I'm a sucker for a good flick, book or conversation. I work as a writer in an ad agency and do a lot of writing (mostly comedy) outside of work too. Easy-going and positive. Love a bit of socialising, and a bit of quiet time too when it's time to recharge. I'm healthy and clean. Have always lived with other people, so know how to be a considerate housemate. Here's a brain dump of random things I dig: Comedy. Peeps like Ricky, Larry, Jerry, Woody, Wes and Christopher Guest. Shows like SNL, Portlandia, Nathan for You, Rick & Morty. Jazz. Tom Waits. Nick Drake. Frank Ocean. B.B. King. Old books. Book stores. Nice pens. Cafes. Gin. Motorbikes. Hiking. Long train trips. Early mornings. Quotes. Good people. Good chats. Listeners. Birdman. Boy. Adaptation. Amélie. The One I Love. The Mighty Boosh. Monty Python. Arrested Development. Black Mirror. Waffling, obviously. Hope to hear from you, Curt

Hi my names Ash, I’m a 29 year old originally from England, have lived in this amazing country for 7 years now, and have just moved interstate from Perth to Sydney. I arrived last Friday and I am working in the CBD as a Commercial Plumber. I work long hours and most Saturday’s so will only be around in the evenings. I’m an extremely clean and tidy person who has had my own house before. I am sociable and friendly, I totally understand the importance of giving other house mates there own privacy but also always there for a chat. I don’t mind turning my hand to abit of cooking here and there and always clean up my mess as I go. I like to have to occasional beer or glass of wine over the weekend. I’m easy to get along with and never had any problems in the past. I’m just the normal easy going type of person. I’m looking for a private room anywhere that close to a train line, shops, cafes and bars but public transport is most important. I do have a small BMW 1 series that I need to find a place to park also.. I’m planning on selling it due to no longer needing it working in around the city. If you feel like you may have the room I’m trying to find please get in touch for any further questions you may have. Look forward to hearing from my new housemates soon. Ash
Hi! We are two Swedish girls that are going on exchange at UNSW for one semester, starting February 2018. We are both organised and clean, and one of us is used to living in a dorm. Neither of us smoke or have any pets. During our time here we would like to explore, find new friends and have fun. It would be nice to live with other people that would like to hang out and have movie nights.
Originally from the uk. Have just applied for citizenship. Have shared houses for the last 8 years the first place for 5 years and the second for 3. I'm clean, tidy and considerate and social. I enjoy my own space from time to time and respect others do too. Working full time as a office manager I like to keep me weeks fairly chilled and go out and about at the weekend. Looking for somewhere long term...
I'm an artist who's recently moved from Melbourne to Sydney for my PhD in Performance Studies. I'm mostly working on my research so lots of quiet and long study days, but I love a house that is social, relaxed and interested in each other's lives. I'll also be trying to spend as much spare time as I can outdoors, away from the desk, so keen for local knowledge of quiet beach/park spots and live performance venues. Clean, easy going, dance floor demon.
Hi! :) My name is Denise and I'm a italian/croatian girl that grows up in Spain. I'm in Australia for a year already and after the farms I took the decision to come to Sydney because I work on yachts. Now I'm looking for a shared room/private room out of the city but with a good transport connection to it because I work there and I get crazy all the time. ;) I've already tried to live in Bondi (too many people) and in Manly (I loved it but was far from the city). I'm a very friendly and happy person that likes to spend time with funny, crazy and interesting people but that need time for herself as well. I've travelled a lot so I like to tell my stories and I love to listen stories of other backpackers. I like to learn new things and I am always ready for a new adventure. I can speak English, Spanish and Italian (I've lost most of my German). For more info.. share your flat/house with me! :)
Hey, I'm Azra and I'll be starting a masters course at University of Sydney in February 2018. I'm a really neat and clean person and I'll appreciate having roommates with similar qualities. I like having my own privacy but I also wouldn't mind doing fun things with my roommates every now and then (e.g., cooking a meal, watching a movie, chatting, grocery shopping). Hit me up if you think we'll make good roommates!
A 24 year old girl from Korea, working as a motion graphic designer in the rocks. not a cleaning freak, but can pretend like one in the communal area if you'd like! Pros : I can bring some free wine and beers home from work as I've been working on some project for wine company! Cons : I'm just lazy and sleep a lot. My current flatmate trys to wake me up to have lunch together every weekends but fails. I just need to sleep a looooootttttt
I am Judy from Taiwan who is easy to get along with and tidy. I just graduated from UQ this July. After considering the immigration option, I have to study a diploma of interpreting until 1st of July. I plan to fly to Sydney around 7th of December. I will need to find a long-term accommodation for at least half year around 6th of January. If it is possible, I prefer an ensuite room with its own bathroom and a pool in the complex as I used to live in Brisbane. I do enjoy swimming, cycling, yoga, meditation, singing and playing piano. I like to share meals with housemates or hold a housemates' dinner casually if it is possible. I hope to find a place where people cherish the time to live together, but also be respectable to others' privacy and own space. I am a simple person and like to make my life simpler. I am looking for housemates who have the similar perspectives. My ideal housemates are either professionals or full-time students.
LOOKING FOR SHORT-TERM STAY BETWEEN DECEMBER TO JANUARY (~2 months). Hi everyone, my name is Michelle! I'm searching for a private room to sub-let over the summer for approximately 2 months (flexible with dates). I'd prefer to find somewhere in the inner west and close to the CBD - possibly in Camperdown, Newtown, Glebe, or Annandale. I have lived in flatshare before so know how to respect the space and privacy of others. I also like to keep things clean and tidy, and I'm willing to do my share of the household duties. Please let me know if you have a suitable place! :-)
Hey guys I'm a Chinese girl and I just finished my first year in sydney uni. I am hoping to find a homestay/ flatshare in March next year. I'm a tidy person and absolutely friendly. I do regular cleaning for my bedroom so no worry about me making a mess. My course in uni makes me quite busy so normally I'll be at school on workdays. I'm a traditional Asian girl, therefore a bit introverted which is a good virtue if you are expecting a quiet home environment. I absolutely love dogs (had 2 in my home back in China) and also love cats. I cook a little and enjoy Korean/ American/ British dramas! Other than that I'll be very happy to teach anyone in the house some Mandarine if interested. That's about it! Pls contact me if you are looking for a friendly, tidy tenant!
I'm a full-time art student and work part time in an art gallery. I'm fairly quiet but also social and easygoing. I'm very tidy and reliable. I'm looking for a short term place that's friendly and clean.
