Hi! I've been living with three other wonderful housemates for almost 2 years now, with a big change of heading into university in 2018 I'm looking to downsize my living situation and also gain some quiet space. I'm super friendly, love to make people feel comfortable and I'm told I have great conversation skills - so if you've had a bad day I am all ears! During the week I work/will be attending uni and in my down time you can find me going for walks, going to gym, spending time with family and friends or just relaxing at home. Whilst I am looking for a place that is a bit quieter than where I am now, I am by all means still happy to kick back on a Friday afternoon with a wine and take way or to head out with some friends on the weekend for some drinks. I am very tidy, I believe things have a place rather than being thrown about here and there and I keep my share of bills up to date. I'd ideally like to live with someone like-minded :)
Hi All! I'm Jayde, 22 and looking for a room to rent in the Eagle Farm area. My lease is up in the new year and looking for a new place and hopefully make some friends along the way :) I work full-time, responsible, neat and tidy and like to consider myself a positive person! I like my own space but also down for a chat/ sneaky drinks and pizza on a weekend. Feel free to contact me :)
Currently looking for a place to stay for when I move to Brisbane, early next year. Yes, I am un-employed, also looking for a job in Brisbane, hence the big move! But I do, have enough to make the payments when necessary, I love to cook and clean, easy-going and have a soft spot for both cats and dogs. I am young in age, but have enough mature experience past my years.
Neat and tidy easy going down to earth guy. I like to keep to myself and very considerate of others but always up for socialising at times. Will be working full time and usually travel up the coast on the weekend to visit family.
Very private, quiet and super-clean person. Looking for modern studio apartments in perfect condition with all bills and internet included for convenience. The property will be maintained as if it were my own. Don't mind sharing a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Will hardly ever be at home. Leave early morning and back late at night.
I’m a very clean self contained person looking for another female room mate, one or more. I have a lovely border collie, I’m a Christian currently working part time and going back to studying part time in the new year. Ideally hoping to live with a non smoker and a place unlikely to have frequent parties.
I’m relocting from a small rural town 3 hours out of Brisbane. This will be my second year living out of home and hoping to find a homely house rather than appartment. I’m studying a bachelor of justice/ law at qut and very dedicated to my study. I am neat and tidy, and always respectful. Always up for a chat and watch movies as well as have my own time. Not a huge partier but love spending time with quality friends. Huge dog lover and foodie!
Hi, I'm Heather. I'm from Taiwan and I've stayed at GC around 6years. I'm studying full time in Griffith uni, and will be graduate in the end of the year. Currently get a job offer in Brisbane, so I would like to find the place to stay nearby Hamilton there. Im working as an AIN at the moment, I'll become registered nurse once I get my license. I'm a clean and tidy person, respect the others privacy and space. I'm also a easy going person, I'll often travel back to GC when I get my day off or hang out with friends. I love to listen music, workout or cook during my free time.
I am a professional female who lives on the Gold Coast but works in Brisbane near airport. The driving is killing me. I am looking for a quiet tidy modern home, studio or granny flat to share with 1 other person only. I am a young 40ish woman .... so not an "old" person in mind and thoughts so to speak. I am tidy, mindful, into cooking, being healthy (with some balance of course) reading, practice Bikram Yoga (so wanting somewhere not too far from the Nundah studio). I wouldn't be there full time, as I also travel for work and will be going back to the Gold Coast on the weekends. Ideally I would prefer room to be furnished with min. queen size bed, but if not that is OK too. And prefer off street parking, garage or carport.
Hey there, I am a flight attendant for qantas (full time) I am looking for a room to rent not too far from the airport (25 minutes or less would be perfect) I moved here from Perth just under a month ago. I am a fun easy going person, I am private at times when I've had a long day at work etc but I'm also very social, would love a housemate that is similar, and doesn't mind a chat over a glass of wine at the end of the day. I'm a clean person and respectful of shared areas. I would ideally be looking for a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom would prefer undercover parking however its not a deal breaker if street parking is the only thing available. im not too bothered on dates that I need to move but would prefer 3-6 weeks away.
I'm moving over to Brisbane in January as 24 years in little old Perth is enough for now. I'm a really chilled guy and can get a long with pretty much anyone. I work full time as a travel consultant so i do enjoy my days off. Just looking for a nice chill place to call home. I've lived out of home for over 6 years so i know how to pull my weight in a share house. Also open to getting a brand new place if there is people looking for something similar.
LOOKING TO MOVE IN JANUARY I'm from Sydney and will be moving to Brisbane in January to work for a year. Just graduated uni and starting full time work. I'm super chill and easygoing, probably 60% introvert so prefer to be by myself at times. But dw, always up for a chat and obviously socialise. Pretty clean person, I like my things to be simple and minimalistic and dislike clutter. Not a wild party person, would 100% rather be sleeping. I do enjoy luxury so modern apartments, nice decor, river views would be great; don't mind paying extra. It'll be nice if place is near a gym as well so I can force myself to go. *All females is preferred. Maximum of 2 other flatmates. *No shared bathroom. Own bathroom/ensuite only. *Parking is needed. A bit more about myself.. I really like dogs, but don't have one so if you happen to have one, !!!! I don't really watch TV, haven't cooked much (so looking forward to explore new recipes) and loveee Asian food (Viet, Korean, Jap mainly)! I'll also be returning to visit Sydney pretty often. *Will be overseas from 4th Dec-4th Jan so will have slower replies.
I’m moving to sunny Qld, from Melbourne where i was born & bred. I love Melbourne but i cant do the shity weather any longer! I’m very easy going, non judgemental & basically, just love life. I’m a people person with a happy attitude, but I can’t tolerate “Shitheads or Liars”. I’m a good cook & like to leave a room in the same way that i found it, if not cleaner. Life’s simple, so why make it hard?!! 😝
Hi, I'm Tim, 23 and work in the financial services industry. I'm a minimalist and don't like to have a lot of things. I live by the phrase less is more. I'm not overly chatting but am friendly and still like to have a good conversation. Definitely looking for a good friend on top of being a housemate. I work slightly longer hours and will spend the remaining time cooking meals, going for walks and resting up, cause sleeping is my favourite past time. I travel for work occasionally too. Unfortunately that means I've never had pets but if you do, That would be really cool cause I've always wanted a dog. On the weekends, I'll mainly be in the park kicking a footy and catching up with friends. I'm going to try surf again this summer.
I am wheelchair bound with a physical disability and looking to share with a guy with a physical disability. I have carers whom come in at certain times of the day to help me out and will help keep the house clean. I am easy going, laid back and a hippie chick
1 full-time working professional plus 1 Spoodle are looking for a peaceful and tranquil place to call home. We are looking to live with 1 or max. 2 other mature (30+ years) full-time professionals, who love a harmonic and peaceful way of living, also like to socialise over a glass of wine on the weekend and love the loyal company of the most adorable little dog personality they will ever meet. We prefer not to live with children at this stage. While I'm working (Graphic Designer) during the day (Mon-Fri), Summer (the Spoodle) stays at home. She is quiet and used to chilling in-house during the day, doesn't shed, hypo allergenic and a loyal companion. She loves to fetch and will probably bring you the ball until you start ignoring her ;) We like our routine during the week, walkies in the morning and evening, and are quite active on the weekends, love everything outdoors, e.g. hiking, sup, running, swimming, camping etc... We'd love to live with someone who ideally shares some interests and adores fur babies :) At this stage we are looking at a room in an existing house or at teaming up to start a new share house. We like clean places, respectful people and no messiness, but don't worry we are not too anal haha just easy to live with and get along with. Motto: treat people & their home as you would like to be treated yourself. We pay bills before due date.
Full time electrician, studying project management online. Easy going but need a clean environment to function well so not a fan of mess but I’m not OCD with it. Enjoy cooking so a decent kitchen space would be appreciated but not necessary. Spend my sundays riding with mates, or kicking back with a drink in hand. Always keen for a laugh and consider myself helpful. Need a place to call home until I move into a new place February/March so message me if this suits you
Hi there, I'm Nancy- full time student studying bachelor of Biomedical Science at QUT.
Hi, my boyfriend and I are looking to find a small place of our own along with our dog, Bella (Mini Foxie). I am awaiting study in janurary for nursing and claim youth allowance to help out with extra costs until I start & my boyfriend works full time in the mechanical plumbing industry. We aren’t home much as we both have busy schedules however we are both laid back, respectable, tidy young people and are looking to move out as soon as we find a place suitable for us.
Not looking to move until the end of January 2018. I am away over Christmas so if I dont respond this is why, will be able to meet and view places in the new year. Have a great Christmas! i am looking for similar age group to myself. I have bedroom furniture and not a lot else so am looking for an unfurnished room :-) I am a pretty open and honest person that's easy going and loves to have a laugh. I've been share housing for a few years, with friends or through flatmates and I think you only get better at sharing! I do like to develop a level of friendship with my housemates, its nice to come home and have a chat or a beverage together or watch a show you're all hooked on, as opposed to never speaking to one another and feeling like you're living with strangers who wouldn't know if you died in your room kind of thing. My room is usually in some state of mess but I have been improving on how long I keep it neat for, the rest of the shared area however is a different story and I always like to keep things tidy and not leave my shit everywhere (that's what my room is for right!). I try to think of the cleaning as just helping each other out and not a battle of whose done what how many times. I like clean space but am also not pedantic about it and get that sometimes we have periods we get busy or unmotivated and then we are back into taking care of the home more, that's life. I want to live in a fun, relaxed household that also respects each others space and the environment we live in. I don't mind friends or family coming over or if they need to crash for a weekend either. I find that I am out in the evenings a few times a week (pilates or catching up with a friend), and one or two nights i like to chill at home. Weekends I seem to be out a lot, every so often have a chill day at home. I have family down the gold coast so I sometimes go and stay with them. I seem to jet off for weekends to visit family or friends as well. I am a lover of travel and love to talk about travel ideas and people's experiences. I am looking for a room no more that $190 a week with bills included or no more than $180 a week without bills included, but may be able to reconsider this for the right place :-) I am looking to share with one to two people. My goal for 2018 is to save more, have a holiday, and get outdoors more and live a healthier lifestyle (but if you want to share a pizza Im also down for that). I enjoy watching sports with friends, some trash shows, as well as your documentaries and things that get you thinking. I work for government full-time, mon to fri 9-5 gig so I have no problems paying my bills. If you would like to know anything else feel free to ask :-)
I’m a Hawaiian shirt lovin RM wearin craft beer drinkin full time working true blue cobba. I work In the CBD as a Marketing & Sales manager for V Energy - I’m a pretty relaxed tidy bloke who enjoys my own space. I’ve lived in a few Share houses before so I completely understand benefits of finding the perfect flat mate. I have my own furnishings including a nice sized couch and a 55” (tv) I’m pretty flexible when it comes to catching up for a quick inspection or even if you’re keen to meet me first. I’m looking for a place sooner rather than later so don’t hesitate to message me if you have a room available now or in the future!
I'm a full-time academic with Charles Sturt Uni and I'm also completing my PhD with QUT. I work and write from home and am prepared to cover additional costs associated with that. NBN is a requirement and a deal breaker if it's not available at your address. My partner visits overnight once a fortnight and brings our happy & friendly little dog for a sleepover. About me: I'm trustworthy and thoughtful. While I love a coffee/tea & a good yarn, I'm very independent. I will respect your space and expect you do mine. Around the house I'm clean and tidy and when things are fair and respectful I'm a very happy soul. When I'm not working, writing or reading, then I'll be walking, yoga stretching, thinking in the garden, sharing food with friends or watching a B grade movie. If you see a fit with your share house or apartment, please text my mobile or message me on flatmates. Cheers Susan

I am a very clean and tidy person and loves to keep my home presentable. I love surrounding myself with happy people. I study full time at Griffith University, and my boyfriend will stay with me occassionally.
Hi I’m Sienna! And I’m looking for one or more people to team up with! I am looking around the area near the airport as that is where I work and I study externally from home! I am super clean and tidy and very organised and pay all my bills on time or earlier! I have a beautiful chocolate Labrador and a small fox terrier, both so so friendly and playful! I need to find a place that allows pets and has somewhat of a backyard so they can play around in! I am looking for similar people to team up with to move into a house towards the end of January or even early January! I love socialising and hanging out with friends but I also enjoy my quiet time. If this sounds like you would be the right fit, shoot me a message and we can chat!
Easy going. Not a party animal anymore. Like to chill in my room with my cat, however do like a bit of a chat with my housemates.
