Hello! My name is Lynette from Singapore and I will be in Sydney starting June 2017 for a 2 year college course. I worked in the hotel and tourism industry for the past few years and I love meeting people from all over the world and all walks of life. I have lived in Sydney before and I am looking forward to returning to this beautiful city. I am 38 but look and feel more like 30 at heart! Lol! I am a really neat and tidy person and love to have an organised space to live and relax after coming home from a long day. I am respectful and considerate of people around me and hope to find like minded flatmates. My preferred length of stay would be anything from 3-6 months (with a possibility to extend) or 1 year or more if the place is suitable. Hope to get in touch with a future flatmate soon! Thanks for reading :) Lynette
Hi, I'm Sam :) I'm moving from Melbourne as I've accepted a job offer with Ambulance commencing in June - looking for a place in the interim for approx. 2-3 months until I know where I'm stationed. I'm very sociable and respectful, can maintain a clean house and adore pets/animals. In my spare time I enjoy playing video games, mountain bike riding and going for the odd surf (even though I'm not that great at it :p).
I'm an international student studying at MQU taking my master's degree. I am very clean and tidy, I want things to be organize. I am also outgoing and friendly. But I also want some time alone. I prefer staying near the train station. Looking for a private room and sociable flatmates. Hope to hear from you soon! :)
Seeking a room for a couple between $250-400 AUD. Twin shared or private couple room either is fine. New zealander and Japanese couple moving to Sydney. I have been offered a job in IT/japanese speaking role in the CBD and my girlfriend is lined up to finish a hospitality diploma while working part time. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 30 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Personality wise, we are both mature, sociable and enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. Our hobbies include: cooking, exercise and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and the occasional dvd. I have a job offer to work in Sydney but the 1st 2 weeks are in San Francisco at the headquarters of the company. After the 2 weeks I fly straight to Sydney and start working around July 17. Because I have to start working immediately I would prefer to have accommodations sorted before going. Therefor I won't be able to do an inspection before moving in I will go by photos/videos and contact with the owner (ideally phone call). If accommodation fits my requirements and I can exchange some messages with the owner I would be open to paying $50 or so per week from now until I arrive in order to make a hold on the room. We are not party people and definitely want to live with other people who don't play loud music etc. Other notes: Do not intend on buying a car. I have written "1 year" but we would definitely consider a location that was 5 months or longer especially if it was furnished. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has an oven and a gas stove top. (Don't like using an electric one). Both perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me or Mikiko.
I'm a very easy-going, clean and tidy person. I'm a full time vet nurse, currently working mostly nights. I'm pretty social and often up for a chat but also like my own space and am respectful of others. In my free time I like traveling, scuba diving, relaxing on the beach and binge watching netflix. I'm looking to move in with like-minded people. I come with a big, beautiful, very lazy K9 so I need to move in with people who have a mutual love for dogs and have a property that is dog friendly with a decent sized yard.
Hello, future house mate! I'm friendly, honest, easy going, non smoker who cares about her health & fitness. I enjoy cooking, playing football, Campos coffee, and travelling to name a few. Looking for a home, not just a room to rent. I'm interested in living with a like minded individual who takes pride in their home. I'm considering moving from the East to the Inner west and flexible with the move in date. No couples and no night owls please as I work full time and value my beauty sleep :) I own bedroom furniture, kitchen equipment, washing machine (front loader), tv and entertainment unit. I may consider selling them if your home is furnished. Built in wardrobe and gas stove top are preferable.
Hi, I am a full time analyst working in the film industry, in the city. I am an outgoing introvert, prefer quality talks and/or some quiet times for myself. I love food and traveling. I am looking for a studio/1 bed room, or ONE person to share in a home, no couple or family please. I am looking for a long-term home, 12months+, will consider to extend my stay if there's no big issues of the property. I like my place to be bring/sun filled, well circulated (window) and tidy, closed to public transport, with reasonable living spaces. Ideally it's timber floor or tile, but well maintained carpet is also considerable. No Smokers please. If you happen to have a property sounds like this, please contact me. I am not in a rush to move in, will consider to be put on the waiting list if it's a decent place. Thanks, Edie
HI, I am an easy going Gay Professional. I work long hours and generally evenings and weekends. I am making the move from Melbourne for a fantastic job opportunity. I do have a beautiful, social well trained cat that I would like to bring with me. In addition I have a car and will need to park that somewhere. I work in Arts and Entertainment. I have traveled extensively and I'm currently learning Spanish. I am a quiet and respectful flatmate and very clean and tidy. Ideally I am looking for another male to live with and as close to Alexandria as possible. Look forward to hearing from you.

My name is Justin, I'm from Perth. I have spent most of my life here growing up. I have travelled a number of places both overseas and in Australia and I'm now ready to move away from Perth. I currently work part time in a Bakery. I am quite an organised tidy person and I'm looking for someone that also likes to live in a clean space and will tidy up after themselves. I do enjoy a good night out at a bar or club every now and then. Also in my spare time I enjoy just relaxing with a netflix series or going out for meal or heading out on a bit of an adventure to explore somewhere new. I have a bucket list of things to accomplish and places to go, so overall just making the most of life and having some fun along the way! :) Sen is my close friend, he's from Taiwan on a working holiday. He is very easy to get along with, very friendly and someone that I have become quite attached to over the last 6 months or so lol. He is a Hairdresser. He has been living and working around Australia for over a year now but has not lived in Sydney yet. (We have only visited Sydney). We are both respectful of others privacy and noise levels. So that's pretty much us!! So if you like what you've read so far or are someone that that can relate well to our lifestyle and you think we would get along well together, please feel free to send a message. We can't wait to find someone and somewhere amazing to live!
Hi im Ash im looking to move out or find a roommate I do have my house on here to share but if I dont find anyone I will have to move out and find somewhere to live... Female professional, work full-time I leave home at 7.30am and usually home by 6.30pm. I don't work weekends, I'm usually at home. I am a social person I go out to enjoy time with friends and family, I'm also a big foodie but also I like my alone time. I like to keep the house nice and tidy, I normally clean once a week.
I work full-time as a nurse so I do a lot of shift work and will hardly be at the house. I currently live in Perth but recently visited Sydney and enjoyed myself so much that I've decided to move there. I am moving over for a new job in the middle of July so hoping I can find a place tha is available from the 1st of July. A minimum stay of 6months would be ideal as I dont want to relocate suddenly after starting my new job. I would really like a furnished room but I can buy my own furniture if necessary. It would be nice to live with someone close to my age and doesnt mind showing me around Sydney. I respect personal space but always up for some banter if needed. I keep things clean and like to cook so you can enjoy a few nights off in the week. I'm usually at the gym before or after work or catching up with friends. I'm easy to live with and have been renting for 5 years with other tenants. I know it can be difficult sharing so I like to keep things straight up :)
Hi! I'm friendly, easy-going and fairly quiet. Looking for a temporary place while I'm looking for work.
- Young professional - Moving overseas in late-August and looking for temporary accom until then - Clean, neat & tidy, but not OCD - Respectful of surrounds, so pretty relaxed and quiet - Don't mind a chat over a beer or wine, but not a party animal - Will be very busy with work in July & August so will not be around much
Hi future housie! I'm looking for a room in beautiful Sydney :) I'm friendly, social and want to share a place with people that exude positive vibes! Weekends are for finding new brunch spots, long walks and of course wine... I'm a very clean person and respectful of others space so would hope to live with someone that is similar. Looking forward to hearing from you ✌️
Wouldn’t it be nice to live with an independent girl who spends most of her time studying and writing? I am Angie, a 20-year-old Psychology and Neuroscience student from the Netherlands. I aspire to do a research master in Neuroscience, a major life goal which explains my stay in Sydney: I am taking ALL the available Neuroscience courses! I am also the initiator and editor of ThinkBold.org, a blog that aims to inspire research. My motto is “Clean space, clear mind”: success starts with organization, mine and yours! ;-)
Hi, I am Naomi! I am 20 and from the Netherlands. I'll be studying abroad at the University of Sydney for a semester. So I am looking for a place to move into beginning/mid July. I love artistic expression (primarily through photography), running, boxing/mixed martial arts, partying, having fun with friends, being goofy. Though I enjoy my alone time too, I am very social so I'm definitely looking to live with people who want to become friends and explore Sydney together. (Or show me around!) For the past two years I have lived on campus in a massive apartment complex in The Hague, so I am looking forward to living in a more chill space.
Hey, I'm looking for somewhere to stay in Sydney for 5 or 6 weeks (early July until mid-August) while I'm doing a short exchange at the University of Sydney. I'm 26, English (based in London) and hoping to find people of a similar age to share with, bonus points if I was sharing with people who can surf and would be willing to laugh at me while I tried super hard! I'm looking for somewhere close to the university and in a reasonably nice/safe area since; I've lived in houseshares for a couple of years and I can be a little shy but I'm friendly and clean up after myself. Hope to hear from someone soon. :)
Hi there! My name is Clarisse, a marketing student of TAFE NSW hailing from sunny Manila (Philippines). I also work part-time as a marketing & communications assistant to the Australian Marketing Institute, so you could say I'm soaking myself in marketing and Sydney. :) I'm a non-smoker and a very chill, low-key introvert, so you'll often find me reading or watching Netflix. But discussions about books, movies, and even your favorite crustaceans are always welcome! Would love to hear from you! :)
