2 kiwi girls looking for (preferably) a 1 bedroom apartment or room in an apartment. Moving to Melbourne mid-April 2018 for PhD study and work. We’re very clean and respectful, enjoy cooking, sports/gym, and are very excited to explore Melbourne when we arrive!
Pretty chilled out, as long as you respect me we will get along fiiiiine. 20 year old, country town gal (NSW), studying Marketing/Graphic Design at ACU. I am working at a bookstore in my spare time, and when I am not at uni/work there is a good chance I am at home. I just want to emphasise now that I am not looking for a party house (or someone who smokes bc I have been blessed with the lungs of a fish out of water). So if this is you, I wish you the best but it's a no from me today. I enjoy reading, art and graphic design - and of course a good Netflix binge when feelin' a little stressed. Love a good laugh and good coffee (probably too much). Just looking for someone who cleans without having to be 'asked' and isn't a reflection of my last roomies *cries*. I've had fairly horrible experiences in the past with bad roommates, so if you know you are that person please cut all ties with me now! I would appreciate someone who cleans up their shiz, respects their space. If you've read this far and I haven't scared you off, hit me up! I swear I am not an annoying person, just sick of people who don't/won't do their part and make living in Melbourne hell for me 💕
I am an easy going 28 year old. I like be active and out and about when I can, whether that is having a drink or trying new food. I work full time in sales at The Urban List, so if you need tips on places to visit in Melbourne I can help. I like to live in a clean and fun house, where I can share time with my housemates but also have time to myself. I enjoy all my sports, especially the footy and get to as many games at the MCG as I can.
Hi, i'm Henry! I'm a full-time Law student undertaking my final year at VU. I work at a Pharmacy in between that. I'm a avid lover of sport, movies and books. I'm a clean, tidy and respectful housemate. I enjoy socialising with other housemates, but also understand that everyone needs their own space. Looking for anything from 6 months - 1 year, but that is open to change if I really like the place! Any other questions, don't hesitate to ask!
I'm dependable, trustworthy, a little quirky, and honest (although it might take a little while for me to fully open up to people). I'm a quiet person in general but I'm also friendly and will become more talkative and excitable once I've gotten used to the people I'm around. I'll admit in my personal spaces I can be a small bit messy but otherwise I consider myself to be clean and organised. I'm willing to negotiate and compromise and would rather talk problems out than argue. My hobbies include reading, watching Netflix and anime, and a whole lot of drawing and painting, as well as playing console, computer and tabletop games. Also, and I'm not entirely sure how relevant this is, but i really love Japanese culture and language and so i can read and speak beginner-intermediate Japanese. Well, that pretty much covers it without giving an entire life story, ahaha. Please consider me!
Hi I'm Rikki, a 31 yo nurse living in Richmond for the past 3 years and would love to stay in the area. I work for a nursing agency so technically am casually employed but pretty much work full time hours. I have been doing this for around 5 years and have never had any problems affording rent etc. This also means I am a shift worker but am usually spoilt for choice with shift so don't work night shift (unless I'm desperate) and do minimal weekends. Speaking of weekends you will usually find me at one of Richmonds many drinking/dining establishments but I also love a quiet drink at home, especially if the sun's out. Being from Melbourne I'm naturally a sports lover, AFL and NRL in particular although I'm still yet to find my love of cricket... I guess I'll have to keep working on that one. As previously mentioned I have lived in Richmond for the past 3 years with a flat mate and have also lived in many share houses so am very respectful of others privacy, belongings and need for sleep. I am hoping to find someone to begin a new lease with and I come with a decent amount of furniture which we could utilize if needed.
Hi, I’m 26 and from the UK. I’m clean and tidy and like to keep it pretty tame through the week. Like to be social and make the most of Melbourne on the weekends by I’m also partial to a take away and a night in front of the tv
I'm a recent Uni graduate (bachelor of Arts, specialising in fashion) looking to move to Melbourne for better opportunities. My plan is to move, find work doing whatever at first and then go up the career ladder in my own field when opportunity allows. I'm tolerant of other cultures, lifestyles, etc. I mind my own business normally. I'm pretty quiet, I don't drink to excess, I have never smoked and never taken illegal drugs. All I ask for is a room, bed, wardrobe, drawers and somewhere to put my computer. I would prefer a private room in an existing share house. I will consider room sharing but only if the place is VERY CLOSE to the CBD or in it. Sorry, not interested in teamups. I would rather live with people of similar age but age isn't necessarily a dealbreaker. Dealbreakers: - smoker who smokes inside - illegal drug use - intolerant / nasty
My name is Belle and I am 26 years old. I work in digital marketing in the city. I'm looking for a place i can call a home and unwind after a day of work. I love coming home and having a chat about our day and binge on a good show or movie. On the weekends i love to explore Melbourne.
I’m moving back to Melbourne for my final year of study for graphic design. I’m a quiet person who keeps to themselves and can be very social depending on the house and the people. I love to eat and cook and will always find a favourite coffee shop!
My name is Maddy, I'm 25 and will be moving from the Gold Coast to Melbourne in Feb 2018 to study a Master of Psych at Monash in Clayton. I'll also be looking for a casual job. I'm looking for a friendly share house to move in to. I'd like to move in with people who are keen to hang out and have a good time. I only know a few people in Melbourne so a social household will be a great start. I'm a friendly, social and open person. If you think I'd be a good fit for your house and want me to come round and check it out in Feb, let me know :)

Hello! New in the city, new in Australia. My name is Pello, I´m moving there from Spain. I´m architect and graphic designer. Preferably I want a room for March. But if the location is good for my office, i can stay longer. Easy going, open minded, love making new friends and meeting people from all the world, traveling and learning something new every day. I also like going out, sport, cultural events, music... I like my home tidy and clean and I´m very respectful with other flatmates. I would like to share flat with someone similar, friendly and respectful.
Hi! My name is Anne, I'm a 25 year old Dutchie, moving from Amsterdam to Melbourne for a master's at the University of Melbourne. Besides studying I plan to travel a lot to explore the most I can of Australia while I'm there! I'm quite the busy bee (traveling, sports, soaking up some local culture) so I probably won't be home that often, but I do like to have house nights, drink a glas of wine or beer, watch a movie or share a meal with roommates!
I moved from a small, far south coastal NSW town in 2016 to start at Melbourne Uni in a science degree. I'm hoping to get into med (scary) to become an orthopaedic surgeon! I also work in a foodstore/cafe in South Yarra. I'd like to find a place with a few people (preferably late 20s, mature and not into drugs and smoking) who are either full-time workers or full-time students and have lived in share houses before because I don't want to live in a "party" house (however, I don't mind going out for a drink once in a while). I have lived in share houses before and I'm very considerate, polite, very quiet and a bit of a clean freak and respect everyone's private space. I'd like to find similar people to live with! I enjoy studying (weird, I know), hanging out with friends, exploring Melbourne and going to the gym. I binge watch stupid youtube videos, Friends and obviously Harry Potter. Also, I'd love someone to go to the footy with me! If someone wants to take me to the beach as well I won't decline the offer :) My ideal place would be near a train station since it's a bit of a trek to uni, especially in the mornings! (no share rooms)
