cheers!
Hello! I'm a full time digital illustrator who works on children's storybooks and television, looking to room in an apartment or sharehouse. As such, most of my work is freelance and I often work from home, so my only requirements are a space to put my work computer that won't be in the way. I'm quiet and clean-- and while that's not much fun at parties, it does make me good at living with other like-minded introverts. My favourite dishes to cook are curry and stew. I'm definitely looking to move into a place with flatmates who want to live together as a community and talk to each other over dinner from time to time, rather than being four different people living separately in the same house who never see one another. I'm fine with animals, though I love cats the best :). My hobbies (when I'm not drawing) are reading, writing, and pilates! Gotta keep that core strength up. I also have my own Netflix account and love a good movie from time to time-- anything from arthouse to blockbuster popcorn flicks. My favourite is Star Wars, though. Nerd pride :). I also have a car and am more than happy to drive non-car-owning flatmates around, but I do need a space to park it. I'm also very handy around the house and can build/fix most (non-electronic) things, and I'm good at sewing and fixing up clothes. Look forward to hearing from you! Peace :).
Seeking a room for a couple Twin shared or private couple room either is fine. New zealander and Japanese couple moving to Sydney. I work in IT company in the CBD and my girlfriend is lined up to finish a hospitality diploma while working part time. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 40 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Personality wise, we are both mature, sociable and enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. Our hobbies include: cooking, exercise and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and the occasional dvd. We are not party/noisy people. My office has showers so Monday to Friday I showered there before and after work which means no rush in the morning if we are sharing a bathroom. other notes. Do not intend on buying a car so parking space or garages are not necessary I have written "1 year" but we would definitely consider a location that was 3 months or longer especially if it was furnished. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has a gas stove top for cooking and a laundry (washing machine + dryer/outside place to hang clothes) Both perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me or Mikiko.
I am a really jolly person easy to get along with. I like to play video games and a basketball addict I am studying in university and looking for a place where I could study and relax quietly. I am a party person and a seasonal drinker.
My name's Sam, I'm a female 28yo working student, and I'm looking for a room to rent in a quiet, clean, LGBTI-friendly house. I'm studying Psychology and work as a delivery driver, so I mainly study during the day and work mainly evenings and weekends. In my spare time I play soccer, try to play the guitar, and go out with friends to see an art gallery, grab a coffee/beer etc. At home I'm quiet, clean, easygoing and friendly. Although I enjoy chatting with housemates over a coffee/drink/dinner in social households, I also like to do my own thing as I have a very busy lifestyle. Please feel free to send me a message any time :)

Friendly and clean guy who loves sports and hanging out with friends. Starting my Masters at the University of Sydney right away and would like to find a place in reasonable distance from the school.
Hey I'm Raz (candice) I've just recently turned 30! I'm clean, quiet through the week and work 6 days... I'm up early and at the gym everyday and like to be healthy through the week. Sundays are normally spent out unless I've had a big Saturday night... so I'm only really home to eat and sleep! I'm happy, friendly and easy to get along with. I always pay rent on time so you won't have to chase me for it! I'm respectful and quiet in the mornings while people are still sleeping.
I am an interesting person to get to know, I am friendly and love to have a chat and at times like my own space. I hardly cook in the house and keep the place neat and tidy. I love travelling and seeing new places.
Hey! I'm a fresh grad in Sydney taking up a position in Darling Harbour, so Im looking for a place close by. I'm already in Sydney so I can move anytime, just need to give 2 weeks notice. I love outdoor workouts, meetups and social groups, and friends that are unique with a lot of different interests. I do like to go out, but I'm always respectful and don't bring the party home. At home, I love to cook and I'm clean. Generally am out socialising or at work most times but I'd like to stay in house that has a casual housemates' movie or drinks/chill sesh every now and then as well. Hit me up!
I'm clean, quiet, tidy and responsible Japanese female. I'm working in the fashion industry. The room I'm after must have timber floor (or tile, I mean not carpet), big built in wardrobe (or anything big wardrobe), a bed with mattress, a proper study desk and a chair. The house need to be within walk distance from train station and less than 4 people live in. I'm planning to stay for at least 6 months.
