Hey, I am a 20 year old, English female who is looking to settle for the next 3-5 months as I have a new job! Until now I have been travlling the east coast. Starting in Melbourne, going up to Cairns and have now come back to Brisbane for work. I am respectful of others, clean, tidy and very easy going!
I am a clean, tidy, friendly professional, who works full time shift work as a Nurse at the Princess Alexandra Hospital. I pay all my bills on time and would expect my future housemate to do the same. I currently live 45 minutes away from work and would like to move closer. Ideally I would like to have my name on the lease, and find an appropriate housemate to stay and leave for as for as long as they need. I would purchase/own all the furniture, appliances and decor myself and this will all be of high end quality. I am looking to move out mid way this year around August/September and would like to find someone to move in with me first before I find a place - You can assist in working together with me to "team up" in a place we both find suitable. I have a few apartments in mind they will be 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom - minimum with all ammenities. I would like someone who enjoys dogs, I do not currently have one, but will hopefully when I move out - The apartment would be pet friendly. It would be favourable to have someone around my age, bonus if you're a nurse too! Who enjoys staying in, or going out and won't mind me coming or going at late hours for work. I promise I'm not scary, I'm pretty laid back and like to be organised. If you are looking to move out around the same time as me feel free to send me a message and we can organise something :)
We are a British couple who are clean, tidy and respectful towards others. We are fun to live with and like to have a laugh. In our spare time, we enjoy playing sports. We are part of local hockey and soccer teams. We enjoy socialising and like to go for drinks at the weekend as we both work full-time during the week. P.s. we make great brownie, and are willing to share!
Hello! I'm a researcher/research student at UQ, and I also tutor in architecture. I have previously lived on the Gold Coast and in Hobart and I enjoyed it. I'm organized and clean up after myself. I enjoy the occasional chat but also value personal space. I'm looking for a place to call home - let me know if you're looking for me. :)
Hello my name is Paige. I'm a very laid back person who loves the outdoors , especially being at the beach and movie nights. I enjoy my own personal space but always up for a chat and a laugh 😊 Huge animal lover even though mine will be back home, open to adventure day hikes and looking for work in my field of study as animals scientist
I'm doing Bachelor of Psychological Science in UQ (first-year uni). New to Brisbane, originally from Shanghai, China. I'm tidy, easy-going and respectful for others' personal space. I enjoy cooking and also love dinning out and travelling.
I'm very positive and happy person. Tidy, clean and organized small block. I like to share a laugh, some drinks and cooking time together every now and then. But also do enjoy to have some time on my own. I like to be active, go for adventures, hiking or any last minute plan, as well as always up to give a hand for a friend.
Hello, my name is Shannon. I’m currently living in Newcastle NSW, and looking for a place within or near the City of Brisbane. As I’ll be moving by myself, a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment would be suitable. Preferably a place near transportation services (buses, trains, etc). I can pay rent and bond straight up in advance. I have been looking for an apartment/place for quite awhile and kept struggling because I don’t live in Brisbane to visit the offers but I’m willing to travel and make the effort to go to Brisbane by train or plane if necessary to see the property and meet you before moving in. I’m willing to come to Brisbane to meet up with you in person in order to see whether or not we get along before arrangements. Paying rent on time will not be a problem however, I have not rented before (apart from off of my own mother, as I paid fortnightly to stay in her home). I do not have any rent experience as I never rented before with real estates, property owner’s nor landlords ect. I want to move out and become independent, meet new friends, socialise also it will be a bonus if you are into the gym as I’m in need of a gym partner. I need to work out since my goal is to lose weight (as I do have a belly) I apologise beforehand for being upfront and honest about myself. :] A little about myself is that I like to watch movies, tv shows, etc. I’m into video games like preferably Xbox One, I’m a fan of anime such as One Piece, Dragon Ball, Naruto Shippuden and many others. I currently seek benefits however once moved in, I will be looking for TAFE courses to apply to get my qualification, I’m currently looking into hospitality cooking or other courses to study that I’m into. If I sound like the perfect person that you will possibly get along with to rent and befriend, don't hesitate to message me if you have an questions. You can contact me by messaging me on here or send me a text message on my phone. I will get back to you as soon as possible. It would mean a lot if you could give me an opportunity. Thank you for your patience and to reading this. I really appreciate it and have a nice day :]
I am 26 years old and currently work full time in the Valley. I am reliable, super easy going, friendly and courteous. I love spending my time off out and about; the beach, hiking, going to markets. By night i love to cook at home and watch a good netflix series with a glass of vino or seek out a new bar with delicious food and drink. I have flat shared for a number of years now and always love getting to know my housemates. I enjoy being out and about and love meeting new people - however in saying that I am not a party person and will always respect the home and your space too :)
I am very easygoing and get on with people. I like to socialise, but I also like my quiet private time as well. I am 66 but get on with people of all ages and believe I am very young in my outlook. I have children, all grown up, probably might like to visit occasionally. I love keeping my home nice and love the garden.

Due to my last roster and trying to fit in viewing/meeting people/houses, I don't have a formidable 'Move-In' date set, ideally I would like to view/find a place before I fly out for 19 day rotation on 19th of March. With a move date (pending all parties happy) between 6th - 17th of April, before my start date with Corporate. ABOUT ME- I need to grow up and have a base. I am a single woman that is coming off FIFO work and heading for Corporate environment. I am an avid reader, budding pilot, love food/wine/coffee, travel and planning holidays (love this immensely), finding a good steak (cattle station girl), stockmarket and love getting dressed up for a good night out, considering my job was in jeans and steel caps! I try to be a bit of a gym addict as well :). WHAT RESIDENTIAL AREA/S AM I INTEREST IN- Prefer housing in areas close to public transport or short walk to there (as no vehicle). Areas interested in - Kangaroo Point, South Brisbane, Spring Hill and CBD... etc- areas close by to the city life and gym franchises or gyms in general within walking distance (with my type of work (project) early/late hours maybe be required frequently and would rather be in walking distance to my office (CBD)). WHAT TYPE OF TENANT/ROOM MATE/RENTER DO I SEE MYSELF AS- - I quiet, responsible and clean. - I am a non-smoker, non-party animal and have no pets. - I am active and like to cook (still teaching myself). I like a good laugh and have a sense of humor, I don't mind having a drink from time to time and have an extroverted personality. - I respect peoples belongings and boundaries. RANDOM PARTICULARS- - Ideally I am interested in sharing accommodation with one or two male/s (not that I am against renting with females, I just tend to get along better with the opposite sex), within or around the same age group (27-37) (Not into a frat house scenario or young hooligans partying insistently) Please note - I am not into uni accommodation or shared housing where there is 2+ people to a single room. - I currently do not possess a vehicle however have a license. - Part of living a nomadic live for the majority of my life I do not own any furnishings, however not opposed to purchasing such things, however at this point in time highly interested in furnished (fully/partial) establishments. - Prefer to possibly team up with another renter and rent a property to a mutual liking. Thank you Cassandra
Hello, I have worked in hospitality sales for many years and had a recent career change to the finance industry for something a little different, studying in your 40's is really hard. I'm from London originally but lived in Melbourne for last 12yrs. I love to go running in the morning and get out on my push bike during the week leaving my weekends free for bad food, good wine and the occasional cigarette (purely social and always outside). I prefer someone with a tendency for cleanliness but mess is fine. I'm quite laid back and very easy going until I'm cold or have a blister.
