Hi, my name is Ben and i'm from Singapore. I am currently in my third year at Monash University majoring in Marketing. I enjoy playing most sports or just chilling at home. I also enjoy cooking and experimenting in the kitchen. If i'm not chilling at home, I also like to go out (or stay in) for a drink or 2. Will be back in Melb on the 23rd of Feb, hoping to find a place soon, so i don't have to crash with friends for too long :(
Hi! We are Juan (J.D) & Avani, currently in our early 20's looking for a great, new household to move into as soon as possible! We both are extremely chilled, respectful, mindful, and easy going, down to earth, tidy people. We are both from Darwin, N.T and have been in Melbourne for about a year and a few months now! I am Australian - Guatemalan and Avani, Australian, with indigenous & french roots. Avani currently works as an executive assistant full-time at Parliament, and I work part time as an in-house designer (Monash University) and currently study at Monash University (Fine Arts). I speak fluent Spanish, so I wouldn't mind teaching you a few words here and there! While Avani is phenomenal with spoken word poetry! We are both very passionate about, art, music, film, poetry and food. Did I also say we are great cooks?! We are both Vegan & Veggie friendly of course! We'd love to and can play a great tune for you (Avani on the Uke, and I on the guitar) or have a great book/art talk over a wine and a nice dessert. We also love animals, so if you have any fur babies, we will love them and take great care of 'em as well! That being said, we too respect and value privacy! We aren't party people, but we love going to see a band or a play here and there! We also like to have mates over for an occasional dinner and/or lunch every now and then. Lastly, we just want to make new friends and are looking to have a rad set of housemates. So feel free to contact me, if you think we'd be a great match or have any questions!
Heya, my name is Raelene..I am easy going Canadian girl with a laid back and chill attitude. I am currently on a student visa. Studying furniture design and technology at holmesglen in chadstone. I need a place as close to holmesglen as possible!!! As I have to rely on PTv!! I would prefer something furnished and that includes all bills, internet. I am very clean and quiet but i do enjoy chatting, watching movies, having a bubbly or two or sharing a meal. I do love to cook and make different kinds of things with my hands. I love animals but unfortunately I am allergic to birds! If I sound like a good fit pls feel free to get a hold of me anytime.. Cheers
I love to cook when I'm free and that means food is on me for the day. I am clean and easy going. Love to talk to people instead of engaging with the gadgets. Neat and clean adhere by the rules. And expect others to be the same.
Hi there, im a 20 year old student from monash university, would love to move in with a group of people who are like minded! Howdy friends, My name is Emily, I'm 19 and I'm studying a Bachelor of Management at Deakin in Burwood. My landlord has just given me notice so I'm looking to move into a new place within the upcoming uni break (I *may* possibly find time to move out sooner, so if you really love me let me know and I'll see if I can swing something!) I work Monday-Friday mornings in Hughesdale and could not possibly fill my time with more AFL than I do at present. I play, umpire, watch, and work at Etihad and the MCG so it's pretty full on but I do really love it. If you also love the weird ball sport we will get along splendidly. What I was mainly trying to get at was that I work enough to pay my rent and bills on time (my landlord can attest to that) but now you know a little about my greatest hobby. I'm either looking for an existing sharehouse or to start a new place with similar friends. I can only sign a 6 month lease because all things going well, I'll be taking off end December to the USA for a trimester abroad. I'd potentially be open to resuming a lease at the same place upon return if we get on like a house on fire (pun intended but can we not burn the house down for real that'd be alright). I drive so the place needs to have some element of parking, off street would be dandy but I'm not fussed. I also love PT and convenience so I'd love to be close to a train station/bus route that takes me to work/uni, but I'm good with logistics so I can always sort something. I can't afford more than what I'm paying now, so the most I could go to would be about $200pw including bills (or less excluding). Location doesn't bother me, I have quite a broad scope. The above listed suburbs are a general reference so if you live anywhere in the vicinity of the inner-ish south eastern suburbs please sing out! Keen to find a new joint with a rad fam. Look forward to hearing from you soon xo PS. the pet is a maybe and it's a frog. I haven't gotten her yet, I've been trying to get her for a year now but getting her set up is more expensive than I'd accounted for. She would live in a tank in my room/communal area if allowed and I'd be completely responsible for her. Your pets are fine with me too!
Imagine living with a recently arrived Mexican and have a house full of delicious quesadillas all day. Sounds good, right?. I've recently moved to Melb to start my PhD at Monash and I'm looking for a room in a nice, relaxed house with great flatmates. I have a regular Mon to Fri working schedule at the Uni either working at my project or doing some teaching assistantship, so I keep myself busy. I have shared flats with all kinds of personalities, so I can asure you I have experience sharing flats and I'm very easy-going. You can be sure I'm very clean, tidy, respectful of your time and space, but I'd also love to go out and explore Melb with you if you are keen. Expect good musical taste, always a clean bathroom and good dinner cooked at home to share after work or weekends.
All our hard work has paid off! We have secured a gorgeous home with a spa, pool and sauna, with a heap of living spaces. It's near Chadstone shopping center, in Malvern East. Looking for housemates who are actually organised (have funds!) ready to go, and want to create a great home, in a relaxed atmosphere. We're moving in April 29th. There are three of us, 1 female and 2 guys, all professional and we are looking for a fourth, female preferred, who is wanting to join/create a very nice home, with a great atmosphere. Seriously, we're interested in girls who have their stuff together, age doesn't matter, as long as you are reliable and wanting to join a great relaxed home. Moving in requires 4 weeks rent and 4 weeks bond, we're flexible on the term, anything above 2-3 months is cool. We're moving in on April the 29th, were looking for a girl who is into creating a harmonious home, with respect and good communication with each other. We're looking to share with a total 4 people (2 guys/2 girls) who are sociable, and are able to be friendly to each other and pay bills on time. I have an entire house lot of nice furniture, large dinning table, out door setting, gorgeous lounge room suite, large screen TVs, paintings, object d'art, stools, hall tables, vases, everything to furnish a stunning home except the other bedrooms. I have every kitchen appliance there is, all designer brands, so if your a foodie, then welcome to heaven! Location of our home: The home is in Malvern East reasonably close to Chadstone shopping center. We are very interested in creating a tranquil home with like minded people, creating a relaxed, harmonious atmosphere, that enables you to put your feet up at the end of a working day. If you don't have house furniture, or not much, don't be worried, that's covered. Send us a message!
Hey guys and girls, I am looking for a short term room to rent, I work in HR and my property is being fully renovated and I can't live in it while this is happening, I'm a 32 yr old female, who doesn't mind a vino here and there! :) and I'm heavy into my fitness! Extremely easy going, but not up for a party house.
Graduated from RMIT University last year in a Bachelor of Computer Science and currently working as a Web Developer in Richmond. I grew up in the country, moved to the suburbs and keen to settle close to work or a place where my dog and I can live comfortably. Really easy going and tolerant guy, always keen for a chat but can also keep to myself. Aware of etiquette, always cleaning up after myself and looking to find like-minded individuals. Other than that, I love to cook, exercise, and read just about anything on the web! My dog lives outside so looking for a backyard of any size and loves humans more than dogs (I know right?).
Hello fellow flatmate-ers! I'm currently looking for a place to move into (either this year or start of next year) with like minded folks! My interests are: Yoga (philosophy of it and asanas) Movies and Tv shows (hence the study path) Photography Being outdoors (as much as I like being indoors) Please feel free to contact me if I sound like the kind of person that you'd like to hang out with!
25 years old. Work full time as a receptionist in a vet clinic. Love to keep active doing cycling, hiking, swimming, running. Enjoy being outdoors, reading, watching a good tv series, hanging with friends and travel. I'm respectful of others privacy, responsible and neat and tidy. I am female PhD student at Monash. I am tidy and responsible. Have a healthy lifestyle (eat healthy, going swimming and yoga regularly). I am looking for a flat with maximum 2 flatmates and somewhere walking distance to Caulfield Monash campus. I would love to live in a quiet area.
Hi there, I'm a 31-year-old male who is in the search for a new home. After previously living with other people I have learned the balance of sharing a place with someone else. I am considerate of people's space and belongings. I'm friendly, quiet, easy going and no stranger to cleaning. I like to live in a clean and tidy environment (doesn't need to be spotless) and willing to share all household tasks. I'm accommodating to any personality type and really just looking for nice people to get along with. I pay my rent and bills on time and happy to help out with household items. I work full time as a warehouse manager and while I'm not doing that I like to play and coach ice hockey, mountain bike ride, partake in some archery and hit the gym occasionally. While I'm at home I like to relax, catch up on the news of the world, watch some tv/movie, chat over a meal or drink and listening to tunes.

Hi, we are Jacky and Emily. We are currenty living together as housemates (through flatmates.com funnily enough). Hoping to find a home that accomodates the both of us! Ideally our new home would: - Include all bills & internet with the rent - Be close to the train station and shops (walking distance preferred) - Have space available for parking, because Jacky has a car (on-street or off-street is fine) Jacky Hi, I'm Jacky and I work full time as a primary school teacher. I am looking for a home that I would be able to live in long term. Having graduated from Monash University last year and having lived on-campus for the last four years, the experiences of living with a variety of people has made me easygoing and adaptable as a housemate. I am a huge fan of video games, marvel movies, hiking, corny jokes and brunches. While I will most likely crash in my room after a long tiring day of work, I am always down for bonding opportunities with my housemates and exchanging some amazing banter. (Brownie points if you like Netflix) On occasion, I will go out for drinks. But I can promise you my nightlife stays outside and I will not bring any party racket home. If I ever have friends over, I will make sure noise levels are kept at a minimum and to ask for permission first. Cleanliness has always been a priority for me and would remain the same in all communal areas. Unfortunately, I do not want to live with smokers. If there is anything else you'd like to know me about me, feel free to send a message! Emily Hi, I'm Emily! I'm a student currently studying costume design and working part-time at Monash University with the Academy of Performing Arts. I work late nights as an usher at the university theatre, so we're looking for a place on the Pakenham/Cranbourne or Frankston lines so that I can get home easily on PTV! I love theatre, sewing, reading, and hanging out with friends watching rubbish telly and movies. I mostly make costumes in my spare time, but I've been known to make the odd made to measure outfit here and there. Who knows, there might be something you'd like that I can make for you!
I'm clean, tidy, respectful of other's personal space and am always up for a chat. I am living in a shared house in Glen Waverly at the moment but am looking to find a home somewhere closer to the city. I study business at RMIT, enjoy binge watching a good show, cooking and going out every now and then. I am responsible and am aware of the importance of paying bills and rent on time. I also kinda hate writing about myself here, but I promise I'm a lot less robotic in person. I'd love to hear from people. Chuck me a message and I would be happy to call or come in for an inspection.
