Hi there, I am a 22 year old student at Macquarie University, studying a Bachelor of Medical Sciences in my first year. I am very quiet and keep to myself, I'm honestly not much of a talker and value my privacy. I consider myself a bit of a phantom housemate - rarely seen or heard. I do have a boyfriend that I like to have over sometimes [we're both quiet], but otherwise I don't party or like to have people over. I spend most of my time studying and listening to music, however you won't have to put up with my tastes as I'm aware that sound travels throughout a house and so keep it down, especially at night. I am also a very strict non-smoker and non-drinker. I am generally tidy and clean up after myself, both in my own room and in common areas. I'm a light user of the kitchen, and don't need much pantry space. I can supply all of my own things like towels, plates/bowls/cutlery and bedding, so the only things I would need to share would be a washing machine, dryer and fridge. I adore cats and can happily live with them, dogs depend. Anywhere within a 15 minute walk to a train station on the T1 line from North Sydney to Hornsby is ideal [so I will consider suburbs outside what it listed on my profile, due to the 20 suburb maximum]. I don't mind a furnished or unfurnished room, as long as it can comfortably fit a bed, desk and a small bookshelf. My rental budget is a maximum of $200/week, including bills. I hope to meet you and become a great housemate! - Blake
I'm a 23 year old female who has lived in Sydney all her life. I work full time and am looking to live in the Inner West area. I'm easy going and clean, I like to eat reasonably healthy and I can cook! I like my space and will respect yours too. I'm active and I enjoy getting out, and about on weekends and socialising, but also love to curl up on the lounge with a glass of wine!
Hi, my name is Mark from the UK & I am clean, considerate, quiet & respectful. I have a long history of renting share accommodation & have lived in OZ for 16yrs. I aim to live in the property 2-4 days p/w. I do not party & you will not even notice when I am home.

I am fairly quiet, and keep mostly to myself. I am looking for somewhere to stay in the Parramatta CBD to be close to my college campus, as I have a neurological disorder that leaves me permanently in pain. If I can have access to an ensuite, you will likely see very little of me, as I will spend most of my time in my room, resting, reasearching online, or just relaxing.
I am 27 years old, Indonesian, and Single. I am an easy going person and very much interested in making friends with anyone especially from different culture. I am a clean and tidy person and would probably like to spend most of my time being outside the house since I am new in town. Anyone looking for a flat mate to share the house with, please feel free to contact me.
I'm easygoing, tidy and respectfull person. I like a healthy lifestyle. On the weekends, I am usually out. I'm looking for nice and clean room with ensuite or own bathroom close to the public transport (train station) and shopping center.
Currently in Bankstown, looking to move ASAP!! A very friendly, respectable and outgoing person. Full time student studying Business in Hotel Management in the city. So it is ideal to be living within an hour at the most from Circular Quay. Am happy to share a meal and do things together here and there but I do like my own privacy at times. Hoping to stay with someone who will let me have a friend over (no I'm not asking for a party) every now and then since I have no family to visit and I've only moved to Sydney last year. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to send a message or call!

My name is Nikita and I am 27 years old. I recently relocated from Melbourne to Sydney and am very keen to explore this city. I am a health professional and my job requires significant amount of travel around West and North West Sydney. Due to the nature of my role, I will on occasion work from home. I am looking for a share house that is social (and hopefully housemates that enjoy cheese and wine as much as I do) but also allows for privacy. I am looking forward to eating my way through Sydney and already have an extensive list of cafes and restaurants I intend to visit. I consider myself to be a neat and considerate person, who really dislikes clutter.
Hi Guys! My name is Rohit Sridhar and I currently reside in India, but I am looking to move to Sydney,Australia in December this year. I am neat, tidy, friendly and respect others privacy, but I'm always open for a chat. I enjoy listening to music, watching tv and anything to do with cars, because I love cars and I'm extremely passionate about them. I will be looking for a job when I land in Sydney, and would be working full time as I'll be done with my studies by then. I am looking for a team up to take up a full rental property( a 2 or 3 bedroom place) or an existing share house. If you find me to be suitable, please do not hesitate to contact me. I am looking for a neat, tidy and friendly individual such as myself. Males and Females are accepted, Couples are also accepted. Thanks for reading and I hope to hear from you soon.

My job involves extensive travel, which means I will be away most of the time during the week. I do not drink and drink but a sporty type person. Relatively new to Australia and looking to buy own place in near future hence option to look for share. Will be great to find a nice welcoming home (if shared- temporary; if self-contained cottage, long term stay) I do have a car- some form of parking will be great Will bring own bed, fridge and other basics Thank you for your consideration
I live a busy life, work full time, gym it a lot, I also work on other creative projects outside work. I am clean - tidy and responsible and want a place thats relaxing and quiet to live in. Hi, I am a structural team leader with Persian background. My new job is in Silverwater. Previously I was living in Chatswood but I need to move to a place closer to my work place (Somewhere in Newington, Ermington, Meadowbank, Rydalmere, Wentworth Point, Rhodes, Ryde and West Ryde). I prefer to be close to my office to be able to run or ride to the office. I love sport and hate smoke! Generally I don't drink, except in very special occasions. I need a quite place to live and a work/study in weekends so a very small bedroom doesn't work for me as I need a desk in my room. I need a furnished bedroom with a desk (happy to buy a desk if the rent fee is reasonable). I have some good references (either the owner or flatmates). I'd rather find a share house with the owner than living with quite few flatmates. I am clean and quite. I need the room from 1st of April.
Hi, I'm Jarrod, a medical student at Western Sydney University. During my final year I will be placed at Concord Hospital, and as such I will need to relocate somewhere around there. (It is also likely that I will be working near here in 2018-onwards, so I will be hoping to stay in the house longer). Over the past 4 years I have lived in share houses in Campbelltown with a few different people and enjoyed the time I have spent with them, but it is unfeasible for them to move with me or for me to commute every day. I already receive the full youth allowance amount, which is my main source of income, along with 3 scholarships, and my bulk of savings. I'm pretty clean and quiet (med student) but I am all for people coming and chilling at our house. I have my own fridge, washing machine, lounges, TV cabinet, 2 TVs, study furniture, and my own bedroom furnishings. So, buying common furniture for the house isn't a worry; I'm all set! The main concern for me is my dog. I have a German Shepherd X (DOB: 1/7/15). He is a lovely dog and so friendly with people and other animals, but I know pets can be a major drawback for some people. I can't move without him. If there is anything else you need to know please get in touch with me. Warm regards, Jarrod
I'm a clean tidy person, open to making new friendships and creating a great carer! I love to cook and learn different things and languages. I like to be adventurous. I'm from a country town called Grafton, recently moved to Sydney to further my studies in Business Administration.
Hi. My name is Peter. I'm government employed. Extremely clean and I'm into a healthy lifestyle. I've relocated from down south taking a transfer to the Sydney Metro. In my spare time, I'll be at the gym, visiting family or friends or just chilling watching a movie with a glass of wine. I'm really easy going and get along with everyone. I may come and go quite a bit as I have a huge family I'm always trying to visit. If I sound like your type, hit me up.
