Hello this is Sky! Me and Jojo,we are two girls looking for a room close to tram or train station. We are lovely girls, with good reference, tidy, happy and relaxed. Respect each other as we share everyday together!
Hi, I'm Chelsea. I'm 28 and work full time in the city. I'm clean, generally pretty quiet on work nights but do like good banter. On weekends, I like to go to brunch, visit my friends or travel back to the country to see my family.
I am friendly, athletic, relaxed, and very clean & tidy. Always out; either working out, at work, or being social with friends. Also enjoy my own quiet time. I work in fashion and love being creative. I am very Easy going :)
We are mid twenties couple from the UK who have just landed here in Melbourne! Were here on a working holiday visa and both working in the CBD to get save some dollar for a few months and then hopefully travel around Australia too! We consider ourselves to be friendly and bubbly characters and easy to get on with! We are pretty chilled too and love to travel, eat good food, keep ourselves happy and healthy, and just generally enjoying life. We like socialising too on the weekends but also enjoy our chilled out movie evenings :)
Hi guys. I'm 36, single, no smoker and social drinker. Looking for a nice place to spend my final two months in Melbourne. I've just finished my studies here and now I need to save as much money as possible, then I'm looking for an affordable private furnished room with no bond and not over 200 pw all bills included. In return you would get an easygoing and tidy housemate. I work weekend night shifts in hospitality so most of the time that I'm home I'm sleeping, checking my social media and watching Netflix. I'm quiet and respectful but I also enjoy a good conversation, sharing dinner, lunch, beers, play station, xbox, you name it. As I'm in a budget I would prioritise cooking at home over eating out so I would need to make use of the kitchen rather often. I'm also looking for a full-time job on weekdays. If you think I meet the profile just drop me a message. I can provide you guys with personal references from my Australian employer or the current Australian family I've been living with for almost a year. Thanks very much and looking forward to meet you soon. Cheers.
Hi, I'm a full time working professional. I'm clean, tidy and respectful. I like to social myself but also need my own space sometimes. I do yoga, go to the gym, meditation. Love to go out for social events, museum, concerts, have a glass of wine. I'm looking for a furnished room, preferable for 4 months.
Hi, My name’s Nadia and I’m 22 years old. I’m moving from Brisbane to Melbourne to do postgraduate study at Monash University and am looking for a room in a house full of awesome and friendly housemates (possibly 21 to 28 years old, although I’m not too fussy). I also have someone else interested in teaming up with me, so if you have 2 rooms free or are interested in working with us to start up a new house, also let me know! I am hoping to find housemates that are open to becoming friends, perhaps share the occasional meal together and sometimes go out on the weekends. I know some people just want a room to sleep in and aren’t interested in getting to know the people that they live with, but that’s not really me. Having said that, because I’ll be a full-time student so I’ll often be studying and would like to have my own space when necessary. I’m also a rather tidy person (although this sometimes occurs in cycles), so I’m hoping to find some housemates that also like to live in a clean environment. I’m also not much of a party person but enjoy spending time with other over board games, hiking, cooking together etc. If I sound like the sort of housemate you’re looking for, please message me, I’d love to hear from you! If my dates and your dates don’t quite line up, feel free to contact me anyway as I’m willing to be flexible to find some awesome people. Lastly, I’m happy to answer any questions and chat via the phone or skype to see if we’d be a good fit :)
I am an Indian born and brought up in Dubai. I am an easy going person who's up for a chat about anything in life whenever needed but at the same time I love a bit of time to myself(ESPECIALLY WHEN ITS TIME TO STUDY). I'm looking for 1 bedroom to myself but I'm also okay to look at apartments with someone who's looking out for rooms too. I'm moving to Melbourne to commence my Masters in Sports Management degree at La Trobe which will take place for 2 years. My life revolves around sports like Cricket, Tennis & football but I also take interest in other sports. I have worked before in the field of education as a cricket coach back in Dubai. I'm also a professional cricketer who's spent his time playing senior club level cricket in India for a few years. Love to keep myself active as much as I can which means if you need to find me, you should probably start off by looking at the gym. Haha! An absolute food lover as well with an ability to cook up some good meals every now and again. I like to eat healthy but a cheat meal once in a while never harmed anyone. Occasional drinker and a non-smoker! Feel free to contact me at any time.
My name is Coco, I'm a French girl looking for a room to rent in Melbourne. I'm working in the CBD, so I would like to find a place close to this area, and normally I should go to the university to do a Business Bachelor. I'm really easy going, I used to leave in a housharing with 6 other people, I love spending time with my flatemates !
Hey future housemates! I'm a fun chilled out kinda gal who enjoys a night in with a bottle of wine and netflix but am also up for nights out on weekends every now and then! I'm a professional dancer and I work at a restaurant in Port Melbourne when I'm not dancing so i have a stable income and haven't had a problem with rentals before :) Reason for moving is that i wish to be closer to the city as I'm currently travelling form Mornington everyday! Feel free to send me a message if you feel like we'd get along and want to meet for coffee! Look forward to hearing from you! Nicole :)
Hey I'm Sam. I'm 23 and currently living on the Mornington Peninsula but looking to find a place in/around the city to reduce the travel time to uni. I study optometry full-time at the University of Melbourne and work part-time at OPSM. Clean, respectful and open minded, so pretty cruisey when it comes to who i live with! Happy with any kind of roommate relationship, whatever suits best, happy to be friends but also recognise people will have their own social lives as well. :)
Hi guys, I'm Ryan. I just moved back home after living in the UK and prior to that in Japan for a snow season. I work in Finance and love a froffie. I'm a very social person, but can also just chill in my room and not disturb. I'm clean and tidy and have lived in many share houses before. I enjoy exercising and training for football during the week but also going out for dinner or relaxing.
I'm easy going and can talk about anything. I don't take myself too seriously though value doing a good job of things and being reasonable and respectful. I'm clean and tidy and don't leave a foot print (so to speak). I'm most often away with work and at the gym and attending other social events. I'm very independent and also mindful of other people's space. I also have a robust sense of humour which can be important for creating good vibes :) BTW I'm also quite flexible with the move date (any weekend or week day until 15/7) and length of stay. I can potentially stay much longer than 6 months - just thought that might be a good length of time to start on. I'm also very pet friendly in case you have pets.
Hey! I'm a 25 year old female professional that has recently relocated from Sydney for a new full time job, after studying Nutrition/ Food Science at uni. I'm looking to live near the cafe/ bar atmosphere with housemates that are social with each other and enjoy a glass of wine or a chat after work or watch tv/ netflix together. I'd love to be friends with my housemates, as I am new to the city! Once I am more settled here, I will look at joining a gym/ yoga, and love visiting markets or shopping on the weekend. I would like to live somewhere close to the bar/ cafe/ restaurant scene, with good public transport, but that is also quiet at nighttime, and ideally has free parking. If you have pets, this a definitely a bonus, though I do not have any. My preference is to have one female and one male roommate around the same age as me, but I am open to all other options!
Hey! I'm Ben, 29 and working in sales. I'm in the process of relocating to Melbourne, from Sydney, for work. I'm flying down to Melbourne from 5-12 July to look for a new home, with a move in date of around 22 July. Interests include art, design (interior, architecture), health, fitness, cooking (love to cook) and travel. Planning on studying Interior Design at RMIT next year while working full time, so will be kept busy. A standard week for me is filled with work and gym, yoga etc after work. I eat out a couple of times a week with mates. On the weekends I like to get out and about - looking forward to exploring new places around town. I enjoy a drink or two on the weekends though not a partier. I don't watch a huge amount of TV - tend to prefer music and reading but have gotten into a few series on Netflix before (loved the US version of Shameless!). I'm clean and tidy around home too, happy to pitch in with cleaning or pay for a cleaner.
