I ll be travelling from India to sydney in the last week of july possibly. I have a long time experience of working in a multi-cultural and a multi-national environment. So getting comfortable around me and knowing each other will be an easier task. I am a kind of guy who loves to read about history and politics around the world. I am going to pursue my master's in structural engineering at University of Sydney and its going to be an year and half long stay for me in sydney. So the greatest thing about me would be that most of the times, I would be in my university campus :P. I live a vegetarian life and I m an occasional guitarist on the sides also.
I'm looking for a clean, comfortable home with housemates who feel like family! I work full-time in advertising and am quite busy during the week, however love to have a chill during the week and go out on weekends. I'm a caring, considerate and social person and I like to think I'm pretty easy going! I'd ideally like to live with some girls but open to living with boys too.
Hello, I'm Minh, young mature individual here to look for a decent size unfurnished room with my own bathroom for a long term. I've lived in a number of share houses/apts and always stay longer than 12 months as the idea of moving in and out frustrates me. At this stage, i'm doing software development degree at CSU and working long hours in Japanese fine dining and also doing internship for an I.T firm in Bondi few days per week. Yes, it's quite full on. i'm mature minded, independent, organised, reliable and especially considerate about others and the sharing environment. I have a huge passion in cooking//baking and i enjoy music as well as aged rum. However, my schedule is very very tight so i barely have free time to cook up a storm. If you like a classic risotto and freshly baked croissants, you've just found your new flatmate! and there is still half bottle of Sauvignon Blanc after making the risotto! Ideally, I prefer to live with mature individual which is not based on age as it is just a number. i've shared house with people in their late 20's and my current flatmate is in his late 40's. I'm very sociable yet totally respect privacy. I'm really open-minded, bit flirty and always up for a good time while living together. At this stage, i get caught up with lots of work and study so i'm out a lots and barely have day off but I like to keep myself busy with lots of activities anyway. I go cycling and going out and about with friends for brunch and some beverage when having some spare time. There are way too many places to live, lots of apartments that is available to share in Sydney but for me, i'm looking for a place that i can call "home" not just some random AirBnb room so it will come down to the people i'm going to live with. Like minded people are great but sometimes being different is fascinating too Text and call me anytime. if i am occupied, I will get back as soon as i can. Cheers
I've been working full time for a NGO in the city for 1,5 years and currently looking for a long-term accommodation close to city. (A room with lots of natural lights is preferred). I'm very quiet, clean and considerate and want to share apartment/ house with someone who is quiet, clean and respectful as well. I'm quite busy with work and often go hiking with friends during weekend so when i get home i just want to have a relaxing and super quiet environment to rest. But it doesn't mean i don't like some chat or hanging out together sometimes. If you like to share with someone who always pays rent on time, is quiet and reliable then please drop me a line. P/s: If you have a private room to rent out in Surry Hill, Paddington, Ultimo, Chippendale, Surry Hill, Darlinghurst then my budget is up to $280/week.
Hey! From the UK, studying at Sydney Uni for my third year. I'm super laid back, kind and tidy. Looking for a fun, friendly flat share, with an easy commute from the university and preferably with people around my own age. Free to move in from mid July, let me know if you have any more questions.
Hi everyone, my name is Lydia (28). I'm currently working full time as a teacher in ACT, but I got accepted into University of Sydney to do master's. So I'm looking for a place to move in by 30th of July (preferably before). I'm eligible to teach in NSW as well. So I hope to work part-time while studying full-time. I'm tidy and considerate. I will respect privacy and maintenance of the communal spaces, but I would appreciate the mutual respect and responsibility too :) I am easy-going, non-smoker and most importantly, drama-free!
Hi there, I am a 27 year old Marketing Professional living in Brisbane. I will be moving down to Sydney on July 2nd and hoping to secure a place within the following few weeks of moving down. I will be working full time in the CBD, I like my fitness and try to eat well. Love a good wine and a chat, would be interested in making a new friend or two in future room mates. I am respectful of peoples belongings and space and always endeavour to keep a tidy room and house. I like my home time/chill time but also like to be social. I am preferably seeking a furnished place but can bring furniture from Brisbane if needed. Also needing at minimum street parking as I will have a car so please don't contact me if your place has zero parking options. Also prefer a female flat only! Cheers, Laura
My name is Anna, I'm 23 and am starting my master's degree at USyd. I'm looking for a nice place to live, but more importantly nice people to share not only a house but also everyday life with. I'm always up for good food, board games, movie nights, parties, the occasional night out, or just a good conversation while doing laundry. I'm optimistic, easy-going, creative, calm and I always enjoy exploring new places (and am looking for someone to explore them with me :)). I'm also a passionate musician, so if you enjoy some mellow ukulele music and singing, I'm your girl. Also, I am from Vienna, Austria and will cook Schnitzel for you at some point. :) Hope to meet you soon!
I'm a sociable person who has been living on the Gold Coast for 10 years. I enjoy a few drinks and night outs now and then but also like to have quiet time. I love cooking (trying new recipes), binge watching netflix and red wine. I'm looking for a lifestyle change and looking forward to meeting new people hence the decision to move out of the Gold Coast.
I am a 20-year-old UTS Student that is studying IT. I am an easy going, relaxed, very clean and organised individual. I have a part-time job in the city, and my interests are playing basketball, music, movies and hanging out with friends.
I have lived in Sydney for 28 years. I am a "physically small", easy-going, kind and considerate person. I weight approx. 55Kg and my height is 164cm. I would almost consider myself as a "Metrosexual Male". I am a non-alcoholic, I don't drink or smoke but I don't mind having flatmates who do. I am a vegetarian except for fish (I am happy to live with non-vegetarian flatmates). I live a "less sociable" lifestyle and it is very unlikely that I will intefere with other people's private/social life. However I would love to have some friends to have a chat with, and go out shopping at the supermarkets every so often. I am very respectful of other's privacy and belongings. To prove that I have a good rental history of paying rent on time, I have kept all the rent payment invoices from my (Licenced) Real Estate Agent over the past 9 months. At the moment my weekly budget for rent is $250-$280/wk. Due to unforeseeable circumstances, I put down my preferred length of stay as 6 months, but I want a place that I can stay at for 1 year or more. I will consider paying more than $280/wk, even though it is outside my comfort zone. If you send me a message via the website, please be prepared to wait until the evening for a reply (since I cannot get to a PC during business hours.) Also I do no logon to the flatmates website frequently due to a busy lifestyle. Thank you for your understanding. Cheers.
I am an ex-New Yorker and a project manager for Commonwealth Bank whom works full time Monday to Friday. I'm a little older but still very young at heart, awesome absence of humor and very interested in finding the right place in the right location. I am a very very respectful and an honest person.
I usually get busy during the week, so don't get to spend time away from work during the weekdays [apart from my evening gym routine]. On the weekends, I like to be outdoors, catching up with my friends for a few drinks, have good conversations, watch live music, play outdoor sports. If you are looking for someone who socializes well, is responsible, financially secure, easy to get along with, then look no further :)
looking for somewhere dog friendly. I am outgoing, reliable and respectful. I like living in share house / apartment situations and consider myself a good housemate. I am clean (although not obsessively so) enjoy cooking and having a chat. I have a dog, he is a well behaved 7 year old lhasa apso totally house trained. He is very cute and gets along well with other dogs. He doesnt shed fur, does his business outside , i have him groomed often and look after him well. Looking to find somewhere doggy friendly that we can call home, with nice people and good vibes.
Hi my name is Joliet. I am 24 years old. I am very chilled and easy going, very easy to live with. I am uni student so I'll be coming in and out of the house most days. I like to spend my free time netflixing, cooking and catching up with friends over nice meals.
Hi, I am Maria Vittoria. I come from Italy. I am in Aus thanks to a working holiday visa. I am quite creative (I draw, paint, write...), I enjoy watching youtube videos and movies, studying and researching all things nutrition and health, I like reading and visiting galleries. I am quite open minded and absolutely LOVE meeting people from other countries! I enjoy my privacy and I am kind of an introvert for most of the time, but do not worry! I am friendly, polite, easy going and always available for a chat:)
Hi guys, we are two nice girls from germany. Our Backpacker-Year starts in Sydney. So we're looking for a shareflat in December for min. 6 weeks! We're very easy and chill and also tidy! My name is Susan, Vietnamese-Australian, 25, recently finished university, and am currently working full-time at an intellectual property law firm in the Sydney CBD. I am neat and friendly, and open to meeting and socialising with new people. I am shortly moving out of an Enmore house that I shared with 1 other person. I previously spent 9 months in the years 2015 and 2016 as an exchange student in Reykjavík, Iceland where I lived in a student dormitory with shared kitchen and toilet facilities. I also spent 3 months of a European summer travelling through Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Italy, France, the Netherlands, and the UK while staying in crowded hostels. These experiences have made me a very open-minded, considerate, and outgoing person. I'm happy to learn more about you and your place :)
