I’m very clean, easy going and I love to cook and bake, plus I have a small 2 year old Maltese x Shitzu called Presley who is House trained and extremely friendly. No drugs, non smoking, sociable but not crazy. I like exercising, taking my boy for long walks and going to the beach. I a professional and work part time in Royal Perth Hospital. I volunteer and am looking to study part time too. I don’t mind a bit of mess, but I’m not a fan of bad hygiene / uncleanliness. I like going out for dinner and to bars and I have a dry sense of humour 🎉🎉
I am looking for a furnished room since I will be living only for about four months in Perth (until beginning/mid of November). I would describe myself as an easygoing, respectful and very clean housemate. I have lived in shared flats before and am open to a chat or meal together but also do value my privacy. I will be studying at ECU for a semester and probably spending my time either studying, doing sports, or exploring the surroundings. Additionally, I might be working part-time. I am definitely not a party animal and prefer a chilled evening with some food and a nice movie or good talks.
Love keeping to myself as much as I do sharing a Board game, drink or conversation :) Love pet's. Dog person. Decent cook. Graphic Designer. Will share bathroom with 1 other for 150p/w. If I'm at home I'm probably trying to relax. Not a house party person. Very clean. Likes cooking.
My name's Ben, I'm 25 and I'm a geoscientist working full time in West Perth. Arrived in Perth a couple of months ago from Melbourne, loving it so far. My current place is fine but I would ideally like to maybe find a place that is potentially a little cheaper. I must give a month's notice for my current place, and if that works for you that'd be great! A little about me: I'm easy to get along with, pretty chilled, not looking for anywhere that parties too much, but also don't wanna live in a place where no one talks to one another and spends 99% of their time in their rooms. I am well house trained, been living in share houses for about 6+ years now. I clean up after myself, am respectful of other people's personal space and such. I'm Half Kiwi, Half british, so my accent is a little confusing to some. I'm a former ski instructor, avid SCUBA diver and part-time cyclist. I occasionally dabble in rebuilding old motorcycles and scooters if funds allow it! Message me back if you feel like I'd be a good fit in your share house! I'm free whenever for viewings during the evenings or on weekends. Bonus flat mate points: I can teach you to ski if you ever happen to need to learn how to ski. Can make pasta from scratch. Have a scooter and can pick up food we order in a flash! Haha. Cheers and looking forward to hearing from you soon. Ben
Hi there, I'm a relaxed 32 yr old Australian Male. I work in the Shipping industry and also recently graduated as a Science Teacher (dip - ed). I'm looking for a place to stay with some friendly, active and respectful peoples. I enjoy cooking, beaching, have an active social life and keeping fit. I play a little music (piano - through headphones) and spend alot of time out and about. Clean and tidy and financially sound. I work shift work at times, hence the want of a private bathroom if possible. I am considerate and do let me schedule intrude on others. Let me know if you have something suitable! Cheers, Andrew
Hello, my name is Emma and I am 29 years of age. With the big 3 0 fastly appoaching- i figured it was time for a change :) I was born and raised over here in Perth but have been fortunate enough to have found work in my field of choice- as a flight attendant which has brought to me a heap of travel and life experiences all over the world. So I am extremely well diversed and adaptable to my surroundings. I embrace new beginnings and I am a non judgemental open minded person. I embrace contrast and change in life. I have a very positive nature and respect privacy and personal space. If this so far is what appeals to you in finding a housemate please don't hesitate to flick me through a message or give me a call and we go from there, warm regards, Emma.
Hi, I’m Kirsten! A 37 years-young professional from Brisbane who just moved back to Perth this month for work. I’m a happy, social creature, so am looking for housemates who enjoy sharing the occasional meal, cup of tea or a wine, but I’m definitely not looking for a party house. I’ve lived in Perth before so have quite a few friends here already but am always open to making more. I’m a clean, tidy and respectful housemate and have been sharehousing for 15 years so I’m well trained :) I also own my own property in Brisbane so I understand what it means to be a good tenant. I’m quite active and enjoy the outdoors, but also the occasional night on the couch. I’m a non smoker and definitely not into drugs. I love traveling and exploring and am looking forward to exploring Perth again! Please get in touch if you think we’re a housemate match. Thanks Kirsten :)
Pros - Is a chef therefore foods a plenty - Has a vinyl player - Vintage clothes collector - Cleaner than a nunnery - A good hospo scene of humour - Flowerpot man (Gardener AF) - Enjoys a good drink - Wannabe DnD player Cons - In the kitchen at obscene hours of the night - Forever sleeping on days off - One of those grandma types that makes a shit ton of food than necessary - ??? - Profit
Hi! Spanish girl, second year W&H VISA, really easy going. Love sport, sunsets and beer/coffee with friends. Looking for a place to call home. Positive, active, love being outdoors. :)
I am currently studying Full time (3 days), and working part time at Coles. I am easy going, shy at first but social once you get to know me. I love art, crafts, nature and am a big fan of dining out! (and cooking). I love travel, relaxing with Netflix and wine, and would love to live in a house with pets! I'm studying Fine Art, so a big place with somewhere (garden maybe) I could work on uni projects would be great!
I'm an academic working full-time. Early 30s, I teach film studies at one of the metro universities. Obviously I'm into films and that sort of thing :) I spend a fair amount of time teaching on campus but I also work from home writing & doing lesson plans (1-2 days a week, depending on how many classes per semester I teach). I'm quiet and neat, enjoy cooking and a nice wine on occasion. Non-smoker, and I like both cats and dogs. Would be great to have a housemate who enjoys a chat - I think it's nice when flatties can talk & socialise on occasion. ps. I'll take this ad down when I've found a place :)
I'm very quiet, easy-going, friendly, respectful and tend to keep to myself, but I'm also a sociable person and like to make friends. I spend most of my time studying. I work part-time in the city and I'm looking for the right place to live.
Hi, my name is Laura, I am a 29 y/o teacher who is currently living and working in Perth. My current housemate is moving home and I now need a new place to explore. I am clean, tidy and very well trained. I also come fully equipped with living and dining furniture as well as a full kitchen kit and other bits and pieces. I’m probably more introverted at heart but do like entertaining (drinks and nibbles and such), enjoy my own space but also like good conversation or a movie with a glass of wine to unwind from a big day. I enjoy films, music and the odd adventure. I have lived and taught in Perth for the last 3 years and love living close to the city. I'd like to find a new home and friends, not just somewhere to live. Feel free to contact me if you think we’d get along. Thanks.
I'm into yoga and spiritually inclined, am vegetarian so want someone who is respectful of that, a clean cook w be great. I'm creative, environmentally friendly like gardening and growing food. I would love to live with some cool and conscious people. I work in a bar mainly nights so you wouldn't see me if your working 9-5. I plan to study next year on the side. my current house mates are dirty so want to find some clean people to live with prob 2 others max. am quiet, mature, chilled out, like a drink after a big night at work, humor is important too. hit me up!
I'm a mining professional moving to Perth from Kalbarri where my partner and I have a restaurant. I'm looking to live close to the CBD. While I need a room for myself, about once a month my partner will come stay with me for a few days and maybe bring a little dog (Lhasa apso) whos 10 and very well trained. I'm clean, extremely well travelled, discrete and thoughtful. Looking for like minded share friends. My partner is Iranian - Australian.
I am an American PhD student in Archaeology studying at the University of Western Australia. I am coming back to Perth after a 3 year stay in Germany to finish my PhD, so I will be working quite a lot during my stay. I'd prefer somewhere quiet but in a cool neighborhood where it is easy to get around as I will not have a car. I'm open to live with both men and women but please no crazy party houses. That being said, I do enjoy a beer or glass of wine while watching a movie or evening chat and I sometimes go out on the weekends but I prefer to have a clean and comfortable place to live. I enjoy cooking and wouldn't mind setting up a share-dinner thing, I also like gardening, yoga, movies, going to live music events, board games, wine-tasting, and meeting new people. I'm generally easy going and communicative with my flatmates. I don't need the house to be sparkling clean every day but I like to keep things tidy and maybe do a deeper clean on the weekends. At the end of the day, I would just like a nice, pleasant, friendly place to live with cool and drama-free people 😊 I should add that at some point my partner might come and stay with me for an extended period (ca. 1 month), since I will be away for ca. 6 months in Perth. We are happy to pay more rent if that is required. He is also an archaeologist and is from Norway. We are pretty similar (he prefers a clean place, semi-quiet but definitely not anti-social), I think your only issue might be that we're nerds and will talk about our joint profession a lot. That being said, if you want to learn more about archaeology, look no further!
22 year old student working part time in West Perth. I’m easy going, clean and tidy, friendly and don’t mind a cheeky wine on a Friday. Looking for a room in an existing sharehouse or even open to teaming up and starting a new one :)
Hey my name is Kyle, I am 28 years old and I am from Scotland. I have just graduated as secondary school teacher this year and work full time as a lab technician in Bullsbrook/Welshpool. I am clean and reasonable house mate who is easy to get along with. I understand that it is a shared house and so are the house duties. Sometimes I'll even cook you dinner. I also like to exercise, watch sport (cricket, AFL, basketball, ice hockey and soccer) and occasionally go out on weekends with my friends. I do have a pet dog called Archie who is a Kelpie cross, he is very well behaved and doesn't shed much. He is also extremely friendly and isn't too big.
