I work in recruitment - always busy but like my quiet times. I'm tidy and independent; can hold a conversation and enjoy the odd meal together with a housemate. Not a party person but the odd glass of wine over a meal goes down a treat. Originally from NZ. Our lease is up shortly and need to move on. Looking for easy going, friendly and professional people to share with or self contained ok as well. The key for me is peace and quiet. Currently have rowdy boys next door who like to splash around in their spa pool to all hours of the morning and whilst their conversations are hilarious ... I don't get any sleep.
I am a clean guy, love cooking, unselfish, love to involve myself with people and understand house roles. Have own lounge, TV and bedroom furniture. I am not working due to work issues but still have full time job and payments. Return to work after Christmas. I'm punctual with bills and good budget guy. Love dogs. I work as a van driver on afternoon shift (11am - 8pmish). Some Sundays too. I skateboard and tell awesome dad jokes. I don't smoke or drugs, like to drink casually. I am a well mannered gentleman. I don't touch others belongings unless authorised.
My 3 month probation ends on the last day of October 2018, and I am looking for my own place to call home, if everything turns out well. I work full time, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day in the Perth CBD. I have a car, but I travel by public transport too and from work, so I will require a car garage/ parking space where I move into. For fun, before work, I go the the gym 4 days a week for cardio/strength/resistant training. On the weekends I like to go for a combination of short (<10km) and long (>10km) runs. I am building up for a half marothon (I am at 18km so far without stopping). I am a morning person, so I wake as early as 4.30am (I mostly wake between 5am and 6.30am), and sleep as late as 9pm most nights (depending on my body clock and how tired I am from a long day at work). On most work nights I can be in bed as early as 8pm.
We are a two bubbly, happy, tidy people who are always keen to make new friends. We've recently moved back to Australia for Noel to apply for her partnership visa (shes from California) and for me (from Australia) to start my studies at Curtin University. We are both working in Hospitality and looking forward to finding work in a more professional sector soon. We just got back from a few years of traveling so we are very used to shared living environments. We enjoy chatting over a few drinks but also understand the need for personal space. While we don't have any pets of our own we are guaranteed to fall in love with anyone elses. Noel likes: Hiking, beaching, sailing, reading, and crocheting wicked beanies Trent likes: Hiking, beaching, sailing, drinking, rock climbing and computer games
Pros - Is a chef therefore foods a plenty - Has a vinyl player - Vintage clothes collector - Cleaner than a nunnery - A good hospo scene of humour - Flowerpot man (Gardener AF) - Enjoys a good drink - Wannabe DnD player Cons - In the kitchen at obscene hours of the night - Forever sleeping on days off - One of those grandma types that makes a shit ton of food than necessary
Looking to live somewhere central/ north of the river. Close to transport (preferably Joondalup line)/ cool things. I work full time doing research at a hospital. I do plan to go back to school (eventually) to do some post grad psyc related study. I’m very mellow. I enjoy my own time but appreciate company. Open for a night full of wine and gin. I’m veg and cook now and again (not amazing). I would say I’m fairly eco conscious. Funnily enough I actually enjoy cleaning.
I’m 24, SINGLE lol and Australian. Budget ~ $150/pw (bills included). Preferably SOR around Melville or Cockburn Central. Areas like Rivervale, Cloverdale and surrounds are also suitable. 🚗 I’m respectful, cooperative, communicative and a highly creative soul. Macaroni necklaces for all! 📿 Also, yes I do smoke cigs and my black cat Jinx might be a tag-along too. Lastly, I make a mean stir-fry, cleaning is therapeutic to me and I get off on hanging up laundry. 💫 Personal message me if suited. 📲 Much love, Thursday Adams xx
Hi guys, I am from Italy. I have two jobs, tennis coach and bartender so pretty much always busy but I love some very often to make a nice party with friends or even just to go out for a beer. Lokking for housemates where we can rent the entire house/apartament and share all the bills no far from the city centre. lokking forward to talk to you. Ciao
Heya ! I’m Camille, 24 years old and coming from Switzerland. I’ll be here for at least 6 months and I’m looking for a room to rent. I’m nice, easygoing, respectful, tidy, reliable and fun (that’s what my mom says). I’ll be working a lot so will need some privacy when I’m home but I always enjoy grabbing a drink with some friends or my flatmates or just chilling on the couch. Feel free to contact me if you have what I’m looking for ! :D
Professional guy who lives way SOR but looking to rent a furnished room in city for approx 3 months (maybe a little more if agreed). The good thing is I am clean and quiet and won’t be around on my days off, as I will return home to my partner. So it’s a great arrangement!
I’m looking for a house to move into with people around my age who I can get along with. I’m 21 years old, working as an Education Assistant in multiple primary schools around Perth. Not too fussy on the location as long as it’s within my budget :) I’m a clean person and would like to go into a clean house. In my spare time I’ll either be at the gym, laying in the sun, going for a walk, reading a book or having a glass of wine! I’m not a smoker or a heavy drinker and not at all a party animal. ☺️ Thanks
Hey! My fiance and I are looking for someone to team up with to start a new house share family. We both work as late night bartenders during the weekend, liquor retailers during the week and I also am a karate instructor. We're pretty active people but also spend a lot of time in our room watching netflix. But we also love a bit of socialising and a couple cheeky drinks here and there. Both very clean and easy going. I'll provide quality puns and Jerrica can provide the chilled out vibe only someone with dreads can bring to the table. We're looking close to, but north of the city. What we're finding really hard however is somewhere we will have enough room to get a puppy. If you want to team up or if you have a wonderful puppy friendly room available, flick us a message and we can meetup to discuss over a bevvy or coffee
Hello, my name is Emma and I am 29 years of age. With the big 3 0 fastly appoaching- i figured it was time for a change :) I was born and raised over here in Perth but have been fortunate enough to have found work in my field of choice- as a flight attendant which has brought to me a heap of travel and life experiences all over the world. So I am extremely well diversed and adaptable to my surroundings. I embrace new beginnings and I am a non judgemental open minded person. I embrace contrast and change in life. I have a very positive nature and respect privacy and personal space. If this so far is what appeals to you in finding a housemate please don't hesitate to flick me through a message or give me a call and we go from there, warm regards, Emma.
(Move date Nov. 04) Hi my name is Christine but friends calls me Shin. I am 27 years old Filipina (Philippines). Non-smoker. I am a working professional assigned to work full time in Perth. I have been to Australia for holidays multiple times but it will be my 1st time in Perth. I love going to the beach and reading books. My plan is to explore the beaches and islands in WA every weekend. I am a private person but I am friendly, bubbly and easy going (Yes, I don't bite!). I am looking for accommodation in PERTH CBD area or within the free public transport area. Initially, I am looking for a temporary accommodation for a month time (and can be extended to few months if I cannot find a rental apartment or I enjoyed staying in your flat).
I am currently studying Full time (3 days), and working part time at Coles. I am easy going, shy at first but social once you get to know me. I love art, crafts, nature and am a big fan of dining out! (and cooking). I love travel, relaxing with Netflix and wine, and would love to live in a house with pets! I'm studying Fine Art, so a big place with somewhere (garden maybe) I could work on uni projects would be great!
Hi I'm Karime, I am a tidy/clean, social, tolerant, respectful girl looking forward to share accommodation with similar type of people. I am nurse, working part time and full time (in some weeks), I like cooking a nice dish and enjoy a glass of wine after a hard week of work.
I'm Jess. From Melbourne but moving to Perth in early Oct for my full time job. I'd prefer a 1 bedroom apartment, but will accept sharehouses with max 2 others. I'm friendly, quiet, very respectful of people's privacy and I love a good burger. Hope to hear from you.
