Im working as a horticulturalist, and I also study at uni. I love vegan food and living a healthy lifestyle. Im also a conservationist, love animals and nature. I'm down to earth and love a good movie night at home, or going to the cinema. I'm looking to teamup with other people to find a nice three bedroom house. I have already inspected a couple of houses that I'm interested in, so if you are looking to share a 3 bedroom house get in touch.
Heya ! I'm looking for a new place when my current lease ends at the start of November - would preferably want to move about a week before that date, but can be flexible for the right place :) I just recently moved up from Sydney to study at UQ - uni/work keep me pretty busy, but in my spare time I'm keen on rock climbing, hiking, cooking, and enjoying the finest wine that $5 can buy. I'm also quite a procrasti-cleaner, so for the sake of my productivity would enjoy living with people who share my appreciation for a clean kitchen/bathroom. Other than a pot plant called Wilfred I don't own any pets, but love animals so any house-pets are a bonus. If you have a room available late October-November, I'd love to have a chat and check it out ☺️
Hey! I'm an Electrical Engineer coming to Brisbane for my Masters Degree from UQ. Extremely friendly guy, easy going, super clean and love to go out and explore the city. Not a party guy sorry but like to hang out with friends and absolutely respect one's privacy. It would be nice to have a gym buddy. I can cook and also love swimming or go out for biking. Looking for flatemates male or female (doesn't matter but max 3) to share a flat or a property somewhere around 250pw all amenities included with separate bathroom and have a pool preferably. It's a new adventure for me so I'd like to live with cheerful & very friendly people so I don't get homesick :D PS: A cat is ok for a pet. I got dog allergy :( and open for team-up esp with students!
Ciao! I am moving to Brisbane in January to start a PhD in marine biology at UQ! :) Excited...and a bit anxious at the same time! So...I am looking for a private room to rent in a shared apartment/house. I will be based for my PhD at UQ- St Lucia campus..so any apartment in the nearby areas would be perfect! If transportation is not too bad I would really love to find a place close to the sea as well.. :) I am originally from Italy, but I have been living in many different countries (Spain, France, US, Israel...) and I have shared apartments with people from different cultures and i really loved it! I enjoy a lot to spend time with my flatmates and became good friends with all of them...I always try to make my best to have a "family" environment with my flatmates and I wish to find the same in Brisbane. I am very clean and respectful, quite but I also like to have friends at home for dinners or to just hang out ... I am looking for a cozy environment and for respectful, clean and friendly flatmates who could become my "family" while in Brisbane and with whom to share great experiences. I love swing dancing, animals and anything nature-related...hiking, diving, bird-watching, biking...etc... I also love to cook...and am trying to improve my skills at making fresh pasta, pizza and italian pastries.. :p so this should be a good reason to have me as a flatmate! ;) Looking forward to hearing from you! Gabriella
I am friendly, easy going, and enjoy being social. Whilst I don't mind the odd beverage after work, I am also happy to just sit and read or watch tv. My passions include, travelling, cooking and experiencing new things. I work in the travel industry on a rotating roster so may not always be around. I have lived in a share house before and understand the importance of personal space and cleanliness.
LOOKING FOR AN ALL FEMALE HOUSE I'm an 18 year old, easy going girl who keeps to herself but still enjoys socialising. My ideal location would be somewhere in the Annerley area but surrounding suburbs are fine too :) I'm currently living with my boyfriend and his parents but I’m wanting to move into my own place so I can make some friends. I'm currently studying commerce at Griffith. I have no pets or anything that would be coming with me, except a boyfriend who would stay over maybe 2-3 nights a week (he's 20 and house trained so he's nothing to worry about though). I'm just looking for some fun people who won't mind when I don't feel like going out partying every weekend and who won't steal my food :)
I'm looking to move into an existing sharehouse around mid-late October onwards, with move-in date flexible. I'm a 25 year old female PhD student at the University of Queensland, where I also tutor par-time. I'd describe myself more of an introvert than a party person, but I love a good wine or a few drinks on a Sunday afternoon. I generally go to UQ about 3-4 times a week and otherwise work at home with my dog. I have a gorgeous 2 year old west highland terrier called Louie! He is desexed, up to date on all vaccinations, etc. He is generally a pretty chill little dude to live with and likes to sleep and sunbake as he pleases. He is an indoor dog and has always had access to common areas (e.g. living room). He's a friendly little guy, so if you too have a dog I'm sure they'd be great friends, but it would be great for them to meet first.
Hello, 26 year old full-timer looking for 1-2 housemates in their 20s or 30s to live with. I grew up in Adelaide until 2 years ago when I moved down to Brisbane for work. On the scale of housemates, I am at the gym mostly on weeknights after work but if I'm around I don't mind having a chat. I am ridiculously resourceful, relaxed, reliable and tidy. This past year I have been living in a single apartment and I discovered I miss having housemates. At the same time, I like having my own regular down time. Going to be looking for a pet friendly rental close to Brisbane. Don't mind where the house is, just as long as it's pet friendly, close enough to the city and clean. I don't have a pet yet but after I secure a good place, I wish to get a labrador. Give me a message if you are in a similar mind set and we can go have a coffee! Kind regards, Tiffanny
Im a chilled guy, down to earth easy to talk to, funny, loves to play sports, meet new people and adores all animals. I work full time during the week and also have a second job on Saturdays
I'm a 29 Years old Chilean who's been living in Brisbane for about 2 years now. I'm currently studying a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education and work in a Childcare centre in the CBD. I'm easy going, friendly, respectful with my surroundings and others. I'm not the party type, so a good friday night plan for me could be going out with friends to a pub, movies at home or boardgames and videogames. In regards of sharing a space I always look and clean after myself and try to cooperate to make the house as comfortable as possible to myself and others around me.
I'm a friendly and polite person, clean, sensible and intuitive. I live in Tasmania at the moment, but I'm looking to venture up to Brisbane for the sunshine and to meet new people. My interests include sports and games (namely basketball), listening to music, binge watching TV series and movies. I also enjoy trying new things, discussing ideas and learning. I'm usually quite reserved but I do open up around the right people (or anyone if I have some drinks). My moving date is very flexible - I can wait as long or as little as needed.
Young couple seeking flatmates. Would prefer to team up and find our own place around Morningside but happy to move in to a share house. Yulia is a 20 your old Russian (No Yulia cannot handle her vodka) that works at Dominos. Raquel is an 18 year old from Central QLD who works as a promoter. Yulia is very bubbly and fun loving but Raquel is more reserved and tends to cling to Yulia always. Would prefer to live with females but it isn't a must.
I am self-employed (co-owner in an editing firm), I am very clean and tidy, always keen to have a chat and socialise, (food, glass of wine, or cider and a good chit chat!). I am respectful of others, their personal space and of course, their property. I am single, quiet and ensure bills/rent are paid on time or ahead of schedule.
Hi, so I'm 21 years old and work full time at a pharmacy in the City. I mainly work the afternoon/ evening shifts from Monday to Friday. I'm super laid back and easy to talk to, happy to meet new people. I have a car so I'll spend most weekends catching up with family and friends, around Brisbane or on the Sunshine Coast. I'm not originally from Brisbane, so every few months I head back up north for a few days to catch up with my family. I'm respectful of other peoples privacy, but also happy to have a beer and chat whenever you'd like. I'm all for having a clean home so you won't have a problem with me keeping up with house duties.
Hey, I'm Kym I'm looking for a room in the 4170 suburbs. I'm easy going, sociable and enjoy keeping active despite my accident prone nature. I work in IT support at Eagle Farm. My hobbies include squash, freediving and yoga. I've done a bit of traveling and consider myself a qualified adult. So I'm looking to move into a 3 bed max house. I can commit longer than 3 months. Ideally your home will have a gas top stove and some kind of furball that enjoys a pat. I do own a pet siamese fighting fish and he is very territorial about his bowl. Anywho, get in touch for a chat (mobile preferred)
My name is Diana. I am from Costa Rica and I am 30 years old. I am about to start my Ph.D studies at Griffith University. I'll arrive in Brisbane the first week of October and I am looking for a nice place to live. I am an easy going and tidy person. I am academic researcher and love the outdoors
Hellooo, We're all incredibly friendly and charismatic individuals and are good friends with each other! We love to have fun and we are planning on getting stuck into some study at various universities in Brisbane! We are moving from Hervey Bay as high school graduates of 2017! Nicholas will be studying Pharmacy at UQ, Lache will be studying a bachelor or diploma of music performance (on guitar) and Sage is still unsure which direction she will be going in; but will likely be studying a bachelor of science/environmental science at UQ! We will all be working part-time and likely going backward and forwards between Hervey Bay and Brisbane to visit family and friends every now and then. Both Nicholas and Lachlan are active musicians! Lachlan plays rhythm and feature guitar of many styles and genres; while Nicholas is a Clarinetist and woodwind reed specialist who has also adopted many styles of music! So expect quite a bit of practice coming from us both as we will be performing as part of groups and solo work all around Brisbane! This will not be disruptive and will not disturb the neighbors :) We really are looking for anywhere that will have us! Our university classes start at the end of February in 2018, so we really need to be settled in before that! Likely around the early February mark is when we are hoping to be grounded! All three of us are loving life at the moment and are looking forward to the exciting city life! We are respectful toward everyone and discriminative toward none! We will appreciate the accommodation and be reliable and respectful tenants! :) Thanks in advance, Nic, Lache and Sage!
We are a couple looking to share an apartment. I grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. Australia will be the third country to call home in as many years, after the United States and Ireland. I graduated with my bachelor's degree from the University of San Diego, then moved to the University of Kansas to get my master's degree in interpersonal communication. After that, I moved to Dublin, Ireland to play semi-pro basketball in the Irish league. I've lived with males and females, athletes and scientists, and married roommates. Jade is Irish and has lived in Dublin, Ireland most of her life. She got her hairdressing license in London but has been working in an accountant's office for the past 4 years.
