Hi all! This is my second listing for an individual room. I'm looking for a single room with all bills and internet included, and a 2 weeks bond at maximum. Being a uni student, I'm willing to go upto 150 dollars:) A bit about myself, I'm 20 and from India(South to be exact). I study this cool hi tech cyber security course at Curtin and I just LOVE conversing. I am extremely friendly and I admire the difference in people and respect everyone's views and opinions. I'm doing my final year so a year to go:) I am also this really cool pool player so I'm always willing to go outside for a bit of fun if you like pool as well. I do have a car but I'm okay to look at the parking options available. I make sure things are clean and as it is. Do contact me if you find me interesting and have a room to rent! I would love to hear from you. Oh also dont hesitate to ask me any questions. Thanks!
Hello! I'm 31, from Melbourne and am moving to Perth at the end of February to study a Masters. I work in the community sector as a youth worker and have a background in public health. I love music (electronic for the most part but also soul, jazz and a touch of good disco!), good food, cycling about town, picnic-ing, camping, op-shopping and tinkering about on my sewing machine. In regards to housemate etiquette, i am well-trained after share-housing for years and years. I clean the house thoroughly (+ I come with a cordless Dyson vacuum!), I am mindful of noise in the early/late hours, I will be studying so will be relatively low key, I don't have pets or loads of stuff - I come with only what I can squeeze into a pretty small car! I've lived in my current share house for over 3 years now and it works because we all do our own thing but make time for chats, laughs and hugs when needed. I'm looking for a similar dynamic. I will be in Perth the first week of Feb and am hoping to come and check out some places before catching the train over for good on 22nd February. Pick me!
I am 24 year old female, looking to move out of home as I have just started working as a physiotherapist I am friendly, easy to get along with and all about keeping things equal. As I am single girl I tend to go out a bit and do enjoy having quiet drinks at home but I won’t be disrespectful in anyway and would always give my house mate heads up on what is going on I like to chill but at same time I am more than happy to keep to myself. Very respectful for others and will always fill my roommate with what I will be doing so I am not dysrupting them in any way. Preferably would like my own bathroom :)
I'm an easygoing, social and respectable person and I have shared homes with many other people from all walks of life. I am a media professional with a full-time job located near Perth airport. As I am new to the city (I am originally from Sydney), I am looking for a place in a nice location that is furnished. I would prefer to live with people in similar circumstances. In my spare time I like to read, watch movies, exercise and go outdoors for rockclimbing and bushwalking.
Hi , My name is Mat, I’m 30, Male, and work full time running a campervan business. I love music, I always have a record playing and have been known to belt out some hits in the shower. I also like to get out and catch live music when i can. Gigs, festivals, etc. Love the footy (AFL) and hoping to get into another beach volleyball team. Also enjoy jogging and cycling. Like relaxing in front of a movie or the latest tv shows. I love to cook, i eat pretty healthy and enjoy cooking for others. Enjoy a drink and socializing but would be very respectful of my housemates. I'm a very relaxed and down to earth guy, and generally find that i get along well with everybody. I live clean, wash up after myself and am happy to contribute to keeping the house nice and clean. I have six sisters so safe to say i am well house trained. I am relocating back to Perth after a year in Cairns. Specifically looking for a place close to the city. I have a perfect rental history and can ask for references from property managers and former flat mates. Anything else you would like to know please feel free to contact me.
Use to living with others, therefor respectful. Moving back to Perth in February and looking for a comfortable place to live with some cool housemates. Will start working full time as soon as I arrive so don’t need to worry about waiting for me to find a job. Night shifts however so will need people who are cool with coming home late. Send me a message if you have anymore questions!
I’m a 40 yr old single female who loves my vegan baking. Not a strict vegan or vego, I go with what I feel. I’ve been share housing since 2011 and have a great rental record. Love my quiet space but also sharing dinners etc. A non-smoker, hardly drink either and looking for a space to call home.
Irish couple. We both work full time and train most evenings. We are friendly and chatty but also like to have our own time and live a busy life style. We would like to live with 1 or 2 other people max. Not into party houses. One of us works in Jandakot so need to be near enough the Kwinana Freeway. We will need two parking spots also. We would like our own bathroom and would consider a furnished apartment with flexibility with length of stay/ lease :-) We like to keep our place clean and tidy :-)
We are two friends (not a couple) travelling to Perth from 🇬🇧 on working holiday visas. We are both 18 years old and have taken a gap year before starting university back home. Looking for a flat share type arrangement whilst living in Perth or her suburbs. We intend to work and explore so do not expect to be at home all that often. We're looking for outgoing flatmates who appreciate a friendly atmosphere, cleanliness, and having a glass or two together from time to time. It would also be cool if you could show us some of the city's best spots. About us: Tom is interested in languages and speaks fluent French, politics, most sports. Amy's interests are drama, travelling, and fashion. We also enjoy keeping fit. We're easy going, enjoy a laugh and going out. We look forward to meeting new, like-minded people.
Hi! I’m moving to Perth at the end of Jan to run a screen funding organisation, after 12 years with Village Roadshow in Melbourne. My partner and 3 young kiddos aren’t able to join me until July, so I’m seeking a room from Feb-July. From looking around at the site, I believe I’d suit an amenity laden high rise and/or flat share close to our East Perth offices. I’m active in a FITBIT wearing 10,000 steps a day kind of way. I suspect I’ll be consumed with work, and when not at work, would love to be using the gym, possibly even the pool etc. I doubt I’d use the kitchen or common areas much. That said, I genuinely enjoy people, socializing, and have enjoyed living in share accommodation before.
Hey! I'm Darren, a PhD student at Curtin University, and I'm originally from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I like to keep a clean and quiet house, so I'm pretty good to live with. I also cook a lot, which I think is a bonus for anyone looking for a good flatmate. I'm looking for flatmates who are chill and easygoing, but I'm usually down for a night out if I have the right company. It'd be awesome to have flatmates whom I can also call my friends!
Hi, I'm easy going, respectful, independent, reliable and clean! Looking for ideally female owner + me. I love animals, Yoga, enjoying healthy life style. Looking forward to hear from you🌼😊
Hello! My name is Thierry, I am a French man coming back to Perth after a year spent in France. I am now an Australian Permanent Resident and start early February a new job in Perth CBD in management consulting . I am looking for a place to stay not far from the beach ( I am into beach volley & Kite surfing) and close to a train station. Main point, I am after a good atmosphere and great people to live with. I have done a lot of housesharing in the last 5 years ( Subiaco, Mount Lawley, Sydney, South Perth) and it has always been a good experience. I am not a party animal, I am more into sports and a good laugh. Clean, tidy, respectful ... and expect my housemates to be the same. I enjoy good dinners with friends and going out on weekends. I hope to hearing from nice opportunities around! PS: I have indicated an initial 9 months of staying but I am actually looking to stay much longer if the atmosphere is great
