I am an postgraduate architecture student studying in UNSW. I like to make friends, chit-chat with others, share my experiences from global views, sometimes have to stay overnight because of heavy burden of my major, one to two days, sometimes like that. I would like to find flatmates with similar rest schedule (no night working flatmates, no regular overstay please)
We are 2 french guys, 23 years old and we're currently searching a flat in Sydney. We'll go in Australia from 25th of January to June. Laura will do an internship in Vivaz dance (dance shoe company) in Rosebery. We really want to discover Sydney. It's our first time in Australia and the Théo's dream and here we are ! Bye :)
I am looking for a room to rent in shared accommodation. I am a PhD student at UNSW, and so will be at uni most of the time. Although I'm not a party animal, I would love to have some fun times with my flatmates. I've studied in London and I miss being by a beach (home is in Montenegro), so I'd love to live near one. Alternatively, I'd like to find a place near UNSW.
Hey there! I'm looking for a place to call home when I move to Sydney! I really love the Eastern beaches so would ideally like to be in that area or at least closeby if possible. I work full time, have been living in sharehouses for 7 years in Melbourne so know how to live with other people, be a housemate as well as a friend and able to respect people's space. I'm clean and tidy in all shared spaces and believe in cleaning up as you go, especially in the kitchen... This will be my first foray into Sydney living so am looking for some like minded peeps to show me the cool places to hangout and hopefully share a meal or drink with every now and again. Would love to hear from you if you have a room available or are interested in a teamup. *Not interested in any shared rooms
Hi there, We are a couple and live about 7-8 months in Sydney and the rest in Thailand where we have our own home. I am a renovator contractor working on my own projects scheduled in advanced for months. We don't want to rent an apartment for a year or 6 months as we are away for about 2 months every 3-4 months. We are very easy-going, clean and like to be in piece as I work 6-7 days a week.
About myself: Hello, I am a Korean veteran sergeant(SGT) who have left the force on the August 27, 2018. I have served the Combined (ROK-US) Force at the 'United Nation Command Security Battalion-Joint Security Area(UNCSB-JSA)'. Also known as 'PanMunJom(PMJ)' where Defector Incident(Nov 13, 2017) and Inter[North & South]Korean Summit(April 27, 2018) occurred recently(More infos in the News & Google). I have worked as an Intelligence Analyst(IA) in the army for 1.75 years and now I am back as a civilian but with a particular sets of skills, living & working in Australia. Team ups: I am planning to rent a newly built or modern apartment(At least a gym inc. as I like to keep myself fit) in the eastern suburbs(which is under 10 mins to central via train) and I am looking for someone who is tidy, respectful & pays bill on time, much like me(no prefer gender). If you are sick and tired of searching your own room at an overpriced old messy looking houses or apartment and your budget under $300, message me here at flatmates.com.au and we’ll team up to get a modern apartment under $300 no problem(Unless you want your own bathroom, we’ll have to negotiate a new price). I am very flexible with moving out dates, so do not be concerned about my ‘preferred move date’.

I'm Currently working full time, and in my spare time enjoy playing a bit of footy and the occasional drink. clean and tidy respectful towards others, very social, but also understand personal space and love my own aswell. I'm an exchange student at UNSW from South Africa that's easy going, open, honest and reliable. I clean up after myself and enjoy company as well as my own space. I'm currently studying in the Netherlands and so bring with me a whole bunch of international experiences. I love the ocean and the beach, all kinds of music and photography. I am looking for a private bedroom in a shared house with fun and relaxed flatmates!
I am moving up to Sydney from Melbourne for a full-time job. I will be moving up to Sydney around 5th of February 2019 and have put up an early listing to see if anything might be available during that time. I am friendly and easy-going, but I also am respectful of other's privacy and personal space. I am tidy and clean, and also very well organised. * I am open to various suburbs that are within 30km of the CBD.
I get along with others well by being friendly without being imposing. I'm originally from New Zealand but have been living on the Gold Coast for 10 years now and am moving to Sydney to start a new job in Alexandria. I mostly spend my spare time watching movies and playing games, and by extension am relatively good at technical fixes with computers etc.
I'm an 18-year-old film Student at AFTT (Academy of Film theatre and television) originally from Argentina. I grew up in a big house so I'm used to taking my part of the weekly chores, and more importantly, not making a mess in the first place so it's easier to clean. I speak English, Spanish and German and I'm pretty easy going, love to socialise and meet new people but also like to have some time for me to just relax. I'm usually pretty busy with Uni and Film gigs so I come and go for most of the week. I have been living here since February but i decided to stop renting around and get a place on my own with some cool new flatmates. I'm looking for a private room, ideally sharing with around 2-3 Flatmates. Moving date is flexible.
Hi, all! We are a friendly Russian couple (Kate and Zak) who move to Sydney in February 2019 and slowly looking for a great place to stay for the whole visa duration (4 years). Zak has got the scholarship from UNSW and going to do his postgraduate research towards PhD in the School of Minerals and Energy Resources Engineering (UNSW). Zak has already finished his MSc in this school recently. Kate is an architect and going to enjoy Sydney and might be working full-time or part-time while Zak is studying. We think that we are a great couple to share the flat (house) with. We are very clean, not very noisy, don't smoke and not partying much. We love sport, such as fitness, hiking and swimming. We have no problem to communicate with the neighbours. Zak is studying a lot, and you may not see him a lot. We will have no problem to pay as Zak's scholarship will fully cover this kind of expenditures. Looking forward to hearing from potential neighbours or landlords, Sincerely, Zak and Kate
Great couple from Greece. We just want a short term stay for 1 month for holiday
Neat and tidy, clean professional shift worker at the airport travelling interstate on regular basis. Need quiet, mature household for possible relocation to Sydney. Just looking at what's available. Not confirmed move yet.
I am English, 43 years old and been living over here for 16 years or so. I am a relaxed, easy going and a clean and tidy person. I love socialising with friends, but also happy to chill out at home. I am looking for a home, not just a room to rent, so would like to share with someone who would like to occasionally socialise, share a glass of wine, but also be able to respect each others privacy.
Hey my name is Zuzana I am originally from Slovakia but don't live in my home country. I have traveled many countries, have been living in USA, UK, last year in Spain. I'm looking for nice place for long lasting stay close by city center. I would like to have my own room with a private bathroom in modern complex. I'm studying in the city center so I require good availability by public transpot (max. 20min by train). I hate mess so I would appreciate if my flatmates are responsible persons.
German student from Berlin, easygoing, love partying and going out, like football, beachvolleyball, surfing, clean and tidy person, self independent, non smoker, experienced in sharehousing, especially looking for accomadation with other students, searching for like minded people Cheers, Valentin Welle
Hi there! My name's Sarah - I work at UNSW and am currently looking for somewhere new, either a bit closer to work or any kind of body of water :) I'm a pretty easy going, clean and tidy flatmate. Not a great cook - so hey, I won't take up the kitchen that often ;) Bit of an arts enthusiast - at my happiest when I'm at a gig, an art gallery, the movies, etc. I also sing in an acapella group, which is a lot of fun (and yes, a fair bit like Pitch Perfect, haha). Work can be quite hectic, so on weeknights I often just like to chill out in my room in front of a good TV show. I'm very independent and respectful of other people's space and privacy. But always keen to have a chat, or go out for drinks/dinner every now and then too. It'd be great to share with people who'd eventually become friends as well :)
I'm a clean and responsible person looking to move reasonably close to Mascot I work in Social Media and normally between 8am-10pm (rotating) although on call 24/7 I'm looking for a place that isn't a party house, but more then happy to have a few friends over and a few drinks. Happy to team up for a new place, as I have some bedroom furniture.
I’m quiet, respectful, and tidy. I'm living in Brisbane at the moment but am moving to Syndey in the next month due to work. I will be working full time. I'll be new to the area so I'd love to meet some like-minded and easy going people. I would prefer somewhere with my own bathroom and available parking (street parking is fine). Please message me if you’d like any info about me 😊
I'm a business professional working in Mascot, and would like to live somewhere close to work. I'm very easy going, I clean up after myself, and I'm quiet. Shoot me a message, and let's see if we can get a place!
I am looking for a furnished room not far from City. I am an accountant, working all day and study CPA in the evening so I prefer to stay in a place that is quiet at the evening and at night. I use my room mostly for studying and sleeping and meet with my friends or do other activities outside my home but I am very happy to meet with new people and have new friends. I don't have any furniture so I am looking for a furnished room . I need an air-condition. In my free time I like hiking.
We are a couple set to finish our degree from UNSW this year 2018 . Both very clean and respectful of our housemate’s privacy. We are also responsible of taking care of the house like it’s our own. We dont smoke and we dont host parties in the house. We dont have a pet yet but dont mind living in a place with one. (Planning to get a pet soon) We are also open to team up with potential housemates who are respectful, clean, and nice in general. Kindly hit us up if you have a place in the places that I’ve mentioned.
Hey! I grew up on a farm near Wagga Wagga and moved to Sydney to study/work in the Software Engineering industry 5 years ago. In my spare time I enjoy going on hikes in the wilderness, gardening, doing my best at bouldering, occasional gaming and sharing a meal and a chat with others. I’m a tidy, quiet, considerate and trustworthy person who is easy to live with and I am looking for flatmates with similar qualities. I've got several past and current roommates willing to give references if you'd like. :)
Hi, I’m Ömer and my girlfriend Ece we are a couple from İstanbul. We both going to language school in mornings and will work at afternoon or evening. We will be at outside generally but when we are at home we want to build good relationships with our flatmates ! Me used to work as an optometrist and Ece has worked as a flight attendant in our country. We have easy-going, respectful personalities and love to have fun. Like doing sports and learning new instruments these days
I'm an easy going person, clean and respectful. I like socialising but won't throw drink parties at home, daily routine is pretty tight with two jobs so I might either leave early or back home late. I won't make big noise, prefer quiet and neat places. Into gym and boxing, outdoor activities, travelling and any random things. Cheers
Hi! I am looking to move in or team up with one other person preferable in the Zetland area. I am hoping to relocate from Newcastle to Sydney at the beginning of January as I have started a new full time job in in the CBD at a law firm. I am a quiet person generally, but love sharing dinner and a wine. I am a huge coffee person and foodie, so will be out and about exploring Sydney for the best coffee spots and restaurants on weekends. I am getting into running and my other joys are photography, exploring surrounds and travelling. For the animal lovers, I have a 7 month old cocker spaniel! Augie loves being with people and does not bark! I will be spending most of my free time going on walks with him and taking him to dog parks. Please message me if you would like to chat further.
Couple of cool cats looking for a third person to let us afford to rent in the inner city. Pls help a sis out. 😂 We’re looking for individual rooms also. Lachie (20) is me, I’m a student (6 months left) and a barista so I keep myself busy. But love a glass/bottle or two of Prosecco to take the edge off. Lachlan (23) is an engineer by day and asleep by night. Except on weekends when he’s more than down for a boogie. We’re both social but also very respectful. So if you’d like to join the clan just hit us up!
I'm a clean, tidy, respectful non-smoker who enjoys a quiet chat in the evening. I like the occasional night out for a low-key meal or pub trivia, but otherwise I'm just looking for a place to stay through the week as I fly back to my family in Brisbane each weekend. I'm looking for a room in a shared apartment or small house with other like-minded professionals. Preferably a mixed gender household aged 30's to 40's. I work in Mascot, so I'm looking for somewhere I can walk to work or near a train station. I'm flexible on a move date. Please contact me and we'll arrange to meet up.
I am a future Master student at UNSW next year. Love to find some friendly easy-going flatmates to live and hangout with. I love exploring music, working out in the gym and trying out new experience. I don't throw parties but enjoy socialising from time to time.
