I'm a Bangladeshi and migrated to Australia recently. I'm married, but relocated to Melbourne alone. By profession I'm a biotechnologist with a love for travelling, reading and trying new cuisines. I'm a friendly person, who has flat shared previously while studying in Malaysia and UK. I usually stay out of everyone's way, but am always up for a cup of coffee and chat.
Ideally looking for a TEAM UP as i have my own gear and furniture. I enjoy company, social and active but like quiet time too. Have been living in my own place for 18 mths but would like to move closer to city such as Darebin area. I'm a bit eco minded so i would ideally like some garden / veggie beds. I play tennis, enjoy yoga and meditation. Love dogs but don't own one. Are you a bird lover? I have a small parrot currently. I'm allergic to cats. (PS I'm not looking for a boyfriend, just a house mate)
Hey y'all! I'm a full time call centre worker in finance (I like to think I'm not as boring as my job) that's looking for a new home! During the week, I am primarily out during the day for work and generally vegetate when I get home to some trash TV or YouTube. I would love a social home as I'm always up for a laugh and a chat. I have a boyfriend who might hang around some weekends but we like to go out on drives and to get food so you're unlikely to see much of him. Love animals however don't have any of my own so yours will get plenty of attention. Also, I'm a Pisces if that means anything to you ha! Keen to hear from you! Btw, I flexible on length of stay but would prefer at least 6 months
Hey everyone! My name is Yinghan and I am a neat, friendly and responsible 23 year old. Currently I am finishing up my final year in civil engineering and also working part time as an engineer, and will be joining my current company as a full time urban engineer as soon as I graduate in November (can't wait to get out of uni!) I can be a bit quiet and do like time to myself sometimes, but I also really want to team up to form a house where we can have house dinners and chats - I absolutely love cooking so I would really like to live in a house where that is possible! Although I am trying to be alcohol-free, I make some damn good cocktails and have been told by many people that they go pretty well with my food. I'm vegetarian but cool with whatever your dietary choices are! I have lived in share houses since 2014 so I am definitely house trained; references from current and previous housemates are also available if you need them. I like classical and jazz music, watch perhaps way too much Netflix. I am looking to move in to the new place any time before Dec 2018/Jan 2019, but I am flexible on that as finding like minded people is so much more important. Hope to hear from you soon!
Hey friends, Boring things: I work as a teachers aide, but I also do some work in before and after school care for some extra cash! I also compete and coach in calisthenics. I study education at Deakin part time. I'm looking to live somewhere where I have friends for housemates, rather than people who just coexist as I've experienced that before and it was not fun! Fun things: I'm a pretty funny person pretty much all of the time, love some bants. I am a big fan of AFL, calisthenics, reading, socialising, napping, running, animals, bad jokes, dad jokes (are they the same thing?), bad singing, netflix and eating. I'm v clumsy. I come with a boyfriend so he'd be around sometimes, I also come with a digital piano (if there is room) because I play. Obviously. I'm also hearing impaired, you can be as loud as you like while I don't have my hearing aids in (sleep and shower time) and I'd be oblivious.
Hi I’m looking to move out some time next year and just getting an idea of what’s out there.. I am a genuine, kind, bubbly person keen for a chat and always open to making new friends, although I still like my own alone time. I currently have 3 jobs, part time at Woolworths on weekends and a casual primary teacher during the week I also do freelance makeup artistry on the side. I am looking into getting a more full time position as well. I clean up after myself and usually keep very neat, I also love to cook and bake and don’t mind sharing.
I am Dino, a postgraduate research student at LTU When it comes to renting places, I always make a point to be respectful of other people's spaces and things, which includes keeping tidy and keeping the noise level not as intrusive. I am easy to approach and deal with and enjoy occasional conversations. I spend much of my time reading or watching short vids. I like good coffee and I occasionally cook.
Professional, in management in the not for profit health sector. I have relocated to Melbourne from NSW, my family will join me at the end of the year. I am very easygoing, independent, and generally work a lot but I like catching up with friends for dinner and seeing bands when I get downtime.

Hi future houseys, My name is Shauna, I’m 26 years old and work as a Registered Nurse. I’m looking for a new humble abode to call home. I’m house trained and come with some great cooking skills (more than welcome to share those skills). I am currently very invested in the Bachelor, I love going out on adventures on the weekends, brunch, coffee and the occasional glass of vino. If this sounds like a good fit. Be sure to send me a message. All the best, Shauna
Hi :) I’m Andy, in a nutshell: - Domesticaed Sound Engineer/Musician - Work full time, weird hours - Chipper, but introverted. - Coffee addict. - Funny, sacrcastic (but the good kind) caring, open minded politically lefty. - Non smoker/not into substances I once wrote on a job application that I could fit five marshmallows in my mouth. I once drew a cat on a VCE exam in an attempt to gain extra credit. I've lived out of home for about a year, so I know how to make my own toast. I pay my rent on time and as a techie I can fix your internet and tv when they break. If there's a message thread for house business I may flood it with cat and dog memes, fair warning. Move date and budget are somewhat flexible. Cheers :)
Im easy going, friendly. I clean up after myself and enjoy a chat
Hello! I am a friendly and considerate 32yo, female. I do enjoy my personal time as well as sharing the occasional meal/cup of tea with my flatmates. I am often busy, and often smiling :D I like to have a quite cup of tea with some chocolate! And mostly cook vegetarian food, although I don't mind meat too much. I am currently working part-time as well as studying. I would like to live and contribute to a clean tidy home

*Moving in Feb 2019* I’m responsible, considerate and respectful. I will clean up after myself. I value communication and integrity. I’m warm and friendly - can be sociable - but will also respect your space (I’m an introvert). I’m fine with pets. Non-smoker, don’t drink, prefer cosy gatherings to big parties. I’m also a devout Christian. I’m moving from Singapore to Melbourne to pursue a teaching qualification at Uni Melbourne and hoping to find a place I can call home for 2 years. I studied Literature for my Bachelor’s. I enjoy reading, writing, baking, illustration, travelling and connecting with people over brunch/coffee. An afternoon’s ramble with a friend is one of my favourite ways to relax.
I’m Emma (obviously). Recently turned 28 and relocating to the big city from Adelaide for work towards the end of October. I’m pretty down to earth and easy to get along with. Get along equally with guys and girls and have lived both independently and with flatmates for a long time so am pretty well house trained. I’m pretty chilled during the week with work and sports but am also pretty social and enjoy getting out and about on the weekends. Love footy, play a couple of sports over here, self proclaimed Masterchef and just an all around good bloke. Look forward to chatting more 😬
Hi Everyone! In mid/late-September 2018, my housemates and I will end our lease together on what has been an awesome home in the heart of Preston. While we’re all moving in different directions, I’m looking to stick around either the Inner North/Northside up to Reservoir, or somewhere close-ish to Carlton/Parkville with the hope of securing a private room with some quality like-minded people in a shared home. I’m currently a full-time PhD student at Unimelb researching medication to manage behaviour in health settings, and I also work there part-time on a variety of research projects relating to mental health and the law. Additionally, I produce electronic music (with headphones on mostly) and very occasionally throw down a few tracks here and there in darkened clubs and festivals around the place. In a home, I look for a warm, friendly, respectful vibe with open communication and value people who generally care about the world and themselves. A bit more about me: 39, male, non-smoker, creative, LGBTQIA+ friendly, tidy, introverted-ambivert (i.e. social, yet values alone-time), and mellow. Interests: music, foreign/indie films with a touch of sci-fi, health & well-being, cooking, gardening, bicycles, art/design generally. I don’t have any pets, but I think dogs and other animal companions are ace. Thanks for reading and good luck with your searches!
Hi, My name is Zenobia, I am a 26 year old from Melbourne. I have been travelling around Australia for the past few months with my backpack and am moving back to Melbourne. I am a clean, responsible and friendly non-smoker. I am a qualified child care worker and enjoy nerdy old sci fi, yoga, cooking, hiking, camping, reading, music, animals, philosophy and science. Looking for friendly people to share a house with. Please feel free to send me a message.
I work in fincance for Johns Lyng Builders. I have degree in accounting and business. I enjoy keeping active and going on adventures. Not only looking for a new home but some new friends who I can call family. I am very clean and respectful. I’m a down to earth humble girl. If you’d like to get to know me more I’m happy to have a proper chat over the phone or via messenger :)
I'm a professional who works in the city and recently relocated to Melbourne from China. I'm a fairly social person but I respect other's space. I'm quiet in the mornings and evenings as needed and tidy. My passion is hiking and the outdoors and one of the reasons I have chosen to move to Melbourne.
I am a hard working Services Operations Manager in the engineering industry, a home body, and my daughters and l are house proud, clean, very busy and quiet. We love to cook, and make our house a home. Our pet cat is a darling too, she is quiet, house-trained and friendly. We are looking for a whole property if possible, or to share with another female.
