Hello, I'm Minh, young mature busy individual looking for a decent size unfurnished room ideally with my own bathroom for a long term.. I've lived in a number of share houses/apts and always stay longer than 12 months as the idea of moving in and out frustrates me.. At this stage, i'm doing software development degree at CSU and working long hours in Japanese fine dining and also doing internship for an I.T firm in Bondi few days per week. Yes, it's quite full on. i'm mature minded, independent, organised- very clean and tidy, reliable and especially considerate about others and the sharing environment. I have a huge passion in cooking//baking and i enjoy music as well as aged rum. However, my schedule is very very tight so i barely have free time to cook up a storm. If you like a classic risotto and freshly baked croissants, you've just found your new flatmate! and there is still half bottle of Sauvignon Blanc after making the risotto! Ideally, I prefer to live with mature individual which is not based on age as it is just a number. i've shared house with people in their late 20's and my current flatmate is in his late 40's. I'm very sociable yet totally respect privacy. I'm really open-minded, bit flirty and always up for a good time while living together. At this stage, i get caught up with lots of work and study so i'm out a lots and barely have day off but I like to keep myself busy with lots of activities anyway. I go cycling and going out and about with friends for brunch and some beverage when having some spare time. There are way too many places to live, lots of apartments that is available to share in Sydney but for me, i'm looking for a place that i can call "home" not just some random AirBnb room so it will come down to the people i'm going to live with. Like minded people are great but sometimes being different is fascinating too Text and call me anytime. if i am occupied, I will get back as soon as i can. Cheers.
Please read whole advertisement! My name is Charli, female, full time employed, ex hairdresser now working in an office. Work in CBD, currently residing in Wattle Grove. Looking to move into a new already furnished home inclusive FROM the 31st July 2017, need a bigger room, closer to work. CBD or Inner West is preferable. Please only contact me if you are between the ages of 21-30 and looking for a housemate from this date. Im home from a 3 year stint in the UK in March 2015 and I'm looking to do more travel. Ultimately looking for a long term double bed room furnished or unfurnished with lots of light! I'd love to hear from anyone that's like minded. I'm big on Sunday brunches and try to go on a coastal walk every so often. I don't smoke but I love my wines. I don't have a car and don't want one, so will need to be extremely close to a train station or bus stop. Budget is max $300 (bills inc) per week. I'm easy to live with, clean, considerate and am not much of a partier or socialite when I'm back here - saving all my money for travels! I don't party much, I work alot, but im very friendly. I consider myself clean and considerate. Let me know if I suit your household dynamic! Charli
Hi, I am a German physicist who is going to work as a guest researcher at the University of Sydney for the next months. Since I will work full-time at the university, I won't be around too much during working days. In the evening, I like to finish the day in a relaxed atmosphere. I am looking forward to sharing a neat and tidy flat with you guys. Cheers, Kevin
Hi all.. I'm a very respectful, friendly and honest gal looking for a long term stay. Im very tidy, accepting, kind and easy to live with. I keep to myself at times but also enjoy a good chat, a bbq, a few drinks or a nice gathering! I also like to cook and enjoy a meal together now and then. I like music ie; listening to it and writing it, the arts, films, a bit of painting now and then....anything creative really. I come from North Manly , and as much as i love the beach i need a change and would love to find a nice spot in the city. I am currently working and also studying a communications degree at UTS. I have lived overseas and have done the share house thing before so i'm very easy going when it comes to different types of people... as long as you are honest and respectful thats all that matters. I am looking for a place to call home, not just a room. And i am looking for a private...not a share room. ps. I'm the one on the far right in pic :o) PLease get in touch... Cheers, Jess.
Hi everyone, my name is Lydia (28). I'm currently working full time as a teacher in ACT, but I got accepted into University of Sydney to do master's. So I'm looking for a place to move in by 30th of July (preferably before). I'm eligible to teach in NSW as well. So I hope to work part-time while studying full-time. I'm tidy and considerate. I will respect privacy and maintenance of the communal spaces, but I would appreciate the mutual respect and responsibility too :) I am easy-going, non-smoker and most importantly, drama-free!
I am clean, tidy, love to cook and socialise, but I mostly enjoy having my own space and spend a lot of time reading and writing. I don't have any animals with me, but am an animal lover and an ethical vegan. I don't smoke, I work full time, am from England originally but have been living in perth for the past ten years and just moved to Sydney for work. I ideally would like to live within 30 minutes of Petersham
I am a young adult from the Philippines, working full-time (8-5/M-F) in Newtown and loves going outdoors on the weekend. I am generous and totally considerate and easy to go with. I am quite particular with the cleanliness and orderliness of my apartment (especially kitchen and shower), so if this is something you're having a hard time with yourself, we won't get along. I love going outdoors. I scuba dive, do photography and videography, and hit the gym every day after work. When I'm inside the house I'm mostly in front of my computer watching movies, playing games, or doing nerdy stuff. Right now I'm renting a two-bedroom apartment in Homebush West and it's more than a month already since I started looking for a flatmate or two to move in and share with the bills. I'm also open to the idea of moving in an affordable apartment that's much closer to the city so if you're open to team up and you think I'm cool enough to be a flatmate, hit me up.
Hey! My names Kayla, I'm from Vancouver Canada. I've been living in Sydney for year and a half. I work in the cbd as a hairstylist - free haircuts to nice room mates:) I love being social and meeting new people but also enjoy a night at home with friends, a glass of wine and some cheese. I'm clean, love to cook, always pay my rent on time, respectful of others, and laid back!

I am 24 years old, gay, originally from the UK and will be living & working in Sydney until May 2018. I am fairly quiet, though I do enjoy socializing and hanging out with friends. I am very clean and respect other people's personal space. I love to travel, am always looking for my next holiday (and am open to suggestions for destinations)! I also enjoy cooking, swimming and keeping fit (when I can be bothered). My ideal flat would be close to the CBD - walking distance would be great, but if not then no more than 15 mins on the train. And I am looking to spend up to $400 per week (excluding bills).
Hello, I am an artist / designer from California moving to Sydney. I am 26 years old and design alcohol labels for a living. I am a clean and considerate roommate that is really easy going. During the week I will be busy working at my new design job and trying to stay in shape, but I am always down for a drink. On weekends I tend to get out and explore new things, paint, exercise, go out to shows, go out to bars / restaurants, and occasionally go on trips outside the city.
I'm Zoë and I moved to Sydney from the UK in mid June on my working holiday visa. I will be job hunting for a role in Marketing full-time but may have to get a temp part-time job while I look. I'm not entirely sure on my length of stay yet but for now i'll put 3 months, could be less could be more! Love to explore, go on adventures and live for the beach. Will be checking out local healthy eateries and some cool bars too! Looking for a private room in a place or other like-minded people to share a property with! I'm easy-going, friendly, sociable, tidy and flexible.
Hi I am Sanne - am currently residing in Adelaide but moving to Sydney as I will be working full-time for my placement. A little about me, so I am 26, moved here from the Netherlands and am a big fan of anything to do with eating (cooking, eating out, etc you name it). Hello there :-) We are a fun, young and easy going couple looking for a house share over the next few months while we are here in Sydney. I'm from Englland and Scott if from Ireland and we both work full time. I sell glasses at specsavers during the day, while Scott pulls pints by night! We're very clean & tidy people who respect sleeping hours, but are also up for chilling out and socialising over some good food with a few beers, or a few beers and some netflix!
Hello hello, I'm a 24-year-old country gal (born and bred) looking to move back to into the inner west after 19 months in the UK/Europe, and now 5 months in the burbs. I am currently working part time as a practice manager in Surry Hills, and studying full time in the city (Masters of Social Work). I am a social butterfly, and love to meet and mix with new people, but also appreciate my own quiet space, and much needed me time. Naturally, I am looking for a place that balances the work hard, play hard philosophy with a some great open minded people.
Hi, This is Farid from Mumbai, India. I am a Civil Engineer and moving to Sydney on 26th july. I am looking for place close to public transportation. Not looking for quadruple shared room or bunker beds. Either a private room or a room shared by 2 people max. Regards Farid
Im currently a full time student at the Australian Institute of Music doing my Bachelors of business and entertainment management. Im also a partime employee at Sea Life Sydney Aquarium as a Penguin ride operator and guest experience. I love to socialise but also enjoy my privacy. I clean and cook and dont mind pick up after others when doing so. I have a 10 year old well trained english staffy. He is very friendly and loves a good game of tugg of war but mostly sleeps. I am looking to move from Wollongong to Sydney as the 7 day commuting for 12 months has taken up too much of my time that Id like to spend working or studying. Im 24 years old. I rarely drink but dont mind having a beer or two with someone. I enjoy a good coffee or tea and I love making music, reading and writting.
I'm rarely home, as I research part-time and work full-time. I'm very quiet, and prefer quiet, calm homes, although it is right to say I enjoy chatting with flatmates, when there are moments of shared space (over dinner, occasional TV time). They happen rarely, though. Very much prefer to have own bathroom, quite fine with sharing cleaning and other house duties.
Hi, Im a very clean, tidy , non smoker, who's a quiet , creative professional seeking a similar easy going flatmate to share a 2 bd with 2 bathrooms in the east (Bondi Junction or Edgecliff) or Newtown / Liechhardt , Annandale areas. Im in my late 40's but young at heart and have a great sense of humor. Am very honest and respectful of others and there privacy as i like mine respected also. bit of a foodie. And not a bad cook either. Would consider 6 months to 1yr lease to start. Am in a transitional place atm. I Keep very fit and healthy . Am off at the gym most evenings or outdoors. I currently live in double bay. Be good to reduce rent costs & find a quieter street! ;) My ideal rent would sit around $300-$400 (e.g my share of rent) so be good to find something modern but nice around $700-$800 p.w total. Hoping to hook up with someone who also lives healthy, is easy going relaxed, respectful , calm & grounded too. For a peaceful and relaxed home life together. A harmonious energy at home is important to us sensitive creative types! ;) My rents ALWAYS paid on time. Plse do get in touch for a chat or meet up if you want to know more or think you can relate. Thanks Claudia :)
