Hi there! ;) I'm Grégoire from France. I have a Master in Agrifood and I have worked one year in a frozen food manufacturing company. I have just finished a three month session of English courses in Brisbane in order to improve my level and pass the IELTS. I am now looking for a job with my WHV and for a new accommodation. My budget is 200$ including all bills. I have a preference for a place without the landlord/manager inside for the simple reason that I had to suffer extreme rules during my previous 3 months contract rent which were extremely stressfull (shower for less than 5 min, 15 min washing option only, short time cooking, arbitrary decision to close the internet box during the night in order to not have the least DEL turn on, no fan nor aircond ...) so please if you have this kind of limitation as well as curfew don't send me an offer, a relax and cool home atmosphere is my priority No.1. I'd like also to have the possibility to park a bike because if I can't find a job rapidly I will probably do some deliveries in the meanwhile. I have indicated on the website a lenght of stay of 4 weeks because I don't want to be locked during several months if I'm struggling to find a job here...
Very easy going couple, keep well to ourselves. Have a 10yr old cat who is an indoors fella named Athen. Looking to rent a full house, separate granny flat or section of a house that is private. Roscoe works in programming and Adam is a professional artist.
I am outgoing, friendly, social and keep my room/house neat and tidy. I take pride in my health and fitness and regularly attend gym and play AFL. I am a Physiotherapist and love what I do and am keen to make the most of my new Brisbane adventure.
21, working as a full time Office Manager for Serviced Offices. I have lived in my share house for three years now, I'm wanting to downsize from a house to just my own room, or a flexible lease as I am wanting to leave for travel in a few months. I have always loved living with roommates, Female, Male, couples, you name it. I do my best to live in harmony with my roomies, while forming friendships. My home is my sanctuary, I don't do drama. I have furniture (couches and outdoor table) only if it's needed of course. Otherwise I am super easy going and always clean up after myself. I am only looking to move out at the end of March 2017, thanks!
Hey guys! I am a 22 yo student from France and I'll be studying IT-related topics at QUT (Gardens Point) for 4 months. I have been moving to Australia alone and I really like meeting new people and places! I'm really sociable (as long as my English skills can follow, though), I also like hanging out with friends to have a beer on a terrace. I know how to cook French food (with wine, ofc), I like to keep my room and kitchen clean and tidy (no worries, I'm not a maniac!). Outdoors is where I like spending most of my time, whether it be for hiking, kiteboarding or just wandering around. Especially when the weather is as nice as the one in Brisbane! Hope to seeing you guys soon!
My name is Marlon. I am from belgium. I study and work in Brisbane. I love this city and its surroundings. I like to socialize it is why I would like to find a place with interesting people who appreciate to have a drink from time to time or go to the beach.

Hi there! I am Pablo, a spanish guy from Barcelona moving to Brisbane to perform his bachelor's thesis on Physics Engineering at UQ. I consider myself friendly and open, being tidy and respectful of my flatmates. I like to spend time with others and chatting so we can have a great time together! However, I may need some study time some weeks. I am looking for an accommodation nearby UQ or central, in which we can enjoy our stay all together. I would also like to explore Brisbane and Australia, doing several outdoor activities. I like cooking and, of course, I like keeping the house clean. Non-smoker and happy to share it with either males or females. Let's share this awesome experience!

Enjoy going out and having some fun also. I am currently working with Telstra as a sales consultant and have been working there for 12 months now in the city. If I'm your kinda house mate give me a call if your interested or message me on flat mates.
Hey. I'm a chilled professional who enjoys social catch ups with friends and getting outdoors. Looking to team up with a clean and respectful male or female to take on a new lease for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment close to the city. I have a whole apartment worth of furniture so all you would need is your own bedroom. Looking to move sometime in March. If you're interested shoot me a message and we can grab a coffee/beer and chat further. Cheers, Josh

I’m a med PhD/ neuroscientist recently back from the states for a sabbatical. I’m House trained and clean but not at all anal. I read a lot though I'm not a homebody, I work normal hours in an incubator space. I love to hang out, cook (once a souse chef), philosophize over a glass of wine and have a bit of fun preferably with, empathic, humble, self-aware, progressive, respectful people. I’m pretty chill and easy going but passionate and engaged with the world. I’m a scientist but still very much a people person and like to think I’m more thoughtful than reactive. If I’m what you’re looking for, give me a yell, it'd be cool to hear more about you guys and see the place. Troy
Hey, Im looking to move in with some housemates who are keen to hang out but understand space, I try to keep clean and might be out a lot as I'm a full time undergrad zoology student at uq who has a bar job. I'm into hiking, grabing coffee and binge watching TV. I can bring a tv and wii to the table
I work in real estate and definitely understand what is the expected standard for a rental property. I'm more than happy to have a chat but also love to do my own thing. Looking to relocate to Brisbane from the Sunshine Coast :)
Am usually occupied with either work (full time in the city Mon-Fri), study (full time postgrad) or personal hobbies, so I don't have much time for drama! Having lived independently for the past 7 years, I'll come house-trained. I'm a fairly private person who respects others' privacy and would expect the same :) Looking for a place within easy commute to the city. Ideally a 2 bedroom apartment, own bathroom, and with a parking space available. Keen on bright spaces with natural lighting! Aiming to move around early March
I'm a fun, considerate, social, easy going and tidy girl from Norway who is taking a semester abroad at UQ form my school in the U.S. During my stay in Brisbane I want to explore as much as possible, get to know fun people, drink and eat good food while still do good in school and relax. Also, I love to cook so you'll get a free chef by teaming up with me:) I'll arrive in Brisbane on February 15th and will dedicate all of my time before school starts to find fun roommates and a decent place to live (and have a few drinks). A few of the things I'm really into is music, make-up, going to the beach, clubbing, work out and binge watch tv shows. I'm open to teaming up with both boys and girls, but would prefer my own room and max 4 roommates. I absolutely love to travel and I'm not afraid to explore new places and do things I've never done before. Even though I'm social and enjoy going out I don't want to live in a partyhouse. Please don't be shy and if you have any questions don't hesitate to send me a message!
Social, easy going, and easy to live with - clean and quiet (in terms of volume and unnecessary noise), and get along with just about everyone. I work full time during the week, like to head out on the weekends, get to the coast as often as I can, and consider myself to be a relatively healthy, stable person haha. Would like flatmates that I can call friends as well :) looking move sometime in March (flexible)

Hi, My name is Mai and I am currently in the process of re-repatriating back to Australia from an overseas work assignment. I'm looking for short term accommodation as I will be working towards another overseas assignment. I work full time in the city Monday to Friday 0800 - 1700. However my role requires frequent travel and I enjoy travelling personally so there may be times I will not be in the country from a few days to a few weeks at a time. I like to keep a busy life between work and getting out and about. I enjoy the odd wine with dinner or after work with friends, but by no means a 'party animal'. I do enjoy the odd chat / catch up with friends and like minded people but am also conscious of other peoples space and I am very comfortable with being in my own company. The space I am looking for would be preferably; - furnished - bills shared (if not already included in the rent) - internet access - parking space (off street is fine) I consider myself 'house proud'. I'd like to ensure the home is neat, clean and comfortable. If you have questions, please feel free to reach out! Looking forward to hearing from you! Mai
My name is Stephen, am a +50 yo. currently working in Brisbane, relocated up here for employment (am a Melbournian). Currently married, nontheless my wife and three children are still living in Melbourne, I commute seeing them every 3rd weekend or so. My wife also does fly up to Brisbane and stays with me from time to time. I am a General Manager for a transport company which involves me traveling regularly overseas and within Australia. I do work longer hours and am a reasonable earlier riser. Have the need to move from my current residence as the property was sold and looking for another place to reside. I am a clean and tidy person, respectful of other people's property and space. Am easy going and am told I'm a pretty good cook. Enjoy clay target shooting every other weekend, plus the occasional golf game. Like the odd quiet time chilling out watching TV or a movie or spending a Saturday or Sunday afternoon cooking up a storm for those I share with. I do enjoy a chat over a beverage and sharing a laugh. No problem with cleaning as required, doing my share, in fact I like tidy and clean living spaces. Preference of a residence to live in, is a larger apartment or a house with my own bathroom, plus off street parking is needed. Looking at a 6-12 month tenure, male or female sharing is fine by me, preferred move in date after March 10, can be earlier or later. Also if needed references can be provided from my current flat mate or the real estate agent I rented a property from here in Brisbane. Happy to meet and chat with any prospective flat mate. Thanks Stephen
I am a laid back, very clean and tidy, fun loving and busy professional who enjoys downtime as well as being active and social. I am very courteous and am looking for people to live with who might like to do things together but also have their own lives and interests. I would also prefer to not live with couples, have my own bathroom and have a furnished property but am definitely open to otherwise if the property and people seem a good fit. I am flexible with move in dates from now until whenever suits best as I am happy to wait for an awesome blend of great place and great roommate. Am happy to answer any questions you may have so it you think it's worth a chat then let's do it! Thanks! And happy searching!

I just got to Brisbane from Brazil. I'll be starting a masters a QUT. I am looking for a single bedroom (ensuite bathroom) to move in during the first week of march, when I'll be leaving the place I am right now. I expect to find a place where I can have some privacy to study, but also enjoy some time with friends occasionally.
Hi, I'm Emily :-) I am a young professional looking for accommodation near my work in Bulimba. SOUTH SIDE ONLY (I hate tolls and traffic - but don't we all??) I work full time and attend evening classes at uni so I am rather busy. I am in my final year at uni studying Business majoring in Advertising and Marketing and need a housemate who is respectful and mindful of my commitments and will not be excessively noisy or often have parties. I have most weekends off as I also work casually at Bunnings on Saturdays. On the weekends I do have off, if I'm not studying, I love to draw, paint, bake and get out and about and explore Brisbane :-) I don't have any pets but would love to get a dog if cicumstances allowed! Although I love pets, I am allergic to cats and would not be able to live with one. I am in a relationship and I would like for my boyfriend to stay some nights. I would also be spending some nights at his. I am very flexible with move in dates as I am currently living with family. It is essential that my bedroom has air conditioning as I have a health condition that is aggravated by heat. I am very respectful of other people's possessions and space and like to keep my space clean and tidy. Furnished or unfurnished doesn't bother me as I have furniture but can leave it with family.
I am an honest and reliable person looking for somewhere relatively close to Soutbank where i am currently working. I respect others space but will always be up for a chat and always clean up after myself.
Hi my name is Lisa! I recently just graduated from uni and i'm working Full-time as a Community Manager at a Marketing company in Brisbane CBD. I am looking for a flatmate who is like minded like myself. I am very easy going, friendly and I enjoy a bit of a chat now and then. I enjoy keeping fit by playing tennis, cooking and having a social glass of wine with friends. I am great to live with because I am an organised, clean and a respectable person who gets along with most people. I am however allergic to cats so I can't move in with any. Feel free to send me a message :-)
I am currently working Full time Wednesday through to Sunday. I tend to go out at night during the week, no intentions of having many people over just my girlfriend a few times a week. I currently have a pet rat but I am looking to re home her, so could just be temporary. Tend to keep to myself.
I am a barista and photographer/graphic designer. I usually leave home about 5-6am and come home about 12-1pm. When I am home I spend some time with my computer (I work at home sometimes) and reading/watching. I love cycling and I have two bikes. One of them will sleep with me in my room if there's a space. Other one can be in the garden or garage. I try not to stay home and ride whenever I can. Also I have a car which I never drive. I need to park though. Cheers
2 friends. One doing her Masters in Psych and working part time. One recently graduated from law and doing her PLT and working full time. Very social, fun and friendly :) Both love exercise, socialising and wine :) One beautiful dog.
24 year old female, professional, works in HR monday to friday, very clean. Looking for a female roommate/roommates that have a similar lifestyle, work but like to have some friends over on weekends or a cheeky wine after work!
Looking for a share house. We are an aussie couple 30 and 27, work fulltime and looking for a house that we can bring our 2 small cocker spaniels. (Both under 13kg) Desexed and trained but needy of affection. Needing fully fenced and hopefully a dishwasher too. Around brisbane redlands, redcliffe, not particularly fond of houses too close together and ontop of eachother where its claustrophobic. Like a yard and breeze, a chat and chill. Before possibly moving overseas for a while in 2018. If this sounds like who youd been keen on sharing your house let me know :-) or if you have a single rental optional too.
Fairly new to Brisbane, I am currently studying at University and working part time. Pretty relaxed person, occasionally have a drink or two. Very hygienic and i keep everything tidy. Hopefully I won't just be a housemate, but a friend too :)
We are a couple esay-going who loves cooking, drink a cup of wine, don't like parties at home and we respect others cultures/religions. We are studying a business course and working so we won't be a lot of time in house... Only some afternoons, for dinner, breakfast and sleep every day 😃. We love meet other people but also respect their privacy. If you are interested in have 2 flatmates like us, send us a message and we would be happy to agree a visit! Cheers!!
Hey guys, I just came to Australia and will be starting my PhD at the QUT in March. I'm searching for a private room in a shared flat. I've lived in shared flats for the last seven years, never had any problems with my flatmates and prefer it to living alone. I'm originally from Germany. I suppose that I'll be working a lot and therefore most days I will only be at the flat at the evening. However, I would prefer a shared flat that is not only living together to pay less rent, but spends some time with each other, for example cooking together or just chatting maybe sharing a red wine 😉 from time to time. I am a vegetarian though so cooking together can be tricky sometimes. I just arrived in Brisbane and therefore didn‘t start any pastime activities again, but I would like to sing in a choir again. I also enjoy video games, TV series, dancing, music, theatre and art sometimes (although I'm absolutely clueless). So in conclusion I would like a flat were everyone has their personal space, but people still pass some time together. If you've read this far, I'm hoping to hear from you soon. 😊
Professional from Perth, new job in Brisbane in film & television. Looking for a lovely place with great company! Love to be social, and love a chat and a wine, but also have to read lots of material on my down-time so I'm also able to be quiet :) Cheers!
